Five Guys is where I go for cheeseburger cravings. A minimal menu so that what they do, they do best. Choose from a nice variety of free toppings as well. And several options for actual size of your meat patty. FInal presentation is a yummy, juicy, mouth watering portion of deliciously satisfying burger. Just the smell alone when walking in gets your stomach growling. Nice feature is the board displaying where each day's french fry potato batch is from, right down to the town in Idaho.... Free peanuts while you wait! (which is not long unless there is a line out the door).

First timer here. Incredible burger. Giving In N Out a run for it's money. Love it. Fresh meat, great toppings, fresh cut jalapenos. I didn't know it was a double burger! Fries are good, I had Cajun. My east coast burger fix.

Mmm...this IS a tasty burger! (With apologies to Jules Winnfield) I was on my way home late, craving a burger and not in the mood to buy a whole bag of buns at Publix just to grill one at home. So I paid my first visit to Five Guys. It's the off-season here in Naples now, and there was only one other customer in the place. The menu is short, sweet and to the point. Burgers come in two sizes, with or without cheese and/or bacon. You can add any toppings you want from their list of 15 choices for free, which was cool. There are also plenty of fries available, made from real Idaho potatoes -- there's even a handwritten sign revealing the name of the farm that today's batch of spuds hails from. A regular cup of fries is enormous. They also have hot dogs and some simple sandwiches (grilled cheese et al). I ordered a regular cheeseburger (it's American cheese) with lettuce and raw onion, and a regular fries. They actually slap *two* beef patties on the bun -- I don't recall the menu saying that, but I sure wasn't going to complain! -- and it's fresh beef too, cooked properly and not overdone. The fries are "dirty" (potato skins still on) and I believe they're fried in peanut oil. The total bill was about 8 or 9 bucks. Overall, everything was tasty. The cheese on my burger was perfectly melted and the beef was melt-in-your mouth fresh. Even so, I've had tastier burgers in town, usually at local bars which invariably seem to be the best places to go for a burger. The fries, likewise, were good but not ground-breaking -- I suppose I should cop to being more of a fan of fries made from skinned potatoes. Next time I will try the Cajun fries. Everything, in my opinion, was better-tasting than what I used to get at the local Cheeburger Cheeburger (of which I was never really a fan), and blows away the local Steak 'n' Shake. In short, Five Guys makes some pretty good burgers for a pretty good price. I still prefer the ones I grill up at home, but if I'm out and about and feel like picking up a hamburger to go, I'd much rather stop here than the other fast food and quick-service joints.

The best burger and fries around. Portions are huge!!! Regular burgers come with 2 patties so if you don't want that I suggest ordering the small size. Fries are delish!!!! Can't get enough of them. Especially when I sprinkle salt & malt vinegar all over them!!! I moved to MA and while they have a Five Guys in Natick I think the fries are better in Naples!!! Free refills too!!! Well worth the $10 you will spend on a burger (unlimited amounts of free toppings), med fries and a soad!!

This place is a hot mess, and one Ill pay for any day. Hamburger & fries, people. Don't even bother with take out. Tuck into a freshly grilled burger right at the no nonsense tables. Go with the Cajun fries. A lot of places will dumb down the spices for the locals, but Five Guys' Cajun spice on the fries will chase your blah blues away.

Always a great experience the few times I have been here. The people are pretty nice and there isn't too much of a wait. If you've never had the food there I would highly suggest giving it a try. You can't really get the same experience anywhere else.

Best Burger I ever had. You can choose your ingredients and they prepare it infront of your eyes. Soooo fresh, tender and jucy!!!! Nice staff and clean restrooms (not usual for "fast food restaurants"). Except this red white style everywhere. Nightmare. I ate there two days back-to-back for lunch. Can't wait to go back.

As a vegetarian, I eat the free peanuts while waiting and bag of greasy fries as I sit patiently while my hubby devours the burgers. They are fast and fresh, and tasty..... so I hear. Still feel like I should wear a disguise, embarrassed to be caught at a burger joint and anyone thinking I eat animals.... gotta keep the peace at home tho.

Fries are fantastic, salty fresh and crisp. Burgers are unique, fresh rough patties, fairly unseasoned, loads of American cheese and a wide array of standard toppings. Jalapeños are fresh, not pickeled, sautéed onions a plus. Then they wrap your hulking burger in a tinfoil pocket, sealed in to get gooey and the bun slightly mushy. It sounds nuts, but it's a pretty awesome burger. Nuts that this is a huge chain and the food this good and consistent. Then again, they have such a limited menu, this place runs on a simple and tight system, highly efficient. A shining example of a simple franchise idea that just works. Don't think about it, just go.

Great burgers and fast service if your looking for a way better quality fast food burger than this is your place even though the burgers are more expensive than most it's defiantly worth the price for the quality.

Throughout the history of time, man has seasoned his meat to bring out the flavors. Salt is a staple in cooking meat. Not at Five Guys. They said they don't put salt or pepper on the burgers . I said, "Oh that's why the meat is bland." When I put my own salt and pepper on the burger, it was finally good.

Used to love the Five Guys, but I keep avoiding it lately. Have never really gotten into the burgers, they don't do anything for me- that big, fresh taste just isn't there, and WHERE are the pickles man? . I have enjoyed the butterflied hot dogs and room temp ketchup in the past, but I'm over paying 4 bucks for a greasy dog.. The fries, the last handful of times we ordered them have tasted burnt. Every time. And just burnt, no salt, no flavor. It used to be a great take out on the way to or from the beach, but hot dogs and fries (burnt remember) were running us about $15 so we had to reevaluate. Could just be the location, always loved them in MD.

Ahhhhh five guys. Why do I love you so much? I'm trying to watch my diet here and you come across my path on a daily basis to and from work and I start thinking about that amazing tasting double hamburger all the way and I just can't help myself. God I love those fries too. Cooked in peanut oil. I think I'm going right now after I write this review. Sighs...

The best hamburgers I've had in a chain restaurant. The decor is "warehouse" with stacks of potato sacks lining walls or used to build a wall for the line to order. There's a sign telling you what town today's potatoes come from. Everything is cooked to order, so you do wait a little while, but they have boxes of peanuts in the shell that you can help yourself to for a snack while you wait. I had a bacon cheeseburger. The roll was great, the bacon was nice and crisp, the burgers were juicy - interesting since they do cook them well done. It was very tasty. Their "regular" burger is a double decker. The small is a single. French fries - They're good, but the most noteworthy thing about them is the portions are huge. A small order is probably enough for two reasonably hungry adults.

Went here on a Wednesday night hankering for some fries and heard through Miami Yelp that Five Guys were good for their fries. Not impressed. Spent $19 on two burgers (blah, no taste, just meat on a bun - my hun does better on the bbq himself ) and three orders of fries, two regular one cajun. We ate one burger between us and one order of fries (half and half)....and that was between FOUR of us. Seriously, I've got no idea why anyone would go here, its got no appeal whatsoever from the decor to the size of the burger for the price. The food is mediocre at best. Sorry - not for me Guys, I won't be coming back.

Cajun fries were yum and burger was yum yum yum! I like the ability to choose my own toppings.

These guys serve up a mean, juicy burger using fresh ground beef (not frozen). I could taste the difference. And there's a choice of 15 free toppings - from onions to hot peppers or fried mushrooms - for the two thick, meaty patties in every burger. Mine was the size of my face. So messy and delicious. As soon as I bit into my burger, the juices ran out and I was a happy carnivore. The fries are excellent, too - thin strips made of Idaho potatoes fried in peanut oil with the skins left on. The best part: free, endless servings of roasted peanuts in shell while we waited for our order. We had two burgers (one with cheese) and a large order of the fries for about $14. The place, just your average franchised joint and unremarkable since I don't look at decor for QSRs - or Quick Service Restos - was packed when we went on a Friday afternoon. Have to try the one in Chicago.

Delicious fries and our burgers were juicy. No shakes however. Loved how they had malt vinegar for the fries...you can tell a restaurant is serious about their fries if they have this.
