If anyone is ever at Miami Beach and they leave a flyer from Franco's Pizza PLEASEEEEEE do not order from them. They are the rudest, specially Britney. Her fowl language and her total disrespect was so unbelievable I decided to canceled my order. In addition to having such bad experience with these people and cancel my order, they still CHARGED me; when I called the 954-963-0900 and asked to speak with the owner, he came to the phone and started yelling "I'm too busy; call me back later" and HUNG UP!

Do NOT order from here. I ordered delivery and they said 50 mins. 2 hours later, it's still not here. It's 10pm and I'm going to bed. I called and they kept saying 5 mins. The last time I called they put me on hold and then hung up on me and turned the phone off. F this place. I'm having my credit card company refund the charges.

Food is average, but portions small. Had Fried steak for $13 and fried Chicken for $8, and expected more than a leg of chicken. French fries were barely fried. Fried plantain weren't genet part of the meal Quoted me 35 min - 1 hr, but was 90 min. I called after 50 min to make sure they had my address and they said 10 minutes more.

Do not eat at this restaurant!! The food is absolutely horrible the pizza sauce that they put on their calzones and pizzas is water down the crust is soggy our food was delivered 2 hours after initial order when we were told it be 45 minutes. the driver didn't speak any English and forgot our two litre soda. everything was cold when it was finally delivered. I ended up getting sick and throwing up all night long after eating this food. the garlic rolls were burnt and none of my family like any of this food it was gross. I called the restaurant to try and fix it and they didn't ever show back up.

I wish there is a option of negative 5 stars. Delivery came about 2 hrs after ordering which i was promised of about 45min. The driver speaks zero english and showed me the bill of more than 10$ more which they r supposed to be. And when i question it he doesnt even reply coz he claims he speaks no english at all. Worst experience ever in my life. I just cancelled the order on site. The pizza prob taste like sheet anyway. Stay away from them by all means

No stars was not an option so I gave them one. Pizza arrived stone cold. I purchased the pizza, wings and pop deal for 15.99. The driver left us a pizza and nothing else. When I asked him where the wings are- he said " the wings are on the pizza" Then I asked where the pops where ? He said "in the car, I'll be back". He never came back and when I called the restaurant - they did nothing to correct the lies. Order from a more reputable and better quality pizza joint. This place deserves to shut down!!!!
