The wait might be a little bit long but I love their coffees, I normally ask for a mocha and they make it super strong. There is also a very skinny guy, i wish i knew his name, and hes super fun. I ordered when he was about to leave work already and he was very patient and nice. I have to appreciate that. Oh, just today I had a coffee at Pasion del Cielo in Coral Gables and i honestly think they have nothing on this coffee im sipping right now.

I'm giving this Starbucks 3 Stars only because of its location. The store is right at the main entrance of Dolphin Mall and not surprising, it's always packed. There isn't enough seating available considering the volume of customers passing through. Since the baristas are trying to move quickly through the orders, customer service isn't all that great. And let's face it... Starbucks is a whole package. We enjoy the experience more than the great coffee. When I go to a Starbucks I expect the level of attention I'd get at Disney World.

Easily the slowest Starbucks I have ever been to. I work in the mall and more often than not I will go to the location on 107 because the service is quicker and friendlier. I was here yesterday before work and literally waited in line for 13 minutes (I timed it) and the line did not move...at all. I was on my way into work and saw that I had 20 minutes before I needed to clock in and thought I'd stop in for some coffee. Wrong! I ended up leaving the line so I wouldn't be late for work. Let me mention that while I was in line there was no one getting customer's orders ahead so that they can begin to prepare the order (as other Starbucks do). I did, however, observe 2 associates cleaning . Cleaning while the line is literally snaking out the door. Needless to say I will be getting my coffee on 107 before work from now on smh

Bad customer service. I had enough time to go to Victoria Secret buy something & come back to still wait another 30 mins! The kid also got my order wrong, & threw away the other drink rather than letting me have it for the inconvenience. Managers should be aware of this type of customer service.

This one suffers from location damnation - it has such a captive audience that they don't need to do anything to get more business, therefore .... they don't - a Starbucks is a Starbucks is a Starbucks, this one is in the mall and it hits the spot when needed - other than that .... not much more to say.

I'm not exactly a big fan of Starbucks to begin with because of their ridiculous prices on a friggin cup of coffee that takes 10 minutes to make one of their mocha-triple whipped-venti-caramel-f*ckachinos. I just want a goddamn cup of coffee! Now take into consideration that it takes them long enough to make just one drink, and you put this Starbucks location in the busiest mall in South Florida...right at the entrance so everybody that walks in thinks "I've gottta get me a frap", and you can picture the size of the line that this place accumulates. Now I'm a very patient man (don't let the above rant tell you otherwise), but if I'm going to pay top dollar for a cup of coffee...then I don't expect to wait 25 minutes on a line to get it. If you know that you have a location that gets this volume of business on a daily basis then you would imagine it would be fully staffed with baristas (which I hate calling them that...just make my damn beverage and stop trying to feel special by giving yourself a fancy name. This goes for you too mixologists!), but NOOOOO!!! You would be sadly mistaken! They have one person to take your order and one person making the coffee. For any other Starbucks location, this dynamic works fairly well, but not when you have a line that is 40 people deep. This location seriously needs to re-evalute its staffing needs to make sure they can get the people in and out. I've waited less time to get a well done steak!

The smell of coffee brewing, the cool, jazzy atmosphere, the people on their laptops...the smell of ...oh, I already said that. I'M ADDICTED!!!! Starbucks is AWESOME!! Any one you choose to go to!! Enough said!!!
