    Drinks were delicious! I used the drive thru and the service was friendly and quick. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because our cups had syrup all over them. I recommend checking the cups before sending them out.

    Drive through line took forever at lunch time for a simple cup of coffee. On my next visit I parked and went in. They seemed to be understaffed. The table with sugars, cocoa, cinnamon etc was not clean. I seldom go to sbux because I find their coffee average at best and overpriced. After this experience I guess I will go even less often.

    I always come to this starbucks in the mornings, the drive thru line moves pretty quickly & they usually get my iced vanilla latte just right!

    This place is very close to my job but i stopped going because they barely put coffee in my iced caramel macchiato. I guess they are saving coffee. But if you like your iced latte light then this is the place to go. I on the other hand prefer a decent amount of coffee with my order.

    I go to Starbucks a lot & am always treated nice. This Starbucks is on a whole different level. The woman with long black hair & bright red lipstick on 11/3 at around 11:15am was the rudest human I've ever come across. She asked "what do you want" then turned away & started doing something else. It just got worse from there. I don't need to go on as the poor reviews from this Starbucks location seem to tell it all. Starbucks manager give your employees a class on customer service!!!!!!! Don't go to this Starbucks, go anywhere else.

    Pit stop here for coffee while in Miami. Ordered one of my standards: caramel macchicato with extra caramel. They seemed to make my drink tasted funny, didn't really give me extra caramel... and well.. my drink tasted more milky than anything.. didn't taste the expresso/coffee AT ALL. Was a bit disappointed... but we had already left before I drank it. :(

    Came here to study and the baristas were extremely rude and loud. Two of them wouldn't stop touching each other and then there was one girl that was just clapping for 30 minutes. Worst place to sit and feel focused. The most I learned was how annoying one of their mother's New York accent was to them. They were throwing things around and being extremely sloppy at work. I understand exactly why so many people were getting up and leaving.

    The drive-thru is a nightmare in the morning takes at least 15 minutes to get through. Reason being the girl taking orders does not know what she is doing and messes up your order. Worse Starbucks I have been to.

    So my little yelpers. This is my first review. Here goes nothing lol! I needed to stay up all night due to my finals the next morning. I made coffee at home, but it just wasn't doing it for me. I debated whether I should pop open the redbull in the fridge or drive a couple blocks down and get some holy Starbucks. Of course, Starbucks somehow took over my soul and dragged me to their location. I debated for a couple minutes and finally decided to try something new, something with a lot of caffeine. Its 3:30 in the morning. I'm done studying and now I can't sleep. You bad, bad, Starbucks. I'm glad I was able to stay up and I owe it all to you my dear, beloved Starbucksy you! Okay, too much detail leaking from my mind, through my fingers and onto the keyboard. I know you guys think I'm a freak, but I promise I just loveeeeeeee me some coffee. Anyways, I aced my final and I'm thankful they gave me the right amount of caffeine fix I needed. I slept wonderfully by about 4 am and woke up energized and ready to take my final. Oh and the amazing little cake pops! So tasty.

    Great service and even thou there a franchise they make the best coffee out of all the other Starbucks , I have been too. The store is nice , quite , and clean. Those are things that should be standard but not every Starbucks implements. High recommend this Starbucks location !

    This location has a drive-thru! There are 2 Starbucks by my work, this one and the one on 9709 NW 41st St. The reason I prefer this one is the fact that I can order from my car. It is so convenient to do so in the mornings when I am driving to work. So convenient that it sets this Starbucks review apart making it jump from 3 to 4 stars. The service is fast and friendly. The only downside to this location is that when you actually want to dine inside, the A/C is way too cold. If planning on eating in, bring a sweater.

    I am taking this time to express my absolute displeasure with the unprofessional and rude service that I received at this location. I arrived at 9:47 PM on Friday 7/19/13 and all signs and lights were on, along with 3 employees (one wearing a headset). I waited a minute or two at the drive through microphone and thought that it may be broken so I drove to the window. I waited at the window, but no one was there. The employees were hiding from sight ignoring me. I was frustrated. I pulled around and parked the car and walked to the locked front door. The three employees ignored me and my requests to speak with a manager. I also mentioned that the store closes at 10. I clearly had 10, at this point after waiting for 5 minutes, there was 5 minutes. They ignored me and laughed. I was in shock that three employees would act in such a unprofessional manner. Not only am I customer. I am LOYAL customer and advocate that spends daily at various locations around the world. My card is on auto-reload and is always full. This location was 100% the worst experience that I have ever experienced and gives me reason to pause about continuing... I have photos and a video from my iPhone to validate my claim and statements listed. Why has the quality of service in Miami fallen below standards? Why is it common for locations to start shutting down and not offering certain menu items, food and coffees, because they already cleaned the equipment? As a business owner I understand the need for customer satisfaction. I realize how important it is for us to deliver on our promises. If I were not, I would not be in business much longer... My experience started at an early age working for a McDonalds franchisee. I learned from the bottom and we did things right the first time. We NEVER closed early or shut down certain menu items.

    Love me my Bucks. Yes I do. Now after grabbing a bagful of fritos from Narcobollo I run over for a coffee. And yea oh boo, I know, I know... going from a Colombian place with delicious cafe con leche to a Bucks? Well I prefer my coffee with soy milk. I love the fact that they have the drive through, that is a huge plus for me!

    The staff seems lost. Not only that but the barista seemed pissed off this morning. I asked for more fat free milk since I got about a tablespoon. I made sure to say please and thank you and she didn't even look at me.

    This is my favorite Starbucks in the Miami area the staff is always on point products fresh , clean shop, well maintained and THE STAFF keeps me coming almost every day I go out of my way to go to this location!

    My Fav Starbucks!!!!!! Love the quick service. Everyone who works here is efficient and friendly. Mona is of the nicest and friendliest Starbucks employees I have ever met.

    This was the first time I have been to this Starbucks, and one would think you have seen one you have seen them all. The only reason why I gave them 2 stars was because my latte was room temperature when they gave it to me. Other than that its the same as every other Starbucks.
