We've tried every where in Naples to get good NY Pizza, this is as close as you can get!!! Hole in the Wall (sorry guys) but they deliver and have REALLY GOOD FOOD!

Placed an order for delivery via GrubHub and couldn't be more ecstatic! The food is awesome, and delivery time was good. Ordered the meat pie and was shocked at the size. It was HUGE! I can eat almost a large crap pizza like Papa Johns, but was struggling to eat more than one piece of the meat pie. Will absolutely order again and will be a repeat customer!

I wanted to try their food for the first time. I ordered for delivery and they said it would be 40-45 minutes..... After an hour, I called to see if there was something wrong with my order. They said the driver had not come back from previous delivery and it would be another 10-15 min. I call back 30 minutes later and the owner/manager (older mans voice) said that he had just left with my order. I was so upset I cancelled the order. He replied to me "What? You couldn't wait? Are you in that much of a hurry??" PLEASE!!! Here is an example where horrible customer service can and will kill a business. For that reason... I'm out!!!!

First time there, highly recommended by our friends. I picked up several items from there for a late dinner and everything was delicious. I picked up a Grandmas pie, calzone, and a large cheese pizza. I had a slice of Sicilian pie that the owner let me sample while I waited for my order and that was also delicious. Next time I order, I will be picking up a Sicilian pie. Everyone that worked there was extremely nice as well.

Discovered Baci yesterday, and paid another visit today. The food was FANTASTIC and, to a transplanted Brooklynite/Staten Islander like myself, it was great to taste New York style food in Naples. Yesterday I sampled their delicious pizza and, today, I had a yummy chicken roll with extra marinara sauce on the side. The owner is very friendly and personable too, and makes all his own dishes. I can't wait to explore more of their detailed menu on my next visit.
