GOT MOLD? Bought 4 loaves of banana bread on my way from Orlando to Atlanta. Gave 1 to my neighbor the next day. On the second day I realized that I couldn't gift the others as planned because they were covered in mold. Considering that they were kept in a/c at 70-73 degrees I think it's fair to say that I was sold very old food. The kicker, though, is that the manager Robert would only exchange them or provide a gift certificate! Since I live in Atlanta and there aren't any Bob Evans nearby how would this help?

This only the 2nd Bob Evan's I have ever ate T and the food is delicious and the prices are very reasonable. The service is alway friendly. I would like them to out one in East Fort Lauderdale, FL They will always be our first choice when we are in North FL. Enjoy Everybody.

If there was an option for negative star reviews, this place would have it. I normally dont have a problem with Bob Evans. Whenever I want something that could easily be chewed and swallowed with little effort, this is the place to go. Today was probably the worst lunch Ive EVER had. My waitress was Aree. She gave me diet coke when I asked for regular, and placed our order before the drink issue was ever corrected. So Im sitting there waiting for my food, and at least the right drink. Food came out looking like shit. I got a turket melt that was basically bread, old fatty SYSCO turkey and and processed cheese stuck to the bottom of the bun. Not only did it come out cold, but I actually had to get up from my chair to let the waitress know that our food had been ready for the past 5 minutes and was sitting under the warmer. "Oh, very sorry". Yea. The mash potatoes' consistency was somewhere between grits with some rocks thrown in. The turkey was fatty and flavorless. The fries even sucked. No salt. Granted the manager was very polite and refunded us for our meal. In the end Im leaving this establishment hungry and pissed off. Never again Bob Evans.

Was driving by and decided to stop. I was not really impressed. The sausage came out dripping in grease, the hashbrowns were soggy, and the omelet has a weird tase. Couple this with the strange greasy smell when we came in, and I knew I had made a mistake. Granted on this particular exit there is not any real competition -- but still, they could up their game a bit and not gross people out.

You wacko Southerners need to get a grip. It's a Bob Freaking Evans not a Michelin star rated restaurant with a famous name chef. You're paying less than $10 for a three course meal and expect the world handed to you! LMAO!!! I had no problem getting a meal here the other day. Place looked clean. Was seated quickly. Had a very nice waitress who went out of her way to help me with my order when something on the menu was not available. Food came out quickly and for a Bob Evans was decent enough. Salad, two grilled chicken breasts with bbq sauce, baked sweet potato, and dessert all for $10. Judging by the negative reviews and nasty tips here you would think people were eating at a 5 star French restaurant and had a bad time. Again, it's a Bob Freaking Evans! It is what it is. A-OK to me. That being said, the banana bread here rocks! Eat a lot of it!

The food is good here but what makes this Bob Evans exceptional is server Carnell! What a joyful genuine spirit. If Carnell worked at my Bob Evans I would have to go once a week just to see him! Joyful, efficient, attentive and one of the best smiles I've ever seen. What an asset to this place!

Tina does an excellent job of getting what you want to eat. The menu has a lot of variety so it is overwhelming to a new to Bob Evans customer. Thanks for the great service and food.

Yes, it's another Bob Evans Family chain Restaurant. What can i say, well fast service with good prices. You can eat a decent meal for $10 with refills on coffee without extra charge but you can also buy a bag coffee to take home you choose- If your hungry and in a hurry then stop in Bob Evans to feast and meet all the local retirees in Ocala area who just got out of church service or headed to play 18 holes..lol

NOT RECOMMENDED!!! Horrible experience!!!! Not only very very slow service on a slow Sunday evening, but a completely screwed up order. I ordered a salad on the menu. After a long wait a salad was brought to the table. It was not the salad ordered. When we stated it was not the one ordered we were informed they did not have the actual one. No warning of a substitution; no asking if I wanted something else, nothing. Again, it was a slow evening so it's not like things were confusing and hectic. A simple courtesy would have been nice. NOT coming back here again. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Went here without looking at reviews but Im glad I didn't. Place was clean, had great prompt service (Alicea, I think). Our breakfast order came out just like we asked for and quickly. Food was very good and reasonable. Only 2nd time at a Bob Evans and would go back when I'm on the road again ...

I was seated and served right away. Must have made a few changes since last review. Very nice place for a chain restaurant clean and welcoming. I will stop here again. The burger I had was very good thick and juicy. Came with fries that were great. Server was friendly and attentive. This gets 4 stars for this type of restaurant. Very good.

Their food is good but customer service sucks. They always seem under staffed. We couldn't even find out how long the wait was because the greeter was to busy bussing tables. So we left along with several other people that had been waiting before us. Seriously they need to get it together.
