There's always people at the front (by the cashier) which I love. The staff is attentive and the variety of smoothies/snacks/ protein shakes is pretty good. It's definitely in a convenient location with available parking in the back. Perfect for a quick, healthy snack!

If I lived in Miami I would end my relationship with coffee & start buying smoothies here way too frequently. The staff here was very helpful & friendly. I instantly fell in love with the Green Tea Tango (matcha green tea, vanilla frozen yogurt, vanilla protein blend, turbinado, choice of fruit - I picked goji... even though I have no idea what goji or turbinado are). It was so good! The matcha wasn't anywhere near as strong as I feared it would be and the frozen yogurt really made this drink amazing. Considering the size of the smoothies I don't think the prices are too bad at all. Pb got one too but I do you really think I paid any attention to what he was drinking? I was way too focused on enjoying my delcious green tea tango. Wish we had one of these in CT :(

The King alright! I have been waiting for a long time for something like this to open up around these areas. I really can't get myself a fresh shot of wheatgrass in this neighborhood. I don't usually go to Smoothie King during the winter because I prefer natural juices to smoothies but I really wanted my shot and have walked right past this location one too many times. As soon as I walked in I had to use my hand to close my jaw. This is the "King" of Smoothie King locations. It has to be the largest I have yet to visit. The store shelves a variety of healthy foods, products, and nutritional supplements. The summer is right around the corner and I anticipate my frequency of visits to increase dramatically!

AMAZING! oKay. So, I'm from the west coast where we have a different chain of smoothies and Smoothie King by far supersedes many other establishments! I went in every day ( after all I had to take advantage of my time there) I saw a few regulars come in every day. The staff was so nice and friendly. I also tried a few treats such as the frozen chocolate banana and something in the front near the cashier..I wish I could remember. Anyway, everything i tried was delicious i can't wait to either move to Miami or just go back!

It's all about the Liquid Lunch. Options for every hippie, yuppie, or just plain thirsty dude (or dudette). Obviously Smoothie King, like any huge chain, can vary widely from location to location. This one in particular has been pretty good every time -- even when they were having issues with their POS system. And if you need some solid food, Salad Creations and The Daily are right next door!

Love their Lean 1 smoothie. It's lactose free and great for an on the run meal. It holds me up till dinner. Very tasty and filling.

A smoothie from here was the best thing I had all day. I picked the Green Tea Mango: Matcha Green Tea, Choice of One Fruit (Banana), Vanilla Frozen Yogurt, Vanilla Protein Blend, Turbinado, Soy Protein, and I added almonds and Kale. I was full for most of the day after. I know it's not that healthy to replace meals with smoothies, but after chowing down like a piglet for Christmas, I can afford to skip a few meals or so, replacing them with smoothies from this place. This particular location is on the street level of a condo building right in between The Daily and Salad Creations and less than three blocks from the hotel I'm staying in, The Hilton Downtown Miami. What a treasure! It's not much of a cafe, but it is a great place to pop in on the go. They have an almost an entire wall lined with many shelves carrying Pro-bars, vegan snacks, gluten-free, raw food, roasted nuts, chips, pretzel crisps and cookies. They also carry frozen foods like Amy's Kitchen and healthier pizzas and other snacks in their coolers. I was impressed that they had high alkaline water, Evian, Perrier, and lots of bottled juices to choose from besides their smoothies. I feel like we made a trip to the health food store without having to make a trip to the health food store. Although, I suppose Smoothie King is just a mini-health food store. Kind of like a healthy foodie nut's dream mini mart. It's places like this that make it refreshing to know that mindful eating and progressive thinking can and do exist outside of California, Denver and New York! Go Smoothie King! Hey-- Smoothie King-- If you're looking to start another franchise, hit me up! (I'm only half joking...)

At least look like you enjoy your job. Same story every time I come here. Rude and unfriendly employees that treat you like you are doing them a favor. No "greeting" ,no " thank you", no "please".

I haven't had a bad experience here yet.. staff is polite, shop is clean. I usually go for a small mangofest so the price isn't out of control. I'd be here more often if parking (like everything in the Downtown area) wasn't such a nightmare.

This was my first and last time at smoothie king. Customer services was horrible the blonde girl was really rude and had an attitude. She was more interested on what was going on on the storage room. There was water dripping from the ceiling. I wouldn't recommend this smoothie king.

Horrible service. The team on shift after 5:00pm provided horrible service. The cashier was completely unfriendly, seemed irritated when asked twice about something, and then my shake was running over and they didn't even try to fix it. I had to come back and ask for a replacement because the shake got all over my stuff. Upon returning for this, the employees weren't apologetic at all. I'll definitely NOT be returning to this Smoothie King!

Great smoothie but not so great customer service. I walked in around 915 pm and the staff was rushing me and rude. I get it, it was late and they wanted to go home. But I was just shocked and disappointed because I always have such a good experience at smoothie king.

I don't care for smoothies but I come here for my daily wheatgrass shot. Their always friendly and efficient and I'm in and out in a matter of minutes. My friends rave about the smoothies so i'll take their word for it. I also love their selection of snacks and bottles drinks. Yay for smoothie king

Yum! I love how they have a smoothie for everything! If you are trying to stay/get slim, build muscle, get energy, they have a lot of options! Their Angle Food Smoothie is a must try. I believe you can also add boosters to your smoothie, but I never have. The prices are a little high for just a shake, but I think they are worth it since they are packed with all sorts of good things for your body. They also sell healthy snacks/frozen food, supplements and other vitamins. Defiantly worth trying out :)

fyi turbinado = sugar. difference with jamba juice is that you have all those protein or additives in the standard combos. but here there is acai and also mangosteen.

I've been to this location multiple times - today during lunch being one of them. I went around 12:15 and it took about 10 minutes to find parking - they do offer FREE parking in the garage but because the strip where the Smoothie King is located is populated by other popular business such as Citibank & The Daily Creative the parking is limited. The staff are always beyond friendly and I have yet to encounter a crowd of people waiting, once I order it usually takes 5 mins to get my smoothie. They have two small tables and two chairs to sit down and wait or hang out for a few mins.Big PLUS* the bathrooms, counter tops & tables are always clean. They offer health food bars & energy drinks, but they are a little pricey! Make sure to get a frequent buyer card after 9 punches your 10th smoothie is free :)
