I'm kinda meh with this Starbucks. I was in twice over the weekend, and both times this place was too crowed for my liking (time to build a new one a half block away). The first time I was in, I literally watched 3 customers bring back messed up drink orders. To their credit, the batistas corrected the orders and were so friendly making sure the customer was pleased, but 3 mistakes is not good. That slows things down while you have to remake things. My other observation is that this place is in desperate need of a drive thru. I don't even know why Starbucks sets up shop without a drive thru. Saddly, this is now the closest location to my new home. Sad panda.

Super busy so there's often long lines. But they're very friendly and helpful and they have a huge outdoor patio

Great Starbucks location although small by most Starbucks standards it packs a great clientele. Seating can be a challenge and with no drive-thru you may be drinking it in your car. There is plenty of parking on the side and front with a nice patio on the side with a few tables and umbrellas. The staff was friendly and efficient and the end result is a great product. I'd love to have this exactly store in my neighborhood.

I love Starbucks. This Starbucks, not so much. I don't get out to Ocoee often, but when I do this location is a convenient stop. On my last visit I got that dreaded experience where the couple in front of me knew the employees. And so they were engrossed with trading shifts, gossip, etc. And not making coffee. I really hate that. Also, for some reason I can't explain the Frappucino I ordered for a friend had no whipped cream. It should have. But it didn't. My drink was perfect. But then I had guilt because the other one was messed up. That's the worst.

I'm in here a lot. The music was so loud tonight, 12/9/13, that it was annoying. At 10:00 pm there were only 3 customers left and we asked to turn it down 3 times - and the manager wouldn't. If you don't want us in there then get rid of the couches and tables. But if you want paying customers to be in here then be a little more courteous to the customer!

Can you say "the bomb diggety dawgy dawg"? Yes you can. Say it! This is your typical Starbucks for the Ocoee folks. The products are great and the barristas are on point! Don't forget to download the Starbucks app on your smartphone for freebies galore. If you hit Starbucks regularly, its absolutely foolish not to have the app...I aint kiddin'! I spend hours here sometimes studying and despite being cold, there is good internet and a respectable amount of plugs for your laptop. I love this place. You will too...did you hear me? YOU WILL TOO!

THANK YOU for taking your BLOND Blend back w/o any issue! Really not the brew we expected or hoped for from your "most caffeinated" offering. So we wanted to leave with some Sumatra or Ethiopian perhaps- but omg man, they were out of the freakin coffee! (oh well they did have a decaf Sumatra) I simply don't understand how this store could only had two options to sell? Really?? How difficult is maintaining the coffee inventory in a Starbucks? So gee, kinda in a lurch here. Got the store credit for one dissatisfaction experience and no inventory of the two sure things we actually have confidence in purchasing. YiKEs! Settled for a Dark Gold Coast Blend. We still haven't brewed any yet. I'll sneak in an update later perhaps. Also ordered two iced coffees with cream and well- Okay, now that is some good stuff. Good mid-day picker upper. That alone can keep em' famous!

Can't beat the service from the baristas at this location. After a few visits they know your name- CHEERS. They're also extremely helpful w/ suggestions- I substituted mocha w/ white chocolate in my salted caramel latte- DELISH!!

This Starbucks has a friendly feel to it,nice. and everyone is really It closes at 10:30 pm which I love. Seriously, I arrived at 10:26 one night, and I was treated as if the store just opened. . .amazing. It is a smaller SBUX, so it can get crowded easily, especially if you are going there to work. Not the best location for work. If you're in the area and need a place to work, try House Blend coffee nearby.

I had the misfortune of dealing with a barista who was rude and not fit for starbucks. Thankfully be inform me it was hood last day. But not without making my morning stop miserable. I ordered my drink and proceeded to the bar area to wait. As many starbucks have a pitcher of water available I wad looking for it, they didn't have any. So I asked if I could have glass with a little bit of water. He ordered me to go back in line to ask for because he didn't have cups near him, :o. I asked for the cup and he wouldn't give me water. Then he told me it was starbucks policy not to give water. Then I told him how rude he was the times I had him. To which he responded "today is my last day". I asked the other barista if she could make my drink, because I didn't wanted a bitter barista to make my drink. Everybody in the store was very scare or something to do something. I asked for a supervisor for a manager, nnobody responded. Then the bitter barista made my drink I refused it. I said I would Paid for another one of that's what it took for the other barista to make it. Again none of the other 5 baristas responded. To which he proceeded to ask me to leave and refunded my drink. If I may add. I was not rude, he was. I was using my normal voice tone, he wasnt. I am not coming back to that store. Please be aware, fortunately he won't be there I believe his name was jon. Being a former barista myself I am so sad for the people who carry that title and do what starbucks stands for is very very sad.

We usually come here when the Starbucks at WGV doesn't have any parking, thanks to the new restaurants in the area. They are always friendly and helpful. The store is always clean and I have never had an issue with any of my drinks. The boyfriend says they make a better macchiato than the one in WGV, though. I can't tell the difference, but I'm more of a Refresher girl, myself.

The service and staff are great, but my one gripe about this location is that the seating is horrible. There is only really one table with access to an outlet. The seating along the wall is old and cracked (and again has no access to power) aside from that, it's a great place to get your coffee and go.

Best staff. Very friendly and personal. They know your order and get it right the first time. The entire staff is great.
