This location gets packed around lunch time...but I come anyway when I need to grab lunch before class. I love their Asian Seaseme Salad or their You pick 2 deal. The food is always consistent but this location can get dirty because there is so much traffic coming through.

Every time I go to panera I just love it. Lately I have been eating the orange scone and it is delicious. I have never had any bad food or bad service from here.

Good food, decent prices, ussually quick for take out, wish they were closer.

I love me some Panera bread! The location in North Miami is great. Very conveniently located, close to everything, and the staff is really nice. The only bad thing is that parking in this plaza is retarded. But from time to time I enjoy going to Panera in North Miami and enjoying a good meal. Prices are reasonable and they have delicious drinks.

So as a first time Yelper (is this even the right term?) I figured I write about the place that I'm at a bit too often- Panera Bread. Yes it's a chain and yes it's been reviewed but I figured that I'd toss in my two cents. Having just migrated from the Lou (St. Louis), I always found it intriguing that I what I know as St. Louis Bread Company is really Panera Bread everywhere else. I guess St Louis isn't as marketable a city as say Seattle or the like. Anyways, prices are reasonable, the food is in between fast food and the normal sit down. Breads and bagels are great better in the morning when they open. The big seller is the free Wifi. Spend hours reading, working, or playing on the internet and when you need a snack it's right there waiting. I wish they had coke instead of pepsi, but not a deal breaker for me. If someone can find the link for the store on Biscayne and 123rd that where I am but it wasn't on the pop up list. (weird layout but lots of tables and places to plug in)

I think that they are conveniently located and they have a nice food selection. It's never noisy when I come here. I like to come to this place to have my meetings.

Got in mid afternoon expecting long lines and to my surprise there were only a few people ordering. Selected the Turkey BLT with avocado, and for my gf she picked the Greek salad and the broccoli and cheese soup. Order came in lighting quick, the good was great a few tips. 1. For avocado sandwiches make sure you let them know to good you even slices. I got served chunks thus falling off my sandwich. 2. If your looking to drink something without that much sugar get the green tea. 3. If your around the area at 1:15pm on a Wednesday take advantage of the small lines.

Parking can be a nuisance since this Panera Bread is located inside a shopping plaza. I'm not much of a fan of the Panera Bread franchise but if you are looking for coffee, decent soups, good breads and pastries then this is your place. Otherwise, I'm not too keen with their sandwiches and their smoothies are a disappointment. I've tried their Low-Fat Mango and Chocolate Almond Banana Power Smoothie - taste powdery. There's definitely better places to go elsewhere if you want a good lunch. For a refreshing drink, I suggest you try their Iced Green Tea.

Love the food but wish they were a tad bit less expensive. The ambiance is nice and you can sit outside of you wish. I personally love sitting outside because I love soaking up the sun. However, I wouldn't recommend anyone sitting outside at this place unless you want to sit in their parking lot.

Panera is one of my favorite places for sandwiches and quick bites. This location is defiantly not my favorite because it's always a little dirty... empty plates are always left on the tables and near the trash cans. BUT, if you're going there to just grab something and go, why not? My favorite is the mediterranean chicken sandwich! I always get it. Also their fresh breads are also not bad and you can be surprised once in a while. The turkey chili soup though... simply stay away from it. It seems to be made with not-so-good-looking turkey leftovers. Everything else, good!

Just a standard Panera bread... Nothing out of the ordinary. I use this Panera a lot for business planning because it is conveniently located within my work territory. It has internet, seats, and coffee which is all I need to get my work done. Other than that, the place has all the standards a Panera should have. They run out of coffee often, the Internet is sometimes slow, but the people here are nice. Overall, nothing to run home to brag about but nice either way for me at least because of location.

Management is not doing a great job. Waiting in line for more than 10 minutes. They have 4 registers stations but only one of them working

I really enjoy going to Panera, but this Panera is absolutely disgusting. There were plates and trash everywhere. Not one table was clean and they do have plenty of seating. Was not busy and there were enough employees on staff. Clearly management is NOT doing his/her job.

First time coming for breakfast and definitely the last one. I ordered the Mediterranean egg white sandwich and a Capuccino. They gave me the cappuccino first and when I tried it it was cold. I told the woman who gaved it to me and she said "its because the foam its cold". Really, honey? First time hearing that one. The sandwich was okay, nothing I wouldn't have at Dennys. Only good thing was the Wi-fi, so I was able to write this review. Next time in need of a good breakfast, I'm heading to Aroma Expresso Bar. Lesson learned.

Never been a fan of this chain. If your looking for fresh baked bread or pastry's then yes they have some excellent options. My daughter wanted to go for a quick lunch. The cashier was friendly and asked the proper questions. We both ordered a half sandwich and salad. Decent prices for lunch. Two people $23, not bad. My sandwich was turkey and Brie on Foccacia with a Cesar salad. The bread was good and that's all I really enjoyed. The turkey reminded me of packaged meat with one piece. The sandwich was very dry, no flavor to it and cold. The salad well it was so ice cold, previously made and put in refrigerator, hmmm makes me wonder? Not really my kind of lunch with so many better places to go. Again for fresh bread or pastry's that is why I gave 3 stars.

Great food, great service the place is always clean. When I want a quick lunch this is the place I go even when the line is long it seems to go by quick. It's one of my favorite places!

I come just for coffee and bagels. Pretty standard place. Workers and manager are exceptionally helpful. Saw Shaquille here once years ago. Only drawbacks are poor outside searing area with typical vagrants you'd expect for being next to a drug store.

  • Morgan L.

I love Panera but not this location! The staff is not friendly or helpful and I felt like I was bothering them when I wanted to place my order this past Sunday. I ordered the Egg White, Avocado & Spinach Breakfast Power Sandwich and it came with ONE SLIVER of avocado?! Um, not what I was expecting at all. I don't expect it to look like the ad in the store, but come on?! Not impressed. I will be going back to Panera but not this location!

Soups & sandwiches are fresh, daily fresh bagels, delicious cupcakes & pastries. Coffee is always fresh & hot.

This is one of my least favorite Panera Breads. The parking is scarce. My wife is gluten sensitive and we sometimes run into people who do not know what it is especially in smaller stores but for two Panera Bread employees to tell us no worries they would exclude the gluten and when asked what they thought it was they informed us sugar. We found the manager who did know what gluten is and showed us our options. She did not apologize for or try to make up for her employees lack of basic knowledge. If you have gluten sensitivities maybe stick to the other Panera Breads. Other than that this location is cool.

was ready to be a regular customer card and all but this location managed to convince me to stick with starbucks; staff generally unfriendly, in three separate occasions they got my order wrong or told me it wasn't available after paying and waiting for it; the last time i asked to speak with the manager and got attitude instead of trying to sort out the problem; never went back and now generally avoid panera

The onion soup, very good one! You get to choose te side, either bread, chips or apple. I chose bread because I just love bread, knowing the onion soup comes with bread but wth I just like it! The temperature of the soup was perfect, and the bread on the side too. I ordered a muffin, a cranberry and orange one, really tasty and fresh. Just what I needed tonight. I went with mom and she had the same I did. She enjoyed it. The green tea, was a tab too sweet. Great place! Very clean and the staff super friendly, considering we went around 7-7:30pm.

I think this place has good bread. The quality of the meats are comparable to subway. Except they have sandwiches up to almost$9. I just think this place is average. If I have to eat here I prefer it over subway. I just would not recommend this place to anyone unless they like bread and low quality meats.

I love Panera Bread but this location is horrible!!!! The staff preparing the sandwich puts the bread lettuce and tomato straight on their cutting board. This is nasty and not sanitize. They should get the sandwich wrapper and prepare it on that. The food should not be prepare on cutting board. (Germs)When I brought up to the employee attention he stated what's the difference. Really!!!! When I spoke to the manager he stated that's their procedure and boards are sanitized often. That is just plain disgusting and unsanitized!!!!! Dirty lettuce can cause hepatitis!

I love this panera bread. They build this atmosphere where you feel warmth, comfort, and privacy. Their food is delicious. I would come here almost everynight to have salads, soups, and study for my test. Its a good place to come and study, read a book, use the internet or just enjoy a wonderful lunch or dinner. The workers are really nice, friendly, and helpful. The managers are very nice too.

Amazing bagels, breads, soups, and salads! The only thing that really sucked is that this Panera is always so busy, so prepare more than wait about 5 minutes. It's worth it, though. Ok, and on your "cheat day," (mine's on Saturday) get up early and grab yourself a bacon/spinach souffle! Trust me, you won't be disappointed!

Twas an early Saturday morning and I had just picked up Son1 from a sleepover (translates as - nobody got to sleep until 3a.m. and were all awake at 6a.m.). While we were in the area I wanted to wait to head to one of two music supply stores to buy some sax reeds so I didn't have to make an extra trip so a light breakfast was in order to stop my stomach from eating me from the inside out. Son2 wanted Dennys but mom has decided to eat "lightly" for the next couple of months rather than face another summer wrapped in a sarong and towels. Espied this Panera store in a strip mall on my journey south and thought why not....Yelp says good things about it. In we go - me and Son1 and Son2. Son1, after pulling his first all nighter wanted a coffee....OK ...one cappuchino. Son2 was just excited about not eating Capn Crunch again for breakfast. So we had toasted plain bagel and cream cheese, toasted cheese and I had an egg and cheese breakfast sandwich..(though tempted to up it to a w/sausage I am proud of myself I didnt'). Coffee for me - a tad on the robust side. I LOVE the bread!!! The bagel was scoffed without as much as an offer to share. The toasted cheese similarliy devoured. My own egg and cheese was just like something I would make at home ....if I could only make my own bread. $15 and change and everyone was happy. I like the layout of this place, there are tables in the back where you can hide out. I had no problem with parking.

Is everyone who works here in the mornings brain dead!?! Ugh this is the third time it has taken more than 29 minutes to get out some bagels and coffee. It never fails - they always run out of hazelnut coffee. Never coming back here. It's a shame because the food is great

Went to Panera to get the Asiago Cheese bagel, which is MARVELOUS! Got there roughly at 3:30pm (they close around 10pm), & they were out of almost everything BAGEL! how is that possible? I especially traveled from a distance & to have that happen really out me in a FUNK. The manager was very unapologetic & disinterested in my despair. Folks, call before you go if you want to make sure you can be served. My BEST ADVICE for 2011!

This place won over my heart after 1 visit. The baked potato soup, the bread itself, the sandwiches all great! Service is fast and the whole restaurant overall is clean and pretty calm. Seems like a good place to study since Starbucks can be sometimes too noisy and busy. love this place!

I never had Panera Bread so this is a first for me. I am going to have a meeting at this location. They have stated that their food are very delicious and damn-right delicious. I'm glad I get to experience such amazing food. Lets get it.

I like this place, great paninis fresh bread, go early and get a souffle, soo good! The ambiance is like an office break room, corporate though. Man what else does yelp want me to write, "It is shorter than most" so if most people write books about panera, then i have to too?

Lots of smilimg faces. Cassie is a gem! 11/24/2013 no more smiles, what is going on? Felt like I was asking for too much - My server appeared mad at the world both times I purchased from her today. The young lady that was acting as expediter practically slapped a patron with a plate when the patron didn't take said plate from her quick enough. Honestly food is great but IT is PRICEY, I want a SMILE with my $20 breakfast tab! There is a big difference when sheryl is managing up front. All together I stood in line 20 mins....!

I love their mediterranean veggie sandwich. The red velvet cupcake is really good. The you pick two is great, I always get my sandwich with the cheddar broccoli soup. Although I think their soup portion should be bigger. I doubt they make it from scratch. The customer service is great and the manager always seems to be around. My husband and I will continue coming to this location. .

I attempted to place an order over the phone for two dozen bagels, two cartons of coffee and juice for a business meeting. Apparently, they didn't want my business, as I was put on hold for 15 minutes. I hung up, called back and was placed on hold again! I'm pretty sure she was waiting for me to hang up. This location will never get my business again. Goodbye Panera. Hello DD.

I like Panera for more than subway. Some Panera restaurants just have a better feel such as one in Ft. Lauderdale I have been to. The food is good, the only reason it is not a 4 or 5 star place is that the people working the register or making the food generally look like dump. I prefer not to eat at an establishment where the workers look like dump but I've heard it is par for the course for this area.

So, this was an experience! I love Panera, especially the Sierra Turkey sandwich. It's my go-to lunch of choice. Well, while on vacation in Miami, I decided to stop by Panera to grab a quick lunch before heading to the beach. Well, it was REALLY crowded inside. That's cool because everyone loves Panera. But, the manager who was working was really frazzled. Her employees weren't pulling there weight and she had to order them around to get them to do basic tasks. What I didn't like was that she openly cussed at them. Not cool. Well, I place my order and waited... and waited... and waited... 48 minutes later, I got my sandwich. Seriously. While I was waiting, a strange man in a wheel chair rolled by and commented on my appearance; the police were called to remove an unruly patron; and a small child had a full on temper tantrum. Yikes! So much for relaxing before heading to the beach. The food, on the other hand was delicious, as usual. I highly recommend the Sierra Turkey sandwich with a Caesar salad.

Stopped in to grab a quick lunch to go. Their lunch special for a half sandwich and small salad with chips or an apple is a good deal. I had the turkey with artichoke sandwich and chips with a regular salad. the food was solid although tasted like it came from a chain. Nothing particularly spectacular about it but good to know it's there in a pinch if I need to grab something quick.

The Pineapple Upside-down mini bundt cake is too good. Looking up the nutrition facts on it makes me sad. The cake has 50% of your DV saturated fat and is 510 calories for one tiny cake! I also had their everything bagel and cherry pastry for breakfast.

I love Panera! If you want healthy fast food this the place to go. Everything on the menu is delicious. The service is fast and friendly. Good place for studying and getting some paper work done. They also have free wifi.

I use to go to this Panera every morning for a plain bagel and tea. Last week I took my other who speaks spanish and is elderly. After not being out for a while do to my grandmas passing we go to this location and order a bagel and a tea. My mom asked for jam and the girl in the register said its 50 cents. My mom said ok and the girl yelled back nothing is free in this country. Yes, we are Spanish and proud how dare she talk to an elderly lady that way...especially being Spanish...shame on you panera for having people like this treat your customers with such lack of respect. When I called over the manager and told him he handed me a jam to shut me up. I will NEVER go back to this location and I made sure to tell everyone I know how bad every day customers like me and mother were treated. SHAME ON YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Lindsay P.

I go to lots of Panera Bread locations nationwide. The food is good and plenty of seating at this location. But the Wifi sucks. 30 min limit and log in session time outs. Then you have to wait an hour to log back in. I have never experienced this before at a Panera and I hope this location fixes this because I can't eat & work without constant wifi.

They are the best when I go there I feel like I'm at home very comfortable the place. I had the bad idea of such for another but never again this place is the BEST with capital letters !!!

If you like Panera, this one wont differ much from what you're already used to. I always get the you pick two macaroni and cheese/soup and a Thai Chopped/Chicken Caesar salads and they're pretty consistent here. The macaroni and cheese here is the best! My only complaints are that the chocolate chip cookies have been hard the past few times I've tried them, which would be fine except that typically Panera cookies are so good because they're soft. Also, if you ask for bread, they'll give you a round dinner roll instead of what most places give you. The dinner roll isn't as good, so just specify which you want.

    (4)
  • Keyla A.

I recently tried the kale chicken Caesar salad and it was perfect! I ask for dressing on the side because I like to control the amount of sauce on my salad! And it was just perfect! Totally recommended ! Panera is my to go place when I'm looking for something Healthy on the go.

Everyone loves a Cinnamon crunch bagel and cup of hazelnut flavored coffee every now and then at a Panera, but think twice before stepping foot in this North Miami store location. It is truly a terrible establishment, with poor management and ineffective staff members who are not hired with training in customer service, register efficiency, and knowledge of product. Major problems persist: 1) catering office personnel shared my credit card information after placing an order for pick-up leading to fraud that I reported immediately to my bank. Yes, I could have placed the order online but the website was not working and the call-in was necessary. 2) almost dependably, food items are never prepared correctly and when addressed staff still can't get things right 3) front registers, queuing and food prep lines are always understaffed and disorganized 4) managers are not visible or present, and when asking to see one, staff simply reply "they're in the back" 5) signature items like brewed coffee remain empty for hours and staff do nothing to check on status - this used to be a draw and led to repeat carb purchasing but now upon request, staff ignore customers as if we are putting them out 6) the itinerant population presence continues to increase because the establishment leaves its dining area open and unmonitored; this may lead to an array of dangers and inconveniences In total save your money and visit other restaurants near by. Corporate ought to perform serious analyses on this location and start from scratch. Shame on you North Miami Panera!

  • Lambert P.

I've been to this Panera several times but I was kind of disappointed during my last visit. I wanted to get the asiago bacon egg and cheese bagel but they ran out of bacon I was told. I ended up having to order something else so I went with the steak and egg bagel. I really had my heart set on having bacon and I just couldn't believe they ran out. How does a place that serves breakfast run out of bacon? The steak and egg bagel was ok but the steak was so thin, as thin as a single slice of cold cut meat.

  • Angelo R.

Been coming here for a while. Yes it is a chain but prefer their food better than Einsteins. Their store is bigger than most and organized. I have ordered bagels online for work using "Rapid Pick Up" and they were always ready to go upon my arrival. The breakfast selections are decent as well. I recently had the Turkey Sausage, Egg White & Spinach Breakfast Power Sandwich. It was pretty good but the eggs and sausage were pre-mixed like any other chain. At least the sandwich was not soggy and fillings were intact. I like the coffee selections. Most locations have 4 kinds. The best part is that your clothes don't smell when you come out of the store after dining in :)

Panera never disappoints. Awesome soufflés! I got my spinach artichoke right out of the oven. Love their coffee too.
