My daughter is leaving for college in the morning, and being the good Chicagoan that she is - she chose deep dish as her final meal home. We called 6 or 7 times to place an order and the phone wouldn't pick up. Checked the number on the website, dialed it and no answer. We gave up and ordered Chinese takeout. Is the place closed now? Or the kids running the place just don't know how to answer a phone? Absolute joke. Again. We're going to Paul's Chicago Pizza from now on, and so should you. 15 minutes further drive for us from Westchase, but definitely worth it.

Worst pizza j have ever had. Ordered two medium pizzas and one order came out wrong. The wrong pizza was nothing but cheese. I have never seen so much cheese in my life. Definitely not editable to say the least.

Out Mozzarella Stick platter was enormous and worth far more than they charge! My stuffed cheese pizza was excellent and I am taking home roughly 3 lbs of left over from it. My daughters Chicago vegetarian was also enormous and delicious. Our youngest preferred stuffed tortellini and we are also leaving with about 3 lbs extra. Portion sizes are out of this world large! Great flavor, good people sharing their passion makes this a great addition to our town.

Food was average. We did delivery. French fries soggy, garlic bread was not delivered and order was not complete. Bread on meatball sub was so soggy you could not pick it up. Asked for baked Penne with mozzarella cheese on top and could barely see cheese. We threw away bread on sand which and french fries and most of pasta. Over priced. Management said they would give us credit for soggy fries and they but through full charge. Will never eat there or order from there again. Management did not show much concern over our issues. Attitudes like that and they will not be in business long

Terrible pizza & over priced! $30 for a large thin crust pizza & cheese bread. Pizza was doughy & tasteless. Cheese bread was under cooked. I thought Chicago pizza was square cut? I've had better pizza at Chucky Cheese! Won't be back!

I normally don't right reviews but this food was so bad and overpriced I had to write one. I ordered the appetizer sampler, a house salad, and a calzone. I was told it would be ready in 45 mins -1 hour. When I picked up the food 45 mins later the appetizer sampler was not only cold but under cooked, including the calamari which pretty much just wasn't cooked at all. The sampler came with no sauce so I requested a side of marinara and it was literally worse than store bought sauce. The house salad was basically a box of iceberg lettuce with a few carrots and cucumbers around the edge. The calzone was the only thing that was actually fresh and the dough was overcooked and the inside was dry. Please don't waste your money!

Oh how I wanted this to be just like I use to get in Chicago. Not so much. First off, employees are unprofessional . Ordered based off on line menu only to find out prices were different upon pick up. I was told it was because they upgraded to a better cheese and are unable to change web site. Manger stated he gets several calls regarding the price difference. Perhaps when customers call in to order you should mention that to alleviate the flood of questions regarding price difference. The crust was like eating cardboard, WAY TOO MUCH CHEESE. Is this possible you ask?? Oh ya. So picture this, cardboard with a block of mozzarella topped with diced tomatoes. Not tasty at all. 49.00 for two large cheese . My husbands co worker also ate there stating the same exact thing.......not so great "won't be back."

We've been waiting for this place to open up for months, and were quite disappointed when we went. The food is expensive for what you actually get. We ordered the small gold mozzarella stuffed pizza and to our surprise, it tasted as if the dough came from a box, and the sauce came from a can. The waiter was also very awkward and not terribly friendly. He ended up dropping the leftover pizza in another seat while putting it in the takeout box. This place is just a disappointment all around.

Saw all the negative reviews and was a bit worried. Place is still fairly new and working through some growing pains. Staff is still learning and I think they are cycling through a bunch of kids in training. Pizza was ok but kind of high priced for what I got. They had a slice and beer special so I didn't have to get a whole pie. I had a slice of meat lovers and pepperoni. I think their sauce overpowers the taste of the toppings and cheese - could barely taste the pepperoni. Light sauce would be my recommendation to others. Wait on food is definitely an issue here and I don't think he servers do a very good job of preparing the customers. Brought up concerns to manager but he didn't seem too worried. I need a local option for Chicago style pizza but not sure yet this place will be it.

Probably the worst dining experience we have had in a long time-it was so bad, it was comical. This place is run by a bunch of kids. I didn't see a manager or owner anywhere. Initially we were sat in a dark area, away from the windows and any other patrons. We immediately asked to be moved. It was depressing. Once sat where everyone else was sat, we asked about their 4-7pm happy hour specials on beer and wine (it was advertised on their menu). The response we received was "it's happy hour". Duh. I then asked, what the special was....then the server decides to elaborate. It was 2 for 1. The beer selection was dismal, so we didn't partake. We decided to order a salad and small pizza. The chopped salad sounded good. But what we received was a) not chopped and b) lacking the key ingredients listed {see pic}. We noticed The table next to us was waiting a really long time for their food. Finally it came, well 3/4 of it. 20 min later the 4th person was STILL waiting for her meal. And guess what she ordered? Yep, a slice of pizza. I'm sorry but if you're going to offer slices, then they should be ready to go within 5 min. No slice should take 40 min to get. When they left, they commented to us that they would never return and we agreed. Other things we experienced were: Diet coke with no ice Our server telling us he had a rough night Breadsticks that were promised but never delivered A medium pizza when we ordered a small, and then when we pointed it out, we were told that he would "make good and only charge us for a small on the bill". Yep. You're right you will We had a 10% off coupon that was mailed to us. This was never taken off the bill, but honestly at the end, we just wanted to get the hell out of there ******* We will never be back.

Are you kidding me? They definitely are experiencing some operational issues with the kitchen. Called for carry out of 2 pizzas, one stuffed and one thin. Was told 45-60 minutes. Got to restaurant about 55 minutes after order. Paid the bill and waited. After 10 minutes my first pizza was ready and I was told the other would be right out. 10 minutes later I was to,d that it would be another 20 minutes. WTF??? I cancelled order and asked for a refund. Then was informed that they would not be able to reverse the charge on my credit card until the end of the night. I'm not happy! I'm from Chicago and have been waiting for them to open for over a year and this is what happens? Hopefully they will get the rust worked out and they can be successful, but right now I'm extremely disappointed. 9:20 and they just called to say that the charges to my credit card were reversed. I don't understand why it couldn't have been done while I was at the restaurant but I appreciate that it was done. I will give them another shot because the Tampa area needs some quality pizza. I'm just going to wait a few more weeks for them to work out the kinks.
