Very well kept and run Starbucks here. They have everything you have at a normal and typical Starbucks. The baristas are very helpful with your service and drinks. This location is in a small shopping center near a Pet Supermarket and Footlocker. There is a also a Wall-mart behind it, so when your done with purchases or before you begin go here and grab a drink. It's also a good spot for studying since it's cozy and the best part of all silence. I wish the spot would be a little bigger other than that, no complaints.

I was extremely dissapointed with the quality of service I recieved. I asked for a Caramel Ribbon Crunch Frap and they me a Caramel Frap even though the cup clearly said C. R. C. F. I also asked for a Cake Batter Frap (which is on the secret menu), they had no idea what I was talking about. I had to Google the recipe so they could make it and they still got it wrong. I will NOT be going back to this Starbucks.

I ran into this location around 9 am to grab a quick pick me up before work. You have to enter the plaze and come into the parking lot from the back of the Starbucks. It wasnt that busy when I walked in, only had to wait behind one person in front of me. A young man took my order, he was friendly and quick amd verified my order at the end: Tall soy double shot pumpkin spice latte with a little whip cream. The other guy making my drink was nice, friendly, and gave me my drink with a nervous smile (I think he noticed me taking pictures of the place lol). My drink came out perfect. Strong, spiced, and woke me up with the first sip. This drink is very delicious and even after it gets cold it still tastes great. I personally love privately owned unique coffee shops but if there isnt one around when the zombie in me arises I have to visit a Starbucks (Dunkin doesnt have soy milk unfortunately). Furthermore, I find starbucks coffee very pricey. My drink today cost me $5.30. 0_0

Great coffee, as with all Starbucks. However, the customer service could be improved. The baristas are great, friendly, and quick to create your requested items. Where improvement is needed is with the cashiers and the way they handle their customers. Before being serviced, a young lady in front of me experienced bad customer service because of misinformation communicated. The customer was being patient and just mentioned what she received was wrong and needed to be replaced. When told that to the cashier, the cashier didn't take it too well and walked away several times without fully acknowledging with the customer what she needed-- causing the cashier to walk away a couple times. The customer finally was able to get what she requested and said "thank you", in which the cashier didn't acknowledge that and decided to serve me next; in which the service continued to still not be good. First, no greet when I said "good morning" to and once completed, of the items ordered, the coffee was never placed in, causing the barista to feel embarrassed since they had me wait around for my drink longer than expected. Definitely a training or an explanation from higher management should be done to help the cashier learn how to handle their customers better.

This is just sort of one of your typical plaza mall like smaller, "if you've seen one you've seen them all" type of Starbucks outlets with nothing descriptive about it or that would really set it apart from any other. I had simple coffee, good enough, but also one of their reduced fat turkey bacon and egg sandwiches which was totally bland, flat and without anything even closely akin to having a bacon flavor about it. I thought I'd try to kick it up somewhat, but no luck. This Starbucks not only doesn't seem to have or offer any hot sauces, but also no simple accoutrements or condiments on the counter with things like salt, pepper, ketchup or the like.

I was pleased this morning with my visit to Starbucks. The barista a handsome young man with a beard was pre taking orders as far back as 3 people in the line. By the time you finish payimg your drink was done and you're done with correct order. Very good service the cashier was also very good and friendly. There was a while back where the Starbucks was falling short of expectations but I think they've got their act together again. Thank you for my venti water with ice I remember the time last year when a girl that work there it would give me a tall water with no ice, that was horrible

I have been to this Starbucks a few times. It's no frills and they get the job done. I don't really like how the entrance to the location is but that's because of the Walmart plaza's design -- not very easy to navigate with traffic rushes.

After a terrible experience with a barista two weeks ago, i decided to come back this afternoon since i received an apology from another employee asking me to come back whenever i could. When I arrived, I was greeted warmly by Matthew and the other young lady who was working with him. They didn't know I was coming in or who I was since I purposely didn't call them to tell them I was coming, but I told them the situation and they did a great job of making me feel comfortable. Also there was a very friendly off- duty supervisor who quickly came to my aid and apologized on the rude barista's behalf. she quickly took matters into her own hands and gave me a drink on the house a Tall Vanilla Bean frap which she had upgraded to a Grande. Aaannndd, I think they added a few extra pumps of vanilla. Mmmmm! I was/am beyond grateful. The fact that the supervisor wasn't even on the clock won me over. I had my mind set on never setting foot in there again, but the staff this time around changed my mind completely.

Things I love about this location: It is 2 minutes away from my house and the Baristas are always quick and friendly. Things I hate about this location: The parking lot is terrible; not alot of spots and always crowded!!!! Overall, it's a Starbucks like any other and it gets the job done!

Uggh, I don't often go to Starbucks being a Dunkin girl myself but when I do it's usually this one. Every time I go I remember that I have to go out of my way for service, parking always sucks because of it's location in a mini plaza with a tmobile sprint pet supermarket and a payless I cannot! Anyways it's always a quick thing for me once I fight for parking light mocha frap please and thank you.

What a young, fun staff, and I love that they all spoke English too. There was really no one in there - so I had no wait whatsoever. Overall - a pretty great Starbucks. Can't say I'll be back as I live no where close to here, nor do I even really like Starbucks. It's all just too complicated for me. I'm a cortadito girl. But for $4.00 - I had me a pretty darn good vanilla soy venti cap.
