Food wise, it's good. Customer Service wise, they suck. The owners bicker 24/7 in front of customers. It's ridiculous & on top of that, they're married! Imagine how they are at home.

This location sucks!!!! Employees acts as though they are doing YOU a favor by selling you and charging you for their food!!! Dirty and dingy

I come here once a week, and I have not had the owner's Gestapo like act fired my way HOWEVER I have seen it and heard it. Customers are a number in his eyes so if service is important to you this may get to you. The food is good even though the glove stories are true not to mention the fact that he really is captain super saver. I feel like they are not happy with their small business and this reflects on the attitude and overall experience.

I think great service and quality food starts from the top down. Upon my visit to this location, I encountered the RUDEST and most SARCASTIC manager ever (during lunch hour). I really place a lot of emphasis on courtesy and when I don't receive it, I'M OUT & NEVER TO RETURN! In my humble opinion, there are just too many restaurants and businesses in South Florida to treat customers/patrons any kind of way. Whether I am buying a bag of chips or a car, MY DOLLAR is just that... MINE! I can spend it where I want & I DEMAND quality service and a decent attitude where ever I decide to put it, no matter the purchase. I would strongly suggest rethinking patronizing this location. It's the 2nd bad experience that I've had here & now I don't just consider their hideous behavior to be just a fluke!

I love eating at Quiznos, but this place needs some help with the management and direction. The Baja chicken was good, I think it was a little light with the chicken but you can tell the business is struggling so they have to find anyway to save some money. It was pretty funny to see the owners arguing in front of the customers when a lady walked in and no one was there to attend her order. When I sat down to eat I saw the sign on the counter that says free cookie when you " like" them on facebook and when I asked about it the lady said I had to say something before I bought my meal. She said I had to come back tomorrow, so I said I'm probably not coming back again. Lol so I told her without looking first at the yelp reviews yet if she has heard of yelp b/c it has really helped out my business and I saw she needed the help. Her reaction was funny, she just turned away and walked away from me saying that yelp sucks. After that reaction I knew that she probably has bad reviews. My suggestion is to address them instead of ignoring their customers feedback because they have a good location so they may be able to save their business. Yelp reviewed are most important reviews you can get so by the looks of it this business is closing soon if they don't do a 360 or get featured by restaurant impossible show. I put three starts b/c I know how much 1 star hurts

I have been to a couple Quiznos before and have not had a great experience for different reasons. This visit was a more pleasurable one. My steak sub was excellent. I am now not afraid to go in a Quiznos. ^_^

I had a great toasty sub and the staff was very courteous. The toasty subs are much more tastier than in the subways so I'll certainly be back.

First off - this Quiznos is so bad, it's not even on restaurant locations page of the chain's main web page. So I went today with my little free sub coupon printed out, ready to get my free sub - je, je - okay so i really shouldn't give a place one star if I'm getting something free, but their service would have demanded these two stars even if I'd had paid for the sub - actually, especially if I'd have paid for the sub. The food was whatever. I mean, I prefer subway if I have to choose between the two. But when I first got there they had no clue about the free sub deal. They took my coupon with their greased up gloves (ugh), they gave it back to me b/c they couldn't find the huge print on it that said SMALL SUB - whatever. My little printed out coupon toured the entire facility. The sub-maker took it (she's the one with the greasy gloves), then the manager took it, and walked it to the back, then another manager walked out to reiterate what the other manager had already said. They were making it very clear I could only order one of the "favorite" subs - whose favorite anyway? not my favorites. Whatever, reminded me like 3 times as though tyring to tell me that my choices were so limited I would have wanted to order something else - nah, I was fine with the meatball sub - and if I'd have had to pay for my lunch, I would have crossed the street to casola's. Whatever... like I said before - the sub was just a regular sub, but the fact that my coupon got the private tour and I didn't is just not fair. Add to that the management's insistence that the favorite subs aren't really anyone's favorite and I should choose another one - not good. Oh yeah, and after my coupon was given back to me all the store managers found it necessary to come out to the front and linger (guess their TV show in the back was over). Walk down to the cashier... I was asked for ID - to present the coupon?!?!?!?! Are you serious! She accepted my ID - you know, the one that has my maiden name... seemed to go just fine with the coupon that had my married name - LOL - okey dokey!!! The only thing that garners this Quiznos two stars instead of one, is that unlike the Quiznos in the Gables, this one has a parking lot adjacent to it, without meters and with plenty of spaces. Not that I'll be parking there much, since I don't think Quiznos is worth going back to. I'll stick to Subway if I MUST have a sub.

The food here is ok. Definitely better than subway by far. Parking is next to the dry cleaner. Their cinnamon cookie is very good. If I'm in the neighborhood I'll have lunch there again.

I really wanted to give it 3 stars. My baja chicken sandwich was what I'd call "Not too shabby". Not necessarily deserving of a creative Yelp review - it's a chain and I have two fave sandwich places - but certainly worthy of 3 stars. But... I came by after some Sunday errands and had a Baja Chicken sandwich. For about $9 with chips and a soda I'd say the prices are "up there". Still, the bread tasted fresh, as did the cheese and neither had visible "damage". I also liked the fact they have an open "veggie bar" where I could get plenty of banana peppers to dip my chips in and add to sandwich. Free soda refills are good too. But... While the prepper had gloves on (although I didn't notice her changing them between the other client's order and mine) I was a little discomfited by her just taking the chicken pieces out of some boiled water (I guess), squeezing the water out and tossing them on my sandwich prior to putting them on my sandwich. OK, tasted alright as I sat down to eat. I'll skimp on the yucky details but it ended up being a Porcelain God-Alka Seltzer and not staying out late on the Sunday night of a long weekend incident. I'd be more than little hesitant eating here again!

don't get me wrong, i love quizno's subs. They are not as fresh as Subway, but i still feel like i am having more of a "meal" whenever i eat one. However, this particular location is not the best. It is not very clean and the staff is extremely rude. It is not a pleasant "ordering" experience at all since they make you feel rushed and they sometimes argue amongst themselves. the parking is also not ideal as they only have about 4 spaces. I don't go here too often, unless i REALLY have a craving for a "Toasty" sub.

  • Derek M.

Worst location! Staff is rude and they don't change their gloves very often. Also every time I come here after 6pm they only leave maybe 3 lights on to save energy and makes it very dark and creepy.

  • Jenny Q. V.

First of Quiznos is over-priced and the subs are simply ok...the only reason I give it two stars is because I like the brocolli cheese soup. As for the actual place its a good location but my god the people who own it are usually arguing not sure if they are married or brother and sister!! I always take it to go...I can't imagine eating there...lol

Consistently at Quiznos locations across the country, the staff looks at me in disbelief when I order my stand by: Turkey, ranch and swiss, hold the turkey. Over and over again, they ask, "No meat? Are you sure?" Lol. I suppose they don't get a lot of vegetarians in this place. Anyway, the above referenced sandwich is one of my all time faves. Warm, gooey cheese and that perfectly tangy ranch dressing. Always hits the spot. I've found this location to be a mixed bag. Occasionally you get friendly, efficient staff - other times you get employees complaining aloud about customers. Uhhhh, yeah. I mean, it's a sandwich shop, so I don't expect the world, but it's surprisingly inconsistent here. Their prices are definitely steeper than say, subway, but they're also better IMO. I dig it, all in all, and will undoubtedly be back when I'm craving that particular sammie.

I used to live near this place, and now I work relatively close by, so for the past 4-5 years I've been coming here every now and then. I wouldn't say I come here once a week, but rather at least once a month during that time period. Look, Quizno's are a chain and quite frankly they are the same everywhere. Personally, I happen to like Quiznos but this one is by far the most SPECIAL of them, because not only do you get a meal, you get a meal and a show. The owner/manager (male) and his co-owner who may or may not be his wife (female) have some of the most awkward, uncomfortable, and yet hilarious interactions. It's like a car wreck between these two; you can't stop looking. I admit the only reason I eat my order in the restaurant is to see what they do next. It's a guilty pleasure, like reality TV, but these guys are priceless. There is a moment of clarity from the male counterpart when a buddy of his enters the restaurant and they chat about the Patriots or Celtics, but other than that he's on a tear. To date, the best argument was when they argued non-stop about who left the cash register wide open! If you enjoy a good "nothing fight", you got to check this place out.
