I have attempted multiple times in the last 3 weeks to dine in, but the rowdy homeless that congregate outside is too dangerous to bring my family. Maybe if you serve them free dinners once a day they will stop the rowdiness behavior...

Looking forward to a new Pollo Tropical because I've been here the last time and the experience is okay. As usual. you will notice that a lot of people are in line for lunch. Because the food here is really great, like the Caribbean Ribs. I love how they grilled the pork ribs, the seasoning that you would taste when you are biting the pork. Woah. And you will say its really delicious. Well again and again. Its just the same as I remember it before. Although I see small improvements but its not enough to suffice me.

Let's be clear this is fast food and I would choose it any day over McDonald's. However going there (especially on the weekend) is utterly soul destroying as the crowd turns the place into a third world horror zone ...you best avert your eyes while you eat coz if you catch a glimpse of those 300lb ladies in tight Lycra pants or the local tramp just chilling at the table next to you..you might never get your appetite back!

Absolutely the BEST tasting Pollo Tropical chicken is at this location! They season the chicken better than any other location. Unfortunately, the place is messy and it takes longer than usual to fill the orders due to the number of patrons. orders. The fixings bar is filthy with sauces all over the counter, which is why I couldn't give them 5 stars.

I use to go to this pollo tropical almost once a week for the last two years. The last few months the service and food quality has been horrible! I ordered a chicken Cesar wrap last time I was there and they gave me a shrimp quesadilla wrap instead, and the shrimp was disgusting and tasted old. This time I ordered the half chicken meal with two sides (Black beans and Cesar salad) only to find they did not give me my Cesar salad. On top of that, my chicken was incredibly dry and the meat was tough like it had been sitting out for a long while. The service is horrible, people act like they are doing you a favor by serving you. Def skip over this place. Whats worse is when pollo campero was right next door they made sure you received the best service and the best quality of food. I guess they feel safer now since they closed down. Don't eat here. Other friends of mine have complained too.

I've been coming to this location for years, never seen a fly problem or had a problem with the wait of my order. This particular Pollo Tropical continues to be one of my favorite fast lunch joints. As for the food, it's the same quality you would expect from any other Pollo Tropical. I will tell you this much, during the lunch hour it gets packed. That's a good thing though, it means the food is constantly being made fresh!

Chicken is good. I do have concerns about cross contamination with the shrimp. Side are good. Try the fried yuca and the maduros. Can be very crowded. One down side for me is they have nothing I can drink. The teas are mango tea and I am very allergic to that. I settle for cold water or bring my own unsweetened tea.

This particular pollo you never know how the food is gonna be sometimes chicken is hard and over cooked sometimes brown rice is hard.

My order was taken quickly at the counter. After about 10 minutes my order was ready, the whole chicken meal with rice, beans and 4 dinner rolls. The chicken tasted good, but the beans were excellent. Several things I noticed while at the restaurant. This place is infested with flies. They are all over the place, they are at the kitchen, over the food being cooked, over the salsa and of course over my table. I felt like a Jedi knight battling so many flies while I was eating. Their AC needs some maintenance as it was barely keeping up with a 90F weather outside and a packed house. The bathroom's floor was wet. The food was plentiful and very reasonably priced.
