Great Beef LoMein the best in orange park. Too bad they dont deliver theres only 1 that does and they are not very good. Everytime we order its always great. Shrimp egg rolls are really good and they have a homemade hot mustard sauce, you just have to ask for it and its free. Well worth the drive to get it and the portions are huge, we split a large ( 2 people) and there is always alot left over.

Rita’s Italian Ice

Oh so yummy! This is the best thing on a hot day. The custard is fantastic and I love having lots of options for ice flavors. They make many different types of products. Everything is always fresh and I have always had great customer service. Check out the flavor of the week and download the app to earn a free ice.
Pros: good for your soul. Cons: it doesn't get cold enough in Florida for this place to have a con. Rita's offers several variations of shaved ice and gelato. My favorite is "gelati", a treat consisting of varying layers of Rita's rich custard and shaved ice. So. Good.
What do you get when you mix frozen custard and homemade Italian ice together? You get yummy, delightful goodness...that's what! Rita's makes their own Italian ice and it's gooooood! A huge range of flavors to choose from(be sure to try the Juicy Pear). They also serve sundaes and milkshakes for the weirdo that comes and doesn't like Italian ice.

Sarku is the best place in the Food Court at the Orange Park Mall. Hubby and I eat here very, very often. You cannot beat the $8.00 price for 2 adults to eat and the food is yummy! We have always ordered the same thing: The Chicken Teriyaki with Fried Rice. We ask for double meat and this is more than enough for both Hubby and myself. Occasionally we do get noodles and rice instead of double rice and the noodles are very good also. As someone else mentioned, there's usually a line here, but it does move quickly. The employees are all friendly and everything is clean. The food is as good as the best Hibachi restaurants I have been to; the only thing missing is the show.
For a quick bite with guaranteed leftovers... They are my choice. I get their chicken teriyaki with steamed rice n veggies. Doublemeat? Yes please...lol Their Chicken n Shrimp meal is awesome too.
We always order the Chicken Teriyaki with fried rice and it is YUMMY! We always ask for double meat, as we share the meal and the regular portion of meat isn' quite enough for two. For those of you who don't like fried rice, make sure to ask for white rice when placing your order. The staff is kind and pleasant and the cook is very friendly when it comes to pouring the sauce! The price is very affordable at around $8 (that's without a soda). The line is almost always long, but the food is served quickly and it's well worth the wait!!

Hubby decided to dine here last night as he was in the mood for sushi, so why not check this place out. Not to give you all too much of our wonderful experience but hubby ordered green tea, hot and I had the sweet tea of which were both amazing. The soup we chosen was very good. We both picked Bento boxes except hubby had teriyaki salmon and I had chicken. Tonight was my first time having shrimp and such a treat it was YUM. I ordered fried rice on the side as I wanted to see how it tasted. Boy was it GOOD!!! Unfortunately I was not able to finish everything so it is all filling and very delicious. For desert hubby wanted to try the fried cheesecake as I tried some as well ;) . This was very, very good. They even added a little mango cake on there of which was very nice of them. Our waitress was excellent. This restaurant was very clean and just nice to dine in.
13September2015- eating at Oshi Sushi again I commented on how I love their Ginger dressing.... Soooo Chin the awesome lady gave me a BIG container to take home. I will always eat here!
By far the best sushi in Orange Park/Jacksonville. The service was great. Food was even better down to the salad FANTASTIC!

Went on a double date here and had a much more pleasant time than last time. Our waitress was pleasant and accommodating. The food was excellent, we were seated promptly, atmosphere was lively and cheerful. Everyone was pleased with their meals, beverages and desert. Will be back again!
As an Italian, I will normally not go to an Italian restaurant, instead hidden up my mother's kitchen if I want real Italian food. However, the other night we were driving around trying to decide what we wanted for dinner and decided to stop. So glad we did! The owners were lovely, true fellow paisans, and it only shows in their food. Best gnocchi I've had in forever, just like when my nonna used to make! We will definitely be back again!
To say that this was excellent is truly an understatement. Everything from beginning to end was spectacular. We started off with tomato caprese and stuffed mushrooms, a house salad, then I had the seafood cannelloni, my mom had the white wine clams with linguine and my sister had the veal. I tasted all of the dishes and everything was so fresh tasting. The gentleman playing the piano added a taste of class to dinner that I was not expecting. I live in Atlanta and I'm already planning my next trip back down this way just to visit Brenda and eat some more AMAZING food. By the way, Brenda is an amazing waitress.

Club Continental Inc

2143 Astor St
Orange Park, 32073
Reviews:
When my brother got married, this was the place he and his soon-to-be bride chose to hold the wedding and reception. Located on the St. John River, the Club Continental is a private club that also serves as a bed and breakfast as well as a special events facility. Some quick background on it; built in 1923, this sprawling estate served as the winter home of Caleb Johnson, who apparently was the heir to the Palmolive Soap Empire (never thought of soap as having its own empire). The property seems to have changed hands in the late 1930's to another family, which I believe is where it still stays to a greater or lesser degree. In 1966 the family decided to make it a private club. Since that time it's expanded in various forms (adding tennis courts, buying the properties surrounding it, constructing and renovating buildings) to what it is today. Now I didn't have a chance to check out any of the rooms, or the tennis courts, or the pool. But I did have the chance to check out the grounds and the main club house. Driving onto the place, it had a real Old Spanish feel to it. I'm not exactly sure what that means to be honest. The property is full of those large trees with the hanging branches - Spanish Moss I believe it's called. Ahh, Spanish Moss/Spanish feel. Now I got it. Anyway, the place was gorgeous. It certainly possessed a sense of the romantic. The buildings are beautiful. The entrance of the club is preceded by a neat little enclosed garden featuring a couple of fountains, a number of stone benches, and a little pond with the obligatory koi. Behind the club is a concrete outcropping that looks over a lush lawn, which itself is looking over the river. The little concrete area is where the actual wedding ceremony took place. The inside of the club is very well-kept. The interior is full of pictures that tell the story of the club's history in vivid imagery. The layout is a bit odd though. When you first come in (from the main entrance) you find yourself in a small hall. Turn right and you're in the dance room. Take a couple of steps forward and you find yourself in a small foyer with a bar. On the left is a small serving area, which we actually used as a kids area. This is connected to a larger dining room area that runs parallel to the foyer that served as the buffet. As you move forward from this dining room you find yourself in a small...anteroom, for lack of a better word. This is where the head table was located, which was an odd choice given that only two other tables fit in this area. This little room did look onto the dance room where the DJ and dance floor was located. And next to the both this anteroom and dance room was a larger bar area, which also served as a dining room, and incidentally was where the majority of the guests were seated for dinner. Unfortunately the view to this room was completely obstructed from where we sat at the head table. The staff was phenomenal. They had an on-site event planner that made everything run smoothly. Plus the serving staff (cook-to-order-chef, waiters/waitresses, bartenders) made sure we were all taken care of. After the ceremony the wedding party was dying of thirst and famished. When we made our way to the area where we were taking pictures, there were waitresses waiting for us with trays of water and food. Much appreciated. The only real downside was the food. I was not impressed in the least. At best, the selections were very bland and at worst, some dishes were difficult to stomach. The food just wasn't very good. Of course when my brother asked, I told him it was wonderful (I don't want to ruin his special day). But when he told me how much he had spent, I was shocked. Not worth the price at all. Incidentally the four bucks I spent on a double cheeseburger, order of fries and a sweet tea when I hit the McDonald's drive-thru on the way back to the hotel...heaven. The food is the sole reason why this place does not earn the five-star review. The Club Continental was a wonderful place for a wedding and reception. My family and I had a great time and it created a lot of good memories for us all. I think you'll love it too. Mahalo, and enjoy.
Great place. Spacious rooms, well appointed, very quiet, beautiful grounds, buildings and view. I will definitely stay here again when in the area.
I stayed 2 nights. This is a very pretty place. They almost lost me. My room was in the main house and there was a water issue. Breakfast french toast was not good. But I told them about my concerns and they bent over backwards to fix. HUGE positive. Not enough for 5 stars but I found the place welcoming. Dinner was great. Very good martini. The flavors were unexpected but I liked it. Water issue was fixed. FREE wifi. What could they do better: robes, feather pillows, light those gorgeous fireplaces, keep the staff.. they are your biggest sales feature.

This is 'THE BEST' ice cream shop ever!!! We used to have one in Fleming Island and for some reason it no longer is here. Now when I travel back home or crave this spot, I will travel to Orange Park Mall and order a quart for $7.99 of 'peanut butter galaxy'. This mixer is just amazing. They may not have it listed on the board but as they have other flavors. My family also enjoys cotton candy ski jump and cheesecake break. They went up 2$ in their prices but it's worth it. It may be because they partnered with Marble Slab. Not a fan of that place as I've had it once and their ice cream seemed a bit oily. I really hope they do not change Maggie Moo's ingredients for their delicious ice cream. They have an awards program that you use your cell number and every Monday if you go, you receive double points. You also receive coupons on yummy items through the app as well. It's a pretty neat.
First of all, I have to echo Carlos C.: I absolutely love this place! When we're at Orange Park Mall (which is often), we generally always get an ice cream fix. Sometimes it's from Baskin Robbins or Yogurt Mountain, but most of the time it's from here. Even though they have their main flavours all the time such as vanilla, sweet cream, chocolate, and vanilla, they change up their other flavours and they also have seasonal flavours. For instance, during the Christmas holidays they have an egg nog flavour. The employees here are mostly young, but they are always top-notch. Always smiling and friendly. They don't mind you trying as many flavours as you like. The prices here are quite reasonable. Most places charge you extra for toppings, but not here. All the toppings you want are free. They even offer a waffle cone for free. Hubby is a weird one and prefers to drink his ice cream, so he never strays. He always gets a large strawberry milkshake with chocolate chips mixed in. It's his favourite milkshake above all others. I prefer to actually eat my ice cream. I always go with 2 scoops in a waffle bowl. My favourite ice cream is their pistachio. Heck, pistachio is just my favourite ice cream period. I always shed a little tear when they don't have it. But, that's ok, because I love their sweet cream and strawberry very much as well and will get a scoop of each when they don't have pistachio. The flavours of all the ice cream I have tried are so rich and smooth. The flavour really comes through and "pops." It's like little spoons of heaven in my mouth! If you like, they will mix your flavours together and mix in the toppings. I personally prefer to not have my flavours mixed, and when I do get toppings, I like to have them added to the top rather than mixed in. I must say again, I think it's really cool I can get as many toppings as I like at no charge. They have a lot of seating inside and the store is always super clean. Although I haven't tried them, they also have ice cream cakes and they have ice cream cupcakes. One of these days I'm going to have to try one of the ice cream cupcakes... they always look so good in the case! If you visit the Orange Park Mall and haven't been to Maggie Moo's, you're really missing out. It's located on the outside of the mall next to AMC and TGIFridays. So, do yourself and your taste buds a favour and stop in next time you're at this mall!
This is a great ice cream shop...I absolutely love this place. There are a lot of flavors to choose from.... But I always stick with my norm of a strawberry milkshake with chocolate chips mixed in... The employees are very friendly... They don't mind letting you try different flavors.... The shop is kept very clean and the prices are very reasonable... I prefer Maggie Moo's over the other ice cream joints.

This a quality Starbucks! The staff here is really great and I enjoy their smiles when I roll in. This Starbucks is nailing what great customer services is about. The ladies here don't just make coffee but they make sure you leave happy. If a drink order doesn't taste right they don't huff and puff they just make it to your liking. All Starbucks should be like this one. Parking lots terrible but not their problem. Enjoy
Maybe I'm biased, but I love this location! My parents have lived in Fleming Island back when nothing was on 220 and it was just a two lane road. What a treat to have a Starbucks on the island and it's a great place to sit alone or with family --just to read the paper, surf on your laptop or visit with friends. The atmosphere is pretty laid back like most other SB locations and with the right attitude, you can create whatever experience you want to have. Always great service and consistently helpful staff. Never a badf experience. 5 STARS
Location good, staff good, parking lot is terrible. So this Starbucks is on an out parcel in a shopping center clearly visible from the road. However, trying to navigate the parking lot can be a challenge. It is an easy turn into the parking lot that is shared with Moe's. However, it is a dead end. Hopefully you don't have to backout. Only way to make a U turn is with a parking space. So we had no issues with ordering our drinks and we got exactly what we ordered. Nice helpful people at this location. Just a crappy parking lot.

This is my on the way to the Burg location. They are a larger store and the parking is great. No problems in drive thru back ups either. Service is always good and the coffee is always great!
Been through the drive up and inside several times. The staff is always friendly and I never have to wait very long at all. My daughter and wife are getting me addicted to coffee drinks now. I'm not a coffee fan but the Caramel Flan drink is outstanding.
