I went here with my wife while on vacation in Naples. I ordered the wings and they were tiny, dried out and hard as leather. My wife had a black bean burger and soggy french fries. For what they are charging and for the poor quality of food, I'd go somewhere else for sure.

Rusty Bucket is my new FAVORITE spot in Mercato! I make it a point to eat here at LEAST once a week and going through the whole menu. Service, food and atmosphere are all excellent! A few of my favs: * BBQ Chopped Chicken Salad * Sticky Bun Bread Pudding * Fish & Chips * Blue Plate Specials Rusty Bucket, in a whole, is amazing and you need to go! You're welcome in advance.

So, what you see is what you get here--don't expect fine dining. Expect a lot of fatty foods on the menu with not enough chicken or other "lean" offerings. Where I will give them credit--and five stars--is their effort to "make things right" with the customer when mistakes are made. Out of about ten visits, two have had mistakes, and the management quickly sets things right without us having to complain.

Great place and affordable prices in Mercato. They have lots of tv's with plenty of sports on. I've been here for lunch with family and at night with the guys. Every time I've had good service and good food. The menu isn't anything wild and crazy but what they do have is good. They have an 18oz. Porterhouse for $20 bucks. Can't beat that! I will be back.

I met some friends for a beer here a few days ago. We sat at the outside bar. I was not impressed with the menu and in particular the beers on tap. The server was not pleasant, it seemed to be a chore to split checks, gave me a roll of the eyes when I asked for the sample of the fort Myers brew . I ordered a Goose IPA. Server never came back to ask me how it was. Beer wasn't below 45 degrees. We all left and went down to the PUB.

The good news is we got a table right away. That's saying something for the Mercado. However, the service was very slow. It took about 10 minutes to get our drinks. We also waited a long time to get our food. When we did, it was cold and had to send it back. The food was not very good. I would not go back.

Siracha wings taste awful. The taste is very odd and not in a good way. Wing sauces are nasty. Pot stickers were good. Food took long time. Everything was just okay. Service was good when server was around.

Pineapple Vodka good. The wings absolutely horrible. 100% frozen wings with lousy sauce. Nothing special at all. The pork potstickers frozen as well. Clearly no effort into special food here. Yuk.

I am pretty sure that it's all thumbs down here the bartender just told the GM we were obnoxious she has had this sour look on her face the whole time we've been here and we r nor drunk loud rude or bad tippers we r local food and beverage people and feel that aside from everything I've just said the food is also poor , greasy, tasteless and the portions and ingredients are completely made for profit. I had the pesto pasta and the chicken was a shaved piece of a breast with pesto slathered on top the sauce was loaded with pepper and watery left everything to be desired I should've gone to bravo but since we were given gift cards the first visit we thought everyone deserves a second chance but definitely not a third. I would love for restaurant corporations to take a second and realize that the food makes the memories unites the people and makes service second place. So many years in town and still finding dissapointment .

Had this amazing burger with bacon and caramelized onions. Did I mention bacon? It was amazing. Waiter recommended, customer approved! Nice atmosphere, friendly staff, even right before closing. Overall cool place to hangout and grab a bite.

Attractive setting, pleasant help, mediocre food. The ribs were just ok, Thai salad was watery as if washed and not drained properly, no flavor. Salmon salad also watery and salmon was "fishy". Won't hurry back.

Decent food but the bartender Sam needs to find a different job. No personality and incorrect orders.

This place is average. Not bad, just nothing fantastic either. I was with a group of about 14 people or so, so I expected to have slower service due the size of our group, therefore I wasn't as disappointed when it took a while to get my drink. They have a wide selection of beers, both on tap and bottle. A few friends ordered mixed drinks and two complained about the amount of alcohol in them (not enough) but otherwise no other major complaints. I had a little of the double stacked quesadilla which was fantastic! Also tried their mini sliders burgers (bucket bites) which were good as well. It's really just your typical bar food, so if you're okay with that then this place is just fine! It does stand out a bit being in the Mercato, since everything around it is so nice/fancy. But it's also nice to have something different options in there as well. Overall, just your average sports bar type place. Don't expect fancy, but expect decent bar food and drinks.

Met two friends on a weekday at the bar for some drinks and an app, but the service was nothing more than par. The bar was no way packed (I'd say about three groups of people, including us), yet the bartenders were slower than even the busiest nights at other places in the Mercato. In the hour and a half I was there I only had two drinks because they only stopped to ask me twice if they could get me anything, and I struggled to get their attention otherwise. It was probably a good thing, though, because the daiquiris that were on 'special' were 7.50 each, so I can only imagine how much drinks are originally. Way too expensive for the atmosphere and level of service, I'll tell you that. I also ordered an appetizer and the bartender clearly forgot (obviously the 6 people sitting at the bar was way too much for two bartenders to handle). I tried to get his attention to remind him as I had been waiting awhile, but again could not get him to come to our side of the bar. And the other female bartender never greeted us or even looked our way once. The ONLY reason I gave them three stars is because once he finally realized he never rang in my appetizer he somewhat redeemed himself and gave it to me for free -- but it was after sitting there for an hour and a half and everyone else had already eaten and was ready to go so I just got it boxed up and didn't even want it at that point. Not sure I would come here again.

A group of friends and I decided to go to the opening of Rusty Bucket in Mercato. Upon arrival, the restaurant was not as crowded as we had anticipated and we were seated very quickly. Our server was very pleasant and was quick to take our drink orders. One drink order was incorrect but still tasty so she didn't mind it but then half the table received water and some didn't. The server returned to confirm our drink orders and then took our food orders. He returned twice to confirm the dinner orders, missed one order, messed up another and almost had to start over. He made note that this was his first serving job and we weren't upset with him but there should have been more training especially for opening night when any restaurant would expect a crowd from the heavy publicity. As the night continued, we realized it was about an hour since we ordered and we hadn't received any food. I spoke with a manager who seemed very concerned about it and apologized profusely and went to check on the food. He returned saying it should only be a couple more minutes. 'A couple minutes later,' I asked another manager and she went to check. However, she never returned to update us and was instead laughing and giggling with the staff. I signaled to her and she came over. I asked for a status report and she said her general manager was handling. I asked her is she intended to at least let us know that. She look at me stunned. I asked for the GM to come over, and when he did, I explained the situation. He gave the most disingenuous apology and did not even seemed concerned that it was over an hour and we still not have food. I pointed our that the tables around us were empty so they were not busy, why was it taking this long? He proceeded to check on the food and within minutes at least five servers were bringing out our food (two of which were salads). The GM did check on us again and we did admit that the food was absolutely delicious (partly because we were starving). All in all, this was a horrible experience. If the GM at least seemed concerned, all could have been forgiven but his nonchalant attitude made things worse because at the end of the day this is your opening. Your guests should be raving about your restaurant and how happy they are that you are open. In the end, our meal was comped which was appreciated but it did not undo the experience. Kudos to the chef for the food quality but the staff and management need better training in customer service before I dare to return.

Nice sports bar with a large patio. Food is as expected for a franchised chain, pretty standard menu but good staff and reasonably priced

we came here the same week it had opened (on Mother's Day) and had really wonderful service. i believe Jessica was her name and she went above and beyond the call of waitress duty. our three kids also loved her. i basically glorified her in a comment card, so i'll spare everyone else the details. the food was amazing (caveat: for Naples) and at a reasonable price. we had the buffalo chicken sandwich that tasted like it was deep fried in butter and, as it was a cheat day, was perfectly fine with us. i personally ordered the hot brown Sunday special. maybe it was the fact that i had been eating clean for a five months, but the dish was phenomenal. i was pleasantly shocked considering Rusty Bucket is a chain restaurant. From Ohio (-sorry, had to. Go Blue :P). i also had the Sparkling Blackberry cocktail that mixes two of favorite things. it's a perfect brunch drink, being light and delightful, so a bit out of place in a restaurant that doesn't serve any pancakes. my kids' mac and cheese was standard kraft, which he was perfectly content with. the other one had fish and chips which he liked just fine as well. we also tried the sticky bun bread pudding. i don't remember much about this except that it was gone in five minutes. that's not saying much, though, as the kiddos never have sweets, so they inhale everything with ice cream. we enjoyed the glaring difference from most Naples restaurants so much so that we returned the following week... and ordered the exact same things (sans dessert). service (from a different waitress) again, was amazing. i have to say, the employees seem to truly enjoy our children, and the feeling is mutual. our oldest asks to go to the Rusty Bucket all the time now, so the bribery with the kids tattoos and lollipops from the restaurant is incredibly effective. i had to dock some stars due to our last visit. (yes, we went a third, perhaps fourth time. judge me.) we went for dinner and our server charged our kids' milks separately from their meals. it clearly states on the menu that drinks are included with kids meals, and that hadn't happened to us before. we pointed it out to the server and he simply said "sorry, that's just how it's done here" and refused to reverse the charge. i wasn't about to call a manager over a $3.00 difference, but i found that to be incredibly annoying. and rude. and false advertising.

We chose this restaurant because we wanted to try their fried cod. It was very good. We substituted onion rings for fries and enjoyed the outdoor seating. Really only 3.5, but the people were so nice that I kicked it up.. Went there to meet friends who live nearby. Chose it instead of the nearby Pub at Naples because Rusty had a call-ahead system. Actually it turned out that we did not need that -- they had empty tables. Typical local bar and grill food, reasonable prices given to the location, noisy but pleasant ambiance. Excellent selection of on-tap beers. Might go again but not a high priority.

We went last night to Rusty Buckets for the first time. We wanted some place inexpensive, but didn't want to resort to a chain restaurant with no atmosphere and subpar food. Our waitress was not bad. She offered some suggestions and we ended up going with the fried pickles (YUM) to start with and the Big Sicilian Pizza to share. The pizza was excellent!!! Nice and thin crust. The veggies were baked off before to get rid of all they weight and watery-ness. This gave the pizza a nice roasted veggie touch. Another huge plus is that they serve FM Brewing Company's beer. Their Gateway Gold is amazing! For pickles, pizza, 3 magic hats, and 3 GWG's our total was $56. Advice: my BF has a big appetite and with the starter and the 12" pizza it was the perfect portion. Not too bad! We'd never get all that at a Chili's ;-)

This place is amazing!! The other reviewer obviously has never been to a restaurant that has been open for 24 hours!! I am here 16 days later and they totally have their act together!! Raspberry lemonade really good. It was freshly squeezed! Veggie pizza was tasty. Outside sitting was quite comfortable. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is my server didn't bring the change with the receipt and just asked me "Did you want the change?" after he took the money. Went for lunch while in Naples. Great atmosphere with lots of tv's and outdoor seating. We sat at bar as it was a bit humid outside. I had the BBQ chicken salad. It was great and lots of pulled chicken. My wife had the chicken tender blt and that was great as well. No need to upgrade to the sweet potato fries as the standard seasoned fries are great. My wife also enjoyed the pineapple infused vodka, so much she had 2. I would definitely go back to the Rusty Bucket. The salad, blt, 2 vodka drinks and a blue moon cost $45. Not bad considering this is Naples.

Went here on a Thursday afternoon around 4, place was very quiet both inside and out. Had the soccer game playing on tv which was good because my mom wanted to watch. We both ordered Stella's - didn't serve them in proper Stella glasses even though they have a sign on the wall stating that's something they strive to do. I also had the daily special drink, a pink gin fizz and my mom had the cosmo with their pineapple infused vodka. Both were just ok, grapefruit flavor was unnatural and I couldn't even taste any gin in mine. However we shared the hummus appetizer and that was amazing! And the other patrons food looked good as well I noticed. Service seemed to be all over the place, ours was overly attentive in the beginning but disappeared towards the end when things got busier (whole place was full by the time we left) I think they're still trying to get the kinks out, I'd probably go back and try it again!

Good casual place for good food and drinks. Our waiter was helpful in suggesting some dishes. I ordered a personal pizza (Pepperoni and Peppers), which was one of the best pizzas I've had in years. They have a great selection of draft and craft beers. I really enjoyed it.

Good food, a lot of tv's to watch the game, fair prices, and a friendly staff. Tables are a little close together, but if you get a booth you'll be fine. Overall a good place to go if you are looking for something different - I got the fish n' chips :)

Just had lunch here. The wings were pretty good. I had the Double Bacon Cheeseburger which is one of the best I have and. Not two patties, which was good, but there was double bacon. Wife had the chicken Caesar salad which wasn't nearly S tasty as we have had in other restaurants. Jimmy's service was timely and high quality. Would go again.

Absolutely Horrible service. As a local I will never go back. The place was empty and with about 10 people at the outside bar and could not get a drink for over a 1/2 hour. We all paid our checks and left. Mgmt should have offered to buy a round for us if they ever wanted us back. I cant imagine what it will be like in season.

Nice outside patio. Good beer selection. Food isn't the best and is pricey. Being that it's in mercato surrounded by so many other restaurants, the plates should be bigger portions and better in my opinion.

Drinks/ Atmosphere is great!!! Great prices too. Food is either or depending on what you get. Chicken parm= YES. veggie pizza=it's got a kick to it. Patty Melt= pretty good. We had Andrew as a server. He's the best.

Rusty bucket is a casual, reasonably priced restaurant in Mercato. I've been several times. They have daily drink specials (I prefer whiskey Wednesday.) I took some friends that were in town visiting and we sat on the outside patio. We had an awesome waiter who was funny and friendly and gave us complimentary dessert. Never had to wait for my next drink. I had chicken parm and it was awesome. Nice place to go for dinner before a movie at Silverspot.

The Rusty Bucket is a nice getaway from some of the fancy shmancyness of the Mercato. For the days that you want some down home comfort food and have a drink, or a non-alcoholic drink at lunch (for work people who may read this :)), this is a great place to unwind with a group of people. I've been here on several locations, and have always managed to order their black and blue iced tea. It's blackberry and blueberry muddled into the iced tea. I love getting something fresh; something more than a synthetic fruit tea. My second visit to this place was my birthday lunch. I remember ordering their daily special that day which was a bolognese and others ordering an italian torpedo sandwich, and meatloaf. Besides enjoying the food, what I do remember is good customer service. The alternative to the embarrassment of waitstaff singing a mediocre happy birthday, I had the discreet pleasure of receiving a Happy Birthday card signed by all the staff. I'm a sucker for unexpected customer service experiences like that. You don't have to be Capital Grille to write a card like that. As a sidenote to customer service, they understand their business lunch crowd and get you out of there at a reasonable time. When you get a chance, try their beef stroganoff on their daily special list. Don't expect anything light. You're going to dive your fork into big pieces of beef, and thick flat noodles with a dollop of sour cream. It's pure decadence that's making me salivate as I type. Overall, the food is not extravagant, but it makes for a nice casual environment when you want some normal good American food and great customer service.

The location is nice and food was satisfactory. Nothing really out of this world. The meatloaf was flavorful but the carrots that came with it were undercooked. The Mac n cheese had potential but was too covered in bread crumbs in my opinion. The siracha chicken wings were tasty and meaty. The downfall was the service. The waitress took awhile and what should have been a quick one hour meal turned into two hours.

I wish I could rate lower than 1 star. I ordered their signature fish and chips.....It was completely soaked through with grease. The fish was cold and our waiter was noooowhere to be found. No refills. No service! Avoid the flashy ambience and go somewhere else. Trust me, ypur wallet and stomach will thank you later.

We arrived just as they opened and were sat immediately outside. Great table with a view of all the people coming and going. Then here comes our server Amanda. Oh, Amanda, Amanda, Amanda. I don't like 2 hour lunches, so I told her to put our order in all at once. Here comes my French onion soup, no food, no food, no food. Dying of thirst the other waitress that now has 3 tables refills our drinks and shakes her head when I flag her down and explain who our waitress is. Amanda still only has us. When the food comes I wanted to ask if the stroganoff noodles were homemade, but she did her magic act and just disappeared. She has no other tables. So where does she scurry off too?? Drinks empty, plates 1/2 gone here she comes. I ask for a box, the bill, and a sweet tea to go because I am so freaking thirsty. Here she comes with a box, no bill, no sweet tea. She gives me the boxes and stands there as I put the food in then proceeds to start clearing the table. I then tell her we need to go, and I want the check, she can get to the plates later. I just want OUT of this place, I've been here almost an hour and 1/2 when I placed my order right after she brought the drinks. The food was nothing to write home about. I had to add lots of salt and pepper to my stroganoff. The rack of ribs were good but can get them for $14.95 anywhere. If the other servers know how bad Amanda is then management sure as hell knows. Especially when they only give her one table at a time. You don't put someone this dingy on the floor. I've never had a broad this dumb wait on me at Hooters!!!

Nothing like undercooked pink chicken fingers and watching your brother pull a longggg stringy hair out of his throat from the chili.

Just went there tonight and we love the food BUT the place is freezing cold and very uncomfortable. They said they were going to adjust the temperature but did nothing.

Save your money and go to another bar and grill. I expected excellence in the Mercato center, instead I was served a sub par Ruben. I'm glad the Bentleys did not fog my pallet

Nice outside patio. Good beer selection. Food isn't the best and is pricey. Being that it's in mercato surrounded by so many other restaurants, the plates should be bigger portions and better in my opinion.
