Another new location in Miami. Glad to see Starbucks continuing to improve their Miami area stores. This one replaces the corner store a few blocks up at 69th and Biscayne. Oddly, you can easily miss this location as it is somewhat hidden and not on a corner. They have a drive thru (seems to be what all new Starbucks have now) and a decent amount of parking behind the buidling. Store is pretty big and comfortable...and like most of Miami, crowded.

Amazing service, the staff ( specific Char) was amazing and customer focus and I don't even drink coffee. Lol I will continue to have meetings here when needed. Keep the good work flowing.

The newly constructed Starbucks is fancy and upscale. I love Starbuck for their customer service, great coffee and snacks. If you are in the area and want to enjoy with down to earth locals make sure to come by!

Who doesn't love free wifi and caffenaited drinks? I have never had a bad experience at Starbucks, whenever they have messed up my drink they have always made it up to me by fixing it or preparing a new one from scratch. As you all know, the stores generally carry out and array of beautifully-looking sweets that I avoid at all costs, I mean, one of their drinks carries enough calories for the day. My favorite items are the green tea frappuccino and the Chai tea. The prices are high for what you're getting but most of the time I pay with gift cards my friends have given me, so I don't feel too bad about spending money foolishly. Highly recommend it for any occasion you need to escape somewhere nice with free wifi and affordable drinks.

The drive thru and parking lot situation at this location is the biggest cluster F I have ever seen. People in the drive thru line directly block entry/exit to the parking lot. What morons planned this setup? Other than that, the morning staff seems miserable with life in general and could use some training on how to greet and thank customers.

Dirty place. Trash on tables that I customers have to clean off. Trash on floors. Bathroom dirty too. Why?

This is my neighborhood Starbucks so I come here often; however today turned me off to any more working late, need a Starbucks break runs. Ana was my barista? I question that because she seemed to know absolutely nothing about anything in the store. I asked her what flavor is in the smore frappuccino and she looked at me like uhhhhh and goes, regular coffee flavor, like all the others and I was about to point out that the fraps all have different flavors and she quickly adds, but without the flavored syrup. Huh? Finally she says graham cracker flavor. So I order a tall and she asks what size. I had put my sandwich on the counter and when she finished ringing me up she sent me away without a receipt. I pick up my sandwich and she says oh did you want that too? This is after my coworker couldn't get an answer from her on whether they had any of the snack boxes with hummus in it. That was fun to watch. Is Starbucks not training new people anymore? Ana might need a refresher.

Tiny Starbucks that looks big from the road, ha. You may find yourself out getting a seat at times. Place is clean and quiet.

My favorite Starbucks in the 305. Friendly people. I like the vibe in here, usually music is up to the right level, they are efficient and very clean especially considering the amount of traffic that goes through this store. Seldom disappointed at this location.

These two ladies (Joyce and Elizabeth) are so nice! It feels like a real (non- commercial) family owned coffee shop. The only thing though is that if you need a really quiet environment sometimes it's hard to get that here. There are some crazy cats that stroll through here. But other than that, it's great!

SMH. It was better but things seem to have declined and don't get me wrong. I am a dog lover but dogs walking in where food is sold and just the other day two women sat down in the store with their two dogs. Is that allowed? Many people utilize the place as a work space which is cool. There is one customer in particular who seems to loiter around and i many ways creates a hostile environment, perhaps because he has mental issues but he is loud and seems to say the first thing that comes to his mind even if its inappropriate.

Use to go to this starbucks on a daily basis when I was in town, but not any more. The last time I went in I timed how long it took once I walked into the store until I got my coffee in hand and it took 13 minutes! Way too long to have to wait. The barresta had one speed - slow. She was talking way more then making drinks and the other 4 employees were doing a lot of nothing instead of getting the customers their drinks. So very dissappointed because this use to be a fun and pleasant place to get my morning pick me up!

Now with enough outlets by the outdoor patio to power a small, coffee-fueled LAN party! Of course, you'll have to put up with cigar smoke, but this is Miami after all. I agree with everyone else that this is the best 'Bucks in Miami. Coffee is good, service is A+.

This is a great Starbucks which is heavily frequented by those living or visiting within walking distance as well as those who are driving by. Our drinks were good and the staff was friendly but our real experience with this Starbucks was the wonderful people we met sitting outside enjoying our coffees. We made some incredible new friends while visiting Miami at this Starbucks and we really got a chance to experience Miami through the gracious hospitality of those we met. This is what Starbucks should really be about...building relationships with great people and enjoying great coffee. Lastly, from a practical standpoint, if you are driving to this location, there's ample parking in the back. When staying at the New Yorker Boutique Hotel, we made this our coffee stop as it is just a short walk away.

This is a cute little Starbucks the parking can be a pain in the back. The lot is small and very few spaces. street parking is also available further down in front of the homes. The place seems to be packed no matter what time you go. The inside has very few tables I wish it was a little bigger.

Absolutely my favorite Starbucks. I come here every weekend to work and I am always so amazed on how the staff at this Starbucks is extremely friendly. The manager Carlos is great. He always greats his costumers and is always courteous. He makes sure that your order and your time spent here is enjoyable. Definitely my favorite Starbucks!

This starbucks is much better than the loud Brickell location. At least when you sit outside you're not dealing with the loud music and pedestrian traffic. Occasionally you'll get the whiff of smoke from the butt of cigarettes but there's plenty of outlets outside. Plenty of seating and tables.

Shout-out to the people who run this Starbucks, especially Carlos, Liz and Alex, for making this the most friendly Starbucks in Miami (as well as the best Starbucks that I've ever encountered). I do all of my studying here, and it's not because the quality of drinks differs from that of any other Starbucks. Thanks for making this place great, guys!

The self proclaimed Family Starbucks lived true to it's name. Beyond hospitable, Joyce and Elizabeth went above and beyond to make sure that I got exactly what I needed, with a smile and a please come back, when they could have just closed shop and gone home instead. If you see them, tell them I said hi!

I'm not a big fun of coffee but when I have the craving for, Starbucks is the place I have in mind. I came the other day and ordered hot mocha latte, I don't like too hot so I asked the barista Alex to cool it a bit, he fixed it just the way I really enjoy coffee. He said next time you'll have it exactly that way. I'm here after that night, he saw me and prepare the coffee as expected. That's what I call customer service. It's great to have good quality people in our neighborhood. Congrats!!! I'm definitely coming back.

I love places that get better and better. This Starbucks feels more like a neighborhood coffee place than any other Starbucks I have visited before. They have an awesome group of people working there who go out of their way to remember people and treat everyone really well. If I had the funds to stop in twice a day, I would!

my silly dog woke me up early after being out late with no milk in the house to make a sunday morning latte. i was seriously in a bad mood and dying for coffee. so i figured i'd stop by uva to get a cafe con leche and a croissant. but sadly they weren't open yet. so, i gathered my strength and went across the street to starbucks. ughhh. ordered a venti vanilla latte and left. i get back in my car and i'm halfway to my house and taste it. it's not a venti vanilla latte... it's a half latte with some vanilla soy milk in it. WTF!!??!! and i'm such an idiot. i saw the guy pouring the vanilla soy milk, but i was so sleepy and i just assumed that drink was for someone else. man, what a crappy start to a sunday morning. i should've just waited for uva to open. even if i had to wait an hour, it still would've been worth it.
