Not a good experience. If you like seafood you may find it ok. We came in looking for Chinese food and the quality was really poor. Egg rolls chewy and greasy. Boneless ribs filled with fat. Chicken with broccoli was average. Fried dumplings were horrible. Guy refilled the buffet right from giant cans of fruit poured on top of the old stuff. Two dinner buffets and two sodas came to $37.00. We gave the waitress $40 and she walked away, never to return. We waited awhile and then got up to walk away. Guess they tip themselves. Oh well lesson learned.

Ate her this past summer and it was great. Went back tonight and was so disappointed. The food was cold and didn't taste good at all. The sushi was very "fishy" as was the shrimp from the bar. Our waitress was attentive & friendly. Actually left there (after paying $54 for 4 people) to eat elsewhere. Gave our waitress a good tip because she was deserving. Didn't complain because maybe it was an off night but nonetheless won't be returning. China Wok in North a Naples NEVER disappoints. Not a buffet but healthy portions.

Best buffet in SW Florida (to date). But I think the search for one may be over. This place is clean and friendly. The food was plentiful. Lots and lots of variety and the staff was very diligent in making sure all the food was stocked, including the crab legs. Not once was the tray empty while we were there. The raw meats and seafood for the grill were kept in refrigerated trays and the sauces were very good. Most buffets we go to, by the time we go up for our 2nd plate, we find it hard filling it up due to lack of variety. Not the case with Grand Buffet. There were many things still to try but we were so stuffed.... If you are looking for a good chinese buffet, this place is about as good as you're gonna get.

Generally, when you think of buffets you think of gross, greasy Chinese food. That's how I viewed this place until I came here recently. Boy, was I wrong. GO ON A WEEKEND. Of course there's the typical Chinese food and then they have pizza, macaroni, baked salmon, etc. BUT on weekends there's oysters, clams, crawfish (drool), whole blue crabs, and more! But mainly, I just eat the seafood listed above. Surprisingly enough, the seafood's fresh! I've never gotten sick eating here, and you can generally tell when seafood isn't good. The crawfish is the best in my opinion. Don't waste your time eating anything BUT the seafood. The service is always attentive and they're pretty good at clearing your plates off the table.

Just got back, was pleasantly surprised. Friends had told us to pass on it. We went around 6pm and food was fresh and lots of selection. I will defiantly be back.

This is pretty good place compared to other buffets. I'd have to say it is above average. The decor is nice, plenty of space and great selections to choose from to get your fill when hungry. I had an extra long morning and worked passed 1:00PM to find that people were still having lunch. It was good to see that the hot dishes were hot and deserts and fruits were cool. I quickly noticed a sushi chef was making rolls at a new station. There is a variety from entree to apps soups and plenty of choices for fruits and deserts. The staff was pleasant, good at clearing plates and topping off drinks.

Oh, Grand Buffet... as a vegetarian you do not have a whole lot for me to eat, but for $14.99 a head for dinner I can't complain too much. This is essentially a Chinese/Asian buffet, but with some strange additions... like french fries and onion rings. There was also a bit of a salad bar as well as a sushi station, but for the most part it's Chinese. They have a decent dessert selection including a soft-serve ice cream machine. At the end of the day, though, most people are here for the crab legs. Every time a new batch came out, a feeding frenzy would ensue and within 2 minutes the tray would be empty again. I saw people with plates of crab carnage 8" high. Grand Buffet is certainly not the best buffet I've ever been to... but it's definitely not the worst. And it probably IS the cheapest.

Good Quality / Price The place is well maintained and there is pretty decent choice of food. I will def come back if driving by the area

Huge selection of average food...neither good nor bad. Customer base must be the most diverse in Naples, replete with many, many screaming babies. Why do I return when Szechuan Restaurant is a couple of blocks away? I don't know. I won't anymore. Side note: the most awful display of table manners imaginable is viewable here...not for those with weak stomachs! Side note 2: recently raised prices.

Great food very cheap! If you want to eat fresh just go in by the hibachi and they will make fresh and all you can for only $15 per person are you kidding me!!!! He will make u food as much as you can eat!

Best Buffet in Naples. Huge buffet with everything you could ever want. Food leans Asian, but they have everything. Dinner food is more expensive with crab and seafood. Lunch is cheaper by a couple bucks but has a little big less fresh seafood. Overall quality of food is average for a buffet. Worth a trip.

Typical chinese buffet fare. Not 5 star, but if your hungry, it's not bad either. The steamed clams and mussels were very tender. The typical chinese dishes were also good. Sushi was ok but not imaginative. Worst were the fried calamari rings. You may be asking yourself, would i go back? Yes, if your hungry.

After reading all the bad reviews my family and I decided to chance it and try the buffet anyway. The service was as good as any other buffet we've ever been to. The food was delicious! I tried a few shrimp, yuck! But who really goes to a oriental buffet for seafood in fl? Not our family! We would go back!

Greatly improved in choices and quality. Good selection of sushi. Best thing is the Habachi that you select your own ingredients, esp for vegetarians. Only problem we have is that many of their booths are made for the obese. Seriously, we sit at the edge of our seat to reach the table. So advice is to sit down before you go for the food and ask for a table if you are skinny. :) Parking lot and area has undergone improvements, though it is still less than desirable for a first date.

If I could give a no star I would. This place used to be decent but has completely gone down hill. The only thing up are the prices! My father, boyfriend, younger sister, and I went here and it was disgusting. The food was cold and hard to eat! I only ate a few bites, the sushi was unbelievably horrible along with the pitiful sour tasting crab rangoon. When we got the bill I almost exploded. $72 not including a tip! We saw the price before getting our food it was $11.50 per person. We still ended up paying $50 for less than edible food. I will NEVER return to this place. If your looking for a good buffet that's worth the price check out Blue Fish on Airport Pulling Rd. Excellent sushi and nice dining atmosphere, nothing like the dump we ate at it.

Worse Chinese food ever, Mexican "chef" doing Chinese food? Give me a break, owners very rude when I complain about food quality, not good , is others a lot better than this one , don't waste your money here . I will never come back.

Ok I wanted Chinese food and wanted to have a little of each. This is what I call an ABC buffet anything but Chinese. Carved roast beef, fried chicken, crap legs, crayfish, shrimp. Where in the hell is the egg foo young? Mongolian Beef? Food labeled wrong and the best for last seeing the waitress waiting on my table reach into a bucket of liquid bleach and pull out a crap leg cracker. Uh no thanks I will have a chicken wing at my Chinese restaurant.

First of all, I'm generally not a big fan of buffets since the quality of the food tends to be substandard with the exception of the Japanese/Chinese buffet chain Todai here in Ca. I'm not sure about other locations. Well, my husband found this place in some tourist magazine and after a debate about how we should go to the place the lady at the hotel said was wonderful nearby right by the beach instead of there, he told me no as he was hungry and wanted to get his moneys worth. As much as I hate to admit this, I'm glad that I listened to him this time as this buffet was actually one of the better ones that I've been to period. First of all, the selection is huge and they have all kinds of different ethnic dishes available from your standard pizza, (not bad), salads, mac and cheese, tiny tasteless desserts to wonderful items such as stuffed crab mushrooms. They were huge and quite good! Yum! Also, they had some fried ball thing with sugar on top in the non desert section. Interesting. It was basically like eating a donut without sugar on the inside but with sugar on the outside. I loved it! My diet went to hell on this vacation, especially here, lol! They also had onion rings (just OK) to Chinese food, Italian dishes, seafood, lots of salads, and most of all, a great selection of FRESH good fruit like giant red grapes. It wasn't seedless though. They also had kiwi, watermelon slices, pineapple slices, oranges, and bananas with some strawberry glaze on it. They also had frozen yogurt but I didn't try that. The selection of food and the quality of it for an all you can eat buffet is great. This location is in a huge shopping center so parking shouldn't be a problem. Next door is a big Mexican market that sells both Mexican and American products and the prices for produce there are pretty cheap for the great quality, but that is for a different review. I can't recall the name of it anyways.

I love buffets. I get to try a little bit of everything! This place is a-ok. Not the best, not the worst, but if your're looking for a Buffet in Naples this is it. (why is naples so booooring??) Nice variety, fresh tasting food. Very nice staff and the decor is casual. I found out the hard way they only have crab legs on Friday nights. Bah! The buffets Im used to have them every night!
