There are Chinese restaurants in other cities that I've reviewed that are better than this that have 4 stars, but I'm gonna go ahead and give this place 5 because it is clearly the best Chinese food I have had in the state of Florida. The general tsos is very good. The sweet and sour chicken is nicely fried with fresh pieces of white chicken. The fried rice is pretty good. The egg rolls are not great, but kudos to this place for giving out truly spicy mustard. Wow, it had a kick (which I love). The portions are huge and the prices are cheap. Way better than what I am used to in Dade/Broward.

Yay! Big score on xmas eve. Tasty hot n sour soup with just enough spice, fresh egg drop with beautiful scallions. Shrimp and scallop in garlic sauce (& a bit of chili) was very good. Lots of fresh broccoli, green pepper, chestnuts, bamboo, crimini and woodear mushrooms in a tasty sauce. Awesome!! We'll do this again.

Visiting from Jersey with my fiancé and had a long day in the sun so we just wanted some takeout and to cuddle and watch TV. We didn't expect much from Chinese food down here but man were we wrong! So delicious! The sauce with the chicken and broccoli was to die for and the lo mein was great until I saw the amount of oil on the bottom, which is why this place gets only 4 stars instead of 5. The food has great flavor but does go a little heavy on the oil. I would ask them to go light next time we are in town. But the pork in the rice and lo mein was so tasty. Overall, some of the best chinese takeout I've ever had! Minus the oil lol

Forgotten about this place. Kinda hidden in a small strip mall that has seen many businesses come and go. Across from Coastland mall, on the south side of Publix. Best chinese food around whether take out or sit in. Been in Naples for years. Small, Take out only, no place to eat, barely space to stand, but that's ok. Worth the eye sore. Just a bite of their rice tells you it's the real stuff here. Soft, sticky, white, yum. The kind I can eat plain with just soy sauce. Their dishes are made traditional, for instance the shrimp with lobster sauce has pork in it, lots of egg and large shrimp, while others just put shrimp and sauce. Ask for it with dark sauce. Very tasty, good portions, fast and hot. They use to have a very fancy restaurant down the street, that was over 18 years ago, anyone out there remember? glad they are still around regardless.

Omg! This place should be the standard for Chinese food! I ordered the General Two chix, plain lomein, wonton soup. See the pic. All the food was hot and smelled so good! I am definitely recommending this place to all my friends.

4 out of 5 times this place rules. The General Tsaos is big ol hunks of crispy fried white meat chicken in a sticky glaze, a dash of crunchy steamed broccoli, and thats it. YUM. All their other stuff is top- notch quality, and delivery is fast. Now and then some item doesnt rule, and thats always a bummer but ya gotta try again.... cuz when they do it right most of the time its some of da best Chinese ever!

Chinese Cuisine

The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.

Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.

There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.
