We go there for the free internet not the food, BUT their soup in the sourdough bowl is just wonderful (here is your chance to pig out and eat the whole thing, and if you're like me you need butter with that delicious bread and can help yourself at the condiment bar). It is sour and robust and every bit as good or dare I say even better than the sourdough in San Francisco... The clam chowder is a tasty choice to go with it. If only they offered a good red wine to go with it... The atmosphere is simple, but the music is usually a low volume jazz, so it's easy to concentrate on whatever it is that is so important on your laptop. Compared to Calistoga who's music is way too loud and absolutely horrid! I have no idea who picks the selection but they need to stop! Panera wins for their soup bread bowl & internet, but Calistoga beats on overall food especially their Cobb salad. It's common in Panera to have a difficult time finding a seat with a plug in for your laptop whereas at Calistoga it's less crowded and we've always been able to find somewhere to plug in. I have no idea why since Calistoga's food is so much better that it's not crowded, so take advantage of it if you can stand the loud music inside at Calistoga, you can go outside to one table on the left side (has plug in) before you go thru the door...

They ran out of what we wanted even though it was dinner hour. Salad had avocado that was not fresh and the chicken soup was mostly broth. Waited 15 minutes to order and 15 for food. Very poor service. They even ran out of turkey and flat bread. You are a restaurant, right? Won't go back to this location. The cashier was overwhelmed and another employee was just standing around. Overpaid for a terrible meal! Go elsewhere if you want good fresh food!

I love Panera. I've been to many locations. However, this one never meets the standards of the others. The people making sandwiches really need to take a look at how much meat the put on it because I don't know about them, but I like meat with a hint of bread. Not bread with a hint of meat. Not to mention their cashiers always seem bored out of their mind. I'd rather drive to a Panera farther away than save the gas and go to this one

I'm not a fan of Panera bread! I've been to a few in several locations . I think it's overpriced food that should not be considered gourmet or artisan in any form. I only came here today because the person I was spending the day with insisted that this was the place to have lunch. I will admit, I enjoyed my bowl of French onion soup and the 1/2 Thai chicken salad. The chicken tasted good, however they do skimp on the chicken portion! BIG time!!! I Enjoyed my Lunch, however I will spend my hard earned money elsewhere! Additionally, empty tables were not cleaned and it was difficult to find a table that was clean enough to sit and enjoy our food!

Fast service and friendly staff. I found the restaurant to be a bit tired and the tables needed to be cleaned. They were not at all busy so no excuse for dirty tables. Convenient before the movies. I am here for the 2nd time. Again, dirty outside tables and trash on the ground.

First of all I'd like to apologize to all the folks that we pissed off in line behind us, tried to just come in and put in a few orders for some moms and daughters selling girl scout cookies across the way. The cashier taking our order had a name tag that said "trainer" and boy is that a scary thought. It took nearly 10 min to put in 5 orders, she stumbled over every question for sides that the computer was obviously making her select, she was unable to move at any pace or maintain any dialogue. Our order was prepared quickly and they guy running expo on the pick up was honestly the only one working there that seemed to have a sense of urgency and ability to look up and notice that he's working in a restaurant. Panera - please have someone with personality train your staff!

Food was ok and service was horrible! Cashier very rude and you could clearly tell she was very poorly trained! Manager not much better! Got a feeling they won't be here long unless they get staff that understand it's about keeping the customer happy.

I love everything at panera! My favorites include tomato and mozzerella sandwich, Greek salad, soups in a bread bowl and the soufflés. Get there early if you want a soufflé! Self order consoles are now available and you can even store your payment method.

I'm sorry. I love Panera. I've even worked at a Panera for a few years. I think the new bakery's with waitstaff service is idiotic. Especially when the dining room and bathrooms are trashed. That person could be cleaning something or restocking, instead of standing at the counter waiting for food to be made so they can deliver it 5 feet away. Face palm. This place was so dirty we had to clean the table ourselves and it wasn't even crowded or busy. Oh well.

Why is every Panera freezing? Ugh! Bring sweater, order, then eat outside Need more help, long line and slow for a fast food chain. Good Smoothies, they have yogurt, not many choices for gluten free veggie. One soup if I'm lucky, salads are about it, big salads but I always need extra dressing Good place to hang, free wifi , plenty of seating in and outside. Good location, good food, good service, and got my order write! I type this because the location in Orlando near where I live perpetually gets my order wrong. This place got it right. Great job! Good crowd at lunch time, but service still fast.

The worst service I've ever had. They screwed up my order. Shorted my order. There is no management that cares enough to ask. Waited forever just to get a receipt. Won't be back. So yourself a favor and skip this place.

Love coming here to use their wi-fi and get a bowl of soup!

I really love the food here and try to come often on lunch break, but the wifi is extremely faulty here. The panera network often doesn't even show up. I need to be able to work from my laptop and it enfuriates me when I pay money to frequent an establishment for the sole purpose of utilizing their wifi only to be screwed over. I will unlikely come again until they fix this problem.

Naples is my hometown and I have a lot of places I absolutely love, but I consider this Panera to be my secret hot-spot. From their wonderful manager, who is so sweet and friendly, to their staff who truly embodies the sunshine spirit of Florida, you always feel a warm welcome when you arrive. There is never a line and it's easy to find a table without any problems. I call it my secret hot-spot because not only do they have light, yummy food to enjoy while you work, but they have free WiFi that is incredibly fast and LOTS of plugs so you don't have to worry about draining your battery while you work. In one corner they have 2 comfy lazy-boy type chairs that face each other, so whenever I am doing an interview or a meeting, I always try to snag this spot. Otherwise, the tables right by these chairs provide a great place to work from with ample sunlight and a view of the entire restaurant if you like to people watch as you work. As far as the food goes, I'm obsessed with their mac & cheese - it's so creamy and good. The only reason I knocked 1 star off of this place is because I think the mac & cheese is microwaved. Granted I'm short and can't totally see over the counter, but from what I could see, that is what it looked like. Not that I was expecting made-to-order mac & cheese, but maybe keep a vat in the back? Eyedunno. Just a small pet-peeve. Otherwise, everything else is fresh and tasty and you can customize anything to your taste and the staff always does just what you say with a huge smile on their face!
