I love their regular and brunch menu. For brunch I usually get the banana bread french toast. From their regular menu I like the pincho burger and the blue n bacon burger. This review is for the bird road location.

I was extremely impressed with the quality of the food. But the experience went beyond that. The customer service was phenomenal and Nomary Amador made the experience extra special with her attention to detail, follow up and charismatic personality. It was hard to believe she was "just a server" as my observation easily concluded she could have been a manager. So much pride in her work and the growth of the company. One would have thought she owned it.

The very first time I tried a pincho, I wasn't impressed. It was dry, old and I almost choked on the stick. Obviously, my first pincho experience was not from the truck because THAT pincho experience might have made me an addict and definitely raised my standards. Everyone knows that the Pincho Factory is truth. Thing is, as i drive to and fro most every work day, I don't always possess the dedication to drive to the/a food destination that will make my tastebuds sing (hence my many 2-star reviews from South Beach fare). I was lucky one Saturday night, though, to be in the presence of the captive Pincho Factory Food Truck. Finally, the succulent meat and savory sauces of which I'd heard so much would be mine all mine... and I meant it. My plan was to eat all of the food. All of it. As usual, my plans were foiled and my eyes were bigger than my stomach but I still managed to do some damage to the delicious food the truck was slinging. First off: the shrimp pincho. Let me sit for a minute. Wow! I don't know what these sea roaches are marinated in but I want to pour all over my body and make a private video. Did I just type that in a public forum? Edit. Whut I had said wuz... oh, forget it. Bottle that marinade as a cologne/perfume and get rich. It would sell off the the shelves. The chicken pincho was every bit as delicious. I know when one thinks of chicken, the word 'boring' comes to mind. Again, the marinade is truth. Pair that with PF bbq sauce and the fries which totally earn their rep for being some of the most desired in SoFla... and you have yourself a party. Invite me. Seriously. Do it. I can see you. Where's my text?

My review is strictly for the food truck, since I'm a fan of their brick and mortar location. That in fact, is how I found out about their food truck premiere this evening. The fact they were debuting in Hialeah made it that much more special for me! As we draw closer to Thanksgiving, I figured a turkey dish would be in order. A quick scan of the menu locked me into the "Tots and Turkey". Think of your traditional Thanksgiving meal deconstructed into hot pieces of turkey, fused with tasty tater tots and what looked like stuffing (I'm one of those weirdos that likes stuffing) with Copperpot's (a local brand, I was told) Apple Butter Sauce. The savoriness of the turkey blended perfectly, yet allowed the sweetness of the Apple Butter to rise. If you know my Yelp nickname you know that's a good thing! Besides the taste, it was visually pleasing - nicely laid out on my plate. Add to that the techno music in the food truck rally background and you have a Happy Sergio. Welcome Pincho Force 1!

Despite all the praise bestowed upon Pincho Factory's Bird Road location, I've yet to make the trek across town for a taste of their famous meat on a stick. Thankfully, the food came to me yesterday and proved any journey to their restaurant, regardless of distance, is a justified one. I was hungry for something savory and filling and the steak pita did just the trick. In the style of something slightly Mediterranean, this rolled up sandwich balanced everything perfectly. Chewy and doughy pita, expertly seasoned steak tips, topped off with a bevy of little veggies hiding beneath the right amount of sauce. This was just awesome. As for the other limited menu items, you can gorge on a burger, chicken or even a veggie delight. Stuff here is predominantly for carnivores, but due to the rising popularity in, well, health, the Pincho truck has edibles for those a little more conscious. Famous for their homemade sauces, the truck carries some of the mainstays including the drool-worthy cilantro one that I think topped the steak pita. On the plus, they take credit cards.

My two colleagues and I went here for lunch. It is a nice place, not too big with plenty of tvs. The two big things to eat here are the pinchos and the burgers. I got the pincho wrap with shrimp, "the mix" (lettuce, tomato, cucumber) and cilantro sauce. It was really good. My friends enjoyed their wraps as well. What I liked the most was the pita bread and that it was thick enough to hold everything. A little messy but not too bad. We all split an order of fries and they were ok but nothing too special. There was a sign about having the best fries in Miami but I doubt that. Overall, its a good place to grab a quick bite.
