It's terrible. Don't bother..service was terrible and the food followed the same. The chicken bella was bland and the wait staff fights about whose table it is.

This was good. On pare with this type of restaurant. The food average, drinks good, service good. Didn't have any issues. Good salad bar. Good for families. Close to Zoo. I would come back if around here. Enjoy

I've been sitting in the Bar area for 20 mins now and still have not been served. Place is not that busy for them not to notice, that's a lack of customer service. I hope the service and food makes up for that. Food took the rating up a few notches. Salad and wings were great. Bar did not have silverware to go, poor customer service since the bar takes to go orders. My overall rating today is 3 stars

Been going here for the past two years. The bar tenders are real friendly and treat you like family ! Richard the manager is very kind and always walking around to greet his customers. The place is really clean and for that I give them 5 stars!

For a chain restaurant, we usually get good service here. I mainly go for their sandwhich variations and the salad bar.

Easily comparable to a less hyped Chilies or apple bees. The service is average and it could be way better and more improved. The Texas cheese fries are so good and great for 2-3 person appetizer. I usually get the the Cajun pasta and it's great. You are looking at around 10-15$ a plate and it's nice for night out with the family, or to catch a game.

I come here often. The staff is courteous and attentive. The menu has a good variety and they have a full liqueur bar. They will accommodate off-menu food requests where possible. It is a great place to catch televised sporting events, especially any Miami pro team. So if you want a cold beer, good food and interaction with your crossings neighbors, come on down and enjoy the ruby!

I went here to have a casual birthday dinner with my mom one year and I'd rather not repeat at least at this restaurant. The restaurant wasn't even packed and I felt rush to eat. My mom and I had bad costumer service. The food wasn't even that good. Thank god, I was given a gift card here because I wouldn't want to spend my money there ever!

I avoid chains as much as possible, but what's a guy to do when they're offering free food?? I had TWO coupons for a free "handcrafted" burger from a facebook promotion they had, so I took the wife and kid for lunch two days in a row. On the first visit I had the Alpine Swiss burger, which was as juicy and tender as a burger is legally allowed to be. The wife went with the soup and unlimited salad bar. The soup was good, and the bar was as clean, stocked, varied, and appealling as any I've seen. You can't beat that for $8.99. On the second visit I went with the Boston Blue burger. The patty is smothered in bbq sauce then topped with crumbled blue cheese and onion rings. YEEOOOWWW! The wife had the salad bar again, but instead of soup opted for three sides: mashed garlic cauliflower, spaghetti squash, and grilled green beans. Her eyes were rolling back so I think she liked it. My 5 y.o. had a grilled cheese both times, but at RT a simple grilled cheese has a panache you won't find in one served in most places. Add to all this the friendly service, and I think Tuesday's just made a customer for life, or at least for the rest of August which is when the 25% off coupon I have is good for.

Went for lunch with the family after a day at the zoo. Very clean interior and very prompt and friendly service. It's a chain restaurant so for what it is it was very good.Hubby enjoyed the salad bar and said everything was fresh, clean and plentiful. The bathrooms were also very clean. I eat on the healthy side and ordered the top sirloin fit & trim with spaghetti squash and brocolli. Hubby ordered the ribs and chicken tenders with a loaded baked potato and my son ordered a plain bacon cheeseburger. Love their cheese biscuits !! Everyone enjoyed their food. It was hot and tasty. Very plentiful portions. Steak was exactly how I ordered medium well and seasoned well. Veggies were cooked to my liking. Hubby said his food was on point and my son had no complaints with his food. We took a lot of food home since the portions were quite hearty. The waitress came and re-filled our glasses without asking. Sign up for their online coupons as we were able to enjoy $5 off our meal. A great place to have a family meal with options for everyone. From your finicky kid to a healthy eater to a meat and potatoes type. Will defintniely be back. Better experience and food than Chili's or Applebees.

We had a family dinner here tonight. It was ok. Not the best experience it could have been. The staff was friendly. However there were a couple issues with our meal. We ordered an appetizer and our drinks. Then about 10 minutes later we ordered our meal. We got some salad from their salad bar. It was good. They have a variety of options and a variety of sauces. However they don't have Caesar. Once we finished our salad the appetizer came. Then 2 minutes later the food arrived. Even the food runner commented on the fact that we had just got our appetizer and offered to hold our food for a bit. We told her to just leave it at the table. That's not too big of a deal anyways. The meals did look delicious. As I started cutting into my meat they brought the bread they are supposed to bring while you look over the menu. Then I noticed my meat was medium rare and I ordered medium well. I ended up trading meat with my boyfriend because although he ordered medium well he got well done. Then my daughter ordered a side of grapes. The waiter gave us the disclaimer that it's not part of her kids meal and we would be charged separate for it. We told him it was fine and we would pay. The grapes never came. What they are missing is attention to detail. It wasn't jam packed either that you can say it was overlooked due to overload.

Ordered a four dinner sampler with my wife and 3 yr old son. Took 30 min for it to come out. It was empty and during lunch. No apologies no updates on the food. Don't recommend

Still dealing with the Ruby Tuesday woes!!! The email link that you left in my original complaint, is not a valid one!!! guestservices@rubytuesday does not work! Guess you all don't check to see if you have valid email addresses as well as rude employees. So sad.....

For a chain restaurant this place is very nice. The food was a lot better than I expected. I had salmon which was nicely cooked and moist and the mash potatoes were creamy and nicely seasoned the side of zucchini was deliciously roasted. We had a flat bread and spinach dip for appetizers and I didn't care much for the spinach dip, it was a bit bland and needed some more flavor. They have a nice endless salad bar and the cheddar complimentary biscuits are very yummy. The portions are nice and the prices are very decent.

Excellent service! Even the manager knew we needed something!! Used a free appetizer coupon for the kid! She wanted wings!!

I had a very good experience here the other night. We visited on a Friday night and were seated right away with no wait. The waitress was attentive and very sweet. We tried the queso dip, classic burger and tilapia. They were all pretty delicious. This restaurant has been getting progressively better over the last two years. Brownie points for offering a free birthday burger when you sign up for their email club! I also love that this restaurant offers lots of coupons such as BOGO 50% off.

Good place for a quick bite to eat with a few healthy entrees if you're counting calories. Can't go wrong with the Chicken Bella or Chicken Fresco and a side of Roasted Spaghetti Squash and Steamed Broccoli. The Grilled Zucchini is also yummy but a bit greasy for my taste anyway.

We went to Ruby Tuesday last night after probably more than a year and the food was excellent as always. The salad bar is plentiful and fresh and includes several "meaty" type of salads if you want to make it a meal:) All of our meals were delicious as well. The lemonade was meh, but I'm a bit of a lemonade snob:) But for today, I am reviewing our wonderful server, Valerie. She was super attentive, friendly, fast, and seemed to go the extra mile for our table. We even asked her a casual question about swing top bottles and she went to the bartender to ask if they had any empty one's for us (they didn't). She even worked hard to help us be able to use both the coupons that we had. I plan on asking for her again!

Ruby Tuesdays is one of my top ten favorite chain restaurants. I'm a sucker for a good salad bar - and rubys takes the cake when it comes to cheap salad bars!! The manager was in the dining room and was quick to notice I was looking for cucumbers (which were empty) and couldn't find any. He apologized and brought more out. Very cool. The waiter was personable and swift - polite and knowledgable of the menu. If it wasn't so out of the way for me id have lunch here more often, but for now I'll just recommend it to anyone looking for a tasty lunch.

I was hungry. I saw, I entered, I ate It's not bad here, just not spectacular. I got coffee and it's not warm much less hot. Oh well, it happens. It was a late lunch. The music is loud for a restaurant, but it is good music and the people here are extremely polite and courteous.

The food is always pretty good. The service AT the bar is amazing. But for some reason, and we have been going there for years, the tables are ALWAYS sticky and the restaurant smells like dirty carpet. Bathrooms are never clean.

all i can say is dont ever go there.i spent mothers day there the restaurant was empty i wasnt in the mood for the two hour waits.let me start the drink i ordered was horrible.the appertizer are the same as chillis the only diffrence chillis taste better and its cheaper.the menu way over priced.the salad bar should be free.its not worth the 2.99.the whole experience wasnt a good one.the only ones who were oblivious to the terrible food was my kids.maybe i should have made a two hour wait somewhere else.

It wasn't busy at all here on a Tuesday afternoon yet service was very slow. It took a long time for appetizers to come out and a long time for the food. My 3 guests were served first and mine came about 10 minutes later. Perhaps the need new management and/or training there

I do not like to give bad reviews but BEWARE!!! I planned to go here for happy hour because it is close to home and I haven't been for several months. I was sitting at the bar having my drink then all of a sudden a cockroach crawled onto the bar and over to the other side. One of the bartenders overheard and proceeded to kill it. She is a very nice person and always gives good service, but it appeared that this is not the first time that this has occurred based on her response. Afterwards I did not want to eat anything because it lead me to wonder about the conditions in the kitchen. I feel a need to voice this because they need to get an exterminator ASAP. I continued to have my drink and the check arrived. The bill was divided into four and the other bartender got very rude and raised her voice with one of the people that I was with. She challenged her about her bill and told her that is the amount that she has to pay. She charged for an extra drink! No attempts of service recovery were attempted by the staff and I will not be going back here ever again.

I have to say ever since they changed their decor and the menu they have won me over. It is no longer this cheesy crazy chaos and plates so full off food you cannot finish it. Now its classy, smaller portions, and very different. The staff is always super friendly, and the managers are always on the floor checking on all the tables. The burgers are really juicy, and the salad bar is amazing! Even though it is always packed, it remains clean and fast. Give them a shot~

As good as it gets for a Ruby Tuesday. Clean bathrooms, pleasant staff and the food is fine. Actual sugar cane in mojitos!

I had a mother's day dinner here and loved their new seafood additions that included lobstertail, shrimp, crabcake a side and unlimited salad bar for under $20 bucks... In this economy its hard to find decent prices for top notch seafood. they also have the best sweet potato fries if you're looking for a heathy alternative to to regular white mash potatoes. definitely go check it out the new seafood menu because there's no telling how long the menu will last...s/n you can take a chance on the complimentry semi sweet biscuits but they didn't quite do it for me especially since the dont hold a candle to the ones at red lobster's

After trying this restaurant for several occasions I can say the management has surely destroyed a good chain restaurant location. I mean the service is slow , the location is dirty, the staff looks acts and feels miserable. And the main thing !!! The food is horrible, cold , takes long to be delivered, and its frozen and taste frozen. Most of all most of it taste and feels like is days old. I got sick on the last meal I ate there. I'm a sucker for burgers and they advertise special premium burgers. 4 years ago they were really good at the exact location. What I was served looked like it was 2 days old cold and slop. Slop! The only people getting good service there are the happy hour people at the bar. Who knows about their food .

It is more of a 3.5 star rating, only because I have had some 4-5 star experiences there. Most of the time it is the same old middle of the road. When my husband and I play the "where should we go to dinner game" (my least favorite thing to do with someone as indecisive as I), we pretty much can default on Ruby Tuesday when no other options present themselves. Really, it is because of the salad bar. I am almost positive there is crack in it. By itself, it is kinda expensive ($7.99). If you order one of their "garden specials" you can get the salad bar with Buffalo chicken minis, mini burgers, or zuchinni cakes for $9.99. For 2 bucks more, I can't resist having leftovers for lunch the next day. All their other food they serve is hit or miss. I have the Turkey Avocado burger once and almost sent it back. It was not good. All their brunch items (Sunday only) are delicious! To sum it up - Only go if you are very hungry and in the mood for salad or for Sunday brunch.

We had a great meal there. The salad bar had fresh and clean vegetables. The service was really great. The food was well prepared. A OK restaurant. If you want to have a lunch spending a very short amount, this could be the place. In our case, we decided to try there when going to visit the Miami Zoo.

I went this past friday with my hubby and my cousin to eat at this Ruby Tuesday which is the nearest to my house. I have not been here in a while but let me tell you they have really made a big change in their menu and restaurant. The menu has a variety of selections from healthy selections to classic items. I am looking to eat on more of the healthier side so I wanted to try their new healthy selections that are being promoted extensively on t.v.. I was not disappointed I had there Bella Chicken with Mashed Cauliflower and Spaghetti Squash and it was delicious and all under 600 calories. My hubby also enjoyed his burger and my cousin her chicken alfredo pasta. To top it all off, I had 25% coupon for signing up to their website so our email came out very affordable.

This Ruby Tuesday has been remodeled and has great management now. The servers are very friendly, accommodating, and kind to the kids. There's one young guy in specific that is a sweetheart. His name is Jose and he's SO nice! The food is good for what it is, the salad bar is always fresh, and the facility itself is clean and nicely decorated. They have takeout also and we tried their brunch once too and it was pretty good!

I had not been to Ruby Tuesday in years so before we went yesterday I quickly signed up for their email list and got a Buy One Get One Free coupon sent to me. I was able to use it on my phone too so no need to print! We had to wait a little under 10 minutes to be seated on a Sunday afternoon which wasnt too bad. The service was OK. A bit slow but not terrible. I had the Mini Burgers with the salad bar which was $9.99. In my case that came out to free because of the coupon. The burgers were good, nothing special. My hubby had the meatloaf which he said was OK. The salad bar is pretty good. There is a wide variety of greens, veggies, and toppings to choose from. My only complaint is that when the salad bar attendant, stock person, whatever you want to call him, was refilling the toppings I saw him grab two tomatoes that were fallen to the side (as in they were not on the dish with the rest of the tomatoes) and he just threw them back on the dish. Yes, I am overreacting but that just rubbed me the wrong way. I think anything that falls of the main dish should be thrown out, not put back on it. The surface the tomatoes were on had been wiped with a wiping cloth and everyone knows those things are FULL of germs. Overall decent experience. Because of the coupon, my hubby and I ate for $15 including tip. Not a bad deal. I just hope the service is faster next time.

Ruby Tuesday usually brings to mind giant salad bar and I can't ever remember anything else on the menu. However, this time, I ordered steak and lobster, the salad and the side of spaghetti squash (a first for me) was so good! The server, Jenny was awesome and very attentive. It was a Heat playoff night and they were packed, but the food came out quickly. I think this was my best experience at Ruby Tuesday and it will bring me back.

I have eaten here several times in the past and it was an ok experience however last night was terrible. Ordered appetizer and entrees at the same time. After about 15-20 minutes had to flag down another waiter (ours was no where to be seen) and ask what was up with our appetizer as we did not want to get it along with the food. A few minutes later he brought out our appetizer. About 25 minutes later our waiter came to the table and told me that the entree I ordered was not available. Now mind you about 45 minutes have gone by since I placed the order. It took this long to figure this out? Then about another 20 minutes later the waiter comes out with two of our entrees and the other two people were still waiting for their food. When their food finally came one of the plates contained ice cold potatoes so we had to now flag down someone else again and wait another 10 minutes for new potatoes. The manager was nice enough to give us a 25 percent discount on the bill but come on we were in that place for about two and a half hours and the place was not busy. There were many empty tables so they can't say they were swamped. Sorry but we will not be going there anymore.

What! No more three bean salad, chick peas or black olives on the salad bar? Sign of the times - how many other corners they going to cut?

Ruby Tuesday, you tried to pull a fast one on the wrong girl. I called to place an order on a Thursday night. They took my order and said it would be ready in 20 minutes. As I was getting ready to go pick up my food I found a buy one get one free coupon that had come in the paper. I went online to check that the items I ordered were ok to use the coupon with, and they were. I parked in the Ruby To-Go spots outside of the restaurant and waited 8 minutes before realizing no one was going to come outside. I called the restaurant and told them I was waiting. At this point it's been 30 minutes since my order was placed. 2 minutes later someone comes out with my food and the check. I hand her the coupon and she goes back inside to adjust the check. The copy of the check stapled to my bag showed the price of the two meals, tax, and 10% gratuity. When the girl came back with the adjusted check it showed the price of one meal, tax, and 18% gratuity...wtf? From 10% to 18% for what? The 10% tip I understand. While there is no waiting of tables, there is bringing the food out to the car and dealing with the check. But to raise the gratuity to 18% for no reason? That just seems shady and wrong. The food here is actually pretty good for the kind of restaurant it is, but the service has gotten pretty shady. I think I'm done with Ruby Tuesday.

Bad, worse, WORST!!! Went in one Saturday about noon. We were taken to a table where we waited, waited and waited for a waiter/waitress. We watched as other guests received food and drink while we played with the silverware. We finally left with no intent of return. STAY AWAY!!!!

Honestly, I used to hate this place and I'd only come here sparingly because it was the only chain restaurant of this type near my house. The food was terribly underwhelming. Eventually, I stopped coming altogether. Recently, I decided to try again, due to a lack of options near my home. I was surprised at the revamped look and menu. Ive been here a few times since, and have been happy with my meals. The petite sirloin steak is good, and the free cheese bread is delicious. I've ordered the crab cake a few times, and really like it. You get the entree with choice of two sides, one of which can be unlimited salad bar. The drinks are also pretty good. I've enjoyed the strawberry sangria and the skinny patron margarita thoroughly. The servers are nice and the kid meals have healthy options. So, I'm glad that there is finally a place my family and I can go to on those weekday nights that I'm too tired to cook and don't want Pollo Tropical.

When you want to eat a good meal at a good price, Ruby Tuesday is the way to go. The salad bar is fantastic-- they have pretty much anything you can put on a salad and more, and it's all just $3. When I go I usually just have the salad alone, because it's really so filling! But, when you want to go for a more traditional meal, Ruby Tuesday also offers great American meals at a good price. The sliders are always a great choice, and they also have great chicken and steak meals as well, though we rarely get those when we go. The management is always friendly and the staff is very attentive. They have a great variety of meal options to choose from, and it's a welcome change from the redundancy that can sometimes come from too much Chili's or TGI Friday's.

  • Karla B.

This Ruby Tuesday is okay. The service we had last night was awesome. Our waitress Emma, was really nice and honest. Everytime I come here, I order some drinks but they always seem to be watered down. The have a salad bar that's awesome. The parmesan dressing is the best! The food is alright, nothing to be blown away by but it's an okay place.

I know reviewing chain restaurants such as these seems pointless because people have preconceived notions about them anyway and already have decided to either love it or not. And that's completely understandable, since these chains such as TGIF's, Chili's, etc lack in food quality and service. But I feel that what I experience at this location is actually above par in many ways. First of all, I believe the service here might be one of the best out of chain restaurants. The manager makes sure his costumers are well taken care of and that alone makes me love this place. Secondly, the endless salad bar is great. I would come here to eat just that and I'm not much of a salad person. The food here is not the best but there are some highlights. They have added about 10 new items recently although I can't really say that they are that great. The lobster mac n cheese was just alright (although I didn't expect amazing) and the chicken alfredo had too much pepper (mistakes happen). They also give away free cheese biscuits a la red lobster now. What I do recommend is the chicken bella, any of their burgers (which is surprising since I can be sort of a snob), chicken wings, and the asian dumplings (that sauce is amazing). Don't get me wrong now. If I was reviewing this place based on other local restaurants in Miami I would give it 3 to 4 stars at best. But compared to other chains, this is a definite 5.

I went around lunch time. It was pretty quiet. I ordered a zucchini type pasta which wasn't all that but it's cool. The hostess was really nice as were the bartender. She kept conversation going which was cool seeing as though there were only 3 of us sitting at the bar all spread out. The ambiance was nice. Will go again!! The drinks were good also.
