This review is being updated mostly because of the staff at this Starbucks location. They kick my morning off with a smile. I feel like if I don't chat with Amanda or Aldo in the morning, then my day hasn't really started yet. They're fast, friendly, and some of the hardest workers I've ever seen at a Starbucks. The store is narrow and hard to move around on because they get really crowded, but no matter how many regulars come in, they're greeted warmly and often, the employees know their orders from memory. Two thumbs up from this caffeine fiend!

Next in line! I'll have a venti skim latte with an extra shot and two pumps of vanilla. (Writes down random English and Sanskrit letters on a paper cup.) That'll be $6. .... Other employee: What's that say? It's a 2V. What's a 2V? Two pumps of vanilla. Oh. OK. But that's is a latte, not a cappuccino? But you wrote a C there?? That's an L...? Oh..... ?????? *** You'll get your drink ten minutes after you walk in, but at least you have time to wonder why you decided to come here in the first place in the meantime.

I don't know why I keep coming to this Starbucks location it is bad. The employees show favoritism to their repeat customers and make everyone else wait in line. They don't give you correct change and make mistakes on orders. They do it all with a scowl on their face. Everyone should go to Dunkin Donuts a block away or the Whole Foods Market that just opened. This place is a #FAIL.

Okay, the products at all Starbucks locations are generally the same (and I like them), so that alone won't prompt me to write a review, let alone give five stars. However, the staff at this Starbucks makes all of the difference! Not only are they always friendly, they already remember what I order since I work in the area and stop in often. I have gotten to know several of them and I really appreciate the energy they bring into this Starbucks, the work they do and how friendly they are. Stop in, order something, say hello!

Not a whole lot to say about Starbucks. Visit on a workday afternoon and the place will be pretty crowded but they get you in and out in 2-3 minutes. Baristas are friendly and efficient. Love the chocolate spiced chai latte special this month, just don't look at the calorie count!

My co-workers are addicted to Starbucks. Like at-least-twice-a-day addicted. Lucky for them this 'Bucks is located right across the street from our office building. And while I do join them for the occasional morning (yes, and sometimes the afternoon) Starbucks run, I don't consider myself an addict. No matter how crowded this place gets (and boy does it ever considering its awkward layout and proximity to the courthouse), the baristas always have smiles on their faces, and are always ready to greet you by name and ask if you're having "the usual." No matter how long the line gets, you're practically guaranteed to be in and out in under 10 minutes. Hell, your drink (and breakfast sandwich, if that's your thing) may even beat you to the cash register! My standby fave, no matter the time of day, is a grande iced coffee with skim milk and 2 Splendas. Nothing fancy, but it works for me. And they always seem to get it exactly right with just the perfect amount of milk mixed in. Throw in a spinach & feta breakfast wrap at 9:00 a.m., and I'm good at least until mid-day. And they're open late (for Downtown), so if you need a caffeine fix after 4pm when all the Cuban cafes close, this 'Bucks has got what you crave.

So I was told by a manager from another Starbucks location that there's only ONE Starbucks in the Miami area that got a score of a 100 for the rigid health and cleanliness inspection done internally. And it is this Starbucks. None of the other Starbucks are as close. Always efficient and always clean. They even spend a lot of time focusing on cleaning more so than other Starbucks among its employees. For that reason, this Starbucks caught my attention. Yes - it's narrow, it's slim, it's not that comfortable to sit in (although you can always sit out). But it's always guaranteed that you'd get a good cup of joe in this Starbucks compared to the others.

This Starbucks is amazing! The people here are great to deal with, the Baristas don't do the fake smile with your coffee, they truly seem genuine. I go here everyday and have a huge order with different checks and they always get it right, always treat me with respect. The drinks are also always great and even if it's crowded, which, with the location it's in, it always gets crowded with different people. You have the kids from MDC, the lawyers, paralegals, and such from the court house, and the clerical staff or just people that work around here, you always get your drink in good timing.

I am dubbing this "Downtown West" due to the fact that there are three of them in downtown. This is a slimline store that has been shoved into a very odd corner space. The circulation is somewhat cramped as is the placement of the furniture. On nicer days, just walk across Flagler to the Urbanscape. I ordered a triple tall black and white mocha and waited at the far end of the bar. While rather close to the other Downtown locations, the flavor was rather off. I think I will stick with the "Downtown Central" location.

Although this Starbucks location isn't the biggest, the most comfortable or the most luxurious I've been to, It definitely has the smartest staff. Not only are these folks friendly & efficient, but they sometimes even remember what you normally have! They're also quick do what they can to make customers happy. The truth is this location isn't about hanging out and shooting the breeze. This Starbucks is right next to the courthouse and caters to lawyer types looking for a quick caffeine fix. If you want to sit around and philosophize, this isn't the Starbucks for you.

Typical Starbucks...very crowded due to small space but the service is decent. The coffee is what it is. The doors seem to open in a most unefficient fashion, swinging in rather than out which sucks due to the limited space and the line that forms to the door.
