This location is close to our home. We don't go very often but have been there maybe a dozen times. The inside is clean, the tables are clean and the workers are always nice and respectful. The food is pretty good but their blizzards and moolatas are soooo very good! Trey are always freshly made and always exactly what we order. It's a great stop on a hot day to cool down. The Orange Julius is so refreshing any time of the day.

Had a bad blizzard, called & they replaced it no problems. Something about the air concentration. Anyway, no problems & they gave me a bigger one. :) I'll go back to them.

Dilly bars and Buster Bars were freezer burned on two occasions. These are the boxed treats you get from their freezer to enjoy at home. The Manager offered to replace on next visit when I called to let them know. We never got back to get them replaced. Soft serve ice cream there is hit or miss. Sometimes it's real creamy and among the best soft serve out there. Other times it's grainy and taste is weird. They often have kids working there that could care less and don't pay attention. They either give you something other than you asked for or they give a small portion. Sometimes I swear a small and medium look the same. When you are paying top dollar for an ice cream of your choice, it should be to your liking and expectations. We actually avoid going here now. It's a shame, but the management just doesn't seem to keep an eye on the product served and the customer service. This is not a place we can rely on for consistent, quality product and service. Bummer!

Can you ever go wrong with ice cream? I don't think so. My husband and I frequent this DQ for ice cream treats. I have nothing to complain about; you kind of know what you're getting from a DQ I think! Blizzards, waffle cones, and chocolate dipped cones are such delicious treats, and this location is clean and prompt. Also - if you happen to have a dog and he/she is with you, make sure to ask for a free pup cup! They give you a small dollop of vanilla soft serve for your pup to enjoy - nice!

Great Chilli Dogs..I love DQ plain and simple. This is the only location I get to go regularly so I only wish they would make their great Hamburgers here as well, they are making Grilled Sandwiches now so that's a start.

I have been here 3 times now and 2 out of the 3 times I have had an issue. The first time they gave me a sundae in a plastic up with a slit up the side, that leaked all over my car. The second time they didn't give me the blizzard I ordered. I am rather disappointed. Lesson learned double check your order.

Terrible service on 8/18/15 - Drive thru took 23 minutes apparently because the head set broke - no one cared that cars were sitting for 12+ minutes at the speaker box to have order taken - Had to call the store to find out what was going on that was taking so long. After order was placed it still took 7+ minutes to drive around wait for the car ahead, pay and then finally drive off with practically melted ice cream. No apologies were offered and it is unbelievable that such terrible customer service took place with such a nonchalant attitude. I have been here several times and on more than one occasion my order has been incorrect. Even though it is close to my house and everyone enjoys a good DQ treat I WILL NEVER BE BACK TO THIS DQ! Very Disappointed.

We had a great experience tonight! It took hardly any time at all to place our order and I'd say it only took about two minutes for the server to whip up three beautiful cones. Bobby & I had ours dipped in chocolate, but Christoph went for a classic cone. As you can see from the pictures, we were served by an ice cream artist. The guy must've had extensive training in some sort of soft serve boot camp. The only thing I wasn't liking was the steady stream of country music. I mean, I know this place is right down the street from the Round Up, but still. This is Oldsmar. Other than that, and the scant amount of seating, this Dairy Queen is pretty solid in my opinion. We'll be back, and maybe for a Blizzard next time. Here's to hoping they bring back Choco Cherry Love in February!

Always fast and friendly service here at the Oldsmar DQ. I've been at this locale several times over the past 10 years and have never received an incorrect order, which is really all one can ask. Ain't nothing like a strawberry banana blizzard. This is a smaller old school style DQ, and not one of the big Grill & Chill locations, FYI.

I love sweets and Dairy Queen always satisfies my sweet tooth. Love the dipped cone! There are usually different blizzards every month and they are all yummy. Always look forward to pumpkin season because their pumpkin blizzard is wonderful. Most Fridays, I can be found here with my nieces and nephews for an afterschool treat. It seems like they have taken after their aunt with their sweet tooth cravings:)

We have only ever been through the drive through, but have never had any issues. They were efficient and got our order correct. I got exactly what I wanted and expected. The girl working the drive through saw out dogs and offered us pups cups (which we took, but did not even think to ask for when going through the drive through). It's DQ - it's ice cream - as long as you get my order right I am happy. The niceness of the girl working the drive through did impress me and put me to 4 stars.

Conveniently located across from Walmart and next to some Goodyear/Gemini auto shop. Great for when you're waiting for your car to be done and/or family to finish shopping at walmart if you dare to cross the 6 lanes of traffic of tampa rd. i'd highly recommend taking the extra steps to teh stop light instead of trying to jay walk. This place serves all your fav soft serve ice cream delights and whatever's on their "hot" menu. Drive through available too - making it even more convenient!
