After all the noise while this place was being built we had to try it. Nothing too special here, just your typical bar fare of wings and burgers. The staff seemed very friendly to each other, not so much with the customers. Had the boneless wings and a "basket" of fries. $7.95 doesn't buy very many wings and the 4.50 "basket" of fries came in a little paper tray that was only half filled. Big prices and small portions is the business model here. Maybe the staff is in the back eating some of our missing fries because they weren't out front checking on the customers. Gave it a try but won't hurry back

Went to watch the UFC and heat game. Great sports bar. Plenty of TV's to watch on. Staff is friendly, especially our waitress Sabriana! Watch out for the spicy wings, I can usually take hot but the mango habanero was super fire. Good drink specials after 9

I went to the "Family & Friends" soft opening so service and timing were expected to be pot luck. Service was good, training was still happening so I got asked every two minutes from everyone how I was doing. Food was a mixed bag of sorts. The "Wild" wings (second hottest on the menu) weren't very hot, more of a cayenne heat in the back of the throat rather than a nice buffalo style vinegary and tabasco pepper heat. But is wasn't bad although it should have been much hotter as the 2nd hottest. Also, it was lacking sauce, not dry but lacking. The other wings I had were the Jamin' Jalapeño (jalapeño, with a touch of lime and tequila) sweeter than you might think but right on. I didn't think much of it at first because I think they could have done more for the jalapeño flavor but it grew on me and I was pleased with the heat from it after I was a few wings into them. That batch of wings was overdone but if done right ,I would order them again. I really enjoyed the Fried Pickles, having had them elsewhere very recently and been more than disappointed, I was glad to get a batch that were cornstarch and cornflower batter dipped lightly vinegar sour juicy pickle chips. Just the right crisp to them. More than just cooked right, it is the right product all through for a chain joint. Last thing I tried was the Popcorn Shrimp. they were done right but that's as good as it gets. They were super tiny shrimp. Even in the full bread-batter, pepper flecked, coating, they were very small. But tasted ok'ish. I had the Thai Curry sauce with those. The Thai Curry was a tad spicier than expected but not hot. I liked the flavor of that the most of the 3 sauces. I'm not sure how it will translate to the wings but at the very least it will be good. Today they had the music too loud even after turning it down and the music chosen was a mix of heavy/speed and death metal. That's not going to work. The décor s all new but mostly cold and hard with cement floors and this one has black walls making it dark inside even thought it has decent light. Inside is loaded with TV's but the same shit is on 7 0ut of 10 of them. There is some outdoor seating that should work nicely. Furniture is very sterile looking, think even more boring (and colorless) than plain Ikea. One thing that I really took issue with was the taking of my cup to refill my iced-tea. Its a wing joint, people should have a drink on the table at all times. Bring around a pitcher or bring a new full glass and do it STAT! I guess its my fault for not having some redundancy in the form of a cup of water on the table for those scary moments inhaling wings during refills. I also tried the teriyaki. Its very weak all around, maybe mix it with another sauce. Final thought, BW2's wings CAN be OK when cooked properly and the sauces are ok but neither smacks the cover off the ball. Its a wing joint, it should be better than it is but I will be back again at least once more because I'm a sucker for wings.

Its NFL wildcard weekend (Sunday) there was a bartender and two wait staff working (that I could see). If there was a manager he or she was nowhere to be found. Ordered food three times never received order, (I was at the bar whole game) Once bartender actually told me he was too busy to check for me so I never ate. Never got my order, never got anything accept a few beers Which was probably for the best. Very understaffed for a playoff weekend. And being Naples, FL you should be packed every night this time of year... All other restaraunts have waits. Wound up leaving 20 bucks as an estimate for what I owed as they could not even muster up getting me a tab (computer issue they say). Positive Note: TVs are solid other than one projector is a little weak but other than that, audio visual is good. I was not the only person unhappy. Lots of people around me were unpleased. Probably will never return.

please wait to be seated.... Worst place ever. Outside is desolate. Swear drug deals are happening in the parking lot. We called ahead for our order when we walked in we waited at the front counter waiting for anyone to talk to us. No one ever did, we walked to the bar and the bartender ignored me for a few minutes. When he finally acknowledged me he said he would check on our order and he never came back. We went back to the front of the place and someone was now at the front desk but he to ignored us. Not a recommended place.

For those of you who reviewed upon the launch of this store and haven't been back recently, I urge you to come back. They have tightened the ship with stronger management and better servers. Of course, two full time bartenders (A. and S.) are rock stars behind the bar and will keep you happy. They love their regulars. I have had excellent experiences with groups of people, by myself or with just a few friends. Service has always been friendly and quick. The wait time on food is what should be expected for a busy place, and always good, from the awesome wings to salads and big burgers. There is happy hour from 2 - 6 with reduced prices on drinks, $3 snack foods and $5 foods like sliders and such. Tuesdays are traditional wings for 60 cents and Thursdays are boneless wings same price. The last 2 times I've had the wings were massive and cooked to perfection, so good with he Buffalo seasoning. There are a bunch of new people who regularly are playing Buzztime Trivia and Poker as their home bar now as well. Pretty good competition, too, if you're into that, which I am. Pop in, give this store another try and request whichever game and sport you're looking for! Bring the kids, too. There's plenty for them to do as well.

This is one of the better b dubs I been to.. food was consistent, food came out hot and fresh tasting... however, service was a bit slow... when you order hot wings (mango habenero in this case) the waitress should just expect to check on you regularly for a refill.. but oh well..

Just made my first and last visit here. Walked out after waiting an hour for 10 wings. Management here is clueless. Half-filled restaurant and no one is eating as there is apparently no one in the kitchen with a brain.

If I could give this location negative stars I would. Overall, I've had very positive experiences at BWW in the NY/NJ area. I was at the Naples, FL restaurant while on vacation with family. We were a party of 10 and we all expected that it would be a great experience from what we knew about BWW back home. We were sadly mistaken. It was a UFC PPV night, one of the reasons we decided to go, and they were EXTREMELY understaffed. Apparently they think one bartender for the entire restaurant and bar is sufficient on a Saturday night with a live UFC event. The waitstaff was obviously overworked and couldn't tend to tables in a timely manner, and there was absolutely no evidence of any help from a manager...the location is sadly lacking in the leadership department. We endured almost a 2.5 hour fiasco. Our food never came out together, so everyone was eating at different times. Many of us got wrong orders and some of us never even received our food at all! It was atrocious service and I hope something is done at the management level to straighten this out. The only saving grace is that they discounted our bill for having to go through such a terrible time. I definitely do NOT recommend it and this place is making me think twice about going to a BWW in the future.

Service is so slow you can file your tax return and get the refund before you get your food ordered and delivered. But as for the sports bar side I love it. Bar area is wide open and lots of places to sit. Huge bar and lots of TVs playing. Beer is always fresh. Ice is always cold. The Coke never tastes like Pepsi. Go there to drink and watch the game and you will love this place.

I was very disappointed with this Buffalo Wild Wings the server was rude and in a rush to get out order she practically yelled at us, after waiting for our good the fries that we ordered barley had any buffalo dry sauce on them and I had ordered my wings with sauce on the side but didn't get any sauce on the side finally just decided to take everything home and the lady took and extra 20 min to get our check to pay, not happy with this restaurant and will never go there again.

This place is horrible. I stopped by for 15 wings for lunch. No one greeted me at the door so I made my way to the bar. It was approximately12 noon. There were 4 people sitting at the bar, the rest of the place was empty. Placed my order and waited over 30 mins for it! The bartender wasn't very attentive, she only had 5 customers to take care of but seemed to be in deep conversation with a friend at the other end of bar. She finally approached me and said she would check in my order. She came out of the kitchen with my wings which weren't hot......luke warm at best.....and they were terribly over sauced! For a place where wings should be their signature dish, this place is a massive fail! Might be ok to grab a beer here and watch a game as they have a ton of TV's......but I'll go elsewhere for food......this place is a disgrace.....can't imagine them staying in business with such poor service and bad food......and I sat there for 10 mins after my plate and glass were cleared til I got the check, which I paid immediately, yet the bartender ran my card and turned around to talk to her friend again.....and I had to wait 5 more mins to get my card back and sign the receipt!!! Unreal!

Naples first BWW is near the court house., B-dubs(hip new name), BW3(real old name) is well known for their brand of wings with a variety of 4 rubs and 15-16 sauces. The layout is sports bar style with a combination of flat panel screens and projectors. I am a real big fan of BWW I have quite a few visits at Other BWW so its neat to be at another start up grand opening. However, It was not so grand without any real fan faire. No big advertisements radio live remotes, no specials, no giveaways, no free wings for a year?? different.. Ok..ok? So, I was surprised that they were even given a CO before I snowbird back north. It is the type of place that will average 2.5-3 stars in general. For both franchise and corporate stores. When I came in I was quickly greeted and offered a seat many to choose from. This place looks over staffed with waitstaff and mgrs, trainers. keeping busy. After taking a bar seat I was quickly ID'd and served. The Patio is not done yet boo. and buzztime trivia was not set up fully yet. The games were on but boxes were not communicating to the network. And was unable to join with the phone app. I requested that the channel be changed if no one can play along. The mgr took care of it quickly. They are quickly getting adjusted to ordering drinks and although this is an end unit there is only two windows on the NE side of the building. Anymore windows will detract from the screens in the daytime. I was a little surprised to see that this store still uses big projection screens. They are weak and can't really light up a wall well. Yes I have seen better so to be fair its only been open two days, so let's hope it improves to at least become an average BWW. The bartender Chris R and Steve O were friendly and were quick to serve up and recheck for refills. The video games were limited to a claw game near the host stand/restrooms and 3 other games in the back near the bar. A bowing game, Golden tee and Big hunt game. It would be nice to see a dartboard or pool table. Hint hint?? Please? Food: 4 The boneless wings came quick and hot as ordered. Why no specials on wing Tuesday or boneless Thursdays. $.60 a piece. is pricey! Ambiance: 2 standard look with gold and black. The NE wall has a garage style door and kinda cave like that's fine by me since they still continue to use old style projection units to beam TV onto white screens. Ugh. Service: 3 they were quick to serve but didn't know when the patio would be completed or when the buzztime trivia would work. NO Happy hour specials for food or drink was not promoted. Since it was their 2nd day open. No pitcher of beers, or specials so you have a choice of bottle mug pint or tall. The bar service station does not have any soft drink service so get ready to wait for a bartender to sling up your soft drinks too. Location: 2 not very close to me, but that area could use a good sports bar and I'm glad they made it to Naples I hope that 2-3 more stores open in the future near my home. Value: 2 No happy hour food or drink specials???? Usually they have dollar off drinks 3-7 and late happy hour 10:00-12:00 Wing Tuesday .40 and boneless Thursday .45 i had two tall domestic drafts at a little over 4.00 each $8.00 plus tax and 2 tip was a little pricey for draft beer. But still sort of affordable. Overall avg= 2.6. Meh I had better.. In time...I'm sure it will improve. Welcome BDubs.

Ive been to a few of these, this one sucks, service is ok, food is decent but not cooked to order, manager dosent seem to care once he was aware of the food problems. BWW just lost some points.

Stopped in tonite for dinner. What a mistake! Only 50% occupied and a mess. Slow service, incomplete dinners, incorrect sauces used on wings. This place needs someone in charge.

I have given this Buffalo Wild Wings location multiple chances but they always come up short. The food is way over priced and it's always just okay never great. Service has always been terrible. There are so many other sports bars to visit in naples skip this place!

Walked in with my wife at 10:50pm. Didn't know the restaurant closed at 11pm, so we politely asked to just order take out. The host proceeded to inform us that she needs to see if the kitchen was still open. Well... It wasn't. Honestly, what place shuts down their back of house operations before the doors are even closed. I know late customers are a pain having worked at restaurant for many years, but we never had the guts to say, "sry, kitchen's closed." Pathetic...

We saw some poor reviews so was on fence about coming here. Our service was great and we had a lot of people including kids. They were very accommodating to our needs. Split our checks with ease. The wings were very good. The cinnamon squares were delicious.

Stopped here after golf today. We walked in, and no one was at the hostess station. Someone came over and we told them we would wait for a booth. When the party left the booth we had to ask a server to please clear the table so we could be seated. Someone cleared the table and we were finally seated. We were given menus and it took approximately 15 minutes for a server to come over. She took our drink order and that took another 15 minutes to get drinks. Ok. Order was taken and the. We had to wait another 30 minutes for our order of wings.....waitress never came by to ask if we wanted anymore to drink. Therefore, will never be back and the wings were just ok... Service was awlful!!!!!!!!

I really do hate giving negative reviews, BUT, this time it has to be said. My wife and I visited last night on our quest for great wings. We decided on this establishment thinking that with the name, the wings have got to be awesome. Unfortunately that was not the case. The environment was very cold. As in temperature. I never get cold, but I clearly could have used a jacket in this place. When the AC finally kicked off, it was fine, but didn't last long before it jumped back on again. We got traditional wings. Garlic Parmesan and Medium. The taste of the wings were fine, but what truly turned us both off was the fact that when the wings finally got to our table, they were barely lukewarm. The skin was like rubber as if the wings were cooked an hour before and just waited for someone to order them and then they throw them in the sauce. How disappointing. So instead of complaining at the restaurant, I use my passive aggressive personality to write about it here. LOL The wait staff didn't have a clue in this place. They were just barely out of their teens and truly acted like it. Will not go back to this place. Huge disappointment.

This place is horrible. Worst service. Got our appetizers after the food came out and when we went to pay the lady punched in another number on the bill by mistake charging us 450 dollars instead of 45 dollars. The manager said he voided the transaction but he didn't and now we can't get out money back whatsoever.

All of the waitresses are very unprofessional, mostly it's just them not being observant to costumer needs - even when it was SLOW. I've given this location several times to change my mind because I love the food -I can just say I won't come back due to poor costumer service

Will Never Return even though I love the wings, not worth the headache. Literally just ate here about 15 minutes ago with my boyfriend, sister and her boyfriend. Early into ordering we asked if we could use the special Buy One Get One with a vodka/tomato juice (bloody mary), we asked if the waiter was aware if this was covered, Early on in the conversation the waiter told us, he didn't know what a bloody mary was because "he wasn't an alcoholic." SUPER inappropriate.. anyways he called the manager over and said that Yes, this would mean a buy one get one would cover the drink(S). . Because of this great deal we decided to order 4 of them, but only my sister's boyfriend drank them all! He thought they were okay but nothing special. We ordered numerous appetizers, shared a large wings and got dessert even! The waiter was too consumed by the other tables so I had to actually stand up and ask the manager to put the order in and more water for our table. He told me to ask the waiter himself.. but eventually went reluctantly. After 15 minutes we received our ice cream nachos, delicious.. we played a few arcade games and eventually received our check. We were unsure how our bill was 90+$ since we got all the great deals with apps and drinks, they decided to charge us 6$ each + 4$ each for the "bloody mary mix" .. pretty ridiculous, we decided to get the manager involved and we still werent happy, the manager belittled us and made us feel stupid. We told him we would never return and he said okay. Didn't offer to remedy the situation at all. Will NEVER come back to this location.

LOVE wings!! Wings were told by our bartender they were huge but were served in a beach stand snack-shack paper little bucket, they were average size, so no complaints, the flavors delivered. Mango-habenero didn't pull any punches, very hot & very good, the dry rub wings w/ a side of jerk-sauce was great, no bleu cheese needed for the wings, they do the flavor profiles well!! Off-putting was the 762 servers/managers/hostesses all looking up from their phones & confusingly greeting us & saying hi & then one walked us to the bar, none of them moved, they all sat yapping at one another & showing pics on their phone--- WE, the customer, had to say 'Excuse Me' to not 1!, Not 2!, but 3 (insert Sesame Street 'the Count' laugh here ....) that many groups of employees, all not giving a flying flip they were acting like that in front of customers, let alone just being at work, it's nice & important to have fun & enjoy your job, but to treat it like your Mom's basement for your high-school buds & everyone else is 'Ugh!' is a bad vibe to send at the front FREAKIN door! Bar was better, 216 bartenders, 2 took our beer orders, 1 left & the bartenders went to 215, the other one rang it in & forgot, bartender #214 (after we told him HEY, THE OTHER 2 NEVER CAME BACK!!) got us our beer & took our order. Good food, kinks need to be worked out, I see management replacement in the future! Atmosphere very cold, staff very nice when not wandering off... I still hope bartender #116 is found, he seemed like a good guy but seemed to vanish, his employees need to form a search party for that dude. Good wings & great flavor profiles to them, their hot is HOT, their rubs are great. Staff needs work or it will be closed by next season.

Ask for Lance, some of the other servers are iffy. Food here is great and the restaurant is in good condition. Dogs are welcome on the patio. They will nickel and dime you on the sauces so be wary of how many you order.

  • Tracy H.

Worst service ever. I have been here on several occasions and keep giving them the benefit of the doubt but they never disappoint to deliver the worst service ever. Sitting there for over 15minutes before ever being acknowledged and extra 20 to even get a beer. If you are not sitting at the bar forget about getting good service. Our waitress Breeanna was horrible and never mentioned we had to pay for extra sauces even though we ordered 5. She thought we were regulars and should already know. Okay?!?! Not acceptable. Honestly was hopeful this place could have potential but with the horrible service it is never going to last. I will NOT be back.

  • Kaendine S.

Service is absolutely terrible. It is extremely slow, so don't expect to grab a quick bite to eat!! Started off the night waiting for thr hostess to appear for 3 minutes to seat us. We watched multiple servers walk by for five minutes until someone decided they wanted the table. The food is incredibly slow to come out and items are missing off the order.

Have been a few times, with a small group & a medium group. Our server was great & I am totally addicted to Thai curry wings (spicy garlic is a good 2nd). Burgers are tasty, there is always a game on & the trivia is fun. Also lots of awesome beer to choose from. I recommended the summer shandy when it's available.

Went here this afternoon (a Saturday) around 4:30. Had never been to a Buffalo Wild Wings before. So, of course, we were simply obligated to try the wings. We ordered boneless mild buffalo wings as an appetizer. Mind you that I in fact used the phrase "as an appetizer" when ordering. Twice, actually. Well, right when I was thinking to myself that it's taking longer than I'd expect for the appetizer to come out, they brought it--with our entrees. So what, right? No big deal. We wanted it as an appetizer, but whatever. So we dug in, and came to find that the wings we'd received were not the mild buffalo that we wanted, but instead (I guess?) were barbecue... Not that they weren't delicious. Whatever it was, it was great. Just, you know, not what we ordered. In the interest of time, though, we said nothing about it. The place was pretty busy and it would've taken too long to correct. The wings were good nonetheless. I ordered a pizza flatbread as an entree, and that was pretty tasty too. Nothing mind blowing, but tasty. My spouse ordered a build-your-own burger and said that it was decent, but that the meat was disappointingly bland. All in all, I'd say the food was reasonably tasty for the price, and while there was definitely a mix up with the wings, the service wasn't terrible. Our waitress was fairly attentive and pleasant. I would return, and would give some other items on the menu a try and perhaps specify three or four times when ordering that I wish for an appetizer.

I ordered a large to-go order of wings. Probably about 5-6 different types. The wings were a decent size and everything about my order was correct. Nothing to complain about there. I'm giving a 2 out of 5 stars for the in-restaurant experience! The customer service needs a lot of work. I only ordered to-go that night. I cannot imagine having to dine-in. Upon walking into the entrance, it looks like they had a door greeter that night. Well at least I thought he was a door greeter. He was standing there looking just as confused as I was!! He said welcome to the restaurant very timidly and couldn't seem to make eye contact. Don't be shy! I'm hungry, but I'm not going to bite you! As I proceeded to the host counter, there were three people standing there. I asked for my pick-up order and it was just a mess. One person kind of knew what they were doing. The others just kind of looked at each other and proceed to start texting on their cell phones!? What's going on here!? I thought this was a restaurant! Not a teenage wasteland.

The order took 20 minutes for 6 fingers and 6 wings the fries that came with the fingers were way to salty. no excuse for the long wait when we ordered there were all of 6 people in the whole bar area. The bartender was very courteous and knowledgeable to bad IAN doesn't run the kitchen

Went here today for lunch. This place has only been open for about 5 days now, so make sure you bring your patience with you. Despite the full parking lot, we got a table immediately, which was a great start. Unfortunately, we had to wait almost 25 minutes just to receive our drinks. There were so many servers on the floor, but no one had any idea what they were doing. The food came out shortly after, and it was as good as any BWW. Wings were cooked well. If you like some heat, try the mango habanero sauce. Once we were ready to leave, it took an additional 20 minutes to get our change back from the tab. I would return here again because I love wings, but I'll wait until the wait staff gets it together. 2 hour visit for some wings is a bit much.

Beer is overpriced and bartender is told not to fill glass. I hate paying for air. Food was real good and service was too. Place was half full during prime time month of March. Half full tells me other customers found fault.

  • Melissa C.

When we arrived I was very surprised how empty the restaurant was at noon, considering it is across the street from the courthouse. The wait staff was friendly, but the food from the kitchen was very slow. My husband ordered wings and I ordered the salad. My salad was almost $10 and it was unimpressive, I would not order it again. There was so little cheese and tomato on the salad that I had a hard time seeing it, literally. The tomato was diced to pea size and it was scarce. My husband liked his wings, but our bill was $27 plus tip for 2 sodas and two meals which is a little high for lunch.

  • Lisa O.

I'm so disappointed in this restaurant and have given it 10-15 trys and never turns out good. The wings are great when you get what you order but the service is always slow and there are a few nice servers but still slow and there are a few bad servers (bad attitudes and terrible at getting your order right). I ordered traditional wings and got boneless wings, I have ordered bbq wings and got garlic wings, so this is just a couple of incidents. Don't try to go on your hour lunch break because you'll never make it back on time. I honestly can't even see why this location is still open, when I go in there it's never busy. That should be an indication of the kind of business their doing, but they don't seem to care.
