probably not the best Starbucks location but it's the only one downtown that's close to us. be prepared for a lot of homeless around this area, you get asked for change walking in and out of here, but that's not Starbucks fault. this location is on the small side, the tables always seem occupied so if you come here looking to get work done, it might be hard to scout out a spot. it always seems busy here. so excited that pumpkin spice season is finally here!!

The wifi NEVER works at this location!!! I have been to this location several times. The employees also say they aren't allowed to fix it. I watched several people walk out because of this issue. Plus this Starbucks is extremely run down. Just avoid this 3rd Ave. location. The best option is to just walk across the street to the Intercontinental, they have a Starbucks inside the hotel with much better seating, its kept much cleaner and the Wifi always works. Having Wifi is a big convenience, if you want to step out of the office to grab a quick bite and still get work done.

My Starbucks runs have become more few and far between in recent months, but when the green siren calls, this is my go-to location during the work-week. The staff is pleasant, and usually pretty fast in cranking out the drinks. Though sometimes it seems to take forever for a simple iced coffee to make its way to me. The location has indoor and outdoor seating, but the tables seem to be occupied during most of the day. If you're planning on hitting this 'Bucks to get some work done, you might want to reconsider. Overall, if you're on the east side of Downtown, this is the Starbucks for you.

I've come to this Starbucks a few times for coffee. The last time, the 3 women behind the counter were fooling around and joking with everyone and customers but please oh please, do NOT joke with me that you don't have coffee first thing in the morning before I've had my coffee!!!! Oh and they screwed up our order extra shots of expresso and soy in all the wrong places but at least they had coffee!

In the morning, in the afternoon this place is my regular stop... The staff is friendly and helpful. They work fast which is what u r looking for when u go to Starbucks. I love to take ham and cheese panini with my macchiato whenever I skip my breakfast:) I don t know hoe many calories are in that but please....don t tell me!!!

This Starbucks is the kind of place that I walk in & the Batista, Sandra, greets me and immediately starts preparing my usual (triple latte grande), she is awesome...good Customer Service makes every place worth coming back !!

Stopped in here while waiting for a friend to get out of work. They got my coffee right, however I sat and did some writing and the people working there were so frickin' loud. Going on about their drunken escapades & hook-ups. They also hit on a number of the male patrons. Strange.... I though I was at Starbucks, not Hooters.

Slowest staff in a Starbucks ever. Never seems to be a manager around and it's a very busy location. Be sure to leave yourself ~30 minutes to get anything. Could be understaffed.

I like this Starbucks better than the Mary Brickell one...cozier and better seating, but it gets super packed. Downtown and Brickell definitely need more Starbucks.

I love this Starbucks. In downtown, you have to fight through all of the tourists, people departing the boat, and some vagabonds, but this store does a fairly good job of keeping any malcontents away. The coffee always tastes good and the location is usually quite clean. Luckily I can walk, because if I had to find a place to park I would never come to this location.

Officially boycotting this location. My fiance has the same order every (other) day and they still cannot get it right and have the nerve to have attitude. If I am going to pay $5 for a cup of coffee get it right. They have so much turnover and they still cannot deliver. The location is great yet if you order anything other than a regular coffee they cannot get your order right, ask you to repeat your order upon handing it to you and then cop an attitude when they get it wrong. Hey, write the order down instead of trying to memorize it in that MDC head. Peeved? Yes. Over it? Yes. I will walk another 10 blocks to the Starbucks near the courthouse where they write down your order and actually get it right.
