I stop here very frequently for my morning coffee on my way to work. The drive thru is fairly efficient and quick. The staff is very nice and helpful. The store itself is very clean and pleasant to come to. The outside seating is alright; I wouldn't recommend it on a hot day even in the shade as we are in Florida. I always get a regular coffee in the mornings before work and an Iced Caramel Macchiato in the afternoons. I'm very sure all that coffee cannot be good for me but oh well. The parking is a decent size, it accommodates a good amount of cars. The food, is good best in the morning before lunch time. The yogurt with granola and fruits is a good energizing snack. The atmosphere is nice, very quiet and good for a study date. I wouldn't recommend it for more than 3 or 4 hours max for studying. I tend to get bored and start ordering food and coffee before I knew it I got nothing done except eat everything they carry. Just FYI the cake pops are pretty good... Try not to eat them all in one sitting. I'll most definitely keep coming back to this particular Starbucks.

The last five (YES, five) times I've went there they were out of the vegetable and Fontiago sandwich. Last time was at 10:45 in the morning. I finally decided to call their manager and ask why they don't order more? Surely I'm not the only person asking them this question especially because it's 11am, obviously people are ordering it. So the manager tells me that they only order a shipment of one to two sandwiches a day. Are you kidding me? Order more! These people have zero business sense and it is affecting their customers! I finally told the lady that they need to take their advertisements down if they are only going to have one sandwich in stock. Ridiculous. Get it together starbucks, it's an easy fix.

this particular location is usually well stocked w all their usual goodies... friendly staff and even though there is always a line, it moves pretty fast and the vibe is almost always upbeat... if you find yourself cruising on old cutler and craving a fix and/or snack (healthy or not, they got it) stop in and take a five min break!

Dear Recession- as strong as you are, you will NOT deter us from pleasing our coffee palates! I discovered a Drive Thru Starbucks yesterday- a delicious oxymoron. We rolled up to the menu board and ordered overpriced coffee made exactly how we wanted. Baristas with headsets. Somehow, the combination worked. Delicious. At the actual pick up window there was an old black mail box entitled "TIPS." All in all, the trip was a success. We ordered our coffee how we wanted and didn't even have to step foot out of the car. Its the American dream, served one cup at a time.

Who doesn't love drive thrus? I love them. This location has one and its big. It has lots of room for seating even outside. You get a view of us-1 traffic. Getting here can be a little busy but once you do it's well worth the wait

The one star is for making the drinks well. But the service and organization sucks! I ordered my drinks/food items online, finally got to the front of the line, and the girl at the window asks us to go back to the end of the line and by the time we drive up to the window AGAIN, our order will be ready. REALLY?! What foolishness is that????? Because THEY failed to look at the online orders, and because THEY didn't have the items ready, I had to rejoin the long drive thru line AGAIN!

Been here a couple of times and pretty great service. Be careful, it is PACKED, but c'mon we're in SOuth Beach so it's expected. They messed up my drink a couple of times but fixed it and gave me a certificate for a free drink. What can I say, I love my Starbucks and this one is just as good :)

Busy, busy, busy!!! This Starbucks tends to be busy all the time, but it still manages to get your order out pretty quickly. This particular location has a drive-through, outdoor seating, plenty of parking, and awesome baristas. Service is always on point, there's wi-fi, and the location is very clean inside, but if you're hanging out for a while, bring a jacket (or get a hot drink)! It's usually pretty cold in there.

This Starbucks is like my second home. I come here often to study and the atmosphere is so welcoming and other people respect you and your space. The staff is amazing in customer service, they remember my name and my drink That I always get which is a green tea latte iced and they are also super nice and funny and they always get my order right! The inside is clean and organized and they also have outdoor seating when you want to sit outside. The best part is the drive thru, they are quick and convenient but the only con is that they take a little longer on Sunday's

I always come to Starbucks for a skinny vanilla latte with an additional shot of espresso. The staff is polite, the service is quick, and the location is clean with a busy drive through. What I like most about this Starbucks is the additional seating outside. It's pretty busy at times but the quality of the coffee doesn't not diminish.

It's Starbucks...what can be said? They're consistent and friendly. Very convenient location, though the drive-thru can get horribly backed up into traffic. Love that calorie content is visible and many options for the health-conscious. Also fun for the kiddos, if you're willing to spend $ for a treat.

This starbucks is a nice treat to have on this stretch of US1. I always stop in when I'm in the area. I love that they have a drive-thru. I'm not a lazy person but it's a nice option to know that you can get your Tall, Grande and Venti creations at the window. When I went, there there was a very cheerful guy answering the drive thru. His happiness was contagious, an immediate mood booster. That's always a plus. My orders have always been accurate and the service prompt. On another visit I went inside the store and proceeded to order my drink. I'm at the pick-up counter and I realized that I had ordered the wrong drink (I wanted a coffee-free drink and by mistake ordered the coffee version). The barista was so kind. We reviewed what I had originally wanted and she made me a fresh drink. Even though I was the one that messed up, there was no fuss, she made it her mission to make me a happy customer. This location offers indoor seating as well as an outdoor area. I tend to sit outside when I see that the indoors is packed. Starbucks, you have the formula down pat: Excellent customer service + accurate orders = definitely returning when I'm in the area Thank you for your excellent service and for always going wild on the caramel drizzle.

Dear Starbucks of Palmetto Bay, What would I do without you?! From early morning coffee runs to weekend afternoon frappuccino breaks, I need my fix on the regular! The service here is pretty good, and the baristas are usually on point. However, there have been a couple of hiccups with mixups and forgotten ingredients. But hey, we're all human, so who's counting? Plus, you're always willing to fix it ASAP to make it right, no matter what else is happening. The inside is always clean, which I am so OCD about. So it's great that your Palmetto Bay location is spotless. ;-) The drive-thru is pretty quick, as intimidating as the line can seem, which is a plus for me when I am being too lazy to get out of my car (mind you, I live practically next door). My only complaint is that your drive-thru lines tend to block the normal flow of traffic on the side street, SW 148th. Usually I wouldn't waste my time writing a review about something as generic as a Starbucks -- a Starbucks is usually just a Starbucks, like a Subway Subs is just a Subway Subs, or a McDonald's is just a fucking McDonald's (hint, hint) but this particular Starbucks goes over and beyond a lot of the time, so, I'm going to give it some snaps. So, snap, snap Pinecrest/Palmetto Bayish Drive-Thru Starbucks, you're doing a good job. This store's got an awesome sense of customer service and speed. The morning rush here is out of control considering the population of coffee addicts in this area and the utter lack of pointlessly built Starbucks in the neighborhood (you mean there's no Starbucks across the street from another Starbucks? Where do you expect us to find a vortex to hell?????) They greet you here with a smile, get you your order quickly, deal with obnoxious customers with finesse and kindness (and there's a lot of them, you are in Pinecrest), and kindly kick you out with such precision that that lazy Greenery Mall location on Kendall Drive should really take note. And why only 4 stars and not 5? Because it's a fucking Starbucks! Giving 4 stars to a chain makes me cringe a bit, but I'm ranking based on other stores I've been to in the chain.

They're usually pretty quick in attending everyone, and have plenty of seating (indoor and outdoor). My only con would be that the manager and staff on Sundays are super slow. You can wait in line for 10 mins and up to 15 mins if you're using the drive thru.

I am a Starbucks addict, but also a Starbucks snob. There are at least 2 locations that I refuse to go back to because of the service. I go through the drive through at this Starbucks once a week at 5 a.m. (they're open 24 hours), and the service is always amazing. The same guy is always there, but I don't know his name. He is always friendly and cheerful. I mean, it's 5 a.m.! I'm surprised at good service at any time of the day, but that early in the morning is impressive. That's why I keep going back and spending $4 on coffee.
