I've been here several times. The down side is that the service and food are not consistent. Up side: You can ask for the "allergy" menu that addresses gluten, MSG, eggs and dairy.

I know I say don't judge one store to the chain. I've been asking myself lately but isn't that why there a chain? That there consistent with there product and maintain a certain decorum and reputation? Then I have to say this one steps away from that. The food don't get me wrong is consistent and good. The decor is standard and eye appealing. But service and attitude well that differs. WE were greeted warmly, but it went down hill from there. TWo hours to do early dinner. They scoffed at seating us on the main isle because we had a 20mth old and they could not put his high chair in the aisle we were banished to the half table. Okay, no problem we actually preferred being in the back. OUr waitress although pleasant she did not have a name tag on, and did not introduce herself and we waited some time for her arrival. After getting our orders it took even more time to bring our drinks, and she forgot to bring the biscuits. So back she goes and we wait some more. Then our appetizer gets there but now were out of drinks. We wait some more. Then some people were seated next to us and apparently the waitress knew them. She made sure she brought them two rounds of biscuits and drinks and they never waited as long as we did. Seems unfair. Then the manager comes around talking to people and smiling at them, but us she walked right past us and never even acknowledged us. So what? Are we leopards? Something wrong with our money? I really was annoyed with the attitude.

Ruby Tuesday is your typical subpar chain restaurant. Only came here because it was close and didn't feel like driving far. The best part of this place is the salad bar. That's about it. Good thing they at least have that much going for them. I ordered a burger and fries which were both lacking. Fries were soggy and plain. Burger was not cooked properly. The server did stop by often to check in on us and refill drinks but it didn't make up for the sad food quality. The menu and the restaurant itself needs an overhaul to get me coming back again. My first time eating at this restaurant and let me tell you I was not impressed with their food and service. I wish I should have searched and read the reviews before trying.

It's a saturday night. I knew everywhere would be busy. So at 730, I called to make a reservation for 6 at 830. We got there and they had put us on the waiting list. There were still no open tables. We waited for a bit. They offered to try to fit 5 of us ( one couldn't make it) at a high top table or wait for another table to clear out but we were starving so we opted for the high top. The place wasn't very big and it was very busy. The food took a while to come out. I ordered fish tacos with a chicken noodle soup. The soup was too salty. The fish tacos were dry and mostly lettuce. Even the tortillas were dry and chewy. Another member of my party ordered a medium done steak but it was dry as well. Wish we had a coupon tonight because the food was not worth what we paid. The waiter was friendly though.

Saturday, 11:15 and we're waiting for a table? Not because they're busy, but because their hostess isn't behind the stand, she's in the back, behind the bar, doing other things, not doing -her- job. It wasn't just us, it was two other groups too. When we were sat, we had an excellent waiter. Seymour (yes, the "little Shop Of Horrors" jokes were not lost on us either) made sure our orders were taken and our food was gotten to us quickly. After all, we had a movie to catch. Since the menu change, Ruby Tuesday really is nothing more than mediocre. The food was tasty but nothing to write home about.

Never again. Food.....one step above McDonald's. Salad Bar........not attended to and dirty. Wait Staff.....brought out the bill before we were half way through our meal, and never even asked if we wanted dessert or anything else. Don't waste your money or time. They get one star only because I can't give them what they deserve, which would be none.

We have been eating at RT's for years, but the last 2 visits have been HORRIBLE !!... 2 weeks ago, I ordered a Triple Prime Bacon and Cheddar burger, and it came without a bun???? When I showed my displeasure, the server had someone bring me a bun... un-toasted and wheat. That was about enough to send me off...but last night was the finisher, when I ordered a Buffalo Chicken burger and it came as 2 mini's. My wife and I will find a new place to have our weekly meals. I know our leaving and telling our friends about our experience won't hurt their business.

Worst service we have had in a long time. Server never brought the correct drinks and took forever to bring the wrong ones. He also messed up the checks and insisted that we did not give him a coupon that he stood at our table and wrote down in front of our table. Horrible, horrible, horrible service! Won't be going back there.

Not a fan. The soup is RIDICULOUS SALTY! Please Chef, taste this stuff! The salad bar is just odd tasting, idk whats the deal w it. I just can't seem to ever make a salad w these ingredients that tastes good. The turkey burger minis are FANTASTIC! The shrimp pasta is WAYYYY TOO SALTY! WOW, again, please taste this, Chef! The mango sweet tea is DELISH, thanks Bartender :)

Thank you, Ruby Tuesday, for reminding me why I never go to eat at your establishments. We ordered 2 beers both came to the table very warm - not good. Then we ordered the thai-phoon shrimp, or whatever "clever" name they had for fried salad shrimp with some Sriracha mayo. It would have been marginally enjoyable.... if the shrimp wasn't almost raw. After that we decided to leave.

Good salad bar and happy hour items. I just stopped in for a quick bite before a movie. $5 appetizers at happy hour!!! Mike the bartender kept the drinks full!

It's Ruby's! It's a chain but they have a nice salad bar and a really good turkey burger. Very friendly staff. If you've been to one..... Well you get it.

Good food but service was sooooo sloooow. We were there two hours and finally had to ask for our check. It was truly ridiculous.

Day/time of visit: weekday lunch Salad bar = Ruby Tuesday I love the salad bar for lunch. I usually order the Ruby Minis because they are $1 more than just ordering the salad bar alone. The mini burgers (2) and fries are usually decent and I love those little cheesy biscuits (but didn't Red Lobster make those famous? I'm fine with RT copying them). Server was good, restaurant was clean, food was appropriate temp. Will be back next time I want a salad bar for lunch.

Ruby Tuesdays isn't a restaurant I come to for the fabulous service. The service is always mediocre to good, but never great. This is something I've come to expect at most chain restaurants--servers have to work to a script and must meet quotas. That being said, the food at this Ruby Tuesdays is consistently good. They have a varying menu that always seems to be a step ahead of the trends. The salad bar is an excellent touch, and everything is always fresh and well maintained. Prices are average to high, depending what you order. Lunch menu is pretty decent priced, though dinner gets a little crazy for a chain franchise. A solid 3.

Sat in the bar and Tanya was amazing, perfect service. The desert was delicious and the drinks were cold. Can't beat it.

This review is for the happy hour/bar only. $2 drafts (2-4-1) and $5 decent apps during happy hour..can't complain on that. bartender was great.

Consistently delicious with fabulous staff and varying drinks and foods. The manager, Kim, makes you feel like you're all life long friends. The flatbread is delish, the ribs juicy and meaty, the margaritas were perfect but the most delicious dessert EVER is their me white chocolate cherry cheesecake! Holy cow!! Unreal!! LUV LUV LUV this place! It is always consistently fresh and fabulous. Thanks, Kim! Your place rocks!

I would advise everyone to stay away from the Ruby Tuesday in Oldsmar, Florida. The service here is beyond poor. This evening I actually attempted to pay for my dinner with a pre-paid gift card and the bartender did not want to accept it for payment. He actually said that he wouldn't make any money if I used it. Like that's My problem!! You make a tip for good service and customer service not poor service and personal options. I won't ever be going back and I sure wouldn't suggest anyone else wasting their money here.

I have been to this Ruby Tuesdays many times. Usually the service is okay and the food is good. I try to avoid going during peak hours or when trying to catch a movie. It isn't the fastest service in the world, but I don't usually feel ignored there. The worst meal I had there was when the electricity went out as our food was being served. My family and I ate by the glow of our cellphones while many people walked out not paying their bills. At first the waitress actually tried to charge us full price, but came back a moment later with a much smaller bill only containing our drinks... Ya know, the part we got to enjoy with the lights and AC on!

Don't go if you are single. I was ignored when others were waited on. I was never offered the appetizer (sign on table mentions it), never given biscuits. Service was extremely slow and food mediocre for the price. The crab cakes used to be good but there is no sign of the lump crabmeat as in the past. The seafood platter for$18.00 consisted of an undercooked lobster tail, 4 shrimp and the crab cake. All were tasteless but the lack of service for a single stood out.

Service is bad, food is cold, atmosphere is unfriendly and the place is filthy! I wouldn't even let my dogs eat here!

We eat here at least once a week for lunch. We order everything from the salad bar to go - chicken and steaks! Good prepared salads too. If you order the salad bar, you better be ready! They do not skimp on the portion! They will give you a scoop of each item! (there are about 30) The crab cake is very good also, the sauce has just the right spiciness. Their petite sirloin has always been cooked to just the right temp. You have to try the chicken pot pie! WOW! Light creamy sauce and grilled chicken with fresh vegetables on a puff pastry. I'm hooked!
