This is easily the best Starbucks location in Miami because of the incredible staff and (usually) the ambiance. I don't know why the staff at this Starbucks is so much better than at any other Starbucks I've been to, but everyone is great. Everyone remembers what I order as well as my name. They greet me when I come in. The only downside is the incredibly slow wi-fi unless you're the only one with a laptop. Maybe too many customers are watching their squirrel videos. Also, a lot of people come in and use the Wi-Fi for hours without buying so much as a cake pop, but at least they make up for it by looking around shiftily every now and then. Also there is a unique "Spook Hill"-level phenomenon I've noticed in most seating locations here that makes you feel like the person behind you is looking over your shoulder. Again, the transcendent staff makes up for this in "S.A.M." spades. I've only ever used the drive through once but almost every trip inside is a golden experience. This place gets my highest rating: A++ Certification.

It's Starbucks! Gold Member The store has front and back entrances and a very unique drive-thru. Maximizing space (or should I say the lack of it?) on a tiny lot. I ordered (a couple trips) a Caramel Frappuccino Affagato. They found it on the screen and it popped up on my side, but didn't know what it was. I had to describe the drink. [It has one or two shots of espresso "dropped" through the middle of the drink before whipped cream - one of my favorites!] Once I described it they said, "Oh you mean dirty!" "I mean what?" I asked. "Dirty. Two shots is double dirty." "...okay...sure." It was a somewhat awkward situation that once it passed was very humorous and engaging. This is due to the extremely friendliness of the staff. It turned a 4 star into a 5 1/2. Note: "Dirty" worked here every time, but didn't work anywhere else in Florida. Interesting.

This is my first stop usually every morning before work . The morning staff always nice very pleasant and gets the orders right. The drive thru is quick which is great when your running late but also its nice and cozy inside is unjust want to unwind or meet a friend for coffee and snack . So I recommend this Starbucks there awesome !!!

I went to Starbucks this morning before heading to work and ordered myself some coffee. My total was 10.17 and I gave her 10 dollars. It was really early and for some reason I heard just $10. So the barista in the drive through repeated it again. I apologized and said I'm so sorry it's so early and she said don't worry I have .17 cents i know it's early and she said it all with a smile. If I had known her name I would write the company a letter. She has helped me before and is always so pleasant! Greeting all of her customers with a smile and small gestures like good morning go a long way. Thank you to your employee! She really made my morning today.

I was happy when they open this store. but ever since then the service has fallen off greatly. some of the original people have moved on and that why service has suffered. use to go quite often. but I haven't been in a while and don't plan on anytime soon. I miss C.J.and T from when they first opened. I go to the one in southland mall far better !!!

I am an avid Starbucks patron so when this Starbucks opened near where I live, I was very happy. Unfortunately as of late, the service at this location has been slow and certain Baristas at this location don't give good service. In particular during the late afternoon and evening hours, there is a barista named Ronnie who works the drive-thru and tends to throw your order at you instead of handing it to you like it's supposed to be done. I stopped coming to this location for about a month and a half especially during the late hours because of the poor service. If you have to come to this location, try going in the morning or early afternoon because they tend to have good baristas during those hours but avoid going there late.

This starbucks is horrible. I believe my drink has been made correctly to order once. Today was just the last straw. I walked in to an empty starbucks. The drive thru was packed so I understood waiting a bit inside. But after 20 min a couple came in ordered their coffee and still got it before I did. I almost lost it. I had already reminded the girl about my drink and she assured me it was coming right up. That's when the girl actually Making the coffees turned around and asked her what drink? My empty cup was just sitting there and the barista had no clue she had to make it. I was so frustrated I just asked for my money and left. I rather drive to the Starbucks on 144th to get my coffee. There were no apologies and the girl refunding me my money just stood there blaming the cashier for the while ordeal. Very unprofessional. Also try not to even look over the bar as they are making your coffee. Filthy floors. Milk and coffee spilled all over the counters and clutter like you can't believe. Health code is in question.

Beautiful new Starbucks on Marlin and Us1. Staff are awesome, and very friendly! My drink was masterfully made by Rene, and one of the best drinks I've ever had. There are couches, and tons of other seating. Stop by to study, read a book, play cards etc.. :D I can't wait to become a regular!

I go to Starbucks almost every day. I was so excited to hear that this location was opening, simply for the drive through. I drove by every day while it was being built, waiting patiently for my beloved store to open. Well, I was pretty disappointed. At first, I chalked up the issues to being the kinks of a new store, but they have not improved. Three major issues: painfully slow drive-through, not-so-friendly staff, and horrible iced coffee (not sure how they brew it here, but it's my drink of choice, and it sucks here). I'll come here sporadically, if I really don't want to get out of the car, but I would actually rather drive to Southland Mall, park, and walk to the other Starbucks. Now THAT tells you something. I wish I could give 2 1/2 stars, but 3 it is, only because it's still Starbucks.

Good service but WAAAAAY too slow!!! This is less than a block from where I work. I always stop by for coffee inside or the drive thru and I'm always waiting even when there is no line. 20 minutes in a drive thru this visit with only 4 cars. Last time was just as long waiting inside with only a few people ahead of me. With 5 people behind the counter the wait shouldn't be this long for an iced coffee.

I have not been to this location, but I called them on accident to order a few coffee travelers. I explained that my daughter was sleeping in her car seat and asked if I could pick them up in the drive thru so I would not have to wake her to come inside. The employee on the phone, I cannot remember his name, was so sweet and said absolutely! And that my order would be ready in about ten mins so to just come on through. I was in the parking lot when I made the call, so I immediately went to the drive thru and I was at the wrong location! Yelp and apple maps failed me that day! The location I was at refused to do the travelers in the drive thru. I didn't purchase them that day. I called the other location and told them about the mix up and the same guy answered. He was still very polite and respectful! If I didn't live so far from this location, it would be my go to Starbucks! Thank you for providing excellent customer service!

No different from other Starbucks I guess but this store is brand new which makes everything so much nicer. The store is a nice size with plenty tables and some nice couches toward the back of the store for those who need a quite moment to enjoy their favorite beverage. They also have drive-thru for a quick to go order.

All Starbucks are all the same, right? Well, not quite. Some are dark and cozy, others are drab and dreary. This one sits somewhere in the middle with high exposed ceilings and windows on both the east and west. Lighting is ample but the dark woods still make it feel cozy. The layout is odd. The condiment station is in the middle of the store and if the line wraps the wrong way, then the customers block it and it feels uncomfortable. However, having been here a few times I think the public is finally getting it and has started making the line to the right leaving that area clear. What I have missed the last few times I have been here is the signature Starbucks music. Not sure what is going on with that but plan to ask on my next visit. The drive thru and early hours make this a convenient location to get your morning cup of java!

5 stars hands down! The staff are really genuine and attentive, the drinks they craft are always delicious, and the "newness" of the place is of course appealing! I'm really happy I don't have to drive anywhere to get to a Starbucks from work, and the drive-thru so close to home is excellent. I love asking the workers there what they would recommend for the day, or to just surprise me with a drink, and they haven't let me down yet. Plus, the seating of the place is varied and you can get away with sitting at the barstools, a table, or the really comfy couches. A must if you're in the area and in need of coffee.

Nice New Starbucks. Plenty of Seating so you can sit down and enjoy your $ 5 dollar Coffee and you leech off their Free Google Wifi. The Wifi is better than most Starbucks that us ATT since the ATT service goes slower than Snail in Molasses in Antarctica in January in a Snow Storm when there is more than One Person using it. Sometimes I fine myself using my Own Hotspot then Starbucks in most cases. But Not Here, its Fast and easy Surfing here as I drink my Delicious Coffee that has been made in Gold Machines to exaggerate the Price. Nether less I enjoy Starbucks and this one is Very Nice.
