Chain buffet .. Kind of long time to get to register even i was not that busy but its ok. Not every one know work fast. Meat part of this buffet is just delicious. Ham, steak and beef pot roast i love it.. Good taste and cooked perfect. Only one think i did not like its little bit dirty but costumers are animals so its hard to keep cleaned i dont blame them. I saw enough in 20 mins there .

Sometimes you just have a craving for gluttony, and a buffet such as Golden Corral can help satisfy that itch. This is one of the nicer locations of this chain that I have been to. It has a pretty extensive buffet with a good mix of a salad bar, tasty dessert bar, and some hit or miss buffet style entree and veggie items. Even a grill with steaks cooked to order. The best thing ever here is the fried chicken. I think I overdosed on it tonight. So crispy on the outside while tender, hot, and juicy on the inside. Drool. The buffet is clean overall and looks well maintained. You don't get that impending feeling of doom as if you will catch the plague when eating here. Sure, it's filled with families eating on the cheap, along with the senior crowd coming in for the meal deals, but it's no biggie as that is why we all come here to begin with. To fill our bellies with plate after plate after plate of food and then top it off with dessert! Can I just stick my face in the chocolate fountain? I also scored my parental units the senior discount and saved some bucks. Boom!

To me an all you can eat buffet is really only a good idea when they have a ton of traffic so the food is always fresh this location has more customers than some orlando golden corrals and they a cranking out fresh food all day long

I really - really enjoyed this Golden Coral! I used to eat at one every week when I was little and I haven't been to one for over 8 years.. and this definitely hit the spot. Huge selection of meats, country style fixings and fresh salad, dessert. They also cook your steaks to perfection for you! It was wonderful. I certainly won't be eating at a buffet every week but maybe once a month or so!

As buffets go, this is pretty much the top of the charts. Steaks to order, pretty much every type of cuisine under the sun, options galore, a dessert bar that puts others to shame and that typical cafeteria-type feel. All in all though, it's exactly what you'd expect...so much food that leaves you wondering why you ate so much but couldn't stop going back for more. For the most part, all the food is above average which is a nice change of pace from other buffets.

Told my wife to remind me once every 3 to 4 years. Had a buffet craving. Decided to go to the Corral since in the past it's been good. For those of you who don't know about Golden Corral it's a nice buffet with a good salad bar, desert bar, and broad selection of food. It's fast average tasting buffet food. The clientele you'll find is usually old people on a budget and large families out to feed the masses. No frills dining. Price is right. Would recommend going at 3:45 you get the lunch menu price and the dinner items come out at 4pm. You save $5 in price.

This is the only buffet in town that I will eat at. It's clean, the buffet is maintained as it should be and they follow the health code policy. I havn't been here in a while and a lot of remodeling has taken place. Less food, different foods and a different system. No longer do the servers plop down plates for you to fill. You get up and get them one at a time, which is a good thing. It always upseted me to see people leaving mounds of uneaten food on the plates. Also, the plates are a bit smaller. All in all the food was great. Several times though I found people (myself included) waiting for more of a particular food to come out. The gentleman cooking the steaks knows exactly how each steak is cooked. Unfortunately hewould use his ungloved hand to touch each steak and then handle raw steaks also. Ewww! Also when I asked what type of fish was on the buffett, he made a name up. That's something else......every item has a distinct sign of description.....except for the Baked Fish, Fried Fish and Seafood Salad. The only foods that I had a problem w/was the Mandarin Orange Pork & Sesame Chix. Both products were so over cooked that they could not be chewed at all. My server was on top of things and also polite. She would wipe dirty tables off but never moved the condiments, etc. but rather "wiped around" everything. I also found it odd that when a table would leave she would collect any unused straws and put them in her pocket to reuse for other guests. You CAN't do that!!! The buffet bars and the rest of the store was kept clean on a regular basis but the restroom was horrendous! They still have the best salad bar anywhere and that alone at lunch time can fill you up. I sometimes get it as a take out. Fantastic! Current Health Inspection Report: 1 Intermediate and 1 Basic violation.

I've come here many times with my son and it has always been a delight. The food is really good. A few favorite things would be mac n cheese, fried chicken, steak, fish and the beef stew. I've gone into a few food comas there. The only draw back is over crowding. They should consider opening another location.

My partner and I live over an hour from the closest Golden Corral (this location) and were looking forward to disgustingly pigging ourselves out here. I attempted to call this business multiple times throughout the day to verify their hours because I didn't want the "10pm" time on Google to lie to me and the trip to be for nothing. They would not answer, or answer and then hang up. We went anyways only to find the staff outside, smoking, at only eight pm and telling us they were closed. I won't tolerate this awful incompetence, even if it was only just another soddy chain buffet. You will never get my business again.

This is a premier Golden Corral. The food is delicious (for a buffet) and fresh, the service is excellent, and the chocolate fountain is awesome. Worth the drive from Gainesville. I have been to other GCs around the state, but none compares to this one.

I love coming to Golden Corral when I go down to Florida. I come down here every summer to visit my grandmother and she always takes me here. I love the food here and it's always really fresh I usually get the pizza and as desert I get the strawberrys and dip them in the chocolate fountain I love it. I just wish they had a golden corral in new jersey and New York area.

3 and a half stars really, but I rounded up. I know Golden Corral is a chain, but this is the first and only one that I've been to. And if all the other ones are like this, then they've got one good thing going. Now it's not the best buffet ever. The food can be mediocre sometimes, but the majority of the time it's been good. The reason I gave 4 stars is the variety of food to go with the price. It's around $10 bucks (like those annoying commercials say) and it's well worth it. They've got your Southern buffet classics...fried chicken, corn, stuffing, meatloaf and other things like rice pilaf, pasta, wings, etc. The best part is the all-u-can-eat steak cooked the way you like. The desserts buffet is pretty good too. The service is always friendly and the food is good. It's around $10 bucks and includes drink as well. This is a great place to stuff yourself!

This was the best buffet in Florida. The food was great. The waitress was great - fast and always made sure my plates were removed and my water glass was full. My favorite part was the dessert buffet. The chocolate wonderfall was disappointing as I didn't enjoy the type of chocolate they used, but the strawberries and the other many desserts made up for it. The only drawback was the long lines for food.

The food is horrible! My kids and I have been coming here for years. It's been probably 3 since I last came. I wish I would have chosen a different place. The food taste like it was frozen and reheated. The only things that are worth having are the desserts.

In my opinion, Golden Corral has always been a hit or miss. This place is definitely a miss. The food is bland. 30 bucks for two adults and one small child is absurd. Never coming back to this place.

We have usually had a reasonably good experience here...pretty good American style buffet food...a good destination to try a little of many things. Well, NOT on this last 4th of July. The usual good pot roast was in dried out little hunks, the 'turkey' was all dry (even the 'new' one they finally brought out and just plain tasted bad-funny; most certainly not prepared that day! Chicken was down to the same 5 tired thighs; they just would not bring more for well over an hour. The 'new' chicken taco meat was just revolting! Staff was acting like it was carnival day...running around in filthy clothes, laughing & yelling. Our 'serve person' was only interested in working a few big tables for the tip. Wife finally got coffee 30 minutes in and it took 4 tries to get a drink refill...like we weren't even there! Bottom line here s that if GC is not going to even try to maintain standards on a holiday...DON'T EVEN OPEN! We drive a good ways for the GC experience...we are more considering the local well run Oriental buffets. Cheaper and with plenty of variety. Wise up GC...there are alternatives!!!!
