My boyfriend and I stopped here on our way home from the airport. We were craving pizza and based our decision on the Yelp reviews. We were very pleased with our experience. The atmosphere is really nice/quaint for a casual pizza parlor, the service is very friendly and the food was great. We each got a side salad and they were both very fresh and a good size. We got a Sicilian pie, half anchovies and half picante (cherry peppers and hot Italian sausage). It was excellent and my boyfriend said the anchovies tasted really good--apparently this is hard to find. The beers are also a decent price. $2.50 for a mich ultra. I really appreciated this having just landed from Vegas, the land of $15 cocktails. Our server gave us a cannoli since it was our first visit. It was great and we thought it was a really classy touch. We'll definitely be back and will order take out or delivery soon--they deliver within a five mile radius of the restaurant. Thanks for a great experience!

After hearing about Bella Italia from an Italian friend from New York who says she's pleasantly surprised with Bella Italia, I came to try it out back in December 2014. I've been back here six times to date with family and friends and I've been just as happy as my first visit while my family and friends love me more for introducing them to Bella Italia :) Enjoyed their Chicken Parm -chicken so soft & juicy. I've also had these in a 12" sub for $6.99. Penne Alla Vodka (with chicken) -very tasty creamy. Pepperoni Pizza -I'm a fan! I'll be back when I'm craving a slice or the family is for a whole pie. Looking forward to my next visit to try other things they have to offer, Carbonara or Chicken Marsala perhaps?

The only place in Orlando that has eggplant for a topping and it's freaking delicious!

Just had a pizza delivered from here and it was just okay. Promised delivery in 45 minutes, but it took an hour. Pizza was warm but not hot. Crust is bland and chewy. Very little sauce, and sauce has very little flavor. Decent amount of fair quality cheese. Pepperoni, sausage and mushroom toppings were all mostly devoid of flavor as well. We might try some other menu items in the future but there are definitely better choices for pizza nearby.

Very good pizza and salads reminds me of home on long Island. Service was adequate and the people were so so on the friendliness. I gave it 4 stars for the food would of been 5 if not for the service.

BEST PIZZA IN CONWAY AREA! Listen, skip the chains people. For the same price you're going to get authentic New York style Italian made by real Italians. Just moved to this part of town from Winter Park and had resigned myself to settle for sub par pizza. So lucky I stumbled upon this place. Great service and AMAZING food. All without the Winter Park prices. Two words: Yuh Mee.

Pizza is something I certainly have eaten my fair share of. When you spend the better part of a decade on tour you eat a lot of pizza. I have eaten pizza all over the world and I honestly must admit that Bella Italia has some of the best. I won't claim to have eaten at every pizza joint in Orlando so I won't say it is the best in the city although I can't imagine anything better. Their menu is extensive and includes everything from pizza to pastas, calzones, strombolis, salads, subs, cannoli, tiramisu, calamari and even fried ravioli! The prices are fair considering the quality and the large portions. Their large pizza is easily twice the size of a major chain "large" pizza. You can eat in but it could be a bit tight, there are only a handful of small tables. Taking it home or getting delivered is even a better option. You wouldn't want anyone seeing you lick your palms when you are done. Delivery charge is only $1 is within 5 miles and $2 for over so no reason NOT to get it delivered. Warning: This pizza is so good you may be compelled to lay a big smacker on the delivery driver. This is frowned upon (unless you buy them dinner first).

AMAZING food for great prices! Perfect local Italian resteraunt. My sister and I went during lunch time and we both had the spaghetti and meat sauce and garlic nots with extra garlic bread for only $10!! Definitely worth your money.

The worst customer service me and my hubby order a pie and the pizza was soggy I called them several times but I never got a phone call back Ghetto never again! Corner stone pizza is the B est in downtown orlando they don't even deserve this one star!!!

  • Ralph Z.

We have been inside to dine on 4 occasions and tried different things on the menu all were very good including the pizza. Good sized portion and good service casual environment. We have used them several times for delivery with mostly good results but not as good as dining in. It is the best italian in the area.

Ordered twice from here. The staff are super friendly and I would give them 5 stars for customer service alone. I have only gotten the mild wings and curly fries from this place so I can't say anything about the other menu items. The wings always come out hot and fresh and have never failed to disappoint. The curly fries, on the other hand, were not very good. I'm wary about ordering other things off of the menu since the wings are always fantastic; why mess with a good thing? I'll update if or when I order something else but for now, their wings are superb!

  • Sarah E.

This place has great food and awesome specials. Best pizza in the area! The only reason they didn't get 5 stars is because EVERY time I pick up my food at the time they give me, I always wait at least 5-10 (usually 10) additional minutes. They do need to work on the timing of their orders, but that's not a super big deal since the food is so good!!!

  • Pedro B.

The pasta here is delicious, I especially like their chicken Alfredo, the only drawback for the dinner pastas is that they are over priced for the serving size but besides that the pizza is good, nothing outside the ordinary they do have good selection of entrees and appetizers which I like. My only major complaint is how long deliveries take. I don't know if they only have one driver or what, but I live across the street and deliveries on average take over an hour so that's kind of a bummer. But it's a nice little restaurant which offers dine in in the LA fitness plaza which is usually kept clean

  • Rob W.

Their pizza by the slice and lunch specials are quite good here. The space is very nice inside and the staff is very friendly. There is plenty of seating inside and multiple TV's to watch.

Awesome place all around! Good pizza can be difficult to find in Florida, but this place is pretty solid. Fast service and very reasonable prices, too.

The small and friendly Bella Italia is located in Mariner's Village at Conway and Michigan. The menu is gigantic, and includes appetizers, salads, hot and cold subs, soups, wings, calzones, specialty Italian dinners, an impressive list of vegetarian options, and the specialty, New York-style pizza, which lives up to its promise. A thick crust Sicilian pizza is also offered. There are killer lunch specials from 11:00 to 3:00 pm for $4.95, such as subs, lasagna, eggplant parmesan and much more, served with garlic knots and either spaghetti or ziti. I don't know how they make much money at that price. Bella Italia was a good good find. If you're in the Conway neighborhood, give them a try.

Hey Aldo......Thanks for taking $34 from us and giving us a pizza that is not fit to feed our dogs because all the cheese stuck to the top of the box! Then you accused us of ruining the pizza on purpose. Really???? I will never spend another penny in your restaurant and I plan on telling anyone who reads this not to waste their money either. Facebook friends....PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AT BELLI ITALIA RESTAURANT ON MICHIGAN. Hope this gets to all our friends at the Wing Shack and they pass it on to as many friends as they can! SHAME ON YOU ALDO....SHAME ON YOU!!!!!

I used to come here at least once every other week to get slices of pizza and sometimes a chocolate cake slice or wings. The wings are GOOD!

  • Danyelle A.

This place has the BEST italian food, for a GREAT price! The first time I tried their wings, cheese sticks, and cheese bread! I must say... if you love cheese, you will LOVE their cheese bread! Their wings are crispy and just enough heat to make them perfect. The second time I went there was on a Monday. My sister and I split the order of spaghetti and meat sauce with garlic knots (SO worth the $1.50). She had a glass of wine, and I brought my own mug to drink as many draft beers I liked! Our tab was insanely cheap for the quality of food. They load the plate with tons of meat sauce. I can not WAIT to try their pizza. I have heard so many awesome things about it! Kudos to you Bella Italia for making authentic italian food for a decent price :)

i am from new york and tried alot of pizza places around orlando and none of them compare to back home but when i tried bella italia it made me feel like i was eatting a new york pizza. the staff is great and very friendly. i would recommend this place to everyone.

I finally stopped by Bella Italia, and I'm glad I did! This more-than-just-pizza place is tucked in the Mariner's Village plaza. And it's much nicer than a typical mini mall eatery. The rustic wooden flooring was a real eye catcher! The place is very clean, and cozy on the inside. The menu is pretty extensive. Pizza, subs, dinners and even some unique items like Italian donuts and Jamaican patties(?). Today I tried the 2 slices and a soda for $4.50--my ol' standby lunch. At that price, it's a real deal in these troublesome times. The slices were great! More cheese than usual, and the sauce and crust were better than avg. The nice lady behind the counter was genuinely polite and glad I stopped by. I'll be back soon enough.

Bella Italia is a fantastic family restaurant that serves THE BEST pizza in Orlando. Make sure that you start with the garlic knots and end with the zeppole; both are amazing. The owner, Aldo, is always there with a smile and genuinely happy to please his customers. The waitstaff is very friendly and helpful. The prices are also a great value for what you get. Bella Italia is a throwback to a family-style pizza restaurant that is a welcome alternative to the mass-produced chain pizza stores and a place to take your family for a treat.

It took me 37 years, and mind you, I was born and raised in Orlando, Florida, to find the best pizza in this town! Yes, folks! Bella Italia Pizza & Ristorante has to be the most incredible pizza. I can't figure out what makes this pizza so remarkable? Perhaps it's the cheese? The marinara sauce? Or simply the delicious buttery thin crust? I'm going to say ALL three! The staff is extremely friendly and the owner of the establishment, Aldo, knows how to run a restaurant. In addition, he genuinely cares about his clientele and takes pride in providing superb service. The restaurant overall is casual with a comfortable, open and inviting atmosphere. It's definitely a great spot for families with children. The only negative, and it has nothing to do with Bella Italia, is that I live in Lake Mary and it's a bit of a distance for me but worth every mile!

I called to try to place an order and I was told that the system was down. After previously complaining to them, I decided to call from a different phone. As soon as I called they started taking my info and my order. I asked "Why won't you take a delivery order for - address" and they said that their system said DO NOT DELIVER. So I explained to them that the last time we ordered it was incorrect so we placed a complaint. Is that really how you treat your customers? You get a complaint so you basically ban them from ordering at your store? I even told the woman on the phone "So, because we didn't like our previous service, now you don't even want our money?" All she could tell me is to talk to the owner on Monday. Your business is pathetic. I cannot believe you will deny a customer food because they previously complained.

Simple and easy pizza that's pretty good. We used to go here a few times a month when we first moved to this area. Never ate inside, but even with takeout the food is consistently good, nothing spectacular though. Recently however we have found other pizza places to be worth it more. The wings at pizza del dio are better and the pizza at Italian house is light years better. Basically if you have to go here or it's on your way, then do it, but if you are willing to drive another 5-10 minutes hit one of the other two places I mentioned.

  • Charlie L.

The pizza is good but they always mess up our order. We've ordered take out three times and they have never gotten the order correct. One time they forgot to put the meatballs in the spaghetti and meatballs... The second time no mushrooms on the pizza. The third time, we showed up to pick up our take-out order and they forgot the spaghetti and meatballs all together. Waited so long for them to make the order that the pizza was ice cold by the time we got home to eat. We won't be ordering here again. Next time, Bronx Pizza!

Fantastic, a ton of stuff to choose from and the portions are huge! The only thing that I did not like about the chicken farm, and I'm not complaining, but it was made in a deep fryer and had the taste of other foods. I could tell because the tips of the chicken breading was burnt. My suggestion is change your Fryer oil, sauté the dish in a pan and then stick it into the oven. The prices are fantastic, probably the best that I have ever seen of any Italian restaurant.

I have already ate at this New York style pizzeria three times in my life and I would definitely say that it should be considered one of the finest pizza places in town. The owners are very customer-service oriented and really know how to treat their customers right so we have the desire to come back again. I had the chance to receive two free garlic knots after I declined a free extra pizza tonight due to health reasons of my own. I love their pizza but I cannot abuse of my own stomach. I will definitely come back every time I can since I will be working around the area. P.S.: Friday nights are the best for individuals like me who love to hear young teenagers play music. It makes an even greater atmosphere.

Had dinner here a few nights ago. Small local place that is pretty popular even on a weeknight. I opted for their calazone, I ate for 4 days from a small it's HUGE!!! It was really great. The garlic knots were delicious as said in the reviews previously. Only thing I didn't care for was slow service, kept having to ask for server, and no wine list. There wines change based on "what bottle they happen to have open" I opted not to drink based on this. I would prob go back for a calazone or pizza for a low key night.

I found Bella Italia years ago when I lived off Michigan St. and whenever I am in the mood for outstanding pizza, this is my go to restaurant. I've never had the urge to order anything else because every time I go there I just want the pizza. It brings me back to the pizza that I used to have living in New Jersey. Greasy, but not too greasy, the crust is crunchy yet chewy, and it tastes just as good reheated the next day. Sure you can get cheaper pizza, but you can't find better pizza.

When I first wrote this review it was a different owner. The food is still phenomenal, the prices are reasonable. If you join their mailing list, you'll get notified on any upcoming specials. The restaurant has expanded with more tables and booths. The decor is perfect and the lighting is low. They do offer beer and wine specials throughout the week. Kids night I believe is Tuesday. It's truly a great place if you haven't checked it out yet.

Love this place! The owner is so friendly and welcoming you feel like your at home with family. The food is amazing. The pizza wings specialty dishes etc!! Do your self a big favor and stop in for a slice and you will be hooked! Aldo and Robert are a great team, they always have their customers best interests at heart! ! Oh did I mention the chef Robert comes up with the best creations on a daily basis? ??? He is superb!

Chef Robert's CHIPOTLE chicken roll is one of his best creations. Smoky, zesty chicken with lots of cede wrapped in light but crispy crust cooked to a perfect deliciousness.

No wonder this place won best pizza in Orlando weekly. Every pizza on the menu is amazing. They recently expanded to become a restaurant and now offer a wider variety of food. Jamaican patties, subs, baked ziti etc. They have mug Mondays where you bring your own mug in for the drinks. Pretty awesome. Any pizza I buy, I only get from here. Totally recommend. 10/10

Made a reservation for 10 people one night (was surprised when they said they took reservations) at 6:30. I was there at 6;25 and no table was reserved, talked to the girl that made the reservation and she checked the calendar and it was there and she said she forgot, the owner said he could split us up in two booths which no booths were available. I said that was not what the reservation was for and he totally ignored me and went on with other orders. Totally unprofessional. As a Conway resident I will not be supporting this establishment anymore. The food is OK.

Sometimes I really wish Yelp would allow us to give half star ratings. If they did, Bella Italia Pizza would be 3.5 stars instead of just 3. I moved into the area a couple months ago and this place is basically right across the street. After seeing it just about everyday and reading the good reviews, my husband and I thought we try them out. We placed a to go order of a medium pepperoni pizza and the baked ziti. They do offer delivery for only $1.00 in a five mile radius, but since my husband had to stop at the store he decided to just pick it up. He did mention that there were a couple tables inside where you could eat in. I was very impressed by the amount of food you get. The medium pizza was quite big and the baked ziti could have easily fed two people. The baked ziti also comes with some garlic bread. I was also impressed by their large menu. This place is not just a pizza place. They also have pastas, warm and cold subs, calzones, salads, and some other items. As for the food, I thought it was just OK. The baked ziti wasn't anything to rave about. I really think it would have been better if they actually allowed it to bake longer It was warm, but I felt like the cheese needed to melt a little longer. It also seemed to be lacking some flavor. My husband loves pizza and has ate at several different pizza places in Orlando. He said the pizza was just alright. It was very greasy and the crust to me tasted plain. I think the crust would be way better if they offered seasoning. We also thought the prices were a little steep for what we got. This place is very close to where we live, so I can imagine we will try it again. Their menu is big enough that I am sure I can find something I love!

Ordered 10 PC honey mustard wings and a small Stromboli said the wait should be less than 20 mins. Didn't get my order more than 30 mins and my wings weren't even cooked thoroughly. I had it as take out so was not able to bring it and show the staff. There was about 6 people in the kitchen all were standing around talking while I was waiting on my meal. Was fairly disappointed.

  • Maureen D.

I've got to say that when we went into this little place we really liked the ambiance. It was very clean, it had TV's to watch the game and the staff was super nice. They have pitchers of beer for $5.75 and this made us very happy. We ordered some jalepeno poppers which were ok; fried and cheesy. It satiated us and went well with the beer. We had been craving pizza all day. And since moving to this part of town, we have been looking for a local pizza joint with this type of atmosphere. We ordered a large pizza and when it came out, in a timely manner, it looked delicious. But after one bite, we found it to be bland. We took home most of it and a week later it still has not been eaten. And leftover pizza in our house usually doesn't make it through the night. It was because of the Yelp reviews that we decided to try this place. Sad, it could be a real gem!

A hole in the wall with awesome food! I'm from the north so I'm very picky about pizza but Bella Italia has some good pizza! Not the best in Orlando but pretty damn good! The subs are phenomenol, remind me of home. Entrees are great and a good size. They deliver and the staff is great. Only con is the wait time for delivery and while eating there.

Great pizza and service. Two slices and a soda for $5. You can't beat that!

About Taco Bell

Taco Bell is a haven for Mexican delicacies such as tacos, quesadillas, burritos, nachos, and other specialty items. Owned by Yum! Brands, Inc. Taco Bell is one of the fastest growing American chains of fast food restaurants. The restaurant operates from 7,072 different locations which are mostly run by independent franchisees and licensees.

The background story of Taco Bell is interesting and inspiring for budding entrepreneurs. The fast-food brand is the brainchild of Glen Bell, who started his first food venture as a hot dog seller in San Bernardino, California. The year was 1948. After witnessing long queues outside a Mexican restaurant called Mitla Café across the street, Bell saw the opportunity and demand for hard-shelled Tacos. He reverse-engineered the recipe and later started selling Tacos and called the venture Taco-Tia.

Later, the name changed from Taco-Tia to El Taco. Eventually, Glen Bell sold the company to his partner and opened the first Taco Bell in Downey in 1962. By 1964, the restaurant also got its first franchise in Torrance. The 100th Taco Bell restaurant was opened by 1965. PepsiCo acquired Taco Bell from Glen Bell in 1978 and the restaurant brand is currently a subsidiary of Yum! Brands which looks after the restaurant business of PepsiCo.

The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.

Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.

If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.
