Yum. Great outside seating with ambiance of the river and moored boats. Breakfast for foodies. Tomato Pie. Yes. BLT with Helmans. YES YES!!! Then try some sandwiches fresh bread and great meats and salads. Don't forget to grab some wine Some for the table and some to take. They only mark their wine up $3.60 so the higher end bottles are a real bargain Stop reading GO NOW!!!!

First time for us and looked forward to the experience. Unfortunately service was unacceptable. Only table for three was down a level. Waitress handed us menus and ignored us. Didn't seem to want to walk down stairs. Continued to ignore us and served later arriving twosomes sitting on upstairs deck. We finally walked upstairs when table opened up and ordered. Two meals brought out and 15 minutes- that's right 15 MINUTES. The last meal was brought out. Staff and kitchen need work but the two meals that did come out gets great praise.

A bit of a find south of Naples - Three60 Market has a good concept, it's a combo restaurant & prepared foods market. We ended up staying in to eat, the staff were patient with us as we kept adding items to our order - it all looked so good! Daughter had a fresh pasta in marinara, ate it up, we tried several of their salads including a delicious caprese and green bean salad, but the clincher was their Cuban sandwich. The pork was really juicy and tender, came off the Panini press nice and crispy. Really good. The other clincher was dessert, the bread pudding in bourbon sauce was excellent. The market has a good wine selection also - not extensive but a lot of very nice bottles with reasonable pricing. And, if you're lucky enough to have access to cooking, they had a big selection of frozen & refrigerated items, including a lot of interesting raviolis.

I noticed a few other recent reviews were not as positive. If our decision to visit was based on them and not the food tour of Naples on a previous visit we would probably have missed out on some great eats. Tomato Pie: Concentrated ripe tomato flavor with cheese. Hoowah! Breakfast sandwich: Typical, but again with great flavor, including some spinach that you could taste, even with only a light portion. Blueberry goat-cheese pie for dessert (yes it was breakfast-don't judge) was a wonderful pick. Our coffee was fresh, service was quick and pretty friendly, I believe by the owner. Having previously visited the kitchen I can tell you that everything is made in-house. Do yourself a flavor and go!

We need more places like this in Naples!!!! It's fun. It's hip. It's a local gem! This place has a great restaurant concept. Almost like something you would find in a big city. Like the name implies, you walk in and are surrounded 360 degrees by delicious things to order. Salads, pastas, soups, burgers, desserts. You name it, they might have it. Eat your meal inside or enjoy it under the Florida sun right along the water. To my surprise, their cuban sandwich is delicious! There was also a lamb ravioli special; great flavor! I would definitely recommend it to anyone who likes lamb. Be sure to save room for a chocolate chip cookie for dessert. Yum, they're gourmet and chewy and perfect!

Three60 market has good food but getting the food is always a bit confusing. I have been there for lunch twice now and I'm always left wondering if there is an easier way for them to take orders/organize staffing. Today it was very busy and the few people working didn't seem to know where to help people. There were a lot of people standing around looking confused. I couldn't find a menu right away and while the items are on the chalkboards around the restaurant, I like looking at something right in front of me. I think the chalkboards have more options but I wasn't positive. I ordered ravioli to-go and then got in a cluster by the drink stand to try to get a drink. No one really knew where the line was supposed to go. Eventually I was able to make my way over to pay for my food. I used a Groupon which was great and made the pricey food affordable! My pasta was ready pretty quickly but the side salad and bread that were supposed to come with it were missing. I was able to track down a side salad but I gave up on the bread. It seemed like they were extra disorganized today with getting food out. If they can reorganize and make the experience smoother for their customers, I think it would be a much better place!

The food here is pretty good. The issue I have here is with the prices. I took my mother and we both had the OMG burger. They should really call it The Pretty Common Burger. You can get the same burger at Mel's w fries for about $9. Here it was $13. Then we shared a spinach and fruit salad the had about three grapes and a couple of other pieces of assorted fruited mixed with about a handful of spinach for $6. While that doesn't sound pricey given the portion size $3.50 would've been a better price point. Then came the drinks. We ordered two looking forward to doing some fishing. iced teas. These were 12oz cups filled with ice the tipped off with tea, roughly 4 ounces, for $3. Total bill $39. The service was good or the rating would've been much worse. I guess season means it's time to gouge.

Awesome place! Nice outdoor seating on the water, very friendly and laid-back staff. The food was absolutely delicious, many eggs benedict renditions to try. If your into mimosas, they bring you your own mini bottle of champagne and OJ so you can mix your own. We will definitely be back!!

Blonde b. is 100% wrong. I've been working in the restaurant industry since I could work @ 14... The staff is helpful NEVER overbearing. Perhaps her attitude was poor from the start, it sounds like she had her mind made up before she even tasted anything there. The breakfast is fantastic, the staff is wonderfully kind and helpful and the atmosphere is welcoming and pleasant. This is by far my favorite breakfast place in naples, and I have been to A LOT!!

This is one of our very favorite places to eat in Naples. Best kept secret in town! Must have the beet salad and the tomatoe pie. Desserts- amazing!

Upscale fresh, local market with water views. Friendly staff with wonderful recommendations on house specialties which is necessary because of everything looks scrumptious. I got the Italian hoagie and my beau got the tuna fish salad sandwich; both of which we devoured. The house made chips are light and airy with a touch of paprika (I think) which really gave them a unique taste. Oh, and the house made desserts all look divine. It'll be hard to pick one, but if you're stuck...may I recommend the peanut butter pie?! because I literally wanted to lick the plate after the last bite. Overall rating -- an A+ and a must visit when in the area.

This place is not the best and it's not the worst, just kind of meh. We went for breakfast on a Saturday with some friends and it was a little under whelming. It took one hour for our food to arrive and even then the order was wrong. They forgot to bring the side of hash browns I ordered and when it came it was missing the extra bread. I can't really recommend eating here because it's not really cheap and I feel I could get the same or better meal at Jane's on Third. In my opinion they need a designer to come in and change the whole layout of the inside space, it is terrible, and hire some competent staff. Maybe I would order some prepared foods to take home but I don't think I would go there again to eat.

Cafe is adorable with a to die for view and atmosphere. I would also say the food is fresh and tasty. HOWEVER, everything is way overpriced and the staff is overbearing. $2.50 for one macroon I believe is a bit excessive. One staff member followed my partner and I around right on our heels while we were deciding what to select. She didn't seem to like many of my questions either. I didn;t feel welcome taking something to go either. They much prefer you to sit. Lastly as an FYI, they claim online that they are also a bakery. I beg to differ...one scone, one pastry, and a macaroon does not make a bakery. We were expecting a lot more selection to have with our coffee since we didn't want a full meal.

We are foodies from San Francisco who we're thrilled to find beautiful food in a restaurant that matched our ethos. I recognized the snarky attitude of the staff from home. That was ok. We decided to pop in for breakfast with our two little boys. Upon entry we were met with eye rolls from the self-involved staff. They rushed to our table to remove the salt, pepper and condiments. Waitress said "oh we don't want anything on the floor". Then my 3 year old walked to the glass door to watch the boats. The Manager manhandled him. She grabbed him and said get off my door. It took 20 minutes to get our lattes which was rather painful. I asked for our bill the moment our coffee was served. Shame about our experience as the food was superb. Overall - fine place for adults. Children are not welcome.

This cottage took its spot overlooking an otherwise dowdy part of a creek next to Bayshore Dr, and made it come alive with color and flavors. There's plenty of deck seating, either at stark white tables with botanically (is that a word? who cares) inspired, colored chairs, or at green picnic tables. And there are bike racks for the venturesome who find their way to this culinary reward from all over Naples. Plus, kudos to management for having a Naples News paper box in the parking lot to encourage customers to linger over their artisinal coffee and fresh baked goods during breakfast hours.. The kitchen is open and busy, so it's fun to sit on modern. white pods of stools while the cooks are in action. This is a caterer's showplace, so come for lunch and enjoy the presentation as much as the varied ingredients. Award winning locavore baker, So Happy Cakes, also sells her packaged cookies here; They make great gifts. I couldn't resist the sliced sweet roll, crowned with nuts and drizzled with sweetness. A thin, crisp bacon slice balanced on top. $5 Mmmmm

Make Kansas City BBQ on Saturday and it is amazing - going back again today! The pork is succulent and the ribs are fall off the bone perfection. Best BBQ in Naples, probably all of Florida.

What a gem! As a celiac & vegan, I had plenty of options to chose from and they tasted amazing & were incredibly affordable! The asparagus bisque was heavenly! What a unique & flavorful assortment of grilled veggies!! Can't wait to come back for more! The staff went out of their way to help us navigate the breakfast & lunch change-over providing 5 star service! This place could only get better if some of those delicious looking pastries were gluten-free; they provided vegan cheese and mayo options! Also how about some fresh pressed juices?!

Had breakfast here and loved it. Cute little restaurant and market right on the water. Grab your table and your coffee then order. The menu isn't extensive or exotic but just perfect. I had the omelet which was full of fresh veggies, cheese, and ham. My husband had eggs and bacon. Everything just tasted GOOD. When quality ingredients are used it just makes such a big difference. Food tastes the way it is supposed to. We also had hash browns and a cherry, almond, ginger scone fresh out of the oven. Yum! My baby girl had a fun time too. While waiting for our food we looked around in the market and grabbed some wild boar ravioli to eat later. Excited to go back for lunch! Oh and their wine deal is awesome. the sell all their wine at cost plus $3.60

HORRIBLE service!! We were so excited to try this "cute" looking place on the water to tell our clients to go to...and we walked up at 10:20 am... We were greeted rude!! We were told we had a couple minutes to put our breakfast order in because they stopped serving breakfast at 10:30... The owner came over to take our order and he was THE MOST unprofessional, rude, sarcastic person ever!!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND this place to anyone if your looking for friendly service! What "owner" treats their customers this way!! It was for breakfast!! We ended up leaving we were so taken off guard!

Love this place for its customer centered choices. Takes a bit of mind shift to handle the almost cafeteria food stations. You need to select from salad, protein and drinks in a,tightly spaced food emporium environment. Get over that, make choices that suit your hungers and they will rock your world. Somewhat disorienting, yes. But...in the end as my companion said as she dug into an avocado, turkey, bacon sandwich with marbled rye bread, this is the best! High quality food, attentive staff, and lovely water side dining. Really special. And dog friendly too. Kudos!

Breakfast and lunch- go for it. Affordable and delicious. Dinner- pass. Rather small portions for $25+. Even the pasta, which is between $12 and $15 for lunch, will cost you $22, despite no added sides or increased portion sizes. Two people out for dinner ended up costing over $80, and the food was simply not delicious enough to warrant such a large bill. Stick to the cheap, fast, delicious (yet still healthy) lunch and breakfast menus.

This is a great little gem of a find in Naples. We were on the way to the Botanical Gardens when we spotted a quaint little green building with a tin roof and huge floral umbrellas and tables out in front. We turned around quickly to go have a look since we were thinking lunch was in order. Upon entering, we found a clean and fresh and cheerful market that carries chef prepared foods made on the premises. The owner herself gave us a quick tour and shared the concept of the market with us. They believe in the use of fresh and local products and their menu changes accordingly to what they are able to get at the time. My friend enjoyed a blue cheese and carmelized onion angus burger and beer that were on the daily special board. The burger was juicy and wonderful and the beer was Breckenridge Agave Wheat that is now my favorite ;-) I had the lobster ravioli special which was served in a simple creamy sauce and was delicious. The prices were reasonable for the quality of food, service, etc. that we received. We are going back tomorrow for brunch as the owner mentioned fresh made eggs benedict and that sounds fabulous!

Stopped for lunch on our way to Anna Maria Island, but it was Sunday, July 5, and we were so disappointed they were closed, But, we tried again on our way home and were delighted to find them open and busy. We were a big gang with 5 youngsters, and it is a bit confusing as to how the ordering works, but with very helpful staff we got our orders in. The portions are very large and the food delicious; without a doubt homemade. We all agreed the French fries were the best ever, and every sandwich was good to the last bite...if one made it to that!!! The veggie burger I had was awesome; have been thinking about it ever since and figuring out how to make it here at home. This would be a 5-star rating except that there was an error on one of the orders....the #7 burger is the veggie one and the #7 sandwich is a Reuben; the order was placed incorrectly so my order came after everyone else was almost finished. But, one bite led me to forgive the mistake!!!! Have owned a restaurant so know these things happen and it was handled very well. If in Naples, do not miss this food venue......it is terrific!

Food was exceptional. Eggs Benedict was good. Veggie omelet was good but needed salt & pepper. Service was very slow, plan on being there a while around Sunday brunch time. There are several seating areas both inside & outside. Most of the outside seating area had shade, but a few tables did not. Pet friendly outside. Has an option to order squid to feed to fish to keep kids entertained while waiting for food.

My husband and I had a lovely lunch getaway one weekend. We knew we wanted something not as heavy, while we were surrounded by places like buffets and burger joints in the surrounding area. Three60 Market popped up in our heads, and we started reading some of the reviews to see if it was worth it. Although most experiences were varied, there was definitely a curiosity on my part to check this place out everytime we drove past it on our way to the Naples Botanical Garden. Although the establishment was right off the main road, it felt like walking into another world right on the water...forgetting that cars were zooming by. From my first experience, the term 360 came to mind as I looked at all the different niches of designated seating areas, placement of food stations, and the view itself. For such small square footage, they managed to squeeze in an "observatory area" where you can watch the cooks in action at a high top bar, you can have a floor to ceiling window seat, or be out on the water at a high top table watching people on the waterway, or be out on the front deck patio hanging out with your friends. There's a wine section where you can get a great deal, or bring your own wine for a nominal corkage fee, sandwich station, salad station, and drink station. For those that are familiar with the Movenpick Marche in Toronto, the way it works is that you receive a card, walk around, and they stamp or check off items you get. Then you pay at the end when you show them your card. That's exactly how this place works. No fuss. What impressed me was the customer service when we needed a little education on how it all worked. This lovely lady took the time to show us what was available and made some great recommendations on what was popular with their patrons. I ordered a sandwich with brie, ham, apple, micro greens, sprouts and other yummy stuff, on ciabatta bread. The sandwich ingredients were masterfully stacked in the way that nothing was slipping and sliding all over the place. It's those little things that can make or break a sandwich. Also, we ordered and shared a tri-salad. The three choices included a white bean salad with a lovely tart marinade vinaigrette, a bright and leafy kale and citrus salad, and a mediterranean salad with shredded chicken. There were plenty of choices and many different takes on chicken salad. Because we were having something on the "light side" for lunch, we didn't partake of some of the wonderful recommendations such as their tomato pie, or pastas. When I'm in the area, I'd love to try it out again. This market was filled with other local products, and the staff felt very warm towards their customers. As a local attraction, I would add this place on my list. However, until I'm wowed by the food, I'll then give it 5 stars. Items were fresh, and all components - from customer service and variety - were great. (Side Note: I would love to see this place serve their drinks in bigger glasses.) This place is a breath of fresh air for the Bayshore area and you'll see me there again.

Three60 Market was just around the corner from the apartment where we were staying for our New Year getaway to Naples. We didn't make it in until our last morning in town, since they're not open on Wednesdays, and were closed on New Year's Day as well. Otherwise, we would've been there more, especially after discovering what we'd missed in the first part of the week. We were on our way to the Everglades that day, so we just needed a light breakfast before heading out of town. Our landlady had highly recommended this place. It didn't take long to see why. The parking lot was full and most of the outside tables were occupied as we walked up. Once inside we were greeted by a nice lady within ten seconds of walking through the door. She asked if we'd been there before. When we said, "No," she gave us a quick tour of the layout and left us to peruse the food cases and menu. After deciding what we wanted, we grabbed our coffees and took a table outside. A waiter appeared immediately and took our order of a pecan sticky bun, a slice of the day's quiche and a bowl of freshly cut fruit. Within a couple minutes we had the sticky bun (delicious!) and the quiche (doubly delicious!). A couple minutes later the fruit arrived with the apology that it took a little longer because it had to be cut up. Can't complain about a place that takes freshness seriously. The pastries, the salads, the sandwich menu all had my mouth watering. The wine program was also explained, which sounded like a good deal for Three60 regulars. We've decided that we'll definitely return to Naples. We'll definitely stay at the same apartment. And we'll definitely become regulars at Three60!

I enjoy the ambiance here, and patio area outside by the water is the perfect way to start your day. I suggest trying the scrambled eggs while lounging and sipping on premium coffee and soon you will be a convert too! The place has got a real island laid back appeal to it and I happen to believe it is one of the best kept secrets in Naples.

Awesome little place on the water with indoor & outdoor seating. Super nice staff. Amazing gourmet twists on hot foods, salads, sandwiches, sweets, treats, wine cheeses & pastries. You'd never guess such a great place was tucked away here in East Naples! Live music on Weekends too. Events and food specials I was able to find on their facebook page too. Highly recommend!

I was finally happy....My mother said I know just the place for breakfast. And we landed at this cute spot on the inlet brightly lite and friendly. But the best part was the specialty items that I love and have to go in NYC to Dean and Deluca to find. Ummy Spanish cheese Italian cured sausage, jams. The to go salads were delicious. My egg sandwich rocked!!!

We arrived very excited about the reviews of this place. It looks beautiful inside and outside. The landscape, the view to the lake and the warm place made us even more excited about what to expect. The staff couldn't give us much attention after the place started to get crowded. After almost one hour waiting we asked about our food twice and, for our surprise, the waitress seemed to have forgotten to place it. We waited one hour for nothing. The owner came to apologize and offer us free drinks and cinnamon rolls, however he said that we would have to wait more 30 minutes to have our orders (french toast and omelette) He wouldn't prioritize them. Just put them in the end of the line. We chose to give up. Very upset.

After a year and 1/2 of wanting to eat at Three60 Market, today we had lunch there. The food was delicious - freshly prepared and beautifully presented. We sat outside, in the shade, by the water, and it was as pleasant as it could be. The concept of the restaurant is very cool, and also a bit confusing. It's the kind of place that makes me nervous the first time I go there as there are different vendors/stations and it's takes a bit of observation to understand how it works. And I was nervous today and possibly ordered the wrong sandwich. There was a bit of a back and forth between the sandwich man and me, but the manager came on the scene just a few minutes later and made sure I was happy with my sandwich (no matter who made the mistake). He also kicked in a dessert, which was certainly not something he had to do. This was all very cool, and we will go back to the restaurant often (even if the manager hadn't been so sweet about the misunderstanding) because the food was so good and the concept a very interesting one that does work. My advice - go to this restaurant and take your time when you get there and relax! The folks who work there do not seem uptight at all and there is plenty of great food and space and nice views for all. I can't wait to go back and try other choices!

Stopped in here for breakfast after an early morning fishing trip. We were able to dock our boat right outside. The atmosphere was so quant and the servers were very personable and friendly. Even though it was slightly pass their end to breakfast, they accommodated our group and made us a delicious breakfast. Everything is homemade, organic and reasonably priced. I'd highly recommend this spot for breakfast and lunch.
