I frequent this place because it is just so darned good! You can't beat the prices either, nor the variety. It's usually very busy, but the wait is worth it.

My husband & I stop here for a late night snack after I pick him up around the corner at 10pm Mon-Fri. They are always quick, friendly & thank you with a huge smile! They too make you feel like family! We have a location closer to our house, but prefer this one!

Have you ever experienced waiting in line at a Miami nightclub on a Friday night? If that's something you'd like to experience, then by all means attempt to visit this location on just about any day after 5pm. I visit the gym that resides in the same plaza, and I always see a line that's about 15 deep; not only on a scorching Saturday, but even on Tuesday evenings. Yes, the treats they offer are delicious and I can't say a single negative thing about their ice cream, but it's mind boggling. The prices are good and the service is average, so I do guess that's a tough deal to pass up.

This is the Twistee Treat closest to where we live, and in terms of what they offer and the quality, it's pretty much the same as the others: delicious. This one gets insanely crowded, though, and with the convenient drive-through available, there is often a backup in the parking lot around it as well. So please be careful when going through this area. There is a bit of seating, but not enough considering the amount of people that seem to always be here. In the hottest of days, though, we really prefer sitting in the car to enjoy our cold desserts, anyway. =)

To me, this is the best ice cream in Orlando. I will drive out of my way every time for their black cherry swirl soft-serv. I don't know their magic, but I see it clearly indicated in the fact that there is always a line. The vanilla soft-serv tastes like whipped cream, all the other flavors and combos are overwhelming in the sheer amour of choice they give you, and some locations even have a drive-thru. I'm only taking a star off because the service has been very poor a few times (mostly the Ocoee location) and is, at best, average.

Good prices, some of the best ice cream around; would be better if we got service with a smile! None of the employees look happy to be there. They look like they'd much rather be taking selfies on their phones or at the mall; as someone who's just as affected by the quality of service as the quality of the product, it's not my first choice for an afternoon treat.

This is such a wonderful place and there are endless dessert options. My favorite are the sundaes. The prices are great and the sizes are big. Be prepared to wait 10-15 minutes either standing in line or in the drive through, as it's very popular. Parking is definitely a pain, but this ice cream is worth it.

This is obviously the local hot spot for teens and families alike, and for good reason. Great product, great service, misleadingly edible looking building design, everything you would want from an ice cream shop. Except of course for parking, seating, short lines, and hand dipped ice cream. Perfect after a movie at the West Orange cinema across the street.

It's busy, but that's because it's good. For about $10 the whole family gets ice cream and there are about a million different choices of flavors. I am a shake junky so I try something different almost every time I go. Despite how busy they are, the staff is very friendly and boy are they fast! The line might be long, but I never feel like I am waiting too long. It's not fancy. And it's all soft serve so if you're looking for gourmet, then look elsewhere. But for what it is, it can't be beat.

Huge line but it honestly moved really fast! They have the best ice cream presentation, nice people and good prices. I am not a nice cream lover but for some reason I constantly crave their ice cream. I recommend trying a peanut butter, butterfinger and Oreos shake. You will love it if you love those items. It's heaven. That is all. See for yourself!

There was a good-sized line when we got there, but the service was quick and efficient, and we were moved along quickly. I had their vanilla soft serve, and it was DELICIOUS, definitely among the best I've had -- the sizes were generous, too. I'd gotten a medium, but could've been satisfied with a small. Don't bother with the drive-thru, it's always crowded and it seemed faster to park and walk up.
