Ok, so it's my first time at this place. I thought to give it a try as Ive eaten from their food truck before. The place is small bur accommodates a fair amount of people. The cashier was very nice considering we took some time to give our order. The wait was long as there was only two other customers beside us, however I let it go as the lemon pepper chicken gliders and the boneless garlic and Parmesan chicken wings were fresh and juicy. The fries were fresh but way too salty. It's a bit pricey for the portions provided. Would I go back, probably. Hint: I like their sliders from their food truck better.... Give those a try

I was in the mood for some wings and i placed an order . The employee was polite and my food was ready in 10-15 minutes. In addition the item that i orderd was Origional hot spicy wings with a side order of fries and a Diet Coke : ). Moreover, the wings were so tasty, delicious and hot and totally spicy . The prices are affordable. The interior is extremly clean for example, there is of course televisions with sports and a few photos on their walls. Initally when you enter there is a small area where u can place your order. Also, you can see in their clean kitchen . : ) There are several variety of chicken wings u can choose from with bone or without bone etc etc. Thank you Wingstop for such a good lunch. see you shortly : ).

So i was craving wings and decided what better what to look for a delicious place that focuses on making wings than yelp?! And I don't mean a sports bar that sells wings, no. I wanted a WING place, so I found wing stop. The free seasoned fry offer also enticed me to choose this place haha. It's a small restaurant in a plaza, the front is as big as a cold stone and I didn't think there would be seating but there were actually a few tables inside. I was totally digging the 90s feel on the table decoration! Pretty cheap too, only $25 for 30 wings. OH AND BEWARE, this location doesn't accept the free seasoned fries offer that yelp has. I normally don't complain and let things slide but for some reason... I felt like testing the manager to see how far he'd go for customer service. So I complained. I felt kinda bad. But he DID end up giving me an order of regular fries on the house. So I ended up waiting 15 minutes for an order of 30 wings which was a mix of the Louisiana rub and hot buffalo. Hot buffalo: not spicy at all, so don't expect spicy even though it was above average on the spicy meter. The buffalo was bursting with flavor though! Super zesty. Louisiana rub: Cajun mixed with Parmesan. DELICIOUS!! Oh my laaaawwwddd! I was incredibly happy, everyone must try this flavor! It wasn't hot at all, just a delicious blend of Cajun with the perfect amount of Parmesan. After eating a fewof these though, they started to taste just salty because they got cold. Anyway, still dericious. :3 great value for the price!

The wings and boneless buffalo wings here are ok. Truly, the wings are, well, wings. The sauces are what make a difference and I have issue with the mild and original hot sauces at wingstop. The mild sauce is way to buttery. Really, your already fried wings will be a sitting in a pool of butter with some spices sinking to the bottom - no bueno. I know that wing sauce is made with a fair amount of butter, but this one has so much that the sauce even separates. The original hot is much better but the flavor is a bit to vinegary for me, but my DH loves it that way. That is more of a personal opinion. Service is decent, though the young lady at the counter did fail to remind me on a special night that the wings were on sale if I bought them separately (that's just courtesy). The tables tend to be a bit sticky. A nice little benny is online ordering and they're usually ready at the indicated time. I am a big fan of the fries. Fresh cut with a sweet & spicy seasoned blend. They have a unique flavor and really improve the experience. I am definitely getting the sauce on the side so that I can control the flavor experience from now on. If only they added some grilled wings to their menu ;) ;)

They do have good food there but my experience was really bad . I was one of the customers that ordered early morning for a night time pick up for he boxing match. My pickup time was 9 pl and i ordered around 3 pm. when i arrived it was like a hell inside. Hectic and bunch of people trying to rush orders... My food was ready around 9:40 so i did not understand what is the difference between ordereing ahead? In addition a piece of advice to the owners of this place. Your staff is not good enough to handle large crowrds like yesterday. Now you are not going to get this kind of crowd every weekend but when you do i suggest having a small staff meeting for you with your staff. Try to explain them to be nice to customers. Dont talk from their behind etc... If you want more i can tell more but i dont think this is the right place. Last night this business was full and busy which is good but the customers that i chat were very unhappy with the experience. Again the food is good probably one of the best wing i ever had in miami. But if i go again i wiuld check the calendar to see it is an ordinary day so that i grt my food on time... cheers!

I ordered lemon pepper wings and rolls. The wings had two sprinkles of seasoning and the rolls were cold. So cold, the bottoms of the rolls were stiff..like they were old rolls that had been reheated. And the "manager" Gustavo said and I quote "well umm I don't know what I can do for you. My hands were about to burn from holding the rolls"..seriously? People pay their money expecting seasoned wings and fresh rolls...is that too much? Why would I lie about having cold rolls? It takes double the normal time to place an order due to the language barrier and Gustavo simply does not care about the quality of product or customer satisfaction. Horrible experience. First and LAST time.

The girl behind the counter was polite, which was appreciated. It was an average choice for a quick lunch but I won't be returning. We went to this place by reference from someone. I can only say that I was very disappointed. We ordered a little bit of everything to sample. The sweet potatoes were undercooked, the wings had a considerable amount of oil at the bottom of the basket, the second flavor of wings had no taste whatsoever and although the girl at the counter was very courteous there was no one"on the floor" to make sure we had everything we needed. We're never going too this place again unless someone else pays the bill. There are other places in Miami that make much better wings than these.

My girlfriend and I did an online order during Sunday football. I love the ordering system. I can mix and match between boneless and classic wings with 2 sauces. For instance, I ordered 15 wings. I split it by having 8 boneless mango habanero and 7 bone in Louisiana rub. My gf ordered 10 boneless BBQ and Hawaiian. The wings themselves were pretty standard. They weren't bad but tasted like wings I can get at KFC. Fresh ingredients weren't used, tasted premade and frozen. I doubt I'll order back here when the local sports bars have ten times better wings.

I decided to make a late night stop! There was no one in there but me, so I have no complaints about the service. I ordered 5 Parmesan-Garlic wings to go, and 10 mins later, I received my order and raced home to eat it. I open up the container and there are 7 wings in there. Were they being nice or are they mathematically challenged?! Whatever the reason, I appreciated the two extra wings as these wings are small and anorexic! And while the flavor was good, I prefer wings that are fat and juicy. I probably won't rush back to Wingstop anytime soon!

I placed a fairly large order to be picked up at Wingstop. Because of poor web site design, placing an order online was impossible for orders of $32 or more. I called the location and was immediately put on hold for a few minutes. The woman who took my order seemed unfamiliar with both the menu and the order-taking process. The phone call lasted 10 minutes for ordering about 5 items. I figured that the one upside of the world's slowest order-taking would be an accurately written order. Of course, believing this was as foolish as ordering from Wingstop in the first place. My name and order were called after I had arrived at the location, and I was given two large bags with my receipt. The bags were stapled closed, so I did not notice that the entire order was wrong until I returned home. The receipts on and in the bags had my order and information, so I called the restaurant again. The same woman who took my order answered and told me that I had taken (not been given) another customer's order, and that mine was still at the restaurant. I drove back to Wingstop--a 15-minute drive each way--and was given a meal that had now been sitting in its flimsy styrofoam container for close to an hour. Then, as if this weren't galling enough, the same woman asked for the incorrect order to be returned. Thankfully, I had brought the incorrect order back with me, because the woman took the bags from me and summarily threw them in the trash. I've gotten the occasional wrong order from restaurants in the past, but never have I been asked to hand back an order to an employee who just drops it in the trash immediately. By the time I arrived home, it had been over an hour since I picked up the incorrect order, and my actual meal had been sitting (steaming may be a better word) in styrofoam containers stuffed into a paper bag. The orders of french fries weren't even covered, just placed in paper baskets and dropped in a paper bag. The ranch dip was the warmest item in the meal, and tasted as though it had spoiled. Most of the order was inedible and, as one should expect, tasted like food that had been sitting out for over an hour. I have never had a worse experience with a restaurant. I was given the wrong order, blamed for taking it (my order was quite a bit more expensive than the incorrect one), brought it back, watched it thrown into the trash, and then got my soggy hour-old meal. I cannot stress enough the frustration and horror involved in ordering from, dealing with, and being near Wingstop.

Since several weeks ago, I wanted to try this place out. It turned out ok, we ordered regular wings with the sauce on the side. The wings were ok, no big deal. They have 9 different flavor of wings, atomic, cajun, hawaiian, smoked bbq, and I do not remember what else. I don't know if it was the preparation of the wings, they did not have much flavor. I think I'll stick to other chicken wings!!

Oh Wingstop. You had awesome boneless wings when you first started. What happened? As time has worn on, their boneless wings have gotten more salty and more soaked in grease when ordered. I disagree with some other revewes that the boneless wings have gotten smaller, but it just feels like they've stopped trying. The staff is bored at best, and too busy on their cell phones and flirting with each other at worst. I want to like Wingstop, I really do. They just keep making it so hard everytime I pick up an order.

Ok so I came here once a few years back and had never gone until a few weeks ago. That should have been a sign. If it was unmemorable then, it will be unmemorable now. Service here is shitty. If you dont ask for help or tell them to take your order, the girls behind the counter would just be chatting with each other or checking on their phone. The food takes forever! There was barely anyone at the restaurant and yet it still took 20 minutes, if not more, to get our food. After looking over what I ordered, it should not have taken that long. Its literally just breaded boneless wings smothered in sauce. It looks like it took 5 minutes to microwave and another 15 to remember that they hadnt called my name yet to pick up my order. The wings and fries are so bland that they are forgetable. With other great wing places in Miami, I wont be coming back here again.

I thought this place would be rated higher, given the fact that when I've gone it has been somewhat full, and it is located in a nice shopping center. Upon my first visit, the employee behind the counter was extremely friendly, and was working hard around the restaurant. Cleaning tables, picking up trays, refilling my drink, etc. I tried their wings and fries combo which brings ten wings and fries plus a drink. This costs $8-10 dollars, which is fine in my book. The basket of fries is a big portion, and is accompanied by a great ranch dressing. The wings are slacking a bit. The first time I ordered regular Buffalo, and they tasted good, but were a bit dry. The second time I had Cajun and Atomic, and the employee (this time around it was a different guy, and he seemed to have zero interest in his job) asked me, "Are you sure you want Atomic? We don't refund them if you dislike them." I told him to bring it on and what a mistake it was.The Cajun ones were great. Like Buffalo, but with an extra kick. Atomic, however, were gross. It smelled like smoke and tasted like horse manure. They were drenched in the sauce, which I had to rub off. This one is totally my fault, I shouldn't have ordered them Atomic. The size of the wings are okay. They seem like Ale House's size, or other mediocre wing places. I know Wingstop is also open late, which is a plus, although it is really out of my way, I'd only go again if I'm in the area.

I'm the first to admit - I try to avoid places that aren't what we consider "nutritious" but come on we all give into the temptation from time to time. Everyone has there own preference of junk food, in my opinion Chicken Wings are my preference, sure this place isn't American Heart Association approved but come on the wings are great, there fries are great and the different type of sauces for the chicken wings are also great. But.. But... It also depends on the person and what they like ... if you're hardcore bunny rabbit dieter than please don't think twice coming into this place, but if you're like me neutral and wanna go renegade on your diet for a day come on by!!

The customer service is excellent. They smiled during everyone of our requests; even after I asked for my third free refill. Very quick and the bathrooms are spotless. I definitely recommend .

I placed a fairly large order to be picked up at Wingstop. Because of poor web site design, placing an order online was impossible for orders of $32 or more. I called the location and was immediately put on hold for a few minutes. The woman who took my order seemed unfamiliar with both the menu and the order-taking process. The phone call lasted 10 minutes for ordering about 5 items. I figured that the one upside of the world's slowest order-taking would be an accurately written order. Of course, believing this was as foolish as ordering from Wingstop in the first place. My name and order were called after I had arrived at the location, and I was given two large bags with my receipt. The bags were stapled closed, so I did not notice that the entire order was wrong until I returned home. The receipts on and in the bags had my order and information, so I called the restaurant again. The same woman who took my order answered and told me that I had taken (not been given) another customer's order, and that mine was still at the restaurant. I drove back to Wingstop--a 15-minute drive each way--and was given a meal that had now been sitting in its flimsy styrofoam container for close to an hour. Then, as if this weren't galling enough, the same woman asked for the incorrect order to be returned. Thankfully, I had brought the incorrect order back with me, because the woman took the bags from me and summarily threw them in the trash. I've gotten the occasional wrong order from restaurants in the past, but never have I been asked to hand back an order to an employee who just drops it in the trash immediately. By the time I arrived home, it had been over an hour since I picked up the incorrect order, and my actual meal had been sitting (steaming may be a better word) in styrofoam containers stuffed into a paper bag. The orders of french fries weren't even covered, just placed in paper baskets and dropped in a paper bag. The ranch dip was the warmest item in the meal, and tasted as though it had spoiled. Most of the order was inedible and, as one should expect, tasted like food that had been sitting out for over an hour. I have never had a worse experience with a restaurant. I was given the wrong order, blamed for taking it (my order was quite a bit more expensive than the incorrect one), brought it back, watched it thrown into the trash, and then got my soggy hour-old meal. I cannot stress enough the frustration and horror involved in ordering from, dealing with, and being near Wingstop.

Food is great. Service isn't that perfect though. Manager is a major asshole will not even look his clients in the face. Food is worth dealing with him though.

The employees were super nice and the wings were great! They have the best lemon pepper wings hands down! The place is clean and the employee cleans up the table as soon as someone leaves to make room for new customers.

Service was on point. Location was very clean. Tried the boneless wings with Louisiana Rub and Sweet Chili Lime. Awesome!!!! Would defenitely go back.

My sons favorite wing stop! Natalie at the counter is great when it comes to customer service. She was very kind to my children and that means a lot to me. It's hard to find good customer service nowadays and Natalie is a natural. Keep up the good work!

Since several weeks ago, I wanted to try this place out. It turned out ok, we ordered regular wings with the sauce on the side. The wings were ok, no big deal. They have 9 different flavor of wings, atomic, cajun, hawaiian, smoked bbq, and I do not remember what else. I don't know if it was the preparation of the wings, they did not have much flavor. I think I'll stick to other chicken wings!!

Oh Wingstop. You had awesome boneless wings when you first started. What happened? As time has worn on, their boneless wings have gotten more salty and more soaked in grease when ordered. I disagree with some other revewes that the boneless wings have gotten smaller, but it just feels like they've stopped trying. The staff is bored at best, and too busy on their cell phones and flirting with each other at worst. I want to like Wingstop, I really do. They just keep making it so hard everytime I pick up an order.

Ok so I came here once a few years back and had never gone until a few weeks ago. That should have been a sign. If it was unmemorable then, it will be unmemorable now. Service here is shitty. If you dont ask for help or tell them to take your order, the girls behind the counter would just be chatting with each other or checking on their phone. The food takes forever! There was barely anyone at the restaurant and yet it still took 20 minutes, if not more, to get our food. After looking over what I ordered, it should not have taken that long. Its literally just breaded boneless wings smothered in sauce. It looks like it took 5 minutes to microwave and another 15 to remember that they hadnt called my name yet to pick up my order. The wings and fries are so bland that they are forgetable. With other great wing places in Miami, I wont be coming back here again.

this store is awesome! I love the taste of their wings & fries, it always hits the spot. We eat at this place takeout at least once every other week, just because we love the food.

I thought this place would be rated higher, given the fact that when I've gone it has been somewhat full, and it is located in a nice shopping center. Upon my first visit, the employee behind the counter was extremely friendly, and was working hard around the restaurant. Cleaning tables, picking up trays, refilling my drink, etc. I tried their wings and fries combo which brings ten wings and fries plus a drink. This costs $8-10 dollars, which is fine in my book. The basket of fries is a big portion, and is accompanied by a great ranch dressing. The wings are slacking a bit. The first time I ordered regular Buffalo, and they tasted good, but were a bit dry. The second time I had Cajun and Atomic, and the employee (this time around it was a different guy, and he seemed to have zero interest in his job) asked me, "Are you sure you want Atomic? We don't refund them if you dislike them." I told him to bring it on and what a mistake it was.The Cajun ones were great. Like Buffalo, but with an extra kick. Atomic, however, were gross. It smelled like smoke and tasted like horse manure. They were drenched in the sauce, which I had to rub off. This one is totally my fault, I shouldn't have ordered them Atomic. The size of the wings are okay. They seem like Ale House's size, or other mediocre wing places. I know Wingstop is also open late, which is a plus, although it is really out of my way, I'd only go again if I'm in the area.

If you want wings in Miami quick, then i guess this is decent. The wings they give you are really small considering the price ive had better at checkers

I'm the first to admit - I try to avoid places that aren't what we consider "nutritious" but come on we all give into the temptation from time to time. Everyone has there own preference of junk food, in my opinion Chicken Wings are my preference, sure this place isn't American Heart Association approved but come on the wings are great, there fries are great and the different type of sauces for the chicken wings are also great. But.. But... It also depends on the person and what they like ... if you're hardcore bunny rabbit dieter than please don't think twice coming into this place, but if you're like me neutral and wanna go renegade on your diet for a day come on by!!
