Relativism. Sometimes you realize that you can't leave Business A at two stars, after you just gave an inferior competitor, Business B, two stars. In the case of Yogurtland, I initially overrated it, and on a subsequent visit, was horrified to find it overrun with children, so I busted it down to two stars. I went too far. This is still the best and cheapest (by far) yogurt in the general area. And, now that school has started, the parasites seem to be held in check. The yogurt here is colder and thus firmer in consistency than at any other froyo joint in the area, and it's not even close. Flavors seem to rotate frequently, with interesting non-standard flavors like dragonfruit, peanut butter, Kona coffee, taro, etc. - though of course I would still like to see more tart varieties than the usual 2.

Yogurtland is my favorite fro-yo place. I've been to quite a few fro-yo franchises, but they have the best flavors, price, and toppings. I also like that they do themes (i.e. kittyland, looney tunes, etc.) and they have special flavors depending on the season. I've been there twice this week already ... ahhhh it's a sickness!

Even though I'm more of a Pink Berry fan (in LA), I was impressed by the place! I tried the original yogurt tart flavor. It's sweeter than I would want it, but regardless it had good consistency and flavor. Their toppings are not to-die-for. I wish there were more variety. I was definitely drawn in by the Sanrio products (I'm a sucker for cute things). It's not as expensive as some of its counterparts (like Tutti Frutti). It's definitely a place to stop by for an afternoon cool-off or a late night treat!

One star for the frozen yogurt, one for the toppings. I just realized that 7 months ago I made the tip that the staff could care less that you are here. Now I come to understand that they don't care that THEY are here. From the mindless stare I got back when I greeted THEM upon my arrival, to the shrug she gave when I told her the yogurt machine wasn't working, to the utter absence of acknowledgement when she rang me up (didn't speak out loud the amount I owed or say anything crazy like "thanks" when I paid her, or "I don't have any pennies" when she didn't give me my change, or "I wish you would go away" when the transaction was complete and she just stared at me). She did a fine job of mouthing the words to the teeny bopper music playing, but that was the best she could do. This is my SECOND experience like this, and 100% of my experiences at Yogurtland. Could it be a pattern?

This place is a dream. Froyo/ice cream is my guilty pleasure.. Even though I filled up on trying all of the samples, it didn't stop me from a big cup order of what was probably a mix of too many flavors. :) The chocolate flavors weren't my favorite. They tasted a little on the water-y side. I have to say the tropical flavors were by far my favorite-coconut, mango and also pistachio. Your 12 days of xmas flavor promo looks great. Looking forward to the brownie flavor and your eggnog froyo is waiting in my friend's freezer for the both of us sometime soon. :) Thanks for existing. Don't ever leave me.

You had me at $0.33/ounce!!!! This place is $0.15 cheaper than another local FroYo place which is -to quote Black Rob- "LIKE WOAH". They have 36 heavenly toppings that vary from Kiwi to gummy worms. Another positive about this place, the Strawberries. I don't know how many times I've been to the more popular local FroYo shop and the damn strawberries were putrid, rancid, shriveled little things that not even "Mikey" would eat. Ooooh... I almost forgot the best part. A couple other FroYo places offer chocolate syrups in a mystery bottle and you never know what you're really getting, well at YogurtLand, they've got Ghirardelli chocolate syrup, caramel syrup and white chocolate syrup!!! Triple yum! I hate to write something negative about this place, but on my trip here the parking lot was full (understandable considering it's supreme awesomeness). Also, I was slightly disappointed by the fact that they had two flavors of cheesecake FroYo, but didn't have cake batter FroYo or vanilla wafer FroYo (two flavors that Yogurt Land carries up North). No biggie though, I still devoured my original tart like a BOSS.

Dear Yogurtland - any and all competing frozen yogurt establishments don't hold a candle to your awesomeness. You have ruined frozen yogurt for me. I love you. And you red velvet cake yogurt w/ chunks of cheesecake. Thank you for existing.

I have become a sucker for these places, its expensive when u think about it but i love the topping bar! My daughter got a coupon from school for free 8oz so it was a no brainer to stop by when in the area. Nice decor good music nice staff and alot of flavors and toppings! This is the cheapest place ive gone to so far, its 39cents per oz (let me know if u know cheaper :) ) They have free cherry water! I loved the pumpkin pie yogurt and loved the brownie pieces!!

  • Angela H.

Great frozen yogurt ! But the parking lot is always full and congested. Always end up parking up on the roof. Wish they had more seating outside; table and chairs :-(

  • Charity N.

My daughters loved the double cookies and cream flavor! This is our favorite place for a yummy treat. The new Hello Kitty cups are adorable and they just can't get enough.

I HAZ FOUND DE POT OF GOLD .... After hopping through several fro-yo establishment trying to find a replacement for the Yogurtlands back in LA, I was so delighted to finally come into this place. Place is spotlessly clean, they have yummy seasonal flavors (Red Velvet + Eggnog for Christmas = LOVE) , and a pretty cool toppings bar. The workers are also very friendly (mostly high school kids from Killian o Palmetto). Definitely on my list of stops whenever I'm in the neighborhood :)

  • Kayla B.

This place blows every other frozen yogurt joint out of the water. Tons of flavors, with new ones swapped in fairly often, and tons of toppings. I've tried so many different combos and am never let down. Best part, you'll never spend more than 3 or 4 bucks, where in some froyo places, you're spending 7 or 8!

Fist, parking is a hassle most of the time. There are about 10 restaurants in this shopping center now and parking can be very difficult to find. This location has about 10-12 self serve flavors and they charge $0.39/oz.. They had tart, fruit flavors and traditional flavors like chocolate, vanilla, cookies 'n cream, coconut and red velvet cake. It had many options for toppings. It was ok; I've had better.

    (2)
  • Tiana F.

coconut is no where other than here. it is my favorite flavor. so fresh. I add coconut shavings and sometimes some piece of choc sprinkles or a little something else or nothing but coconut. so delicious. few places have water available for you to enjoy after ur sugar rush so they are also special for this little piece of attentiveness. I have been here many times and will continue to enjoy. not as many yogurt options as other places, but I don't need options; just need perfection in my mouth. done.

    (4)
  • Juan S.

This place defintlely has the most creative options for yogurt around (toasted coconut, peanut butter cookies, mint chocolate, New York Cheesecake, etc etc) and the flavors are pretty good...taste is more ice-creamy than yogurty; however, what ducts them a full star is their toppings bar. Splatter and spills everywhere....and the behind the counter employees seemed oblivious to the messy counter

if you want to satisfy your sweet tooth and avoid 3000+ calories then yogurt land is your bees knees.. great selection of frozen yogurt and healthy fruit toppings. they charge you by weight but for some reason it never exceeds $5

  • Robert W.

It's the Key Lime that's the real winner, though. They have 36 heavenly toppings that vary from Kiwi to gummy worms. ...to be eco-friendly with the "Biodegradable" spoons but I feel that they...

I love frozen yogurt and have been trying to visit all the frozen yogurt shops in Miami. Thus far, this has been my favorite yogurt shop. It tasted fresh and firm without being mushy from overusage of the machine. There was a great variety of flavors and all so delicious! Additionally, the price was awesome at 33¢ compared to 48¢ at My Yogurt Bliss.

With the new yogurt craze hitting south florida, I have been a loyal customer to Tutti Frutti. I decided to check out the other stores. I tried Yogurtland and it was a pretty kool place but the yogurt has a terrible aftertaste. I found that it is filled with artificial flavorings thats why they can serve it so cheap. I guess the old saying is true..."you get what you pay for"

    (2)
  • Brandon H.

This place is 10 times better than Tutti Frutti! The prices are amazing here and so is the yogurt. The toppings are great and so is the flavors. Amazing place, love it here.

  • Hesham E.

I've been to a lot frozen yogurt shops in Miami and this has to be the best one, by far! Great selection of flavors, a ton of different toppings, staff is very friendly and the price seems to be lower than other places. You can't beat that.

  • Veronica D.

I love this place! It blows cold stone out of the water..... Always super clean, with a huge variety of yogurt flavors and toppings. YUMMMY!

I love it when you can completely control proportions and how much you pay for an item. This is exactly what you get at Yogurtland. Yes, Yogurtland, one of the originators of the self serve new age frozen yogurt from California, is popping up all over Florida and its about time. Always I follow my rule of thumb, which is try the original flavor first and if that is good, usually other flavors will taste yummy. If the original sucks, buyer beware, other flavors will be yucky. Here, the original tart flavor is made of some awesomeness mixed with some of that beloved tart. Other flavors that made an impact on me included PB&J, which tasted just like sandwich, Coconut, and Lychee. My one qualms about Yogurtland is their flavor selection. The Lychee is one of its best flavors and probably one of their top sellers, so keep it as an option and remove some bleh flavor like red velvet. Other than that I love Yogurtland. I love their generic, sleek decor. I love their countless fresh toppings. Lastly, keep this is a secret, but I especially love their 'Hello Kitty' Collector's spoons. It is the best self serve in Miami. Fro-yum in my book.

  • Sandy R.

Why wouldn't anyone love Yogurtland? You get delicious flavors, a good selection of tart/ sugarfree flavors, an endless variety of toppings, and it's so cheap! The only way to improve on this location would be to add more seating. As for people who have a problem with establishments that welcome children . . . stay at home.

Delicious yogurts at an affordable price. They definitely need more flavors.

self serve fro-yo w all the fixings! great flavor selection! don't forget the mochi! hey guys! I gotta new jingle for you... this land is your land... this land is my land... let's go and have some yogurtland! =] parking right in front is limited but there is extra parking above in the roof area if necessary... flavored water is provided at no extra charge which is something I need right after eating fro-yo or ice cream... and there is a bathroom but only one at a time!

  • jen r.

delicious cheap froyo. yes please! the place was packed on a recent late weeknight. it needed a little tlc clean up, but it was close to closing time and a bunch of patrons trying to get the last minute sweet fix. i tried a few flavors but the standout was the pistachio and the toasted coconut. my bf raved about the pineapple guava and i was underwhelmed with the dutch chocolate (im a total chocoholic btw) the toppings bar was basic, i think other places may have more selection. but the checkout was the best - what a bang for your buck. only 7 for 2 big bowls. other places is almost 7 bucks just for one.

  • Cecile S.

Yogurtland just opened! The self service yogurt is such a cool concept and the prices are so cheap! Everything gets weighed at the end by ounces so you only pay for how much you want! The decor is also very cute with a nice seating area.

I scream, you scream, we all scream for - yogurt???? Oh yeah... Just when I thought Tutti Frutti in Sunniland was heaven, This place came along and took me to another land and made me understand (name the song anyone?) The variety of flavors plus specials like mint cookie are delicious. They've got it all right from the yogurt to the toppings to .33 cents an ounce. This will be the last yogurt place standing after the trend dies down. By the way, my wife thinks it's ok to have Yogurtland for dinner. 5-stars for the dessert category for sure!

  • Jessica R.

I love Yogurtland so much, and was so excited to find out it's in Miami (I usually get my fix in California)! All the Yogurtlands I've been to are always super clean, bright and welcoming, and this location is no different. It was probably just lucky timing, but I came on two consecutive days and on the second day there were 4 new flavors! The flavors were particularly memorable at this location (blackberry lemon mint tart & kona coffee!). The consistency of Yogurtland's yogurt is markedly better than anywhere else I've been (and I've been to many, many frozen yogurt places) - so creamy, and never watery. The price also is much, much cheaper than other places - a full cup always comes to under $5.00, and would be $7.00-8.00 at other self serve places. The service is always friendly too - basically, everything about Yogurtland is perfect. =) Tip about parking at this location - the parking spaces right in front of Yogurtland are always super crowded and in demand, but right around the corner is an upper parking level that's totally empty and has a staircase that leads right to Yogurtland.

My, oh, my. I am not going to lie. I have been on a crazy frozen yogurt kick for a couple of months now. So far, this has been the best frozen yogurt place I have visited. What's to like about Yogurtland? *Incredible flavors (Passionfruit and pineapple is to die for) *GREAT consistency (not too frozen and not too slushy) * Biodegradable disposable spoons (who'd a thunk that?) *Good service *Great toppings *Amazing price 33 cents per ounce! WOWZA! Give this place a try. Oh, and 5 guys burgers and fries is conveniently located next door! Give both of these great places some business!

I finally tried Yogurtland and it was fantastic! I loved the various flavors they had ranging from Guava Pineapple to Chocolate Milkshake. I decided on Kona Coffee Blend, which I highly recommend for coffee lovers, and I topped it with toffee and chocolate chunks and tiny bit of chocolate syrup. The place itself I found to be rather cramped and a bit awkardly laid out but the prices were low and the yogurt was delicious so I will definitely be returning.

I was introduced to this place by a fellow Yelper, and I must say, she has great taste. I love this place! I have been twice in the last three weeks (which says a lot since it is about 25 minutes away, in Miami traffic, from my house). The self-serve yogurt dispensers are awesome; you get to pick any flavor you want and how much of it you want! No one is preparing your dessert for you. The flavors are amazing! My favorite is cinnamon graham cracker. Oh, the best part is the toppings! They have so many to choose from; fruits and candies, cereal and brownies. What makes this place even better, it is cheap! I am definitely a big fan of Yogurtland.
