I agree with some of the other reviews that it can definitely be hit and miss here. Girlfriend got a reuben that was great and I got a philly cheese steak that was simply massive but it didn't have any overwhelmingly great flavour to it. We went around 130pm and while the lunch rush had seemed to die down, they were far from organized and service was quite slow.

If you are a Boston fan, this is the place to be! Not much to look at but great staff, amazing food. New fave place! Huge portions, the cook had us laughing the whole time and I will forever go there when I need good, down to earth food, fun, beer and the Red Sox!

Bamz has huge portions and great food. The place is pretty filthy and you will smell like a frialator when you leave - but the food is always good. The Reuben is enough for 2 people and loaded with corned beef. The chicken finger dinner is awesome and they have some great seafood dinners as well like fried shrimp, scallops, grouper, etc. Since there are no fisherman platters here in Naples like we are used to up north - when we have a craving for something like that we get the 1/2 shrimp 1/2 scallop plates at Bamz. They also have great clam chowder and the steak and cheese sub is 2 sub rolls loaded with shaved prime rib. Definitely enough for 2 if you get the large.

I love a good hole in the wall, and this place has promise. I can tell the burger would've been good if it were cooked properly. I like em med rare, but asked for medium because I had a feeling it would be under cooked. Needless to say it was so raw I could've made a burger patty and cooked my own burger with the meat. Instantly unappetizing.

Local dive with regulars at bar. Beer & soda. Very good Philly Cheese Steak & Corned Beef. Huge portions. Saw some fish go to another table that looked really good. Go for the food, not the setting.

The decor may be a bit interesting, but the food is out of this world with very competitive prices. The portion sizes are enormous. I have been eating here for 5 years and have never been disappointed. The Philly Cheese Steak sandwich is good for about 3 meals because it is a mammoth sandwich. Breakfast - try Candy's homemade sausage gravy. Two thumbs up!

I didn't go here but someone brought some grilled grouper that was really delicious. I've been ever surprised at how hard it is to get really good seafood in Naples. The potato salad (ordered cole slaw) was really strange as if the potatoes came from a can and were coated with Miracle Whip so I don't have high hopes for the slaw that I didn't try. The grouper was so fresh and perfectly cooked. The fries were what you'd expect. From what I hear the atmosphere is not worth visiting so maybe try takeout. The price is right. Also the reubens came highly recommended to me.

The Reuben sandwich was outstanding and huge! The Bamburger was so juicy and tasty! Highly recommend this place. Gotta go back and try the fish and chips!

I won't say I've had bad food there because I haven't. I only go there for breakfast and my friend and I got there this morning at 7:15. (They open at 7). We were told it would be 20 minutes before they could get to us. I took the time to get up earlier to work so I could stop for breakfast. Unacceptable. While I would never expect anyone to open early, at least be on time. It's bad enough the morning girl has no personality.

This place used to be good but has really slipped over the years. Recently I had the worse breakfast here I have ever had! I ordered eggs, sausage, and home fries. The potatoes were burned. The sausage tasted like it had been cooked and re-cooked 10 times over. The price was also on the high side for such a hole in the wall greasy spoon. I found another restaurant called Olympia Dining less then a mile away on Davis which is light years from this dump in quality, price, and decor. Go to Bamz, then go to Olympia for breakfast and you be the judge.

The fish and chips are my absolute favorite. The Swai fish is so tender and the breading is perfect. No place in Naples makes it like Bamz. The burgers are amazing as well. They are so juicy and flavorful you crave more even with a full stomach. Not to mention the fries are perfectly crisped and the coleslaw is crunchy and saucy. Not many places can get coleslaw down so it's just another thing that makes me want to keep coming. I highly recommend trying it out, you will satisfy your taste buds with a party in your mouth.
