I have been anticipating fish & chips for the pass 2 months. My swim buddy turned me on to OK UK British Fish & Chips. I was not disappointed. They even have Sarson Malt vinegar. The real deal from England. Created 1791 in London.. I got the King size fish & chips. An inch thick beer batter Atlantic cod. It was cooked to perfection. Lightly brown on the outside juicy and moist on the inside. It was delished. Along with hand cut chips,( thick cut french fries for you non world travelers). A side roll and coleslaw. Cole slaw was good not great. But you come here for the beer batter fish. Prices are reasonable for SWFL. It is tucked away in a strip mall. A bit hard to find but when you need a fix of fish & chip worth the trip.
As a longtime vegetarian only recently starting to eat fish, the English favorite of fish and chips has been a newfound favorite of mine. So, while visiting the area, this place's stellar Yelp reviews caught my attention... and it lives up to the hype. Easily some of the best fish and chips I have had (even better than in Iceland!) and highly recommended.
I love their fish and chips. Reminds me of eating fresh fish in Rhode Island. Awesome a must try place. Clam chowder is rich and creamy and oh so good.

A nice place to eat. Have been here several times for breakfast. Ordered the big breakfast the first time with the biscuits and gravy which is huge. Had to to ask for smaller portions from since then. My wife likes the chicken fried steak which she loves. Enjoy!
So I ventured to N. Ft. Myers. I had seen ads for this place for a while. It was easy to find in the mall. A big sign..BUT.. the entrance is actually to the right of the red sign.. I came to find out I was not the first to make this mistake. Anyway the folks are really nice and there seems to be a good following. Mostly for breakfast. They serve only breakfast and lunch. All the breakfast entree did look amazing. I got their so self proclaimed best in Lee County Reuben sandwich. Along with house made cole slaw. I must say the cole slaw was really good. Not as dry as other places. The Reuben it was good but the best ....IIIII am not sure about that. But good food nice folks I will be back for the breakfast.
Great "Home Cooked" food, friendly and attentive staff. The homemade biscuits and gravy are to die for. Family owned and its visible in the level of care that goes into the food and the guest relations.

Small quaint place . The fish dish was excellent with the Lemon sauce. It was so good and smooth. The desert was the best it was truly Italian
I've had Ristorante Fabio bookmarked on Yelp for a while, and one day decided to just give it a go for a late lunch/early dinner. I ordered the penne alla Fabio, which came with fresh bread and a salad. The bread was very yummy, and would have been even better served with herb-filled olive oil. The salad... pre-made and refrigerated on the plate. Gods, I hate this. The lettuce has a tendency to stick to the plate, and it browns, both of which held true to my salad. There were inedible oxidized pieces that would have been easily noticed by the kitchen if the salad was made fresh. I've never understood this approach, as it doesn't save much time in the kitchen, and the potential for a bad salad is greatly increased. My entree was pretty fresh and tasty. There was enough to take home and make another meal. It seemed like the other patrons in the restaurant were regulars. Not just SOME of them, but ALL of them, which tells me they have a loyal following. When my water is running low, do NOT remove my glass from the table to refill it. That beverage based sin is only trumped by letting it run dry. If it were soda, bring a fresh one. Water should get a refill at the table, or a fresh second glass. In summary: I'm not sure why the 5-star rating. Nothing here says true 5-star dining. It's located in a run-down strip mall forgodsake. The decor was nice and intimate. I've had many Italian meals that were much better, but at least it wasn't a chain restaurant or a pizzaria. If I happened to be in the area, and Jonesing for Italian, I'd probably come back.
This place is still kickin it. I was there at lunch time ... The phone was off the hook for dinner reservations.4 -6-13 tables. So if you need Italian food come here.

Holy smokes what a surprise find! I bet the locals keep this place a secret. You would not expect this place even as you're driving towards it. Outdoor seating. Dog friendly. Super friendly people. I think it's family owned and operated. At least a couple generations worth. Ridiculous selection and fresh everything. A small salad bar with punch! I don't think they charge enough for this gem-whole-in-the-wall-dive of a find! Stop here if you're passing through!! Did I mentioned Pie?!?
I have been here several times over the past 4 months. They have great sandwiches and a nice salad bar. For 8.99 get half sandwich and salad bar. Otherwise many sandwiches with chips and side is only 6.99. Great service and friendly staff. Sides are potato salad, cole slaw and pasta salad. Wraps are 7.99 and subs 4.99 for a half or 8.99 for a whole.
Well I am new to Florida. I have had the cuban sandwich. All of the sandwiches so far have been just ham & pork with cheese/pickles. This place , Horsin Deli, was rated number 1 in the area by the local newspaper. I must say this, after trying the Cubano here I was truly impress. It was tasty & delicious. Though it is approximately 15 miles from my home base( Cape Coral) I believe when I need a fix I would travel to get it.. Its about 4 miles east of I-75 well worth a short detour..

First visit to this new gem but not the last! One wouldn't know by the name that the food has Korean influence. There are plenty of choices for everyone. We chose an eclectic venue of delicious clam chowder, ribs, shrimp scampi, fried rice , and a Korean beef dish I can't spell. The friendly owners gave us samples of some of their other foods not on the menu such as kimchee and steamed peppers with pork. On my next visit I think I will let them decide and cook whatever they want me to try.
A friend of ours suggested we try out this restaurant. I am so glad we did. The food was great and the staff was super friendly. I am looking forward to going back and bringing friends!
Very good food. Breakfast and lunch American fare plus good fish. Evenings bring out the Korean and Chinese. Everything excellent and good portions. The Korean ribs were spicy but not slathered with sauce. All vegetables cut after order. Everything fresh. We will be back. Still a few items to try. They have Kimchi in back so ask if you want to try some. This was home cooked Korean Chinese fusion.

This is the real deal. Not since Los Angeles...I KID YOU NOT. Two days later, called my Grandson only to have him tell me he was there last night and was going to call me!
Great place for authentic Mexican! I have been here several times and always get the burritos. Service is great and they are very friendly.
OMG. I seldom ever write reviews, but this place deserves a big shout out. I'm from Los Angeles, lived in San Diego been to Mexico many times. I was in the area for business with a co worker who also lived in San Diego and we were looking for a quick lunch before getting back on the road. We came across this place showing 4.5 stars... Being skeptical, but not wanting to miss a chance to experience a 4.5er, we decided to give them a try. Im gonna rate them for the food and punctuality with the food, as they are more of a to go and drive they business. There are 2 lunch tables outside with a makeshift canopy if you want to eat there. We went to the drive thru and ordered the Beef Steak Tornado Burrito (Angus Steak, fries, guacamole, pico de Gallo, and salsa) and the Carne Asada Burrito. It took about 5 min and the food came piping hot. Both were awesome! I can honestly say that it was one of the best burritos that I have had, at only $6. The Tornado had a nicely marinated generous portion of quality beef. Soft succulent and juicy while seasoned perfectly. The meat was seared nicely as I noticed the char on the pieces. The guacamole and pico de gallo were fresh and matched well with the fries and beef. The fries were nice and crispy outside and soft inside, while the cheese melted gloriously over all the components together. I had a piece of the regular Carne Asada burrito, standard with salsa, cheese, beans pico de gallo. It was very good as well. We both notice how fresh and how quality the ingredients were for both. As advertised on their banner, home made and quick. The place is small and limited with manpower so I advise to be patient if there is a line or ordering a lot of food. Each dish looks to be prepared as ordered. It's worth the wait. After eating, I had to go back to tell them how pleasantly surprised I was with the food. The young owner/cook humbly said "Thank you for your kind words, I hope it tasted just like home." It did, and probably better than most places I've eaten at. I am truly jealous of Florida, that I have had to travel 3500 miles on a business trip from Los Angeles to find such a gem. Local Yelpers, a big thank you!! But please help this place going as I want to come back and eat there again when I go back one day!

Just took the kids there after a baseball game. Great service, selection, and atmosphere. Great stop to cool off.
My family has come here for years and whenever I am in town I ALWAYS make it a point to get ice cream here. The variety of flavors can please anyone in the crowd and they have the best chocolate ice cream. If you do the classic flavors right, you know what you're doing. The railroad tracks will always be one of my favorites and I hope this place stays open forever. Simply the best with a great family atmosphere!
I finally went here today to just give it a go... It wasn't anything like Loveboat, but at least they've been here for 40+ Years. It was okay, but I don't think I'd find myself going back. It was clean and Bruce was nice. But I'm a Loveboat kind of gal(:

Love this place. Steak burrito, pinto beans with everything. There is just enough homemade construction to feel truly Mexican but still in America. I actually like not going down a line and picking out what is going in my burrito. They could get 5 stars from me if they up their hot sauce program. The sauces at el azteca would work great in here.
Good for fast food type Mexican. Had crunchy tacos.

Thought I would give this place a try. Judging from the comments, I figured the experience would be decent. The portions dont justify the price. What you see is what you get. Thewait staff is overwhelmed, largely due unorganization. Food took forever to come out and when it did, the food was cold. Lets not forget that we were still without our drinks! I love to support small businesses but sadly, this was my first and last visit to the Go Go Diner.
We had the blueberry pancakes and the junior hash. My mom cleaned her plate and I had the junior hash that was delicious and too much for 1 meal for me. Service was friendly and the food came out fast and hot.
Always love getting breakfast here. The food is great and inexpensive. The owner and employees are friendly and welcoming. The rebel benedict is delicious.
