I went to salad works for the first time and I was impressed to say the least. The concept is refreshing....I dont really eat healthy but I decided to give it a try. When you walk in the restaurant is very well lit and the menu board is clear, big well lit and concise. Everything is so clean it sparkles. The restaurant is very roomy. I ordered a simple chicken ceasar salad with a Mr.Pibb. the salad was HUGE and the lettuce was crisp and fresh and cold....it had the right amout of crunch. When you walk up the girl at the counter was very nice and you get to see them make your salad right in front of your eyes which is nice like the subway of salads. Salad works is centrally located near eveything. Overall the place was clean and well lit, the help was very nice and took time to explain to me the concept of the place and walked me through the whole process. When you go you get what you pay for. I would recommend Salad Works to anyone wanting to eat healthy on the run or just to sit down and enjoy the experience.

So I gave this place another shot simply out of convenience because I was at target. The salad was still meh BUT I have decided to add another star for the simple reason that the Italian wedding soup was amazing. I could have chugged it down. It was the best soup I've had in awhile. Maybe they should change their name to soupworks because their salads still suck.

Good fresh salad, lots of choices and very nice staff. Not as good as Sweet Tomatoes, but for a quick lunch in that area I would go again.

Bright, clean, friendly service, great food. I love to be able to create my salad the way I want it or mix it up with a soup or sandwich. I've used the call ahead ordering many times and found it very convenient to have dinner ready to pick up on my way home from work. So far the Sophie is my favorite but I change the lettuce to romaine instead of the spring mix.

Had lunch and it was fantastic. Many options to choose from. The food is fresh and service friendly. I would recommend for lunch or dinner to anyone looking for a clean restaurant with good food at reasonable prices.
