Yes, I know, it is a chain restaurant; but, what can I say? I'm a fan! Since moving to the area, we've eaten at this location on several occasions and the chicken has always been very tender and juicy. My husband always orders the turkey and he says it's really good. I must say, I probably go here for the side items more so than the chicken for myself or the turkey for my husband. The mac and cheese is so good and their sweet potato casserole is almost as good as mine. Not that I'm an excellent chef in the kitchen, but I make a pretty awesome sweet potato casserole! Shall I toot my own horn now?! :)) The sweet cornbread is also very good as well. The restaurant has always been very clean and the employees always friendly, courteous, and have your order to you quickly.

It's really hard to be fans and rate chain places. They are chains for a reason; They have a product that works, and works well enough to take it nationwide. BUT! It's Boston Market. If you don't know what that is by now, then something is wrong with you. This is fast-slow food. Yes I know, I'm just another fan of a chain place, but really, this stuff is GOOD. And I mean licking my plate clean good. They have done a nice little revamp of their chain too. Not that there was anything wrong with the idea in the first place, but it's even better now. It's hard not to get the same thing every time. Half Chicken, creamed spinach, and their decadent mac and cheese. Top it off with the little sweet cornbread. You really can't ask for more. It's all well made and just tastes good. The chicken is pretty darn good. As good as any rotisserie you can get at Publix. There are a few new sides there, to add to their selection they had before. The best part is that you can actually eat healthy here too if you want. Steamed veggies and chicken, and you can keep it light. I'll tell you what: for fast food sandwhiches, they got some good ones. The brisket dip carver is pretty spot on. Don't know what you want to eat for dinner but don't want fast food? Do yourself a favor, and come eat a real meal from Boston Market. Restaurant quality without going to a restaurant.

I don't write many reviews on fast food chains mainly because I believe they aren't necessary. If you've patroned 1 McDonald's you've pretty much seen them all. However, I felt especially compelled to write about Boston Market since they have STEPPED UP THEIR GAME. In the past, when I went to a Boston Market, I would expect to easily pay 7-9 dollars a meal for one person. But as of late, they have lowered the price on their sides and have a few reasonably priced menu items that have made me come back twice in a week instead of my usual semi-annual visit. First off, their Market Sliders are awesome! For $2.99 you get 3 gourmet sliders. Yep, a dollar each. They have Tangy BBQ Chicken w/ Cheddar, Homestyle Meatloaf w/ hickory ketchup and Cheddar and Turkey Swiss slapped with cool dill, parmesan mayonnaise. Ohhhh yeaaahh. I've tried all three and I honestly can't decide which one is my favorite. It all depends on my mood. Trust me, they don't skimp on the meat, they are adequate portions despite the $2.99 price tag. What I'm really elated about is their gourmet sides. They USED to be $2.29 for a regular size, NOW THEY'RE ONLY A BUCK! I'm a diehard Macaroni and Cheese afficianado. Anyone who knows me, knows if I could jump into a vat of Macaroni and Cheese and eat myself through, I would. Especially Boston Market's Mac N Che. I used to think twice and sometimes pass up Boston Market's Mac N Cheese because I didn't want to shell out almost $2.50 for the portion, but now? I'm all over it. Mediterranean Green Beans? Sure, .99 cents. Squash casserole? Yep, .99 cents. Mashed Potatoes? You guessed it, .99 cents! Not only are the sides a dollar, but their soups are as well (if you get a combo)! What's better than that? Oh, I forgot, you get free refills of soup when you dine in! Believe it. You would think their soups are weak sauce for that price right? Think again, we usually get the Chicken Noodle and it is chunky. Onion, chicken, celery, carrot, noodle and their savory seasoned broth? Game over. The soup is sincerely the best I've had in a looong while and dare I say, the best in town. From a chain mind you. We've been twice in the last week and here's what we get when we dine in. Market Sliders, Mac N Che and a drink for me. Then another side and Chicken Noodle Soup. The soup is so chunky that it serves as a meal in itself. Especially since there are free refills. What's the total cost for 2? $7.70. That's a steal for 2 people feeling well fed. Too bad I didn't bring my camera to snap some shots. But I definitely plan on it so you all could get an eye full. I almost forgot to mention that everytime we've patroned this particular location, the employees are spot on and always have such a fantastic attitude. Smiles all around!

The person preparing my food scooped mashed potatoes into a visibly dirty bowl. Upon mentioning that the bowl had something caked on the inside, she emptied the bowl back into the food to be served, while arguing that she didn't see anything in it. Even though I waited in a 15 minute line, I left without making a purchase for fear of anything else this person may have touched.

The food is like I would expect, they have ruined the cornbread at least at this location, it used to be great, no longer. . The service is less than expected, which is really low at these places anyway, but this place needs a new attitude which is usually predicated by the GM.

It's like Thanksgiving every day. Food is good but service could be better at this location. Wouldn't recommend ordering online and picking up because they never get the order right.

Yep it's a chain. But it's ok to like a chain. I enjoy getting a square meal here. My favorite is the Brisket dinner or Turkey dinner. There are so many sides to choose from sometimes it's hard to decide. Their food is always delicious and good. I have never had a bad meal from here. I am not sure if anyone has noticed but you place your order at the counter, pay at the register and then they help you to your seat and then they check on you to see if you need anything else. Its a nice touch of service! They are always friendly and helpful. The dinning from is clean and always plenty of seating. I am not sure how they do much business..it must be all take out!

Just like every other yelper stated: "yes, I know this is a chain restaurant." haha, that being said, I haven't been in years and when I drove by today, in a super hurry after stopping at the post office, I decided to hit the drive thru. They were friendly and super fast. I went for the chicken pot pie and it was actually flippin' delicious. Maybe cause I have not had a pot pie in a while but the crust was perfect, flaky and tasty. The chicken was shredded which was a great mix with the veggies. I also ordered a side of mashed potatoes (carb overload) and they were delicious. Overall, it's a quick, delicious option if you are in a hurry for lunch.

Way to step it up! I have occasionally gone to BM, but it has become my new go-to. If you dine in, they use nice ceramic plates and real silverware. The gal taking our order walked our food to our table. They removed garbage cans as they clean up your table--no more walking your plastic plate to the garbage. Everyone was so nice! Good was fresh and yummy. Great meal for the price. If it's been a while- give them another try!

When we walked in there was no wait, no line. Food was fresh and tasty. They delivered the food to our table on glass plates. Very hospitable and professional.

I love there food, however the pictures are very deceiving. how do you have a picture of a market fresh bowl with a nice piece of chicken breast and when you order you get a bowl half full of potatoes drowning in corn and 4 tiny pieces of chicken. I was not satisfied at all and I doubt I would return.

Decent comfort food, but the service is lacking. Ashley helped us and had an attitude the entire time acting like she was going out of her way to do her job.
