It's true that this a pretty standard chain restaurant, but there a couple of items at Ruby Tuesday's that I really enjoy. First of all, their salad bar is definitely a step above any other restaurant salad bar I've seen. My favorite non-salad item is the crab cake. It's the best crab cake I've had outside Maryland with virtually no breading and fantastic lump crab meat. They do a great job of quick browning it, so it's not greasy or fried tasting. Order it with a salad bar and a glass of Lost Angel Mischief Blend, and you're set!

Recently renovated to appear more "upscale". Nothing to see here folks. If you've been to one Ruby's you've been to them all. Still, the only restaurant of its kind to be found in Niceville.

Nice chain restaurant with a friendly staff and good food. As always, the salad bar is great. I had the lump crab cake and it was really quite good, especially for a chain restaurant. I also liked their strawberry lemonade and you get free refills, which was nice. So, for an inexpensive dinner with a lot of menu choices and decent food, I'd recommend it.

This time tried the cajun ribeye steak. I ordered it medium rare but it came out medium well. Not very tender or flavorful. I should have stuck with a burger instead. The garden bar and friendly server were the the best parts of the visit.

I've never tried Ruby Tuesday and I thought I'd give this a try. Staff: 1/5. Fail. On the night we paid a visit, it was a mess. At the time, the server seemed a bit frazzled. Nearly forgot wife's order, took ages to simply get some condiments/extras/the check. Location: 3/5.Kind of an unexpected place to put one but how convenient to have one right down the road from Eglin. However, it was clean from what I could see. Food: 5/5. This was the only lifesaver. The ribs were saucy and fell right off the bone ,which tells me that they were cooked well. I tried their Triple Prime with Bacon, and that was juicy and the ingredients seemed fresh as they advertise. I didn't get a chance to try it but the salad bar seemed fresh and well stocked. Pricing: 1/5. OVERPRICED. I could go to somewhere like Chili's or Applebees and pay a bit less than this. Overall: 2/5. Keep some bills handy for this chain, mainly come for the food/bar.

Had to walk around servers in the bar area to sit down as they were oblivious to me. Beer tasted like line hadn't been cleaned out. I ordered a burger which was small 1/3 lb. and just a frozen patty. I expected better for a restaurant like this. The fries were the same. Very underwhelming. I would only go back to one if no other option available.

Good food and friendly service , a little busy most nights but not bad of a wait . The salad bar is always stocked and cleaned and fresh. I have been to many ruby Tuesday's and like this one the best so far

Man is this a place confused about their position in the restaurant world or what??..had not been in one of these restaurants probably since the days I still thought Enron Stock was a good Investment; until I ended up here by default recently...I remembered it being a appetizer..salad..sandwich..burger type place...well no more..now they are pushing 15 to 20 dollar chicken..ribs..steaks..seafood dinners with still a lot of burger options, but no sandwiches to be found on the menu at all...all the burger options are north of 10 dollars as well..I was a little thrown by The Outback and Longhorn Type Menu and pricing at a place like Ruby's which is a little too casual and informal to be attempting this type strategy...we both ended ordering up some "Prime" Pretzel Burgers that at 11 bucks were way overpriced for what we got...I would much rather have the burgers down the road at Tucker Dukes.. server was pleasant and quick enough; but the constant upselling on drinks and desserts just reminded me how obnoxious this practice is at these mammoth chain type operations.. I did have to laugh when I noticed that even with their new upscale menu and pricing they still had The Salad Bar by the front door...It made me wonder if they still have a Bank of Pay Phones by the bathroom and if the piped in music was being played on an 8 Track Player from the office...I guess corporate has not gotten the message that most people find salad bars gross these days and there's a reason why places like Western Sizzlin and Quincy's no longer exist...I have got to admit though I did not think I would ever see a Salad Bar again so it keeps me optimistic that maybe one day I will see a game of Lawn Darts again!!..in the words of The Rolling Stones.."Goodbye Ruby Tuesday..Who could hang a name on you?"..well Mick and Keith I'll try these four names for starters..shitty..overpriced...confused..and outdated...won't be back for another 15 years

I have to admit that I was absolutely shocked by a recent meal I had at Ruby Tuesdays in Niceville. This really wouldn't be my normal pick for a place for dinner. But other family members wanted to go there, so I went along with them. Burgers are very good as well, although they don't compare to the burgers at Tucker Dukes (2 miles away) and the One-20 (less than 1 mile away). I ordered the black pepper and asiago sirloin, and it was absolutely fantastic--quite literally the best steak I've ever had anywhere in the city of Niceville. I like the fact that Ruby Tuesdays is one of the few restaurants in the area that offers a discount to military (with ID). They are also good about supporting local non-profits, like the Boy Scouts. And frankly, that means a lot to me.

Since this place had curbside to-go, I called in my order. The lady on the phone seemed nice, but I had to repeat my order twice because she had a hard time hearing. She said it would take 20 minutes, so I pulled up to the curbside parking space at the appointed time. I waited almost 15 minutes and no one came out. I was wondering what was going on, so I got out of my car and entered the restaurant. When I entered, my order was sitting on the couch unattended. Turns out there was an old man who had also ordered take-out making a scene, bothering the take-out lady. I complained to the front door person that I was waiting almost 15 minutes outside and no one came out. Her only excuse was the take-out lady was new and didn't know what she was doing. I had to wait another 15 minutes inside the restaurant as she had take care of the old man. When I finally came back home, it was an hour after my food was ready. My food was cold and I had to microwave it.

The service here is subpar to say the least. However, I really like the food and that is the only reason I will stop in every once in a while. The brunch on Sundays is probably the best deal they have in my opinion as well.

Our server was friendly and helpful, and didn't shy away from serving a group that included three small children! The salad bar was immaculately clean, quite impressive for a Friday night. I ordered the Memphis Dry-Rubbed Baby-Back Ribs, which were delicious. The strawberry lemonade was great. The restaurant has a comfortable decor.

The waitresses are a bit overly enthusiastic but they have great food. Amazing salad bar, but a bit pricey.
