On vacation and just craving a refreshing beverage.... found exactly what I was looking for, ( use to Jamba Juice around CA) and a delightful assortment of wraps and sandwiches. Pricing is just right.... can fill me up and not break my wallet furthermore I feel actually great afterward. The weather in Naples during August can make you very lethargic but after a few days in a row of Refresh... actually feel rejuvenated... Though small but very cozy and the decor is clever. Had Cordon Blue.. tasty.. and a Health Nut smoothie with Whey... Combo for less than 10... Hard to beat if you are looking for great value. Talked to the owner.. there all three time me and my friend visited... very friendly and staff were somewhat knowledgeable. ( I am use to question all the fruits at Jamba Juice... they know all the fruits and their nutritional values) I am sure they will acquire all that knowledge in due time.

It pains me to give a negative review to this place because i want to like it so badly, so I'm going to add an extra star for service--one of the guys brought our order directly to our table. We came here post work out to get some smoothies, and i have to say that the smoothie i had here is the worst smoothie i have ever had (sorry!!). My friend and I both ordered the mentalist (i think it was called that) and as my friend was ordering his, the guy at the counter was like "i don't like that one...just a heads up." So i guess we were at least warned. The contents were mango, orange, and a couple of other things, but jesus it was soooo watered down and had the most bitter aftertaste. I could only have two sips and then had to chuck it. However, my friend liked his enough to finish it. Our other friend had ordered something else and i asked to try hers just to see if maybe mine was weird, and her's tasted like watered down bubble gum (remember bazooka? that). But again, she thought it was ok...so i don't know. She also had a wrap with her smoothie and enjoyed it. So maybe my taste buds were just off that day. maybe i'll give these guys another shot next time i'm in Naples.

Owner and cashier were friendly and fun, it was personalized service, not your typical take the order and move on type service. I enjoyed the experience and when I went home and ate the food and had the smoothie, I was happy with the quality and taste of everything too! ALSO I was very happy to see that all the materials used were environmentally friendly, from the cup to the bag to the recycled container for the salad. Will definitely support this local business over franchises!

Sad to give this place a two (2), really was hoping it would be a great sandwich, salad, smoothie health food place. Was highly disappointed, stopped by on Saturday for a quick sandwich and salad with my daughter. We went in, and there was only one person waiting on 2 smoothies. We weren't greeted when we walked in, actually the only thing we got asked is are you ready to order when we walked up to counter. I said just a second this is our first time here...*crickets*, my daughter ordered a Chicken Caesar Salad. I ordered the Spinach, Chicken and White Cheddar Sandwich (sounds good right) with Garden Salsa chips. We were the only people in there (minus the woman waiting on her smoothies.) 20 minutes later we get our food (that's a long wait for salad and a sandwich), Chicken was hot, sandwich was hot, chips were wrong but that didn't bother me so much. I take a bite of the sandwich......NOTHING, no flavor regular cheddar cheese (not white cheddar which would have given it that bitter bite). No Spread on the sandwich at all. Dry sandwich- Here is what is was Spinach, Red Onion, Tomato, tasteless chicken breast that was a frozen one that was cooked on the flattop, I can tell this because my daughters chicken looked exactly alike size and shape. She pulled her chicken out of her salad stating it had no flavor. Caesar Salad was tasteless, this is her favorite salad and she didn't finish it saying it didn't taste well at all. Service is slow, food is not so great. When I asked others about it they said oh there is only a few things on their menu that is good the rest stinks. I watched as the other Cashier told another couple that walked in, don't eat this it's not good or that you should just try this. I'm not sure how they are surviving but I won't be back. I can make a bland chicken sandwich at home and charge $10.00 and a bland chicken Caesar salad at home for $10.00 also. They need better recipes and flavors. Nobody likes a dry sandwich that is toasted.

This place is great! Everything is organic and they have green smoothies which taste delicious! The staff is informative and helpful. Decent sized menu which is not too overwhelming. I love this place and the atmosphere and will definitely be coming back! I've already spread the word about it to a few people :-)

I was in Naples on vacation with my girlfriend and thought I'd give this place a try. Their wraps and sandwiches were fresh and the smoothies tasted great. There was a very friendly atmosphere too. We'll definitely visit this place again the next time we're in town.

Amazing!!! Try the Resveratrol smoothie it taste delicious and so healthy for you. The staff is friendly and courteous. Will go here often!!!
