SERVICE The hostess, waitress, and servers were all attentive and kind. They didn't appear pushy with us having to pay or leave. That's especially important in a buffet-style meal! I always feel like I might offend someone by not wanting to try their meat cuts. Not here! All of the servers say their please and thank you's with no offense taking. I don't think each server grills his own meats like in other churrascaria restaurants, so I didn't seem to feel a sense of pride like I would at Texas de Brazil or at Chima. ENVIRONMENT It didn't feel as luxurious as Chima in Ft Lauderdale, but it is certainly ambient enough for a nice dinner out. The restaurant is spacious with lounge areas for pre dinner drinks. I would love to go here with a group of friends or a girls night out, but it's not quite built for super intimate dining. FOOD Ordered a caipirinha for about $11. It was just right-- more on the sour than sweet side. I'm not sure if they do flavored caipirinhas but you should try it with coconut (milk/cream) to soften the punch of the liquor! I felt like the same 5 meats were going around. The top sirloin and bacon wrapped filet mignon were delicious--more so than at other Brazilian steakhouses. The meat was not the super super tender, melt in your mouth kind of deal which is what I was hoping for. Still delicious and tasty though. If you like your meats simply flavored for the pure flavor of meat, I recommend this place. No gimmicks with spices or sauces. There's also a full salad bar, cheese bar, and sushi bar. You can order pasta too, but I didn't get any of that. I attended Orlando's Magical Dining Month!

I was here a few months ago in April 2015. This was my first time here and it would be my last visit. I was in the mood for some Kobe Steakhouse next door, but I thought I would try out this new steakhouse. I love Brazilian steakhouses, so we thought we would check it out. I had high regrets not going to Kobe's Japanese steakhouse next door because this visit was just awful. The staff was horrible, food was not good, and our table was in an awful section of noise along with a lousy waitress!!! It was in the evening, but not close to closing time. So there was no reason for the horrible experience. The emergency door alarm kept going on, there was a larger party who was very loud, and we had no where to go since the other side of the restaurant was being occupied with a special gathering. The waitress didn't keep refilling our drinks as efficient and the food selection was not good. Also, it took a long time for the meat guys to arrive at our table. We were about to walk out, but I thought it would get better. Nope, I was wrong. I really wanted to say something about getting a refund for our dinner, but I didn't. The price was like $50 per person. Texas de Brazil is a much better restaurant and has a lot to offer at this price. I don't know if they have changed themselves or not. I do not recommend this place at all!!!!! I really regret not getting a refund.

Fogo just go! This new player just blew every Fogo experience I have had regardless of city out of the water! The salad bar and sides are fresh and delish! Their iconic cheese bread was orgasmic as it should be and makes you wish it was a daily staple all while knowing if it was that you would be the size of a barn. Let's talk meat- Filet, Flank, Sirloin, Lamb, Sausages, Bacon Wrapped Turkey, Pork Ribs, Beef Ribs, Chicken - holy meat! Salad bar selections ranged from fresh salads, gourmet olives, excellent cheese selection, heart of palm, artichoke hearts and fresh soup. Two delicious and fresh sushi rolls also made a great addition. The deserts looked amazing but after the phenomenal fried bananas- a second order of cheese bread and protein overload there was just no space! Fernando was the best server of our whole vacation! Thank you for making our dinner a equally fabulous memory!

i love brazilian steakhouses ill try anywhere once! this place was okay in my books. one reason i came in because i got a groupon for four for $159. --- why i had to take it down a star because they dont tell you about the amount of all gratuity/tax/and fee at all the end. im not a cheap tipper but geez. all together spent about $220 for four people so that goes $55 each. dinner price per person i overheard was $39.99 only. we wouldve done better NOT buying the groupon and pay regular n do without the drink n dessert to be honest.

Just ate there with my family of 5 because we had a groupon. I was shocked when I received a bill of $79.00. When I asked about it, the waitress was very rude and looked at the manager and said "you explain it to her" and walked away. Really? The worst part was $43 of the balance was her tip and the rest was taxes. What a slap in the face. She didn't even refill my water unless I asked. And she was rude.... Never again. Save your money. Food mediocre and salty!! Service... sucked!!!

Excellent service from Evandra the manager, Daniel the Busser and our delightful server Louisa! They were so nice, friendly and helpful. You can tell from all the staff that they love the place they work! They should because the food was amazing. The meat was great but I really liked the Lentil soup, salad/sushi bar and pasta bar! If you're a vegetarian you would be in heaven too! We had a Groupon which included two drinks ($11) each and dessert ($9 each). The desserts are all homemade there and the apple crisp with vanilla ice cream was fresh and yummy! Reminder to eat lightly throughout the day so you have room for all the delicious food!!

On par with your standard churascaria. What is amazing about this place is the kid zone Think - You just spent the day at Disney. How also would some adult time be...Ahhhhh but normally this would impossible. But not here...ask to sit next to the glassed enclosed kids areas your kids can play away and you can chow down till you need to unbutton your your now too tight pants We went to Disney and dinner with another couple we both have (just under 2 years old) toddlers. We gave them some food (rice beans etc) Then they went and played and watched cartoons all under our watchful eye. And we ate and had adult talk. Amazing.

I've driven by this place several times, and had no idea that such a perfect place existed in this neighborhood. The place was clean and sharp from the parking lot to the table. The host was welcoming and bright, the servers and waitress was so attentive, we felt like royalty. The salad bar was out of this world and immaculate. I love the smoked salmon! The bread was not impressive, but everything else was beautifully laid out, they really pay attention to detail, which is very rare in today's restaurant biz. Overall, I give the food a 9 out of 10, but I will return over and over because of the way I felt there. A+ service. I was expecting the bill to be much higher than it was, although it wasn't cheap, it was well worth it. This is the perfect place if you are wanting to impress someone. It has something for everyone, especially if you like meat! If you don't like meat, the salad bar will feel like heaven I'm sure. Give it a go for sure! We were looking for something different, and it was found at black fire.

I have to say this place is awesome. The atmosphere is good and the food was perfect. Marilyn is so friendly she is the best. I recommend this place to anyone who is staying in the area. Five stars all the way.

This place has now become me & my husband's favorite brazilian steakhouse. Tremendous variety of foods such as salads, homemade pastas, and sushi, so much more than just meat! The fruitti di mare (seafood salad) is so delicious. The homemade gnocchi just melts in your mouth! Their signature drink (the Caipirinha) is amazing, I actually had two, and I'm not a drinker!! The kicker for us, they have dental floss dispensers in the bathroom! Evandro is the general manager, he made sure everything was to our expectations throughout the evening, top notch service. We can't wait to visit again!

We went for our anniversary which falls during Magical Dining month. We usually go to Fogo de Chow, and will next time. The table we were sat at faced the kitchen and wait station. The garish red and black interior design screamed get out now. The server we had the misfortune to be dealt was a very condescending person named Lisa, she was very rude and fake. We watched her spill water on the floor, say nothing and as soon as she left the mess a customer slipped and fell right behind our daughter. Food was typical Brazilian steakhouse fare, the salad bar was uninviting and scarce compared to Texas and Fogo. The gauchos were polite and attentive. The hostesses were nice, sorry that did not help at our table. Dining month, regular price, coupon, go to Texas de Brazil or Fogo de Chow, we will not return and will be the customer who tells everyone we know how disappointed we were.

Here's the setting 27th anniversary, Magical dining (which has been good to us every year). The worst table in the restaurant, the worst server we have ever had LISA. We went to a dive restaurant for breakfast the next morning with Ten times the service. Forced gratuity for who cares service. No side dishes offered, lackluster salad bar. The most awful dining experience we have had since we were keeping track (40 years or so). They won't print this because I voiced my true opinion instead of sugar coating it. Run don't walk to a real Brazilian Steakhouse.

I loved this place! Being Brazilian I was a little concerned that the food wouldn't be like the one we have in Brazil but I can tell you for sure that it is exactly the same! Everything is really legit and delicious. Everyone was really friendly too, so that was a bonus. The restaurant is expensive but it was totally worth it!

  • Fred K.

Be aware this place ads service charge and service is awful! The food was mediocre at best! Very salty. However, the selection is huge. Attendants come by regularly and provide plenty of meat. I would say Texas Brazil is a much better restaurant. Management has a lot to improving to do.

In a town with some many options I can assure you this is not worth the investment. I use the term investment as this place has fiscally set themselves in the same category and price point as well established high end restaurants. The food was average and add the fact the service was less than desirable I would skip the visit. Did I mention they add an 18% service fee to the bill? No surprise the staff doesn't care about the customer service for they get paid as soon as they get you in the door. If you must try it then please do so but remember you were warned. Also, don't forget your patience and your wallet!

I'm giving my dining experience tonight a 3.5 stars if I could, but had to go with a 4. And here is why: Service: it was good, more like an aiiiiite. Our waitress started out great. My sister ordered an iced tea, and just water for me. She refilled the first glass of tea when it was empty and asked if we wanted fried bananas. But things went downhill with her service from there. I had to ask to refill our drinks 3 times. She didn't really come back to check on us. We had to ask if they made that cheesy roll like the ones they have at Fogo, which they did and she brought it out to us. She kind of redeemed herself towards the end of the dinner. When we asked if they had chicken hearts or beef ribs, she made it happened and got us what we wanted. This made us happy. But the fact that I had to ask for things knocked off a star from this review. Food: very good for the most part. Some stuff was overcooked. I'm a medium rare type of girl, so I was not digging on the well done meat. We learned after eating a few pieces of well done meat to ask how the meat was cooked before taking it. Pasta bar was great! I had a good portion of cream pesto fettuccine that was delicious. We had a chocolate mousse for dessert and it was just heavenly. Price: $39.95 per person at dinner is not bad at all... BUUUUUT the mandatory 18% gratuity knocked off the other 1/2 star for me. If I had a big party (6+), then I wouldn't have an issue with that. But there were 2 of us. We were not using any Groupon, no coupons, no deals, nothing that would justify charging the 18%. I also didn't recall seeing that anywhere. If they were so confident on their service that they're charging 18% tips automatically added to the bill, then I should expect superior service, or at the very least, keep my water filled without me asking for water throughout my dinner!!! I usually tip at least 18-20% if I had a good experience, but I have to say the service provided at this dinner was NOT deserving the 18%. Overall, I had an enjoyable dining experience. I would recommend this place to others, but the wait staff really need to improve on their service.

My husband and I love the Brazilian Steakhouse concept and we have been to many. We both agree this has been one of the better places so far as food choices are concerned. Black Fire had the best selection and choices compared to even Texas de Brazil or Fogo de Chao. I love the fact that the salad bar was a bit more extensive than some of the others. You have a choice of sushi and even a pasta bar. The staff was great and we didn't have to look around for waiters to bring items and even the managar Evandro Bartole came out and spoke with with for quite some time. He was very friendly and very appreciative of our visit. I will definitely come back.

The meats are not good, very dry, the salad bar it's ok but nothing to be excited as the service.

PLEASE DO YOUR SELF A FAVOR AND DONT EAT HERE. Listen to all the people who left bad reviews, you won't regret it. You've been warned. Please . I literally just stepped out of this crap hole of a restaurant and couldn't wait any longer to write this review. What a disaster it was. By the way we only came here because fogo de chao wasn't accepting walk ins. So I found this little gem of a restaurant ... Not. Where do I begin? First I was seated by the door and I asked to move . When given a table further inside my waitress ( an older white female) yelled at the girl seating us and told her "she has too many tables to tend to" and then she ignored us and not once did she look over at us, or come to our table. I kid you not, it was as if we were invisible she did not even glance over at our table. The meat came and we had no plates for the meat. I had to ask another girl for plates. Then came our alternate waiter, a young spanish guy. Worst waiter of the year award goes to this looney tune. No appetizers were given to us (cheese bread and fried plantains) , he didn't even introduce himself or explain the process, and he just kept capping off our water, while we starved waiting for the meat to come around. The salad bar was absolutely disgusting, omg I wanna puke just thinking about it. The sushi was so bad, the Pasta station was a complete joke. I ordered gnocchi and penne Alfredo, and by the time they were done (15-20 minutes) I was full from water and wanted to leave. The pasta was undercooked and gnocchi was as well. I literally had plates of food stacked on my table that I didn't even touch. The same meats kept coming around. The lamb chops were so gamey, the top sirloin wasn't juicy like other places, and the meat carvers were just totally skipping our area. I asked my waiter what the appetizers were that he placed on the other guests table, they are complementary and should have been given to us at the very beginning, he answers " oh those are appetizers, you want some" ah no, I don't. Everything I ate there was mediocre. No damn fried banana could fix this hot mess. Dessert was also included in our meal, and as per usual, our waiter didn't even offer Dessert or mention it. I saw the free dessert sign as I was leaving. I ended up paying $110 for some mediocre food for 2 people, 2 sodas. I was about to explode and I marched over to the manager to speak to him but my husband pulled me away and wouldn't let me complain. I guess he knew it would have been ww3 if I opened my mouth to management. The only thing u could think of was warning you all about this terrible place to eat.

  • Frank H.

I hate to write bad reviews not only because it's bad for the owners of the restaurant but because it meant we had a bad meal. The waitress was totally lost she brought the appetizers at the end of the meal. The gaucho (the ones that serve the meet) would come maybe every 10 minutes. I had to get up find the manager to get them to serve more meat. I gave them 2 stars only because the salad bar did taste good. But for the price I would prefer Texas de Brazil

  • Jenn W.

It was simply aweful. The meat has no flavor, the salad bar was warm and the meat coming around was slow but the restaurant was empty! Will never eat here again! If you want a Brazilian steakhouse GO TO TEXAS DE BRAZIL!

Ate there with my family last week. It was a quite good dining experience for us. We have been to a chain Brazilian steak house on 2 prior occasions (Fogo de Chao in Atlanta's Buckhead district). We were all pretty hungry after a day at the parks and traveling. The decor was nice. Dark lighting but nice. About what you would expect for such a place. I did notice the kid zone, which seems like a good idea if dining with children. Our drinks were pretty good. I like strong drinks as does my wife. The house margarita was a nice start to the experience. Pretty sure I saw that they were using Cuervo 1800. We were impressed with the quality of the food at the banquet area....The Salmon and capers were pretty good. We are 20+ year Alaskans who harvested our own salmon when we lived there. The salmon didn't taste like the mushy Atlantic salmon that is farmed in our more recent dining experiences. If you've ever had wild Alaskan Salmon and compared it with farmed salmon, you know what I am talking about...no comparison. Theirs was quite good and cooked well, though not overcooked. Other dishes were pretty tasty too, the Shrimp polenta with cheese, marinated mushrooms and the butternut squash soup were nice compliments to the main course. The Cerviche and sushi as appetizers were very good. The hearts of palm and asparagus were nice touches too. The cold cuts and assorted cheeses were of very high quality and a nice compliment to the meal. The honeycomb, black walnuts and assorted dried fruits (figs, papaya, pineapple) were nice touches as well. The meat that was brought to us was cooked well, though a bit too overcooked to my preference. I like my meats bloody and pink in the middle...so I call that medium rare. These were more medium to well done pieces. Highlights of the meats were the top sirloin, the cuts of lamb (shank and chops) and the flank steak. The filet portions were wrapped in bacon as was the chicken, they were smaller, bite sized portions. Salty but still ok. I recall the cuts at Fogo de chao being of a higher quality and consistency. This wasn't too bad though. The service was passable but we were a bit shocked when the bill came and the service fee, which hadn't been mentioned prior to dining, was added to the 39.99 per diner fees. We usually tip well with good service and prefer to decide ourselves whether we are going to give 18% or more. In all a good experience, very much worth the money (minus the mandatory 18% service) but as Kevin B. states, not a premium dining experience.

Dinner for two. Used the Groupon for a great value. With the Groupon, the prices are excellent and the food was superb. Each of the meat selections were prepared perfectly, great sear, not overly salty as some Brazilian Grills serve. Very clean, service was beyond great. The Manager stopped by at least 5 times to check on us and the server always had an extra drink on the table without being asked. I would recommend this restaurant to everyone. There is a kids room to keep the little ones entertained while you dine.

We visited for the second time last night. The staff was wonderful and the food was delicious. the salad bar is a great size - meant to augment the meal not over take it. Our waiter was great about filling our drinks and checking in on us. The manager checked on us a couple of times to make sure we were enjoying our meal. Once I told the food deliverers, that I prefer my meat medium well, that was all they ever brought me. My only downside was that a large table of 12 had been seated near us, and the food skewers often never made it passed that table. Once the manager realized what was going on (without anyone pointing it out) he made sure that the table was sometimes passed by, and then only after checking with the other tables they returned to the large seating. I will definitely be going again.

It's a nice place food is pretty good but the service is slow..compared to Fogo De Chao and the price I prefer Fogo De Chao for there excellent service...you are not sitting there waiting and looking around to snag the server to get some meat on your plate...by the time your finish your hungry again if you hit the salad bar to get your fill and can't eat a whole lot of meat...

Love it. I'm a Brazilian and me and my family really enjoyed the service and food. Very friendly decor and the area for kids it is a fabulous idea. I was so glad to see my kids playing in a safe area while me and my wife enjoy the delicious meal without kids fighting for attention. Everything is very fresh and well seasoned. You must try the fried banana and the freshly made cheese bread. Like I said, we are Brazilian and that's not the first Brazilian steakhouse we visit in our lives and I can tell you the do offer one of the best and finest services in Orlando Price is $40 per adult and $20 for kids. You'll pay more for a Texas de Brazil or Fogo de Chão and they're not any much better than that. Well worth the visit and we will return. Yes, we will return and recommend to our friends.

What an excellent Brazilan Steakhouse. Not only was the salad bar stocked with the usual fanfare...they also added sushi, which was delicious. The cuts of meat were all seasoned and prepared nicely. When the gauchos come to serve you, they are pleasant and let you know what cut of meat they're serving. When I asked if they had a particular cut, they said they would be back with the cut. Great service, great food and overall...great restaurant.

The hostess was extremely rude when I asked for a different table. She refused to let us sit some where else and I was upset, the waitress comes over and I tell her I'm sorry but were going to be leaving and she was rude as well... fake smile vanished and she was extremely annoyed. And then instead of asking if she could help she just walked away without saying anything. Finally, I'm thinking at this point its a good choice we made. Then as we walked out that same hotess who wouldnt give us a different table in the almost empty place condesendingly says "thankkk youuu, byyyyye!" Really? Unprofessional and rude! That's one of only few parts of your job. Find guests a table...she literally refused to do her job. The food looked ok. We were comparing to Texas De Brazil where we often go and probably should not have. Maybe that's just the way they let them run the place? And on top of it they charge you for the gratuity which to me says, "we know the service is horrible and we want to continue paying next to nothing to staff so we have our customers pick up the tab. It's no wonder they are so rude, they don't have to work for their tip. We Just simply walked across the parking lot and had dinner at kobe and the japanese hibachi tables were fun for the kids, food was reasonably priced a lot to choose from, and staff was kind and helpful!

I just ate at Black Fire after a day at the theme parks. We got there a little late, arrived at 9:30pm and they close at 10pm. They were very accommodating and super nice. They came around and checked with us before they shut down their different station (salad bar and pasta station). Most of the food comes bacon wrapped but I don't eat bacon so they made everything for me fresh without bacon even though it was at closing time. The food was also amazing. We got the Groupon even though it was the same price but it comes with two drinks and two deserts. Our waitress was Luisa and she was super nice and very attentive. Even the manager Evandro was super nice and they will let you take a tour of the kitchen to see how clean everything is. Overall it was one of the best dining experience I have ever had. I can't wait to come back to Orlando so I can eat here again.

A fairly new restaurant that seems to be struggling from growing pains. This place is a Texas De Brasil or Fogo De Chao knock off. The service was pretty good as I found the staff to be pleasant and helpful. However, this could not save the restaurant from the food itself. The meat selections were all extremely salty. The Pasta Bar literally gives you three pieces of Ravioli for each order. It takes forever to make 3 pieces of pasta which just seemed absurd. The side dishes were also lackluster and the selection from the salad bar/hot plate was disappointing. I do not recommend. They have a way to go before they are on Texas De Brasil's level.

Oh wow! Could not have made a better choice of restaurants! They have an awesome buffet with very healthy options which my wife loved! The cheese and meet selection is excellent. The staff is very friendly and eager to please. I tried all the meats which are brought to your table on a large skewer. The waiter cuts your selection and places it hot on your plate. The kids loved all the meats and different options to choose from. The only complaint is we ate to much and didn't save room for dessert! The kids area is a definite plus. When they finished their meal we shuffled them off to the play area so mom and dad could have some peace and quiet! You won't go wrong earning here! Just bring a pocketful of cash you pay for what you get.

Horrible service. The server completely ignored our tables, didn't even collect the places or fill our water as well. All the grills were served very slow. They didn't even bring out couple items on the menu today like chicken heart, beef ribs. A manager came by and asked if we wanted anything, we asked for beef rib; he said okay then left. 20 minutes later there were about 2-3 servers came and we asked for the same thing. Didn't get what we want until 35 minutes later. This is our second time coming back because of the food, but may be no more in the future. 2 stars for the food.

What a great find. We found it on the Orlando Magical Dining site and, for $33, it was a no brainer to try. And how happy we were that we did. As soon as we entered, we were greeted by the friendly staff and taken immediately to our table. Now this was at 7 pm on a Friday night and we had expected a little wait. Once seated, Lisa, our delightful server gave us all the detail we needed to know and went and got us our Caipirinhas to get us started. We enjoyed several of the many sides, soup and seafood entrees (shrimp & grits and salmon & mushrooms in individual little pots) before starting on the various cuts of meat skewers that we knew were coming. The individual lamb chops and slices of leg of lamb (medium rare) were fantastic and our favorite but the various cuts of beef were also very good. The ambience, service and food were all 5 star. The people giving this great restaurant terrible reviews must have been having a bad day. We definitely will be back and we encourage anyone who likes good food in a very nice atmosphere to give Black Fire a try.

After a long day of shopping and enjoying the theme parks, there is no substitute for a good meal. Came here roughly an hour before they closed. Wait staff and reception were both very receptive. Fresh salad bar! Fresh made pasta upon request!! And an endless assortment of meat!!! What more can you ask for? The food was delicious. And the matire d was very kind to recommend a perfect vintage to complement our food. They are hopeful to expand out to new York. And there is no doubt that I will show up.

Food was very greasy. They also automatically added a service charge of $27 as well as the 18% gratuity three people. By the time we went on the check was $180. Not worth that kind of money and not great at all. Would've been nice for them to let you know that they're charging you a service charge as well

Absolutely wonderful & amazing food. Delicious salad bar, yummiest sushi. Tender flavorful meats and chicken. Tasty, soft bread rolls brought to your table. Incredible yucca fries, and crunchy deep fried banana. Excellent service. Make sure you ask for the barbecue sauce to put on the pork rib. My fiancé loved the shrimp bisque. Every menu item is top of the line. Now the not so fantastic part, 18% gratuity is automatically added to the bill. Yes, our server was worth every penny! However, there is an additional Service Charge also on the bill based on the delivery of the people serving the rotisserie meats. Our service charge was $21 + a little steep IMHO. We scored a Groupon which gave us each a fabulous cocktail, plus a apple crostini with ice cream. If you are on a budget be prepared to spend quite a bit. Even with our Groupon we still paid out $30 between tax, and service charge since the tipping was automatically issued on the check.

I was visiting Florida with my girlfriend for her 21st and saw the Groupon for this place and figured it would be a nice meal. I want to say it did not disappoint. The sides were fantastic; several types of veggies as well as rice, fish, assorted cured meats and cheese, and get this sushi! Not just plain buffet sushi, but several made to order rolls and hand rolls. The meats were just as good with several different cuts all with unique seasonings to go with it. If you didn't like what they brought you could make a request and within 5-10 minutes it was at your table. Coming from NY I expect good service and that's what we got, our waiter Fernando was attentive and helpful but what blew me away was how friendly and informative the gentlemen who served the meat were. They all took passion in their presentation. On top of that the manager had a good 5-10 minute conversation with us after our meal and gave us 10% off our next time. Groupon or not I would highly recommend this restaurant and don't believe some of the negative reviews!

Great option for everyone. Huge salad bar, sushi, seafood and of course the expected 100% Brazilian style rodízio steakhouse. Recommended to family since they have a kids zone for our children to play ....

My husband & I are very particular about our restaurant choices, because we value great quality food. This place delivered and exceeded our expectations! All of the meats were cooked & seasoned just right, the salad bar was really great quality and then to top it all off, the docc de leche cheesecake was fantastic! This is a 7 month young restaurant and should be the go to Brazilian place in Orlando!

Tasty, well prepared food. Comfortable, clean atmosphere that aims to please. As with any 5 star operation, it comes with a price and we highly recommend groupon to lower cost which makes it even more worth it!

Four of us went to this restaurant tonight and we were all amazed at how great the food was, and how great the service was! We do not hesitate in recommending this place for you to go out with classy five-star dining.

I was looking forward to a great Brazilian steakhouse experience. At first the experience was disappointing. DO NOT go between 4-5:30 p.m. or you'll be getting old cold lunch leftovers. I made a reservation for 3 at 5:00 p.m. and when they asked how we liked our meat we said "medium to medium-rare". What came out was charred chunks of inedible meat. Mashed potatos were stone cold. Also - there is a shift change so the person leaving could care less and apparently the person who came on could care less too. Salad bar was adequate, the shrimp w/ polenta were fantastic. Finally I was getting annoyed so I spoke to a waiter who made it right. The problem is no one else seemed to care and the manager never came over. The next round of meat was much better. The waiter took 20% off our check, which was nice since my 13-year old is charged as an adult $40pp. I would give it another try but the staff doesn't seem to care that people are paying a lot of $$ and expect good service. Better atmosphere at Texas de Brazil and Fogo's.

This place is amazing! No, REALLY! It is the place to go for a SPECIAL date, an anniversary, a special occasion or to POP THE QUESTION. It's THAT kind of place! You pay one price. It was ~ $40. Then comes the "salad bar" that included hot succulent lamb chops in mashed potatoes as one of the sides. It included sushi, lovely and very different salads. A hot pasta bar where they make what you want right there. THEN when your ready for the steak, you don't get one steak, a crew of chefs keep coming out,one after another to offer you servings of various kinds of streak on a skewer. Did you want top sirloin? How much sir? How much Ma'm? Then how about filet mignon, with bacon? Certainly, how much? How about lamb? How about a total of 13 different meats all brought to your table for you to sample and enjoy. Again, did you want more? The desserts are home made on site. I had a hard time deciding. But settled on the vanilla and chocolate swirled cheesecake. My dinner companion had coconut cake. Again homemade - you have to share, and the servings are big. Every now and then you need to know where to go for an amazing meal that is a treat or for that REALLY special night. In Orlando, this is it in my book. It made my birthday a sweet event to remember.

In general this place had great food, and a wide selection as well. They have a salad bar, many different breads, cheeses, a pasta bar, and the servers carry the different meats. I was happy with all the meats that I ate (lamb, ribeye, and pork ribs). The only thing is that the servers seemed a little ill trained. They were not as educated as fogo de chao. They did not even tell me about the included sides, but after when I did order the sides they were very good. I really enjoyed the fried bananas.

Excellent! Wonderful food and outstanding service. The staff works as a team ensuring every detail is perfect. Surge was an outstanding server and made the evening perfect. Highly recommend to all residents and visitors. Dress is accepting of visitors but appropriate for a special evening too.

The meats & selection were amazing. We have eaten at many other Brazilian Steakhouses and we felt like it was one of the best. Service was great atmosphere was very nice. We will definitely return.

By far the best Brazilian Steakhouse I have been to. Atmosphere blows Texas De Brazil out the water. Meat is perfect however I suggest medium rare (more juicy). The salad bar is great includes delicious sushi. Desert is a must.

The food was excellent. The meat was well prepared and the servers were genuinely nice and concerned about how you wanted your meat served. The manager Evandro and server Marilyn were very helpful and friendly they were genuine concern with how your food was prepared.

First time ever experiencing a Brazilian Steakhouse and I was wowed!!! It will be hard for the next restaurant to top this experience! Amazing food, great attentive service, clean facility, and great accompaniment of the play room for the kids!!! Will be back for sure!!!!!

Love this place! That says a lot especially because I'm Brazilian and grew up eating churrasco. The salad bar has a great selection and always new items to try. It's well priced and the staff is very friendly, this particular time we were served by Natalia, who did an exceptional job. The thing that really brought it home for me was the fact that it has a wide selection of meats that you CANNOT find anywhere else. The cherry on top are the desserts which have yet failed to disappoint. If you're looking for a great experience then this is it!

Very poor management training. My wife was served something with walnuts in it. This was not told to us. My wife got sick from this and went to the ER. At the time, the manager told me that they do not tell patrons this when they order, yet they suggest it without the menu. And then he condescendingly asked me what he should do to help the problem as if I wanted a a free meal. WHAT??!! How about start with letting people know what is in the food that may cause allergic reactions like shellfish and nuts. Isn't it considered common practice now days to do so? I guess this establishment feels above notifying people who have allergies. Even Taco Bell will warn you. Candy bars carry warnings. Get a clue! Second, a so called professional managing an establishment where I pay upwards of $50 a person should KNOW something about customer service instead of assuming everyone complains to try to get free food. How did you get your job? Are you the owners cousin or something? Go back and learn your ropes at Denny's and gain some experience. Pathetic. I didn't demand for my food to be comp'd. I paid every penny of that bill. I only ask that you respect clients who may have allergies who come and spend their hard earned money eating at your restaurant. Someone could die. What else are you not being upfront with? Just because we didn't ask if you were serving horse meat doesn't mean you serve horse meat and use the lame excuse that patrons usually ask first. Hey Fogo, guess what can ruin a special night? Ending up in the ER! There are other fine Brazillian places in the area. Choose one that has your well being in mind and disregard this condescending place.

Simply amazing! My wife and I do a lot of eating out and I must say that with this being our first "Brazilian" steakhouse that we've been to, this has turned me on to a whole new experience. You play a flat rate of $40 per head which includes all that you can possibly fit, which leaves you wanting to return to try out what you couldn't fit the first time. - Salad bar = very fresh veggies, delicious dressings, amazing Balsamic mushrooms, salmon salad, crab salad, chicken and potato salads - Sushi bar = minimal choices (5 or 6) but expertly made, very happy with the taste and freshness - Soup = Butternut squash and sweet potato. The best that might daughter had ever had. - Pasta bar = made to order choices were quickly made and brought to our table when finished, wife and kids loved it especially the fettuccine in Alfredo sauce with bacon. - Sides = delicious black beans with rice and fried bananas were my favorites but you could also choose mashed potatoes, french fries - The Meat = 13 selections in all that were brought to our table at separate times, to avoid overload. All seasoned perfectly. From juicy lamb chops to sirloin with garlic to turkey breast wrapped in bacon to filet mignon wrapped in bacon to pork sausages to me wishing that I wore sweat pants. I will definitely return and do recommend to everyone

Great place. Food and service is fantastic. Incredible variety of meats on a constant rotation to your table. The lamb is off the hook. Soup, salad and pasta bar are top notch. Only criticism would be a broader wine list based only because the food quality deserves it. Highly recommended.

3 for food and the 4 due to the service. The meat was alright, and my carnivore boyfriend only went wild over one meat type: top sirloin. I'm not a huge meat person but even I really really favored this, we both had multiple servings of it. Everything else was ok. A lot of it was cooked well done (which I like but boyfriend doesn't). The ribs were alright but not my favorite. I loved the salad, pasta and sushi bar! But the tempura sushi was not crunchy so I'd stick with the regular ones if I was you. We got creme brûlée for dessert (not included in dinner fee). The sugar was not nearly torched enough, you could taste every grain of sugar in the raw. It was still good as far as dessert goes but it's not your normal crunchy top. And only four beers on tap, three being Budweiser/miller lite? Wow. What saved this place was the service. The manager even came around to ask how it was. Our waiter was constantly asking how it was. And I think because they overheard us talking about over anniversary we got a free magnet with out picture. Final thoughts? The gratuity they include BLOWS. We are by no means bad tippers but almost $20 gratuity included for two people? I understand it's a touristy area and they probably do it because some countries don't tip but come on.....

Wow! This is amazing! It's a gourmet buffet, filet minon wrapped in bacon, top sirloin, lamb shanks, cevechi, fine artisan cheeses, the list goes on. They bring the meats to your table and cut slices right onto your plate. I asked about this place...they said this is the first of these restaurants in the United states. It's very popular in Brazil. So, for all you people who feel like hearded sheep at downtown Disney. ..come a few minutes outside of the park and enjoy the meal of your trip. They even have a kids section in the corner so you can enjoy your meal while the kids watch TV and play. Really, and it's still fine dining.

Difficult to decide whether to go two or three stars here, but I ultimately believe that you have to have below average value, food, AND service before giving less than three. With that caveat, let me say that I am an avid fan of churrascarias (aka - Brazilian steakhouses), and have eaten at them across the country. I will say that this place falls solidly right in the middle (hence the three stars). The value was decent, but the place was nowhere near as good as Fogo de Chao. Since it's somewhat cheaper, though, I think the value is still there if you're not willing to drop $60 a head at Fogo. The service was acceptable, not awesome, but it appeared that many of the staff was new. If I have one real complaint, it's that many of the meats were over-cooked and the staff was not knowledgable enough to know where the medium rare sections were on the individual meats. Once we said something, we started getting less charred meat and the quality was decent. The salad bar and other selections were diverse and interesting, very different from other Brazilian places I have been to. I would go back, but only if my party was too cheap to want Fogo de Chao. This place was worth the money, but not quite a premium dining experience. I rarely rate ambience, but they did a nice job of converting what appears to have once been a sports bar into a decent environment for endless meat.

Great service, friendly wait staff and we even chatted with the manager. Besides the major amount of meat - holy cow (no pun intended), the salad bar was great, and so was the shrimp w/polenta and the salmon. Worth the splurge.

Enjoyed nice dinner of too much meat, my fault. Still looking at the deserts. No reservation but seated right away. Here on a Thursday at 7:30 and not crowded. Adequate salad bar with light sushi and a variety of offerings and to order pasta. Nice wait staff. Started getting overwhelmed with meat once I turned my token over to Yes Please. Meats were tasty though I didn't care for all of them. But that's no problem to them. Just get a new plate and move on. I tried not to load up too much on the extras to focus on meats. Just one bread - toasted with cheese and light salad items. Used rice from the buffet as my side but you can order from a variety of side dishes. For $39 Adult this was a good deal. The atmosphere is a bit plain with too much lighting and regular tables. Seems like it could have been a different restaurant previously. They have a kids play area and a bar. Well, I ended with a Creme Brulee, so much for being full. Diving in now.

The food may be ok but I never got beyond the salad bar. They werent busy on a Thurs nite. 6 tables at the most at 8pm. They supposedly close at 10pm. I was seated kind of promptly - The first table wss being bussed but there were pleanty of open tables. I ordeded a glass of wine. Before I knew it the wait person was telling me to go to.the salad and sushi bar. I was wanting my wine first but was told "its on its way".. So i went to the salad bar with 2 hrs before they closed. As I was eating the salad that I was rushed into the wait staff kept interrupting me about esting the entree which is meat on skewers carved tableside. Supposedly you are to turn over a little card to yes if you want food. Mine said NO. Then it got worse. The waiters with the meat swords were coming to my table and insisting I eat. It is still 1 3/4 hrs beforevthey close. I got up asked for a manager. That took some time. Finally about 5 people arrived at the hosts stand and when I told them about being rushed like they were closing all except 1 had a deer in the headlights expression. Finally after no feedback I made their mind up for them. I told them that I eat at Chima in Ft Lauderdale often and have never experienced such horrible service I wasnt paying for 1 plate of salad or the drink wi 2 sips out of it And wished them a happy day and walke out. I wouldnt reccomend this place to anyone. It is reslly hsrd to screw up a glorified buffet.

I came here with my work colleagues and had a great time. This is an authentic Brazilian churrascaria. The food is fresh and amazing and I love love love the salad bar. The employees are really nice and the manager Ivan is very attentive. I loved the different sides that were placed on the table, and I helped myself to two caipirinhas. I don't have children, but I thought it was cool that they have a play area.

We were in town and this place was right by our hotel. The food was very good and there were many different types of meat. The salad bar was very fresh. The nice thing was that there was also sushi, pasta and seafood choices for those that do not eat meat...the meatless option is also less expensive. I noticed there was a childrens area too.

This was the restaurant with the absolute worst service I have ever had in such an expensive establishment. In addition to our experience being horrible the food being mediocre at best in comparison to other Brazilian steakhouses the staff was horrible and got a $40 tip for doing nothing because the gratuitys are included. The Sodas are non refillable an our wait staff did not let us know then brought the manager over to tell us we had to buy drinks twice in order to get refills. If you are looking for a good experience at a Brazilian restaurant then I would suggest you look elsewhere my almost $300 bill for our party of four more than proves it....

perhaps Golden Corral would been a better choice. I was so excited at first when I found out on groupon about a new open brazilian steakhouse nearby my house. review seem good so i decided to purchase it and give it a shot. I was definitely impressed at first. the place is new (obviously) and buffet selections are nice. Ever heard a bad service could ruin your night? The food itself was nothing outstanding, you could find it at another other places. but they make an exception on the service quality ( in a bad way). First of all, the hostess dont give a crap about the customer. I called and make reservation for 4 and told them I got groupon because its reservation required for groupon. but i may as well walk in. groupon never mentioned for 4 included drinks and dessert. I obviously didnt know either. When I ready to pay up and show them my groupon. The server like hey it came with drinks and desert. do you want them?.. well yea sure. I'm ready to go but sure why not right. definitely didnt enjoy them. When I got my bill. Gratuity was included. not that I got a problem paying it but I just didnt like been treat like an one time tourist. I been to several other brazilian steakhouse which didnt included gratuity charge for 4. But one thing they are right about. this is an one time deal with them. NEVER GOING BACK . I would have a better night going to Golden Corral ( and I hate that place, last time was years ago)

I enjoyed my meal. I skimped on the salad bar because I was there for the meat. And the meat did deliver. It was plentiful and flavorful. Unfortunately, I couldn't give the place more than 3 stars. The meal started off with fantastic service. Everyone was efficient, and polite. My server had my water glass filled constantly and was very attentive. But when I told her I had a groupon her demeanor immediately changed. My water was no longer filled, she was absent for long periods of time, and she was brusque. It took way too long to get our bill paid. I'm not even sure why her manner would take such a complete turn considering she added 18% gratuity to the bill. Honestly, even with the groupon discount, it wasn't worth the bad service.

I was in town for the second portion of our honeymoon to visit Harry Potter world as a surprise for my now wife. The first day in town was amazing and universal studios definitely didn't let us down. We got on groupon and yelp and found this restaurant that was rated highly! Super-ezcited. Unfortunately, our waiter was horrible. He just flat out gave horrible service and made us feel like we didn't "belong" at this establishment. The food was great! There's nothing that you can wrong with it. Then for the bill, our "awesome" waiter informs us that our groupon is included with drink and Deseret which my wife and I are too happy to accept. Unknown to us, it raises the cost. Then the jerk of waiter goes ahead and includes an 18% undeserved tip and a $10.00 service fee so that e would get a $30.00 tip. Digusted. Next time, I'll pay more and go to a better Brazilian steak house
