Not sure where the people came up with bad bad reviews? I came in without reading the reviews but as soon I read them I begun to wonder how bad my food will be ! Crapes and fish sandwiche was good - tilapia was not good. However, server was great , place was nice and I am not sure whether those bad reviews were justified - it's IHOP , nor a five-star restaurant.

You know it really hard to find an IHOP that doesn't have some type of annoying smell to it. I really like IHOP pancakes but the smell leaves a lasting impression on me. It smells like grease and dirty carpet. The food is good but I just can't stand the smell. If the manager is reading this, please be more aggressive with hygiene. If I smell it, other people did as well. Other than that, the food is very good and the waiters are nice.

IHOP? More like "make it stop". Seriously. The eggs were the worst eggs that I've ever tasted in my entire life. I'm including eggs from a gas station in Tucson. The bacon was served three slices undercooked and one slice burned. That's not cool. Hash browns were greasy. I know you're going to find yourself desperate on a Sunday morning trying to find a place to eat. Do yourself a favor and don't stop here.

What wait to get into this place. I've never seen it take so long to bus a table. There were six open table's and a line of people outside. I sat and watched as the staff tried to bus a table it took 8 minutes to bust one table. I will say this when we finally got sat down they actually had one professional waiter. 11 min from seating to food. And the food was good. I told that waiter that he should be the manager. So my review is not based on him my review is based on the wait.

Every time I come here I get the best service. THE servers and service is just anazing. I'm always seated promptly and my the are always making sure my son has enough colors to entertain him. The food may not be the best ever but for breakfast it's good. I love it and have been disappointed by ihop in the past but I like this place.

One of the worst IHOP's in the world they serve completely raw and bland pancakes that's not the IHOP I know I've been to several IHOP locations and only had a disappointment with two locations the Miramar location and the Sunset location the Kendall IHOP is the best one.Folks go to a different location

I was looking forward to having some pancakes with my husband ... Host greeted us and too us to a table right away. She asked if we wanted a high chair for our infant and we said yes. 15 minutes later we were still waiting for the high chair and no one had even acknowledged us to take our drink order. My husband and I got up and left and as we were walking out a different host thanked us and wished us a good day. I smiled and said "thank you but we were leaving because we never got service" her facial expression was apologetic and she did apologize but unfortunately it was too late. Wish I had read the yelp reviews before hand!

First words out of her mouth were "I'm sorry to make you wait, how many?" I was fioored. We followed her to our table and she took our drink orders. As we glanced over the menus, we noticed she was the only server in the restaurant at that time, She was genuinely friendly as she waited on us and always had a smile on her face. Now, keep in mind it's in the wee hours of the morning and she works the graveyard shift at an IHOP. I mean if a waitress working these ungodly hours punches a patron at this time it would be forgiven. Our food came out quickly and she checked on us to make sure we were ok. I ordered a sundae and admittedly it was an usual hour to consume ice cream. I joked with the server about this and she told me there was "nothing wrong with that". She really made it seem like it was a pleasure to have nutjobs at her table ordering dessert at 1:30 am. In the few years I've come here, this particular IHOP has always been kept spic and span. The tables are bussed quickly, the carpet is clean, there's no food/garbage on the floor and the service is great. I normally wouldn't review an IHOP but this one has stood head and shoulders above the rest.

I've got to agree with Christian on this one. This is one of the best IHOP's I've been to in a while. It was very clean and I was promptly greater as I walked through the door. My waitress was very nice and cheery. I ordered my spinach, mushroom and cheese omelette and I asked them to sautee the mushrooms before putting them in the omelette. They did my order and my omelette was perfection. Quite frankly, it was one of the best omelettes I've had in a very long time. I will definitely be coming back to this IHOP

I never write reviews. But I visited this location today with my family and it was honestly probably one of the best dining experiences I have had. We were seated right away and the manager even got our daughters plain white paper to draw on since they ran out of kids menus. The server was fantastic. Her name was Amber and if I ever go again I will definitely ask for her again. It is so hard to find good service these days and she was on point with everything. Will definitely visit this IHOP again before any other breakfast place.

If they check on you when the food comes then they can catch the items they missed. Our waitress realized when I asked for a check that it was time to say more than two words to us... a little too late. The experience is to be had from the time the customer sits down. Next time I'll just go to Cracker Barrel! This is the first I ate and didn't leave a tip...this was beyond subpar.

Be aware when using your credit/debit card at this place...A few minutes after using my card to make a purchase my my bank called informing me that someone was trying to make purchase in Tampa an Hialeah minutes of each other.....thanks to my bank the charges were stopped. We are nicely greeted and seated, this was in the evening time and there was only one waiter but the service wasn't slow. Food and drinks came in a quick pace, the drinks were good and no problems with them. The Wi-Fi was being finicky at first but I was able to connect to it within 10 minutes. For our food..... Me: Bacon Burger, it was good and nothing was wrong with it. Bro: Chicken Tuscan, it was good according to him. I don't know remember what my parents had. Overall due to the service and food, this visit should be full 5 stars as no problems indicated.

The manager was talking with people in a loud voice across the restaurant. Why didn't he seat us? He was not managing. The food. YUK. black charred scraps from the grill on the sausage. scrambled eggs were overcooked and chalky. The swedish crepes tasted like there were fried in the same grease as fish... AWFUL. Can't believe this restaurant is still open.Don't eat here. I lost my appetite and was grossed out.

To be fair, I haven't been back to this Ihop in about 3 years. I used to go to this Ihop every week and one day asked myself, "Why?". The wait is always long on the weekends, and that's understandable cause Ihop is so popular. The staff they had before I banned eating there, was very ghetto and didn't seem to care about anything. The last 2 times I went there the AC wasn't working well (and those two visits were weeks apart) and it was hot and stuffy. The last time had flies flying around the place. The manager also was not a customer service oriented person so it makes sense cause it all comes from the top!

YUK. black charred scraps from the grill on the sausage. scrambled eggs were overcooked and chalky. The swedish crepes tasted like there were fried in the same grease as fish... AWFUL. Can't believe this restaurant is still open.Don't eat here. I lost my appetite and was grossed out.

To be fair, I haven't been back to this Ihop in about 3 years. I used to go to this Ihop every week and one day asked myself, "Why?". The wait is always long on the weekends, and that's understandable cause Ihop is so popular. The staff they had before I banned eating there, was very ghetto and didn't seem to care about anything. The last 2 times I went there the AC wasn't working well (and those two visits were weeks apart) and it was hot and stuffy. The last time had flies flying around the place. The manager also was not a customer service oriented person so it makes sense cause it all comes from the top!

This it's by far the worse experience since I been eating in IHOP restaurants... Long waiting... I got there and put my name down, wait on the lobby... After a while I approach the podium and I ask how long for they to call me ... They've told me "oh.. We already call your name ...I blow a fuse .. I ask for the manager ... Name Abdul .. Nasty attitude .. They accommodate me .. But when I've told the manager u was gong to call corporate and complaint .. He reply .. What ever .. You're free tondo whatever you please .. " we call you " we doing you the favor a give you the next table" me and my family never come back to this restaurant..WORSE SERVICE EVER ...

I give her 5 stars all the way. It can get real loud at times but not for the staff but from the individuals that's chatting on their phones or the people they're with.

What wait to get into this place. I've never seen it take so long to bus a table. There were six open table's and a line of people outside. I sat and watched as the staff tried to bus a table it took 8 minutes to bust one table. I will say this when we finally got sat down they actually had one professional waiter. 11 min from seating to food. And the food was good. I told that waiter that he should be the manager. So my review is not based on him my review is based on the wait.

I recently came out here late one weekend night and we were met by our waitress. We must have been standing at the host stand for 1 minute until she reached us. First words out of her mouth were "I'm sorry to make you wait, how many?" I was fioored. We followed her to our table and she took our drink orders. As we glanced over the menus, we noticed she was the only server in the restaurant at that time, She was genuinely friendly as she waited on us and always had a smile on her face. Now, keep in mind it's in the wee hours of the morning and she works the graveyard shift at an IHOP. I mean if a waitress working these ungodly hours punches a patron at this time it would be forgiven. Our food came out quickly and she checked on us to make sure we were ok. I ordered a sundae and admittedly it was an usual hour to consume ice cream. I joked with the server about this and she told me there was "nothing wrong with that". She really made it seem like it was a pleasure to have nutjobs at her table ordering dessert at 1:30 am. In the few years I've come here, this particular IHOP has always been kept spic and span. The tables are bussed quickly, the carpet is clean, there's no food/garbage on the floor and the service is great. I normally wouldn't review an IHOP but this one has stood head and shoulders above the rest.

Food was great. Service was poor. I understand it was busy but some things are basic. Maybe if they wrote down the order they would get it right. If they check on you when the food comes then they can catch the items they missed. Our waitress realized when I asked for a check that it was time to say more than two words to us... a little too late. The experience is to be had from the time the customer sits down. Next time I'll just go to Cracker Barrel! This is the first I ate and didn't leave a tip...this was beyond subpar.

The worst service!!!!! When I called to make a carry out order the lady put me on hold for about 20 minutes and still didn't come back on the phone! I hung up and called back it was busy! Customer service stinks! I would never call or attempt to eat there again! Terrible

One of the worst IHOP's in the world they serve completely raw and bland pancakes that's not the IHOP I know I've been to several IHOP locations and only had a disappointment with two locations the Miramar location and the Sunset location the Kendall IHOP is the best one.Folks go to a different location

I was looking forward to having some pancakes with my husband ... Host greeted us and too us to a table right away. She asked if we wanted a high chair for our infant and we said yes. 15 minutes later we were still waiting for the high chair and no one had even acknowledged us to take our drink order. My husband and I got up and left and as we were walking out a different host thanked us and wished us a good day. I smiled and said "thank you but we were leaving because we never got service" her facial expression was apologetic and she did apologize but unfortunately it was too late. Wish I had read the yelp reviews before hand!

Horrible service! Was my birthday the waitress said Breakfast is not Free. Did not even wish me a good day. My food was cold. Waitress had the worst face I can read she hates her job and the others seemed to have the same look. Will never be back. Gross. Go to Mayors Cafe on Pembroke Pines.

Went here to have a birthday breakfast with family. We were seated immediately but when it came to getting our food and having enough napkins, silverware etc it was extremely slow. Overall the food was great but the service subpar!

Be aware when using your credit/debit card at this place...A few minutes after using my card to make a purchase my my bank called informing me that someone was trying to make purchase in Tampa an Hialeah minutes of each other.....thanks to my bank the charges were stopped. We are nicely greeted and seated, this was in the evening time and there was only one waiter but the service wasn't slow. Food and drinks came in a quick pace, the drinks were good and no problems with them. The Wi-Fi was being finicky at first but I was able to connect to it within 10 minutes. For our food..... Me: Bacon Burger, it was good and nothing was wrong with it. Bro: Chicken Tuscan, it was good according to him. I don't know remember what my parents had. Overall due to the service and food, this visit should be full 5 stars as no problems indicated.

IHOP? More like "make it stop". Seriously. The eggs were the worst eggs that I've ever tasted in my entire life. I'm including eggs from a gas station in Tucson. The bacon was served three slices undercooked and one slice burned. That's not cool. Hash browns were greasy. I know you're going to find yourself desperate on a Sunday morning trying to find a place to eat. Do yourself a favor and don't stop here.

Not sure where the people came up with bad bad reviews? I came in without reading the reviews but as soon I read them I begun to wonder how bad my food will be ! Crapes and fish sandwiche was good - tilapia was not good. However, server was great , place was nice and I am not sure whether those bad reviews were justified - it's IHOP , nor a five-star restaurant.

I never write reviews. But I visited this location today with my family and it was honestly probably one of the best dining experiences I have had. We were seated right away and the manager even got our daughters plain white paper to draw on since they ran out of kids menus. The server was fantastic. Her name was Amber and if I ever go again I will definitely ask for her again. It is so hard to find good service these days and she was on point with everything. Will definitely visit this IHOP again before any other breakfast place.

Every time I come here I get the best service. THE servers and service is just anazing. I'm always seated promptly and my the are always making sure my son has enough colors to entertain him. The food may not be the best ever but for breakfast it's good. I love it and have been disappointed by ihop in the past but I like this place.

You know it really hard to find an IHOP that doesn't have some type of annoying smell to it. I really like IHOP pancakes but the smell leaves a lasting impression on me. It smells like grease and dirty carpet. The food is good but I just can't stand the smell. If the manager is reading this, please be more aggressive with hygiene. If I smell it, other people did as well. Other than that, the food is very good and the waiters are nice.

I've got to agree with Christian on this one. This is one of the best IHOP's I've been to in a while. It was very clean and I was promptly greater as I walked through the door. My waitress was very nice and cheery. I ordered my spinach, mushroom and cheese omelette and I asked them to sautee the mushrooms before putting them in the omelette. They did my order and my omelette was perfection. Quite frankly, it was one of the best omelettes I've had in a very long time. I will definitely be coming back to this IHOP
