This IHOP was really good. Same food as usual but the service and food quality was excellent. Also the place was really clean inside and didn't leave you feeling like a greasy mess. Loved the cinnamon swirl French toast!

This has been the most consistently pleasing food every time I have visited Naples. The servers works their butts off, but the food is always good. I would avoid Thursday nights, however; a local shithole called Vision has an "all you can drink for $10" event every Thursday and the dregs of Naples get wasted there and come to IHOP. It is the most ignorant, racist, sexist and downright stupid bunch of people I have ever seen (they are worse than Insane Clown Posse fans, if that's possible). Echoing the other reviewers, please tip these folks well. If you can request a server, ask for Satin - she rocks. Oh, and this is the only IHOP I have been to that actually had a patio. When the weather is perfect, it is a wonderful thing to sit outside and enjoy your pancakes :)

I am embarrassed to admit I ate here and will probably return. We came because of a coupon. Well, it did the trick. BEST veggie omelete anywhere, huge, reasonable $. BUT GLUTEN FREE people BEWARE!!! They put pancake batter in their omelets UNLESS you order from the back Healthier menu. Be sure and tell them! Weird to put it in but they have always done this and back in college I almost died from it. (Back then the cook had no idea there was flour in pancake batter, no joke, for real) Fresh squeezed OJ (not done there but still good), love their seasoned fries, great variety in menu, excellent service! I will be back but don't tell.

Absoultly the worst food I ever ate ever! I have gone to this IHOP a few times in the past and have always had a delicious breakfast. Being a place known for breakfast, you think they could get that right! I decided to take my Grandaughter out for Sunday morning breakfast and we choose this place , never again! First off the ceiling was dripping about 6 inches from where I was seated with one of the tiles missing and a nasty mess up there just about hanging over your food on the table! Then the kitchen screwed up the kids meal and sent a completely different one that she ordered, I ordered a simple 2 eggs scrambled with toast and hashbrowns and bacon. The toast was cold and dry, the scrambled eggs were a chopped up dry omlet and the bacon was cold. I sent my plate back and asked for scrambled eggs not a chopped up omlet and asked for some butter for my cold toast. after having to wait again for our food, they brought me back another chopped up omlet only in smaller pieces! obviously these people dont know how to make scrambled eggs. NEVER AGAIN will I spend my hard earned money in that dump!

Mom and I went here a few weeks ago and we had brought our dog cause we wanted to sit outside well sat there for a good 10 mins and this girl the reason I say girl is cause she made a huge scene about having a dog OUTSIDE asked if its a service dog we said yes she said show me the paper's we said we lefted them home witch we did she said since the manager isn't here shes going to let it slide she asked us what we wanted and took our order then come out with it and mine had a few hairs in my French toast moms pancakes were half cooked we had tried to get her attention she ignored us untill we were trying to go to the front door to get her attention we looked like she was going to fly out the door and land on us both We were not going to skip out and not pay the bill or at least pay for the over charged coffee Unbelievable if they told us from the beging that they have a no dog policy service dog or not we would had left but she waited untill half way threw the brunch NO ONE WAS OUTSIDE BUT US We would never go to I hop here again

We went to Ihop yesterday for breakfast. It was very busy but we waited for a table. Our waiter was pleasant and brought us coffee and took our order. It seemed like he had way too many tables. After waiting 20 minutes to get another pot of coffee i stopped another waitress to get coffee. After a 40 minute wait and still no breakfast we left and placed $5:00 on the table for our coffee. We will not go there again!!!

You would think this is your typical international house of pancakes, but you would be wrong. I believe this is where they train everyone in the world on how to be excellent customer service oriented servers! (Or should!) The restaurant was clean and bright. Our server, Candace, was first class. She gave us extra time to order, even asked us questions about ourselves, like "are you from out of town?", and when we mentioned we were from Michigan, she told us to put on a lot of sun screen. I ordered my breakfast, which consisted of Egg Beaters, since it was a "light" menu breakfast. The breakfast was tasty. The turkey bacon cooked just right- chewy with a crunchy end. The toast was just right, and the fruit was very fresh and delicious. The eggs, not the best. I understood they weren't "real" eggs, so I wasn't expecting much. I didn't eat them. Candace seemed genuinely concerned, and asked if they didn't taste good, and offered to replace them or get us an extra fruit cup. I declined, as I already had enough to eat. I was very impressed that she was that observant, and quick to offer something to make my visit awesome. we will return again, and will tell our friends about this particular IHOP. :) thank you Candace! $25 with tip included- a great price to pay for a good breakfast for two!

I love the fact that they are open 24/7. They have a variety of things to choose from and the prices are great. Nice staff/great customer service. Very spacious and calm environment. I enjoy coming here after 12 for a mid-night bite.

Went for a late night dinner. There was only one waitress who was really struggling to keep up with all the tables coming in; but it wasn't her fault - the place was understaffed. IHop isn't exactly known for top-notch grub, but this was one of the worst IHop's I've been to. It felt unclean. I waited almost 10 minutes to even be asked for my order. The kitchen was painfully slow - I waited 25-30 minutes for just my one, basic egg breakfast. I was dining alone and when I placed my order, there were only 2 other tables seated in the place and both already had food (though several tables came in later). My hashbrowns were oily and underdone, my fruit salad was a few old grapes and some canned pineapple, and the eggs had a slightly off flavor about them. I've been to much better IHop locations and this one certainly doesn't do any justice for the chain or the brand.

Extremely busy on Halloween, but still seated and served in a reasonable time. Our server Can-d was on top of things and kept the place running. She was friendly with the kids and very efficient. The girls loved their pancakes and our omelets were huge and quite tasty.

The employees are very friendly and don't make you feel rushed at all, which is a relief in comparison to many of the uppity options in town serving the same quality of food. If you want pancakes, this is one of the best places to find good ones for cheap.

Just like any other IHOP. Floor can be greasy. Staff are ok and friendly when you are. Personally can't eat here because the portions are too huge and calorie laden. Makes me feel I'll if I eat a full portion of anything here although it tastes great.
