My family and I eat at Bob Evans at least once, sometimes twice a week. The food and service are consistently wonderful. (They have the absolute BEST biscuits and gravy I've ever tasted!) We usually eat a late breakfast, but if you get there before 11AM on weekends, be prepared to wait at least 20 minutes for a table--especially during snowbird "season" in Naples (October-March/April). It's THAT good!! The place is always clean and well-maintained. You can tell whoever's in charge actually cares about the establishment, which is pleasantly surprising for a chain restaurant. I love that the managers are proactive. They table hop to see how customers are doing, and we've even seen them help servers by refilling drinks and bringing food when things are busy. On slow days, they stop to briefly chat with us. They remember our faces, and it's very welcoming. We have never had a bad experience at this location. I highly recommend it.

We used to dine here regularly, but service has become horrible and now we found hair in our food! The latest was a hair in our green beans, it made us sick to our stomachs! I contacted their corporate office and they didn't care about thr awful service and hair in our food! Stay away from this place, unless you like awful service and have a taste for human hair!!!

Wow I sure was happy with my dinner upon arriving in Florida. We came here 12 hours of travel and it was the right choice. Not a super fancy place but they are extremely clean, friendly, and attentive, with good portions. As a diner style restaurant I gave them 4 stars. I had one of their "three course meals", country fried steak. It was a perfectly cooked and seasoned piece of meat with choice of starch,I had mashed potatoes and gravy. You have choice of soup or salad to start, unlimited rolls (the were hot, soft,& delicious), biscuits, and banana bread (moist & tasty). After your entree you have a choice of a sundae or pie. The French silk is very good. We had great service and weren't rushed even though they had closed about 40 minutes before we left. That answered our question of why it had gotten so empty. If they're always like my first experience here I'd recommend them whole heartedly.

Bob Evans is a very good Restaraunt for the money. It is clean and the food is not too bad. Food could be better, but location of the Restaraunt is so convenient that the pros definitely out weigh the cons. I recommend Bob Evans to anybody in need of a quick meal, whether you're on your way to work, a long journey somewhere or even like me just around the corner from home. Convenient place.

I ate there on a quiet Thursday morning so the service and food were quick. I had your basic eggs, bacon, toast amd home fries. It was exactly what you would expect from a Bob Evans restaurant. I was happy to see they had one in this area so I could eat at one again.

Dirty floors table wiped off with smelly cloth, 40 minutes waiting for food, home fries cooked in what tasted like old oil. Also part of the order never showed up. If negative star's were possible this place would get at least 4 -

Clean, courteous and fast. Our waitress was wonderful and my chicken smokehouse sandwich (and salad) get two thumbs up. We sat at the counter because the dining room was super packed and the wait would've set us back another 45 minutes or so. Even towards the end of our meal, they never tried to rush us out but kindly offered dessert but by that time we were stuffed! I will definitely remember Bob Evans next time we visit Florida again!

Very poor service. Daughter called in order. Had to wait hour. Oder wrong etc. girl more interested in put out candy than waiting on customers. Others waiting long as well. Manager walking around in a daze, no offer to help. Glad I sold my stock.

I always think that Bob Evans was like the refined version of Waffle house or the little brother to Cracker Barrel restaurant. Location: It is clearly visible from the street however you have to go to the intersection and take a back access road to get to this location. The seats are comfy and the decorations are farm like. Food: They are known for sausage, so order sausage with anything and it will be good. Service: Breakfast service is good never really had time to have lunch though I'm guessing the service is probably the same. Just for fun I usually ask the host to sit in the smoking section. Bob your brother Dale would have been singing your praises. As I have yet to have a bad experience here.

Super slow service, season is over its 1030am and it took 35mins to get our food. Won't be going here again.

THE WORST MANAGEMENT & PROFESSIONALISM EVER TO EXIST! I never usually choose to yelp chain restaurants, however I have had multiple bad experiences at this location. First bad experience included arriving 20 minutes after placing a phone order, and unfortunately upon arrival, the lovely new waitress who took our phone order, never actually entered our order into the system...No problem! Things happen! HOWEVER, I had to wait an additional 25 minutes (with an office of hungry time conscious staff awaiting) for our food. The manager came over to the waitress who took the order and reamed the poor girl in front of me for making an error, AND never compensated or accommodated me for the inconvenience. THEN on a late, rainy, Sunday morning, after a long night out, my girlfriends and I were in search of a greasy, hot meal, so we decided on the convenient meeting point of Bob Evans....WORSE service ever! Although entertaining, our server was high as a kite, lol, and continued to forget items of our order, and bringing us the wrong meals....To top it off, when we arrived at the podium to pay our bill, the machine was down, so one of the managers came over and got all flustered and fresh with the checkout lady. Needless to say, we had to wait almost 20 minutes just to pay our bill while the line was filling up the lobby, not accommodating any of the customers. Great menu, great price point, but sure do have the bottom of the barrel energy and professionalism under that particular roof!

What can you do badly when it comes to breakfast? Not much. Just try not to get trendy with the staples. Bob - I call him Bob - got a little fast and loose with the trendy breakfast selections recently. So I orderd the eggs in a bisquit, featured smack in the middle of the menu alongside a huge photo that was supposed to close the deal. Eggs, meat, spinach, tomato were scrambled and poured into a bisquit shell. I had my companion identify the runny stuff that was drizzled on top. Gravy? omg, a weird version of bisquits and gravy. I probed for the bottom and found a soggy layer of what was previously crust. o dear. Bob, how could you?

we hadnt been to Bob Evans in a while.. so we were in the area at lunch... so i tried one of the newish(?) breakfast bowl concoctions.. sausage biscuit bowl... first thing i noticed was a liberal sprinkling of chopped green onion on top..with cheddar cheese ..a little strange i thought..then the "gravy" was a dark grey gravy..not like a usual white sausage gravy i was expecting..it tasted ok tho.. then it was a layer of egg and sausage with some diced potatoes thrown in..then another layer of the gravy... then u get to a large round "biscuit" under the bottom..just not what i thought of when i saw "biscuits and gravy" but it was good my wife enjoyed her chicken sandwich.. all in all it was ok..just a little different...

On our vacation to Naples we regularly visited this restaurant. Good food and lovely people only made our visit to Naples more enjoyable. We are definitely going back

Yes, it's a chain. Yes, its good. We ate breakfast here almost every day we were in Florida. Like all these types of restaurants, the portions are generous, the coffee cup never empty and they have silly names for their entrees.

This place was bumping on a Sunday morning but I wouldn't expect any different seeing it's located right off I-75. The wait was long since the masses wanted their brunch so we opted to sit at the bar and service was pretty quick and consistent. I ordered my go to at Bob Evans, the Wild Fire Chicken Salad and love that they have two size options but the salad wasn't as good as I remembered it which is just sadness. It came with a slice of ginger bread that was absolutely delightful though so that was some redemption from ole' Bobby. All in all a good location!

Bob Evans is an easy local stop for us. Service is generally good, and we like the option of ordering breakfast any time. The menu has many varied options including lots of comfort food. Best bargain is $5 take out soups (enough for 4 bowls at home!) A few favorites: chicken pot pie, buffalo chicken salad, and smokehouse chicken.

Reminds me of being a kid. Good old fashioned American style food. Ordered their $10 3 course dinner. They give you options to choose from. I chose: cheese potato soup (velveta and diced potatoes - ehh); country fried steak, mashed potatoes and gravy (really good actually); desert: ice cream with chocolate fudge (simple and tasty); and all you can eat bread assortment. Left full and happy. The service is awesome.

Good not great food. This is the closest place to me that I can come close to a southern style country breakfast. I like the biscuits and gravy a lot. The eggs and the hashbrowns are a little plain and could us more seasoning. I do give them kudos for their online ordering system and curbside takeout. It's very efficient and easy to order.

Cheap healthy large selections, tho plenty of other things to clog your arteries. Always great service, variety of menu hard to find elsewhere. Good family and kid place, watch out for the little country store if you like to shop like me, old fash candies and fun grandma stuff. Kids meal has smiley face potatoes. Best soup and salad or loaded baked potato deal in town. Willing to sub veggies like spinach with any meat dish, they will work with you.

Nice, clean and friendly environment. I've missed Bob Evans and glad we stopped in before we left out of town. The hash browns are just how I like 'em and the pancakes were perfect. Stephen did a great job waiting on us.

Whenever we take a weekend trip out of South Florida, we tend to go to places that we don't have in Broward. One place is good ole Bob Evans. We love it due to the decor and home style feel to the place. Anyway, breakfast is good (never had lunch or dinner). At this location, we had the SPINACH, BACON AND TOMATO BISCUIT BOWL! It was good-yummy!
