Sal's is familiar enough to be relaxed, but formal enough to separate itself from the faux-Italian likes of Olive Garden, etc.. I've had at least a dozen dishes here, always better than expected, always surprisingly affordable for the portion size. A great spot for both lunch and dinner, for family or a brunch date. The food's quality doesn't even diminish through delivery, which is a common problem in Italian restaurants. The service hasn't ever let me down either, you'll find that the waiters are friendly and helpful, and the food'll reach your table before you can wonder, "When's my plate gonna arrive?" even once. One time a waiter even gave my little brother a quick tour of the kitchen, because he'd expressed interest in pizza-making while the waiter was delivering our food. Highly recommend it!

Had an amazing experience tonite. Love our waitress Kristi. She always make us feel welcomed. Her service is so attentive. Really enjoyed the Penne a la Vodka with chicken. It was served on time and very hot. Paired nicely with the House Cabarnet. If u have a VIP the discount is amazing. Otherwise it's 2 for 1. Not very busy tonite. Which is surprising since its prime time mall shopping. I truly believe to give back to your community. We don't have many down to earth, home made Italian in this neck of the woods of Cutlerbay. I highly recommend visiting here instead of the Olive Garden.

So glad I found this place. I was doing a favor for a friend to pick up some lunch & she recommended the eggplant soup it was SO GOOD! my only regret is that I should have gotten the large instead of the small. Deff going back.

We stopped by after spent two days in Everglades to have some proper food. Usually shopping mall restaurants are nothing special, however this is totally an exception! We had clam sauce linguini and tilapia. Entree came with either soup or salad and home made garlic roles. Their garlic roles were puffy and topped with shaved provolone cheese! It went very well with their tomato basil soup and any sauce on your plates! The linguini came with lots of clams and the sauce was light with a hint of sweetness! Very good balance! Tilapia was in a Marsala sauce with squeezed lemon juice! The fish was lightly egg-battered, the crust picked up lots of flavors from the sauce, it was just brilliant! Service was excellent! Friendly and considerate! Highly recommend to people with craves of Italian food!!!

I work very close to Sal's so I order from them regularly for delivery. I have a love and hate relationship with this place. First thing is that I get the same thing almost every time (I order from them at least once a week) and I'm always getting charged differently. Sometimes they'll charge me the price for the mall employees, sometimes they don't! Sometimes they will add on a delivery fee and other times its not there. I wish there was some consistency. I normally get the grilled chicken with steamed vegetables and it's always good, the garlic rolls are delicious and I absolutely love their eggplant soup or tomato soup. In regards to other lunch offerings, I've had the penne and I wasn't that impressed. The lasagne is really good. And I only ordered the chicken parm once but it wasn't anything to write home about. Would I come here if it wasn't two seconds away from my office? Probably not. The food is good but I've had better Italian. I mostly come here because of the convenience of the restaurant and the fact that they deliver.

Awesome! Great pizza, and garlic rolls! 2 for 1 house wine (chianti is yum). Live entertainment Friday (other nights too, but we went on a Friday) Love this place. Everything is fresh. Recommended.

I really love Sal's!! Great Italian food! The menu has a huge variety, with great prices, and it is all made fresh on the spot. The proof is in the taste. The owner Sunny is very helpful and the staff is very friendly. I have been there quite a few times and tried many different dishes; without ever being disappointed !! I'll be back soon.

A jewel in the mall. Very good food and live music.

The pizza isn't all that good, customer service tends to be shaky. The pizza is thin and barely has any cheese on top. They have had multiple health code violations, they have pretty good deals on some days. But at what expense hopefully not to my health.

Went here for a friend's wedding dinner. At first I was a little taken back because, a mall? And in Southland mall at that? But let me tell you, the food was amazing! I enjoyed the singing they had going on and after a bottle of wine, everything was perfect for me. I had fun in this little place. I tried the chicken Marsala, so bueno! I also took a bite of the hubby's penne vodka, oh yesssss! The food and service was awesome! We will be back again. Not bad for a place in the mall.

Good pizza, but terrible servers. It took 25 mins to get the check, and the server was not very on top of my table. I understand I was eating a lunch special, but diligence with your customers is key. Disappointed

Gluten free pasta !!! Can't believe it this far down south in south Miami! I didn't think that people down here had even gotten the news of this relatively recent allergy out break for gluten-intolerant citizens such as myself! They offer not 1 but two different types of gluten-free pasta =) PS. The service here is always super amazing food comes out super fast with a super friendly staff, come here if you want great tasting food everything is always orgasmic!

Don't waist your money here. The food is horrible and over priced. The employees are rude and nasty. Whoever gave them more than one star must be employees here..This place is close to my house so we decided to try it out. My husband bought 3 coupons through a site for a discounted price. With the first coupon we dined in and the food was expensive and nasty. The garlic rolls are gross and hard , their fettuccine sauce has no flavor , and the dishes are small kid portion sizes you would figure for what ur paying u would get an adult plate. We still had two coupons left so for the second we decided on pizza for take out. Their pizza is a tiny bit better than the dishes. So for the third coupon we decided to do the same. When I got there to pick up the pizza they wouldn't accept my coupon because some fat rude little waitress kept on insisting that we had to dine in to use the coupon. I stood there and I read the coupon out loud and showed them that it did not state anywhere that we had to dine in to use the coupon plus we had done it before. She stood there and told me she didn't care what the coupon said that I had to dine in! The boy behind the counter that was absolutely clueless told me that the coupon says it does not include tip so it means I have to dine in! WOW! Seriously??!!!! I ended up throwing the coupon out and I guess they would rather loose a customer than to loose money on a pizza and take a few bucks off! I will never go here again and will tell all my friends to avoid this place at all cost!!!!

I am giving Sal's at this location two stars. We found the place through an app on our phone called places, and it had a pretty good rating. The food was delicious. The problem was the service. The restaurant was pretty empty, the waiters had nothing to do, but our waiter was missing in action for the most part. We didn't get any complimentary bread like everyone else. We got seated by the door and we found out that our waiter was outside having a conversation with someone else for the longest we didn't even get refills for water or soda since he served us the first time. The food I recommend but not the service. They had employees texting while on the floor working.

The food is nasty and overpriced. Yuck!

We eat at Sal's regularly - it's hard to find a good restaurant down here in the South! We enjoy it everytime. The pasta dishes are delicious, the pizza is wonderful. A small pizza is great for one person and probably with enough to take home. The eggplant is great! The wait staff is phenomenal - very attentive and friendly - not afraid to engage you in conversation.

    (4)
  • T H.

Good specials and excellent service every visit. The food tastes fresh and they have a good variety of dishes on the menu. This last visit the wait staff brought out a sample of the soup of the day. Wow, creme of carrot was excellent! The kids also enjoyed their meals.

Vegetarian's beware! When I asked the difference between their marinara and tomato sauce, they said the marinara contains fish and the tomato contains beef (bones). When I asked what they did have for vegetarians, they shrugged, then asked if I really minded a few ounces of anchovies in the whole pot of sauce. Oh, also, people with FISH ALLERGIES, beware, too. I can't rate the food or service because we left at that point. What kind of Italian restaurant doesn't have good options for vegetarians?? This is likely a problem with the whole chain, so check that out in your area, too.

Still a new place for the Cutler Ridge Mall. I have been here before several times with better service. The service today was not that good. There was some young male who was busing tables/cleaning them with a chemical spray and setting the tables so quickly, you KNOW he did not wash his hands before re-setting the tables. Also this is the same person who was bringing out the food from the kitchen and had NO idea what table it went to. The waiter had the wrong order on our ticket and it tood too long for the food to come to come out. NOT routine here!

As always had the best food and service!! I can't rave enough about it!! From back of the house to front to the owner... Truly awesome! Ask for. Christie lee.. The best server ever!!! Love this place!!

Good hearty Italian family cuisine. The food is delicious and tastes as if it is made from scratch. Starting from the roasted garlic in olive oil dip you get with the bread, the balsamic vinaigrette, then delving into the main course, ravioli in pink sauce, spaghetti in garlic and olive oil, ... to the dessert - particularly the tiramisu, all were really good and tasty. I didn't care much for their pizzas, but my kids do. Buon apetito!

  • Freddy C.

The pizza is actually good. I guess because I was starving. The only thing I was disappointed was the garlic rolls. When we got it. It was cold. Idk why when everything else was hot and fresh. A Little expensive but kind of knew it was. I'll come back for sure

    (4)
  • James P.

The Linguine with clam tasted burned. Not good at all. The pizza was ok. The sauce was too sweet. I had a salad with entree but it never came. I would give it another shot though, just in case I was there on a off day. Don't expect to be back soon though.

I have been to this place a few times and have been pleasantly surprised. Out of all the dishes I have tried the chicken parmesan has been the stand out. The servers are always very attentive and the lunch/dinner specials are inexpensive.

Sal's Ristorante is one of two sit down, dine in restaurants in the Southland Mall. There are quite a few kiosks and the food court, but the only o r her traditional "restaurant" in Southland is Johnny Rockets. Sal's is a restaurant with Italian fare. The bruschetta appetizers are very good, as is the no fuss caprese salad. My children enjoy the cheese pizzas very much, and on Tuesdays you can get them at a discounted price. I usually get the California salad which is very delicious. It has candied pecans, avocado, grilled chicken breast, and arugula. Their dressing comes on the side which is great if you're watching your fat intake. As far as the soups, I tried the pasta e fagioli and I found it a bit salty and unremarkable. The drinks are traditional fountain drinks but the also have a wine menu. The wait staff is extremely friendly and helpful. We don't usually have to wait long to have our order taken. They chwck on us during our meal to see if we need anything else or if our drinks need refreshing. Some nights they have entertainment, a young man sings Italian Ballads. I recommend Sal's for lunch or dinner!

    (4)
  • Gisy V.

The food is good but overpriced for the portion they give. If it wasn't because I went with a restaurants.com certificate, I would not pay full price for their food. Also I didn't like the fact the owner/manager was micro managing our waitress...annoying!

    (3)
  • Jeanny Q.

Nice place, good food and good service. The waitress (Jennifer) was great at explaining the menu and making suggestions.

  • William B.

I used to order delivery from Sal's years ago and I drew the line when in one of the soups I ordered, I found a chewed toothpick. In addition, I also found a dead fly in the salad. So sad that this place had so much potential and instead has let us down with their poor cooking and service.

Came here several times while working at the mall. You get a nice discount and separate menu for mall employees. Never ordered pizza only order subs. And they were great !

  • Janet M.

Amazing pizza. But eat it fast because once it gets cold..very hard. The garlic bread is amazing as well.

  • Fausto P.

Im there almost every weekend for the past 5 years. Its been through a few different owners but the current owner now seems to have a good grasp of the business. Food is better now and they even have a guy singing on the weekends! I usually ask for special pasta dishes not on the menu and they never have any issues getting them done. Soups are always awesome snd seem to be home made. By the way take your movie ticket and save 10 or 20 percent off ur bill!!

  • Chantelle F.

I work near the mall and Sal's is my favorite place to order lunch from! Great food at great prices! Their chicken Caesar wrap is the best around and the chic. parm. sub is great! Their staff is friendly and delivery is fast! If you order frequently they keep your info on file.

Stopped in last night for the second time. Instead of pizza we went with some of their specialty dishes as the wife ordered the chicken marsala and I had Sal's Baked Sampler which included a meatball, ravioli, baked ziti (yessssss), and lasagna. The portion for the baked sampler was perfect, just enough to satisfy for the meal and still enough room for dessert. I think I'll go with this order again next time we stop in. Henry was our server and took great care of us, he is the example of what the standard of excellence should be in dining services. Thank you for a wonderful dining experience.

We were looking for a place to catch a quick meal before a movie. We decided to give this place a try. The service was great we had a real friendly waitress from New York who knew what she was doing. We ordered a variety of things like pizza, calamari and soups. The atmosphere was cozy. The best part was the crooner they they have there on fridays. The guy can sing and he is like 22 or something. In the end the food was ok really and nothing to write home about. Unfortunately once we got home everyone in my family got got the runs and I definitely think it was the food. Sorry Sal, but we wont be coming back!!!!

Was VERY surprised to find a good Italian restaurant in the Cutler Bay area. We went on a Saturday night and were greeted by a Lounge-style crooner singing Frank Sinatra and Dean Martin. He was very good. Our kids had the pizza and destroyed it. My wife had the chicken parm and I had a few bites and it was delicious. Tender, well seasoned and not over saucy. I ordered the Lasagna and was surprised that it didn't taste like a red sauce disaster. It was very good and had a good meat/ricotta balance. What I WOULD like to take a moment to mention was the service. I don't remember our waiter's name but he was excellent excellent. Very attentive, answered all of our questions, polite, I can't say more great things about our service there. With good food and good service, this place blows the Olive Garden infront of it away.

Little hidden gem in a mall? You have to see it and try it to believe it. The food is great and the staff even better. We have been going back again and again because of those 2 reasons. I had the chicken parmesan stromboli the last time I went and it was really good.

  • Bryan R.

Let me start off by saying I LOVE ITALIAN FOOD, but this has to be the worst effort I've witnessed. Pretty sure I just had a Caesar salad drenched in hidden valley dressing. The fettucini Alfredo was just unbelievably bland. I thought salt could save it...I was wrong. Best parts of the meal were the raspberry iced tea and the garlic bread. I expected a little more from a restaurant located in a popular mall. I found it to be over priced as well. Wife said the pizza reminded her of elementary school.

I just saw a huge cockroach horrible left quickly from the restaurant. Bathroom was dirty too. Such a shame

In the 3 years I've been in the southern Florida area every time I come to Sal's with friends, family or by myself the food has been outstanding. This true Italian restaurant is the real deal. I grew up with a very loving Italian Grandmother that spoiled me on better food. She would be proud that I have kept my standards high. I have tried a variety of their pizzas, multiple meat lasagnas, many Ziti dinners, wings, grilled salmon, carrot cake and others I don't remember at the moment. Really, you must try them and report back here!

  • M L.

Sal's is awesome! I moved down here from NYC about a year ago and have been trying to find a place that has Italian food comparable to what I get in New York. I was recommended Sal's by a friend, and it did not disappoint. This is now my go to spot for great, authentic Italian food and New York style pizza. Great food and great service. I definitely recommend it.

Im from California and looking for some good italian food, and i found it. Sals restorante was delicious, i had the chicken marsala it was really delicious. The wings where good and the bread was so delicious, first time eating the bread like that. Now its back to California for me, thank you Miami for the great experience!

I had the worst Italian restaurant experiencenof my life at this place. Maybe they ran out of ingredients, because everything we ordered that was not pizza was smothered in French onion soup...not sure if it came from a can or a pouch, but definitely disgusting. Also, the roasted red peppers tasted as if they had just been pulled out of a jar. Again, disgusting. The place was not full, so there was no obvious reason why the kitchen resorted to using those ingredients. It seems some people have had great experiences here. I'm happy for them, but no member of my family or friends will ever eat there againwhen there are so many really good, consistently good, Italian places in Kendall, etc. One star, because apparently giving zero stars is not allowed.

    (1)
  • Madeleine C.

The service was outstanding. Food was.. okay. Not bad. pizza was thin and crispy. Calamari was chewy. Clam pasta was very very oily. Chicken Marsala was outstanding. Pasta e Fagioli soup was very very good. I like this place better than diNapoli but it's not on par with some better places like Villagio, Ana Capri, etc. It's more a diNapoli / the Big Cheese type of establishment. So, for that, they get 4 stars because I like it better than both of them and the ambiance is nice.

Just moved to a remote part of Cutler Bay and were relieved to learn a non-chain pizza place would deliver to our address. When we tasted the food we were thrilled it was this one! Pizza was pleasantly thin, generously topped, with a light, fresh tasting sauce and cooked well, with a doughy, chewy outer crust very much worth eating. Holy Moly, the Paccheri Bolognese was good! SO homemade tasting, rich, creamy, ultra tender meat sauce with sweet peas and carrots clinging to lovely al dente Paccheri pasta. Obviously made with love, and worth every penny. The Vesuvio and Caramel Red Velvet desserts were to die for and had everyone moaning with each bite. Delivery was ridiculously fast. What a fabulous first experience. Can't wait to try more!

I do not like Little Caesars. This place makes Little Caesars seem like gourmet pizza. The pizza was bad. The $13 salad was tiny. They raised the price of my meal when I attempted to used the yelp voucher.

My neighborhood go to place for a pizza fix. I've had them for delivery/pick up/ and dine in and each time their pizza tastes as good as it just got out of the oven, nice and hot. Health freaks beware of the meat grease lingering on your pizza! Haven't tried other dishes other than pizza so can't give 5 stars

If you're in the mood for some good pizza, check out Sal's Ristorante, and ask for our server Jason, which was AMAZING!!!! We had a pepperoni pizza which was fresh and the sauce was delicious as well!! Favorite part was dessert which was a red velvet lava cake with dulce de leche filling! It was to die for! Overall, food was great and our server was always on top refilling & making sure we were satisfied. He explained everything, since it was our first time there, and well, I definitely recommend to anyone! :)

Really good casual Italian American food. My favorite is their pasta in some sort of pink vodka sauce. They also deliver. (Would give an extra star for some COKE.)

The pizza here is so good! Try it with meatballs, ricotta, onions and mushroom! Also, they make some things on order. I love carbonara and although they don't have it listed as a menu item they will gladly prepare it for me when i order delivery. Its tough finding good pizza in Cutler Bay and this is my fav!

We were in the area visiting friends,2couples, we were heading up to Ft Lauderdale and asked our friends if there was any good NY style Pizza close by. On arrival we were treated as guests and when the aroma from the kitchen hit us we all guessed we were in for more than a pizza treat We ordered more than we could. Eat because we wanted to try as many dishes as we could handle. And frankly we were laughing about how much money we were saving from the Ft Lauderdale restaurants we had already experienced and soooo much better Not one of the close to 10 dishes. And 2 pies was a disappointment. But a surprisingly great food Experience.

This restaurant was an experience of unmet expectations. I was lured in by the ambiance of a neighborhood Italian restaurant set in the contrasting plastic style of Southland Mall. The seating was prompt, management checked on us during the meal and the busboys were busy keeping the place clean. The disappointment was in the food. I had Chicken Marsala and my wife had Chicken Portobello Marsala. The meals were definitely average. My salad had an earthy taste and the salad portion was small. The spaghetti sauce was bland, almost Chef Boyardee type. I would have to say that the service is definitely better from what the other reviewers experienced, but the food is at mall food court quality at an Italian restaurant price.

My boyfriend and I wanted to go to a local fair by his house but by the time I got to his place, we were both super hungry. So he suggested to go to Sal's as he hadn't been there in such a long time and it was my first experience there. So we went. We took a look at their specials and I immediately looked at the board that stated 2 for one drinks ALL DAY EVERYDAY! I was thinking after a long day, I need my alcohol. So breaking my Saturday night tradition I had some. When we got in the restaurant, it was a bit empty with a couple of tables but we were seated at a nice booth location. Our waitress Angela was very pleasant. She reminded us about the specials which we already saw and the 2 for 1 which I immediately raised my hand and wanted the pinot grigio 2 for 1 please!! My boyfriend just ordered water. As I was about to ask for some bread while we were deciding on what to eat, Angela brought some small garlic bread rolls topped with shredded cheese. It was warm and toasty. Delicious! Never had that type of garlic bread. We went straight for the entrees, I ordered the create your own pasta dish. I ordered the angel hair pasta with meatballs and tomato sauce which came with a side of soup or salad and I chose the salad. My boyfriend ordered Penne Alia Vodka that consisted of sauteed prosciutto with fresh garlic, fresh tomatoes and fresh basil in a pink vodka sauce. I was happy! Finally he ate something with vodka in it LOL! I tasted his dish. It was delicious but the sauce a bit on the heavy side which made me feel great that I had my pasta dish. This also came with a side and he chose the soup. There were two types of soup that they were serving that day Carrot and Bean soup. He wanted to have a small taste of both to decide which to choose. Therefore Angela brought him both soups in small taster cups. I tasted the carrot soup and it was great. Very smooth. However, he wanted a soup with some pasta in it so he chose the bean soup. When our entrees came, I was surprised! My portion of my meal was perfect and he took some of his dish home. It was a perfect evening trying out a good new italian restaurant. Will definitely come back for the 2 for 1 and to try some more dishes.

Nice neighborhood Italian-American restaurant. Prices are a little high and the food is your stereotypical Italian stuff. Pizza is actually pretty good, place is decorated and furnished nicely. Wait staff is average at best. Management is excellent.

I've been a Sals customer for the last 5 years - mainly take out. Not sure what's going on, but 2013 is not a good year for Sals. Just picked up take out today and threw it away - inedible. It was chicken parm - really, it's not that difficult. And my last 2 take out orders were not good either. Plus, the place is looking run down. Even the Big Cheese can do better, in comparison. Let's get it together - Cutler Bay needs Italian.

I never expected to find such a great place in Southland Mall! The prices are a wee bit steep but its the best pizza I've had in Miami. And you can usually find coupons on their website. The crust is always perfectly toasted and all the ingredients taste fresh. The Shrimp Scampi Pizza is AMAZING!!! I try a different pizza each time-their small pizzas are the perfect individual size- its probably enough to share, but its so good I always eat it all myself. I would give it 5 stars, but the garlic bread is just ok and you have to pay for it. I believe that bread should always be complimentary. And again, the prices are a little high for pizza. Still, I love Sal's and I will not be cheating on them with the new Olive Garden across the street!

Sal's is a great place to come for lunch if you're in the area or shopping at the mall. They have really cheap specials and many of then bring a lot of food so it keeps the boys happy. Most recently I got a house salad, slice of pizza, and 1/2 chicken parm sub for $5.95. The pizza was decent and the sub was pretty good. The salad was the highlight with fresh baby greens and a house dressing that was tasty. I also like that they serve Pepsi products. We ordered catering from Sal's for our office once and everyone loved it. They can make their pasta dishes in large trays for a group and we ordered a big salad to go with it. It's a great option in the area and really cheap for what you get.

How this place has 4 stars is beyond me. Maybe it's all the children at the mall? The pizza is horrible, the lasagna tastes like medicine, lets not even talk about the pasta. And the price! EXPENSIVE CRAP

I could not be paid enough to eat here. The staff is unprofessional, talking about private matters in public. I ordered an extra cheese pizza and mine was exactly like my friends pizza who did not order extra cheese. After asking the manager on duty he says " this is the portion of extra cheese for each pizza", there was no flexibility or desire to exceed customers expectations, it was never fixed nor was I offered anything else to replace it. The attitude given was "sorry if you don't like, but tough cookies" FYI, you can tell the food was frozen and they just through some sort of sauce over it, not cool. The staff doesn't care, the manager doesn't care, but i care enough to tell you to AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS.

Sal's is good Italian food, in a nice atmosphere, for a decent price. After a long flight I headed to Sal's for a work dinner and it was a nice place to relax and eat after the trip. There was plenty of wine to choose from and the server was quick to take our drink orders and bring some yummy bread for our table. I had a delicious penne vodka and house salad, but you will find more than just the staple traditionals on the menu of you're interested in trying something new. It's a good place to bring a group and any picky eaters because of its large menu, reasonable pricing, and welcoming atmosphere.

I love Sal's! It's like a mom and pop place but it's actually a franchise.

We went here last week, and I have never had to wait so long to be served. The restaurant was empty. We were the only people there, and it still took about 30 minutes for somebody (the bus boy) to come to our table. He took our order as best as he could, and then a few minutes later, a server came to take our order again. I ordered some pasta and asked for the potato soup. She messed up my order and gave me the wrong soup, but quickly returned with the right one, which was delicious. The pasta, on the other hand, left much to be desired. My partner was also not pleased with his seafood dish. The desserts are delicious, but everything is very overpriced. We probably won't be back.

Where is the 0 star option? We had to ask to be seated, we had to ask twice for a waiter, and after our order was taken, two tables that arrived after us received their drink orders, but our drinks (just wine, nothing fancy) never arrived. We left, and no one noticed.

Great lunch specials here! For about 8$ you get soup or salad, and you can mix and match either 2 slices, a slice and 6" chicken parm, meatball etc. The food is relatively good, lobster bisque actually has lobster in it and more than one piece. It is in southland mall which is not my favorite mall or area but since I work in area I am glad I have Sals here.

I have eatin here numerous times and have never been dissappointed. The fact that this place is in a mall does not make it mall food. I had the Lobster Ravioli and it was great!!! The price is a lil expensive but its worth the price. The service I got was awesome and they were very attentive and checked on us regularly. I had the tiramisu and i must say it was one of the best i have had. If you are in the Southland mall i suggest you check it out. Even if its in the mall...go for it...then do some shopping...

I took my mom and wife to Sals for a nice Italian dinner. Our seats were close to the pizza station where there was a constant pounding of something and there was a very loud waitress/manager who screamed across the restaurant for the entire time we were there. The food was good but hardly worth the poor service and noise. It was a typical mall experience.

Italian Cuisine

The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.

Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.

If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.
