Starbucks is the place to come for when you are in the mood for a deliciously blended iced coffee. The atmosphere is chilled, unlike many of the other spots in this shopping plaza. They also offer difference pastries and sandwiches to go with your coffee. If you are not really into coffee, I extremely recommend the passion fruit tea with lemonade. It's very refreshing and it goes great with their croissants. They also offer cookies, cake pops and brownies. The brownies and the chocolate chip cookies are to die for, if you have a sweet tooth.

Although I have recently converted into a small cafe type of coffee experience, this Starbucks always has a smiling face in the counter waiting to take my order And I appreciate that. I do wish the baristas would make cool designs on my latte like all these other fancy places do and that they had almond milk as well as coconut milk and that their "iced coffee" would taste more like coffee than dirty water buuuuut hey it is Starbucks not a mom and pop cafe so for what it is, it does a decent job. I do wish Kendall had better options but for now... Starbucks it is.

Friendly & good service! I took my son who is a freshman in high school to this Star Bucks after school. The staff was so helpful in assisting him to make a coffee selection (new coffee drinker). She was patient & kind! It's warming to see young people being kind

The staff is meh at best (with the exception of one female barista that makes it a point to greet everyone), the counter space is always unkept and the trash overflowing. There are times that you walk in and music although of a soothing nature is blasting at full range (and that's not soothing). On the plus side, they are efficient-my coffee is always right...

I will never come back to this location again. I feel that Starbucks should hold every location to a certain standard of cleanliness and how staff should treat their guest. Starbucks is a cross between a 3-4 star review for me. They only offer soy milk (no almond milk) and their coffee is not as good as SweetTimes or Pasion Del Cielo. However, they're in every corner, they're convenient, they're open from dusk til dawn, they move quickly, offer sugar-free syrups and they will satisfy your caffeine fix. For this and this reason only I give them 4 stars. Their food is pretty lousy for the most part.. but I hear wine is on the way, and that would be lovely.

This is my top 5 Starbucks. Always friendly service. They usually walk around and hand out samples for you to try. I like that as you will usually get hungry while your sitting with our friends. Plus, the food is good. I also like the location as its close to other restaurants and shops. I've been here 5 times in the past 3 days.

One thing they are great at is efficiency: a few of the times I've come in have been in the morning, and they're very efficient at serving the line hanging out the door. They get it done quickly and accurately. The place is roomy, and very pretty. But the service has always been lackluster... I don't know, maybe I'm spoiled by my jewels over at the SBUX on 8th St and 142nd Ave. But the baristas at this one on 107th just seem tired and bored, like they don't want to be there. If you ask them to check for something they don't have displayed on the counter (some stuff you have to ask for) they give a teeny tiny little sigh of inconvenience. And when it's slow, they seem lackadaisical, taking their sweet time getting to their stuff. They seem more interested in complaining about their personal lives to their co-workers than in serving their customers. Today was really what triggered me to write my review. I was extremely disappointed by my order! I asked for a White Mocha and some Whoopie Pies. The White Mocha tasted like foam and nothing more (where's the sweetness of the white chocolate? the soft kick of coffee?), and the Whoopie Pies were slightly stale, something that blew me away because in the years I've been frequenting sbux, I'd NEVER encountered anything stale... don't they get their stuff delivered fresh every day? All in all, it's a good place to get your shot of caffeine and a bite to eat on the run. But if you're expecting to be greeted like an old friend they haven't seen in years, I'd go to the Starbucks on Tamiami Trail and 142nd: I PROMISE you won't be disappointed!

This area needed a Starbucks! I was so happy when I saw it! The decor and everything is pretty much like any other Starbucks but they do have a lot of tables to lounge/study. There is only one bathroom (men/women) so there might be a wait if you need to go to the restroom. Soon there will be a Sergio's next door so now anyone can get their coffee fix in the same strip small- not too shabby!

This is my local spot for my afternoon coffee. Whether I'm in the mood for hot or cold, I know I'll find both here. The baristas here usually very nice and welcoming. Today I came in because of the launch of their six new frap flavors. I tried the cinnamon roll frap and it was delicious. A must try if you like cinnamon rolls. They also have a good selection for baked goodies like cookies, cake pops and brownies along with many other things. If you are looking for a good place to relax on your break, this Starbucks is definitely the one to come to. It has free wifi and it's usually very quiet.

Pretty good customer service, attend to you quickly. Have not gotten any of my orders wrong. I usually come to study and this location is always busy. So sometimes I get a little rocky chair and table in the back. But other than that it's good. The parking lot is shared with other businesses but there is always a spot available.
