Good place! Salmon was a little dry, I love the Risotto bites, yum. I highly recommend the peach tea!

not sure where to start. The place smells like rotting wet floor carpet. Although unwelcoming is not the worst part. I think the worst was the service. Our waiter was a little psycho....almost got into an argument with my friend because he wanted more salad (since most of the salad is cheap lettuce, and few of the other veggies). The food was ok to be fair, but the service was absolutely a joke. I rarely go to a chain restaurant as these as mass feeding places. This was a reassuring experience I should never go back to any of these places. sucka'tach!

Actually I feel compelled to write a review because I noticed the negative reviews that are accompanied to this location. My experience was anything but bad here today. Our waitress/server was "Gabby" a 21 year old girl who was in a marching band. Tall and dirty blonde hair if I'm not mistaken. She is most likely the best server/waiter I have ever met in my life. She was courteous, friendly, helpful and respectful. She was also very good at getting our order and getting us everything we wanted in a timely manner. The food was also good, like most of the time coming to Olive Garden I am rarely disappointed and leave the place being rolled out in a wheelchair because I've sinned by committing gluttony . . .

It was just ok. The services wasnt as bad as everyone puts it but i did come at lunch maybe thats why. The good is ok for a chain but the salad here is not as fresh and the bread sticks are not the same. The pasta here are a little better. Also i had a mascato berry something drink that was really good. Overall its ok and Ill still return for lunch.

I love Olive Garden, love pasta, love italian food.. But this place makes me hate Olive Garden. :| Makes me want to chug the jug of Sangeria just to deal with being here. I hate that there is so few locations down south because this place really annoys me. The hostess I've always encountered are not that polite, I've always had poor customer service and had to wait for my food longer than expected. Food comes out wrong or horribly bland. I don't know.. Maybe there's a curse on me & my table when i come here but it's not ever working out between us!

Great family budget dining. Be aware that it is chain food and there is a wait. Have dined here repeatedly since they opened as it is only a two minute commute from home. Nice place to visit when dining on a budget as you receive quite a large amount of food for the price. More than enough to take home and have another meal with. Excellent service and atmosphere. Well Olive Garden set the standard years ago for light Italian dining and it still shows. The ambiance and music set the perfect tone with a glass of wine and their bread. Only issue being this location is very popular with locals especially on the weekend. There is a significant wait time unless arriving within minutes of the doors opening. The food quality is satisfactory but not home cooking and much less quality compared to other Italian chains that prepare to order rather than reheat to order. Recommend but be aware of what is what.

I liked the food very much so, but I did not like the environment and the feeling it gives you it's kind of dirty and messy around the register area. Carpets look and truthfully feel old. Overall though food was great and I love the wine tasting they give you at the as you settle on your seat.

My girlfriend took her mother & I out to dinner. The wait to be seated was almost an hour on a late sunday evening. What a lot of people fail to realize is that the open seating area directly in front of the bar is open for grabs at any time. Therefore, we spotted a couple done with their meal so, in just 5 minutes we snagged a table. Once seated, it was imperative that we have time to interact with one another & not feel rushed. The waiter didn't overwhelm us with persistence to order, but yet was very attentive when needed. Normally we enjoy the 2 for $25 deal they offer, but it elapsed. Therefore, we enjoyed a sampler appetizer with delicious mushrooms and calamari along with their salad & savory zuppa tuscana. Additionally, I had the spicy shrimp versuvio. It was mediocre. It lacked boldness and had extremely tiny shrimp that reminded me of the frozen bag type. I didn't finish my meal and perhaps will eat it for lunch today. My girlfriend & suegra opted for the healthier choice and went with the apricot chicken & veggies which lacked in presentation and food! lol Aside from that, the highlight of our evening was their mouthwatering limited edition slice of pumpkin cheesecake! It was incredibly delicious!! All in all, we had a memorable night full of smiles & giggles. Here's to creating our own memories. "Barriga llena, corazon contento"

I got to give a 5 to Olive Gardens. I understand is not a gourmet nor mom and pop restaurant, but been a chain restaurant, to be honest, it's not bad at all. I could live out the salad only. It's huge and fresh and tastful. Love it. Also waiters are young kids and you need to be a little patient with them, but once you make contact, you'll be fine. Prices are good and you can eat a lot and get satisfied.....be back soon.

Although food is excellent as usual when we're talking about italian food, yesterday in particular they were super slow, they took like 10 minutes to bring the silverware after serving the salad with the bread. Refills for sodas were the same. Service was super slow but the person was polite.

What to say about this place? Well, this Olive Garden has changed throughout the years. I use to come to this place when I was little and I did enjoy it because it wasn't what it is right now. When we got to our table, our waitress came and introduced herself then we gave out our drink order first. When she arrived, she gave our drinks except that instead of placing it in front of us, we had to reach for it on the other side of the table. After we got our drinks, we ordered our appetizers and entrees. The soup and salad came and our waitress asked if we wanted cheese. My dad and I said, "Yes" and instead of asking us, "Say when?", she poured whatever amount of cheese she wanted to give. I had very little cheese and I wanted more! By the time I finished eating my soup, my dad still hasn't finished his salad and our waitress brought in our entree and left. That is something that I despise when eating at a restaurant. My dad ordered the fettuccine alfredo and I ordered the lasagna classico. To be honest, I've eaten better lasagna than this. It tasted like they bought the lasagna off of a frozen microwave dinner at Publix and gave it to me. The sauce was so cheapie including the cheese and meat. After eating our meal, a bust boy came and saw that our plates were somewhat empty and we weren't eating. Instead of asking, "May I retreat your plate?" he took my dad's plate and left without taking my plate. For dessert, we ordered the tiramisu because I've always liked that specific dessert in Olive Garden since I was little. We got the dessert and the white cream inside the dessert was frozen. I felt like I was eating ice cream. The service was unprofessional (typical in a chain restaurant), the food was mediocre, and I don't plan on coming back to this Olive Garden ever again. The only Olive Garden I will ever go is the one in Homestead. The times I have gone there, it is a huge difference from this piece of crap.

The worst service on the planet! I waited 10 minutes as the server directly engaged in conversation with a couple at the table next to me. When I broke into her conversation she informed me she was the server and when she finished she would grace me. This part of Miami has limited food choices but I would never return. I'm not sure if yelp allows management to contact but I would be willing to offer transaction details.

Finally, a place where the servers actually do a great job. Sat at the bar and before we actually sat in the chairs the bartender asked us how we were doing and what we would like to drink. Food came out quickly and all the patrons received excellent treatment from the servers in the bar. Most of the service industry in Miami could learn something about service from the bartenders here.

It's kind of silly, writing a review for a place like this. I wonder if anyone actually reads the reviews for Olive Garden, besides employees, managers, etc... What can I say, olive garden is the typical Americanized Italian restaurant... You either love it or hate it.

  • Jan G.

Food good as usual, but waitress Silvia had a bad attitude, seemed bothered by us, handed all plates to one person to help her pass them on to the rest of us instead of walking around the table, too bad its the only OG in the area, need to improve on service. Also find them overpriced, $ 20 for salmon is too much for this place . Salad and soup are aming the best though.

Last night, march 15, 2014 I went to this Olive Garden for dinner. Our waitress ruined our night and dinner. What ever question we asked, she rolled her eyes, got our order messed up, we were able to order 45 minutes after sitting and after explaining and writing down how to split the bill, she lost the paper and put everything on my card. The waitress was an older lady with short light brown hair. I will not recommend this location to anyone because of personnel like this, the management cannot be well.

Three star because the food its always Good (for me)... But the service NO, i saw my server at the begining, he took our order And i never see him again, i finished the salad And Finally my sangría was at the table... Thanks god!... I think that was a change of turn because then continius with us a young lady, we was exciring waiting for our favority desert( tiramisu) but was frozen..:(... Anyway i will come back we like this restaurant but most of the time the people write a review when something is wrong ...

This place is one of my parent's faves and so whenever they have the craving, I usually tag along. I totally love their never ending salads and bread-sticks!! so yummy!. This time I tried a new dish that's supposed to be on the "healthier" side and it was delicious! it was linguini with seafood. My parents tried the Seafood Portofino and the Ravioli stuffed with crabmeat and shrimps. Both dishes were also really good. Overall a great experience, and the portions are so big, there's always leftovers!

Tried this chain for lunch and it was just meh! We had the soup, salad and breadsticks lunch. They sat us at a table right by the waitress station and kitchen door. More than half of the staff came out of the kitchen with some kind of food in their mouth. The soup was watery and more broth than anything else. The salad was soggy and brown in some spots. The breadsticks were a tad salty but otherwise good.

this is one of my favorite restaurants to dine at! But last night was just horrific!! the service was really bad due to the fact that we were next to a table of like 20 so it's seemed as if all available servers were catering to that group instead of equally taking care of the rest of their customers around.. the two dishes my boyfriend and I got were just really bad!! I had the apricot chicken with asparagus and "bed of spinach"! well I had 3 sticks of asparagus which were super hard and the bed of spinach were like 5 leaves!! my BF got the rosemary chicken with the same sides.. his chicken was so dry and tasteless that I was hard to swallow and his asparagus were 3 pieces all dried up and wringled.. it looked reheated! for 15 dollars I expect some alittle more tasteful and filling!! I'm really disappointed and I don't know if I will be going back again :-(

All I have to say is: Calamari Mussels di Napoli Bruchetta Zeppoli Seafood Portofino Absent minded service (forgot things like extra bread, plates for salad, sides) is O.K. with me if the food stayed THAT good. I will definitely return for lunch or dinner again.

If I could leave negative stars I would. My family and I dined here recently for our grandmother's birthday. Unfortunately this was a bad idea. Our reservation was the only thing that went right here as we got our table and were sat quickly for a group if 18. The service was not so great. The two waitresses who tackled our group could not remember anything from drink orders to the correct dishes. Four people ended getting other people's plates which were custom orders which causes food to go back and come back after a prolonged wait. By that time you'd expect piping hot food. Nope, two were cold. The worst part was having our grandmother waiting the entire time because of all people her order was the order they took the longest to get right. Oh and the birthday cake we ordered, 20 minutes to get. I guess this visit closes the chapter in our Olive Garden days. The food is mediocre (even with the new menu revamp) and the service was horrible.

So I really like this Olive Garden. I mean the place has some really cool waiters and the food here is amazing. This place was the where my love affair with moscato wine started. I do have one problem with the place. The wait. Every single time I come here there is at least a half hour wait. I think everyone can agree with me that when you're hungry he last thing you want to do is wait. Recently they did the ultimate taboo, they sat someone that came in after us. I saw them sign in after us and yet amazingly they were taken to their seats instantly. Plus, my dad has a handicapped parking permit but all the spots are taken by cars with no visible handicapped parking permits. What gives? Anyways, the food is amazing and the wines are absolutely delicious in my opinion but if you're going to come eat here be prepared for a full Parking lot and a long wait.

This was my first time coming to Olive Garden, and let me say I am totally coming back! It was a Sunday afternoon and there was a wait already. One of the hostess was a little rude to me, I can't really remember his name. I wasen't really happy about that but I decided to stay. My table was ready in 15 mins, I was shocked. But when my table was ready, "Melissa" the host took me to my table and she was extremely nice! She complimented my kids, and my kids were really happy with what she said to them. She was really sweet! I asked her what she recommends me since it was my first time and she told me to try the "tour of italy" wow, it was amazing! On my way out she thank me so sweetly and asked my kids if they ate their food and surprised them with chocolates! That was super sweet of her. And my server "Eddy" was really good too! He was on top of us, made conversation with us, and he was also a sweetheart. Let me just say I am extremely happy with this place, food is awesome! But the service was the best. A++++ for Olive Garden! I will totally come back!

I'm not thinking I will ever go back. I visited this Olive Garden location about 2 weeks ago with my boyfriend. There was a wait to get in when we arrived, which is typically a sign the food is good so I'm not knocking the restaurant for this. When we were seated, the waiter introduced himself and we ordered drinks as normal. That's when it started to go bad. Our drinks took longer than normal to arrive, as our waiter would disappear for long periods of time and when he did arrive in our section of the restaurant he proceeded to chat with the neighboring tables and ignore us. When we finally got our drinks we quickly put our order in, but our waiter continued our pattern of slooooow service. My boyfriend got the fettuccine alfredo and I got the endless salad and breadsticks. Now, I haven't been living under a rock so I've been to an Olive Garden previously in my life, and the salad and breadsticks were exactly what I remember them to be. However, as a couple who typically cooks at home we weren't impressed with the alfredo- we definitely could do a much better job at home for cheaper. And speaking of cheaper.... over $10 for a plate of noodles, cheese, and cream? ...Why? Finally, when we had finished our meal and were ready for the bill- you guessed it- it took FOREVER. We eventually had to grab the manager in order to just get out of there.

My experiences with Olive Garden, my whole life, have been positive. It's not this locations fault that its the only one in the Sweetwater area, but there is still a long wait time for a table anyway. The food is okay. No one there seems to know how to properly cook pasta, so it isn't hard and dry. The presentation isn't great, but the flavors are right 80% of the time. Honestly, avoid this place and find another Italian restaurant in Miami.

Would I have done this review a few months ago and on another day, it may have gotten a better rating. First off we went amidst tropical storm Nicole's crazy rain. Is this place near my house? Not really, but I really wanted OG and its the closest one I have. When we get there thinking we werent going to wait even a minute, we were wrong, we had 2 HUGE groups of 10+ in front of us! Luckily, they weren't all there an the hostess refused to sit them. So 5 minutes later we were in. However, 5 minutes is WAY better than anything over 30 minutes like it usually is. We got a really attentive waiter who I had never seen before. He gave us time and space to decide what we wanted to order and didnt loom around us. I had the eggplant parm for the first time and thought it was pretty good. I didnt have another to compare it too, so as a first time dish, I liked it. The reason I gave it 4 starts instead of 5 is because the pasta portions have gone down dramatically . I swear with 4 forkfuls it was gone. I would take a star off for this but the salad and bread are soo good and bottomless that I can't bring myself to do so. Also, I asked for extra cheese so that when it got baked it would be a gooey mess, but they didnt melt it long enough and I still saw clumps of cheese. No, I didn't send it back because I dont want "pendecker hands" on my eggplant.

So I visited the Olive Garden for some lunch. It was busy as usual but not a long wait, plus you know that at this place the food is always great!! Came for the soup and salad deal, but ended up having the endless pasta bowl and loved it. Good service and good food for a decent price.

Love love love olive garden! The wait is usually a little long on a busy night but so worth it! There is always great service from the waiters and the food doesn't talk long. LOVE IT

Food is traditional Olive Garden food. The service is horrible. 3rd time because its convenient and three times is enough. No more Olive Garden for me!

    (1)
  • Danny G.

The wait time expectation was very good but once we sat we had to send one drink and two of our order back for not cooked well. The waiter was very clearly overwhelmed forgetting our order and incorrectly ordering another one. To top it off our desert by the time he brought it had melted. Whats worst he never took ownership for anything, he continuously blamed his peers. Overall service has slipped to inferior, not worth the wait.

Bridal Shower fail! I recently attended one of these at this particular Olive Garden and was less than impressed. Firstly, I arrived for a bridal shower early in the afternoon and the hostess did not have a clue that one was supposed to be going on. After realizing this, the staff began to hurriedly put together tables for the party of 25+. After most of us began to arrive and were seated, we were not offered nor did we receive a single glass of water for about 30 minutes to an hour as we waited for the bride-to-be. Dying of thirst much? Eventually we were all served a glass of sangria. Still no offer of water... my previous night's hangover was coming back with a vengeance at this point... We finally get a few bowls of salad. After everyone finishes their salad, the breadsticks finally started coming out. It really made no sense. They eventually caught up with giving us some decent service but boy, did it take some hours of suffering to get there. I would never recommend someone host a large party at this location. The only upside was the pasta being yummy, but it's freaking spaghetti for god sakes.

Good place to have lunch and you will walk out of there super full... I love that that have the endless pastas and bread sticks!!! The only bad thing is that don't you dear go at night you will be waiting about an hour to sit down an eat... But it's worth it... :-)

Okay, okay. So I went to Olive Garden in Miami, it was on a Sunday early evening so I did expect to wait to be seated, granted, it was 8 of us so I didn't mind waiting the half an hour the hostess told us we would have to wait. 45 minutes later my party of 7 and I were finally seated after all of us had a chance to make out dinner selection we still had to wait for another 15 minutes before our waitress finally showed up. She was very friendly and very cordial. She took our orders and we waited for our drinks. An hour and twenty five minutes after I had parked, waited to be seated and ordered my food, the drinks finally came, then the appetizers and then (finally) the meal. To make a looooong story short, the waiting time for seating and for food is simply unacceptable;I don't mind The Olive Garden but, I would suggest against going to this location on Friday nights or the weekends unless you're willing to wait - I've been to other Olive Garden restaurants with my family and the service was speedier than this.

  • Rosa C.

I love the Olive Garden! I could eat their house salad ALLLLLL DAAYYY. Their food never disappoints and I have yet to receive any service less than exceptional. However, I gave it 4 stars and not 5 because if you come for dinner, you cannot be short on time or starving for that matter. I understand that the next Olive Garden is far away but geez if it's raining or there's bad weather you are out of luck. The only solution I could find to this problem is to open up more Olive Gardens! That would make a lot of us VERY, VERY happy!

  • Zina A.

Olive Garden is good in general but this location is worst every time i go. The last time it was packed (as usual 30 minute wait) and when we finally got served everything was dirty. The wine glass was extremely dirty and when i asked the waiter to switch it he said he was going to try his best to find a clean one because they were all like that. That should not be acceptable under any circumstance. Other than the dirtiness of the place, the food is good and the service was not too bad. I think i would rather drive all the way to Homestead next time i want Olive Garden.

  • Joel C.

Oh Olive Garden, how I love everything about this place. Their pasta is fantastic and God bless the never ending pasta bowl. Basically the place is great, but if you are heading to this one, be prepared to wait. This Olive garden is always packed, because its the only one in the area and the food has always been good. This Olive garden does not take reservations or call ahead sitting so if you are going with a group of 4 or more on any night be expected to wait at least 45 min. You would think that would equal to long waits for food, but the place is very well organized and well staffed that the food always comes out in a good time. Overall if you are not patient to wait for a table I say go this place for lunch, where the waits are very minimal. Enjoy.

Get ready to wait in line for about an hour for ridiculous food you can probably make at home. These long wait times happen especially on weekends, weeknights, and sometimes even lunch. Highly priced food, might I add. I used to not mind going when they still had the Chicken Vino Bianco, which was chicken in white wine sauce with onions, garlic and oil over a bed of pasta. Now that they removed that item, I don't go very often. One of the last times I went I found a piece of soft plastic wrapping surrounding my chicken on the plate of food. It was about 3-4 inches long and disgusting. The waiter discounted my food and apologized, so thats good, I guess. The other day I went for lunch and decided to try the pizza. What a mess. It was mostly crust, with the toppings barely there. Some of it was burned black. Just a disaster. If there's two things keeping me from giving it zero stars, its the bread and salad, and the service. Next time I might just eat some bread, salad and soup. That seems to be the way to go.

You'll get full as hell, and also, if you have any of the red wine....you'll probably get a good buzz too. Pretty good food of course! More bang for the buck! Don't you dare go there at night, unless you enjoy wasting time of course

  • Tiana F.

I am a huge fan of their salad and bread sticks, and their Andes at the end of the meal (if i only came for this then it's a 5). the pastas are ok but there are so many other italian restaurants that I would choose over Olive Garden. always packed here so be ready to wait unless they just opened, but I head straight to bar area every time and no wait. if bar not available, then I eat elsewhere cuz homie don't play that 1hr wait.

I love Olive Garden, but this Olive Garden seriously needs a little bit of a makeover. When you walk in it smells a little like bathroom. You know like those restaurants that don't clean the bathroom with good disinfecting products that's what this Olive Garden smells like. Then they are always packed and the more packed the worse the customer service is. Today my food came out almost burnt. Seriously it's baked ziti... WHAAAAA!!!!

We sat at the bar on a Wednesday night and noticed that there was only one waiter for 7 tables. We got our wine first, even when we asked for water way before. Our salad came out and we have to wait at least 4 more minutes for plates and silverware, bread, extra dressing and Alfredo sauce. We got the main entrées with the plates for the silence and 10 minutes later we got the appetizer. Our server kept apologizing while he was covered in sweat. We noticed that the manager kept walking around, rolling silverware and doing everything but what he was supposed to be doing. I fell bad for the waiter because he was bending over backwards trying to do his job. He was not getting support from neither is his coworkers nor his manager. We finally traded our late appetizer for dessert and I asked to talk to the manager and the server looked at us like he's just seen a ghost and asked us not to. I found that very intriguing since our server was doing everything he could to correct his mistakes. I finally confronted the so called manager, whom NEVER seemed apologetic, and I gave up when I realize that I was talking to the most one dimensional character I've ever met in my life. I was just looking for an explanation for the bad dining experience, not a discount or a reimbursement. But it seems to me that the REAL MANAGER took the day of and let this Box of Blond Hair in charge for the night. Too bad. They're losing 2 customers.

Went here last night after spending the day at our county fair, they told me it would be a 15 minute wait, and gave me one of those pagers you sometimes get at restaurants. Well, I was seated in about 5 minutes. 2 minutes after I was seated, a really nice waitress came by and asked if I'd like anything to drink. As I knew what I wanted before I even went in, I ordered my drink, a glass of house white wine, and my food, fettuccine alfredo and asked her for some breadsticks. My breadsticks came they weren't very hot but that's ok, Before I even started my 2nd breadstick, my food came, so I used the breadstick to mop up the sauce Food was hot, not too hot, but hot. I then had the tiramisu for dessert, which I love Olive Garden's tiramisu. It was a little on the frozen side, but still edible and still had the flavor. I'm giving it 5 stars for the speed of service, and the quality and taste of the food. I would definitely go back if I'm ever in the neighborhood again.

I received a $25 gift card to olive garden so we decide to check it out on valentine's weekend. We knew it would be packed so we went early to put our name down - the wait was an hour and 45 minutes! good thing we weren't hungry yet!!! The service was pretty good... but no wonder it takes an hour and 45 minutes! The waiters have to do everything without any bus boys! They clean the table, set the table, take your order, bring water, bread, salad, your entree, and then start all over when you're done! Either way, I don't think I will be coming back here unless it is for soup and salad lunch. The pasta wasn't anything out of this world. My entree and my boyfriends entree had the same exact taste....blah. Definitely not worth the one hour and 45 min wait.

Unlimited soup, salad, and breadsticks? Ummm yea! Olive Garden I dont know how you do it but you do it ohh so good. YOu are about as old as I am here in Miami and your still going strong. I honestly beleive that Olive Garden has the best salad I can probably eat the entire bowl. The breadsticks are to die for, and the pasta is always on point. Yes his is not the best Italian restaurant but the consistency and variety is what get me every time. I had not been to this fine establishment in a very long time. Until finally I re kindled my love connection and now all I do is savor the salad and bread. When I go I do venture off into new interesting menu items, but to be safe the tour of Italy is a no brainer

I hate this restuarant. I went back last month and ordered the chicken marsala, and the waiter first of all got my order wrong. When they brought it the chicken was burnt and just plain gross.

There are so few Olive Garden's in Miami. This ensures that no matter what time or day you come, you will have an hour wait. We came around 9pm on a Saturday. They did let us know what to expect around a 50 minute wait. So we waited.... I can't get enough of their breadsticks (with alfredo dipping sauce) and salad. It's standard Olive Garden fare. However this time my fiance had to go through about 4 sets of utensils to get a clean looking one. He was livid and pretty disgusted. A confusion on the kids menu led to my daughters order being wrong so we asked to speak to the manager. He was very kind and said he would comp my daughters dinner. When it was time for the check, the waiter came back and said the whole dinner would be comped. I know what to expect from an Olive Garden, and despite the let-down's I plan to still visit here every so often. I might ask for plastic silverware next time.

I had the Eggplant Parmesan with Shrimp Fettucini Alfredo. I wasn't a fan of the salad they bring out, the dressing is not my favorite. The breadsticks I tried with the Alfredo dipping sauce and it's divine. The bread is warm, soft and fresh. The Eggplant was cooked perfectly one time, I would've guessed they hired a new chef! Its not worth it to add shrimp to your order, the shrimp are small. We also ordered the Fried Calamari, Toasted Ravioli, and Spinach Dip, they were good as well, especially the Ravioli. I dip just about everything in the Alfredo dipping sauce. My date had the Chicken Parmesan and my friend had the Tour Of Italy, which had Chicken Parmesan, Lasagna, and Fettucini Alfredo, she loved her Lasagna the best. The service here is not great. Especially when ordering To-Go, expect to wait 30 minutes at the bar for your order on a weekend. And about 15 minutes on a weekday. It gets extremely packed on a Sat/Sun, sometimes it's difficult to park, which is why we only do To-Go from now on with Olive Garden. Not my #1 choice in Italian food, but it's not my last!

Why this place is always full is beyond me! My mom, brother and I attended a funeral mass and decided to grab lunch afterwards at the nearest restaurant, which happened to be the Olive Garden. We were starving so we ordered a bunch of different things. To start, we had their appetizer platter where you could choose 3 things- we had the stuffed mushrooms, fried mozzarella and fried calamari. The stuffed mushrooms were super greasy, the fried mozzarella was cold and stale. At least the calamari was decent. For my meal, I ordered the fettucine alfredo and it came with a soup or salad. I went ahead and ordered their rustica soup. It was the most disgusting thing ever. It was creamy and it seemed like the milk was parting from the grease in the soup. Needless to say, I did not eat it!! My pasta was just okay. You can't really screw noodles and sauce up. My brother ordered their fettucine with gorgonzola steak. The gorgonzola cheese on top was SO gross. It tasted like rubber. The only semi-good tasting meal from what we ordered was my mom's. She had the 'limited time' chicken carbonara. It had a strong taste to it, but it was good. Definitely better than my brother's meal! The Olive Garden is a perfect example of my distaste for chain restaurants. The only Italian chain I'm fond of is Carraba's and the Olive Garden is SO far behind, I don't think they'll ever even come close!

I've gone to this Olive Garden several times. I'm not a big fan of this location. I feel that this location to way too over crowded. I'm so glad they opened one in Homestead--which closer to my house compared to driving to Flagler--and getting stuck in traffic. For some reason, everytime I go there, my food tends to taste WAY salty. Especially, the seafood dishes. I wonder if they the pasta and everything in salt water rather fresh water with a little salt. It's not a bad place to eat, but just too over crowd and has salty food for my liking. :(

The place was busy - had to wait an hour for seating. It was a Saturday night so that makes sense. The service was excellent! The food was average. Not worth the one hour wait. The unlimited bread sticks and salad alway's put's a smile on my face!

This is the second time that I attend this Olive Garden and it was so crowded that I just wanted to leave. Our waitress was rude, she got my order wrong twice and by the time I had my food to eat, I had filled up on bread and salad. It is a nice hangout family spot but If I go again I will only go on slow days. I have always enjoyed the food here so that is my reason for the 3 stars.

Yes, sometimes the wait is a little long but its truly worth it. The atmosphere is great, its clean, and they offer great service. My husband and I order fettuccine alfredo with chicken Peach iced tea and the free breadsticks which are so delicious. We absolutely love this place!!

This is for a Thursday night dinner, the place was packed and for a table for two the wait was about 35 min. The nightmare of a dining experience started early with being sat in a broken bench booth, it felt like i was riding an old fashion school bus. What had originally brought me to Olive garden was the never ending pasta bowl, but to start we ordered a app. combo plate of stuffed mushrooms & calamari. Also the bread and salad are amazing from Olive Garden but it was a food rapid fire after sitting at this broken bench for half an hour without any drink orders or other type of contact. The food was delivered in a very unorthodox way, salad and bread sticks came first, then the pasta immediately after, then our drink order and the appetizers got sent out last. We turned them away since we were supposed to receive them before the pasta. It was just a mess. I wouldn't mind trying Olive Garden again, just not this location.

Horrible wait time, walked in at 3:00 pm on Sunday and did not sit down and get attended until 4:45pm. In a nutshell make sure you have a small wrap before you eat here. Service is horrible, long wait times, waiters are hurried, and you are rushed to eat after waiting a long time.

I have been to this Olive Garden countless times, for lunch, mostly dinner, and also take out. I have not been disappointed yet. Whatever I've ordered has been delicious and the service has always been great. Their salad and dressing is delectable (I always get their dressing to go). I am a very picky person, both for food and service, and was very surprised to see reviews in the one or two stars (I've never had a less than 4 star experience at an Olive Garden, and no, I don't work for them). Their catering options (especially the lasagna and salad), is the best I've found in Miami, not only for the quality and quantity but also for the price. It can't be beat. My favorite hands down lunch pick here is the soup and salad with bread. Fantastic price at less than $7. The salad is the reason that I love Olive Garden and the soups are not bad at all. For appetizer's I like the calamari appetizer and the Mussels di Napoli (they're almost better than the ones I make at home). This location has ample parking and depending on the day and time, you may have to wait for a table.

Our first visit to this particular Olive Garden restaurant was not very pleasant. We were on one of our frequent mini vacations to Miami and decided to have dinner at one of our favorite family restaurants. It was a Friday night and they were quite busy. The 45 minute to a 1 hour wait gave my wife and I a chance to get a couple of drinks from the bar. We were seated and our server Wilfredo, took our drink, appetizer and dinner orders quickly. The salad, breadsticks and appetizers came out fast, but the drinks came quite a few minutes later. Everything was hot and tasty. While we were waiting on our entrees, waiters serving the table behind us had a mishap then spilled drinks on my daughter. Though the server was very apologetic and management came out to ask if everything was okay, my daughter was soaked and no further attempt was made to a rectify the situation. Later during our dinner while removing dishes from the table, our server spilled my wife's martini; again no attempt to rectify the situation was made further than an apology. With my daughter being soaked and my wife's spilled drink, this dinner experience was not very pleasant. Flat out sloopy service!

Never again! Be prepared for a hour wait and then once you are seated another 20-30 minutes for a waiter to get to you and then another hour for your mediocre pasta to be served. I will never go to another olive gardens again. Not recommended and the employees are just Highschool snobby kids with no sense of team work and hospitality. 1/10

Good service for a Friday night. George our waiter did a great job of taking care of our group. We had 8 people. They had a table ready in 10min and ready togo. I'll definitely ask for him next time!

I absolutely love Italian food . Olive garden has a wide variety of entrees and caters to authenticity . I went during rush hour ( Friday night ) for a quick drink and bite . The seating by the bar is my preffered area for a party of 2 . Our waiter was quick to help us out and speedy with the order however , they have these new tablets where you can order your food which I dislike . We were indecisive about what we should order and he recommended that when we are ready to order from the tablet. Call me old school but I hated this idea . It definitely loses the personal touch of basic human interaction . PLUS , that is part of the gratuity -the interaction with your waiter ! Apart from that , the Sangarita paired with the chicken flatbread was esquisite. They also give complimentary bread sticks which is my favorite item from olive garden . I can't wait to go back for more !

Olive garden is always packed any day and time that you go. As we were waiting for our table, the pager that we were given had a sticker that said if you show the pager at the bar, you get half off wine. We wanted to take advantage of this deal since we were told to wait 30 min, so we walked to the bar. We waited about 10 minutes for someone to attend to us, but no one stopped to ask what we wanted. So we left the bar, and waited outside. That was a bit disappointing. We were seated maybe 15 minutes later. We were a party of 7, celebrating my bf's grandmothers birthday. After 5 min of being seated, they brought us those warm, delicious bread sticks they make. I imagined the waiter would take our order at that moment. He took our order after 15-20 min of us sitting and waiting. Shortly after, they brought the salad, very good. I think that was actually my favorite part. I ordered the cheese ravioli. It was alright. Nothing great. I wouldn't order it again. The waiter was absolutely phenomenal. We were attended by Nelson, he was so kind and attentive. I wish he took our order a little sooner, but he was just great. Next time I go, I will ask for Nelson to attend us.

Las time was a nightmare the waitress Dialenys think was her name was definitely not good to serve tables. You have to like people to do that job. She was bored to do it. First time we didn't like Olive Garden. There is a new mini computer table. I think the waiters and managers should be well train about it

Service was good, Patty was our waitress and she was very attentive and friendly. The reason this review doesn't have a higher score is because the food made my boyfriend and I, very, very sick. The sangria also was pure syrup, we didn't finish even half of ours. It's a shame because we truly do like olive garden! This one needs a fresh cleaning. There was also a very moldy smell as soon as you walk inside.

The service is good, but to be honest, you'll be better of buying a BK Italian Chicken Sandwich and putting it in a plate and calling that Italian cuisine than going to Olive Garden. Their food is fast food quality but at normal restaurant prices.

My main complaint for this location is that it has dirty carpet smell - yuck! Very off putting and it has been getting progressively worse. Probably won't keep going if this is not fixed soon! The food - I love their salad, pasta fagiole and breadsticks.. this is the reason I keep coming back :) I usually prefer their marinara and cream based sauces but that is quite a caloric load! I emphatically dislike their meat sauce and lasagna. I know they make it with sausage and though many others do, here it is off-putting. Saving graces for me are usually found in the lighter fare menu. I am a huge fan of the portobello ravioli! Tip: it's not on the dinner menu but you can still order it at dinner :) Does not taste as if it is a lighter dish. The ravioli filling is creamy, mushroom goodness and the sauce is a decadent treat. I also like their grilled chicken and salmon options. Mangia

I'm amazed at the volume of people they serve here. I wouldn't normally choose a chain restaurant but we received a gift card from a friend. We had a deep fried extravaganza and it was better than we thought. Of course it tasted kinda of one note after a while but that was our choosing. Love the zuppa toscana soup. Lasagna Fritta (fried!) $9.29 Spicy Calamari (fried!) $9.99 Risotto Bites (fried!) $5.00 Service was great.

The food is good and the experience depends on who waits on you, but the silverware were stained with food, we asked the waitress to change them and we sat for a long time waiting staring at our salad that we just got up and looked for it ourselves

I hadn't had OG in a while because the last time we did it wasn't good. Came back and not by my own choice, but because my aunt chose it. We were six and my husband was the first one there, so when he asked for a table they told him more people had to be here from the party. So when it was four of us we told one of the hostesses and she was like ok, give me a minute. The one who was there from before comes back and she tells her to seat us and she goes to do something else and comes back and still doesn't do it. So the other hostess ended up seating us. I was kind of like really? What the hell?! But I just shrugged it off. They had what looked like a new menu, and some seasonal plates on the menu. Decided to try something different (cause I always have the chicken Alfredo), so I shared the Mediterranean Trout with my mom (it's a 10 oz filet-huge). It was good, but not memorable, so wouldn't get it again. Our server right off the bat was very nice, Giovanni aka Gio. He spoke in Spanish, cause my family was all speaking in Spanish and my aunt heard his accent and said "Que viva Colombia!" And it's like we were all cool and family from then on. Offering my cousin arepa and all sorts of things, lol. Gio was great and if I ever go back to that OG, I would ask to have him as a server again (if possible). So if it was based on service we got from Gio is would be 4-5 stars, but I had to put everything else in, so that brought it down. Other than that it was the typical all you can eat of the breadsticks and salad/soup. Would we go back? I don't know, there are just so many other great and fresh Italian restaurants out there that aren't chains like this. I would probably only come back if it was someone else's choice and not mine to be honest.

My grandmother wanted to eat out this Saturday so we decided to come to Olive Garden. Wait time: 5-10 minutes. We didn't wait a minute longer. We sat comfortably in the back with ample space to accommodate my grandmothers wheelchair. There were four clean wine glasses on the table that were never removed. I believe they were from the party before us. Not a big deal till our plates came! Waiter comes around to take our drink orders but we had to ask for glasses of water. My grandmother ordered a peach sangria that was delicious, but I had to bring it to the waiters attention that it hadn't made it to the table yet. We ordered 3 entrees: 1 roasted garlic and rosemary chicken and 2 of La Cucina Mia specials. 1) Chicken dish was DELICIOUS! Super tender and juicy with a yummy sauce. It's a light platter so it had no side. La Cucina Mia: you can chose bottomless soup or salad, select your pasta type, sauce, and any toppings are extra. 2) I chose the gnocchi and chicken soup YUM! It's a must have always. It was bottomless so that's all I wanted, so for the pasta I chose giant rigatoni with meat sauce. 3) Grandma ordered minestrone soup and for her pasta dish ordered whole wheat linguine since there was not a plain option with Alfredo sauce and shrimp. My grandmother asked for cheese in her soup and the waiter dumped it all in mine. He said he just swap it out for me. I was okay with that. I figured I'd have some salad while I waited, only there were no salad plates! Great! I had to tell the waiter to remember my soup and then it came about 15 minutes later. My main dish came before the soup. I didn't eat the past, I took it home. I finished my grandmothers sangria and my mom ordered an espresso. Caro y malo estaba (expensive and bad) and my grandmother ordered a small chocolate mouse cake. Can't complain much about the food. Just the customer service. Overall it was an OK experience. Believe it or not the Olive Garden in Cutler Bay is much better and cleaner!!

Came here this past Tuesday around 3pm. Service was not so great and I definitely will not go into detail because it bores me just to think about it. Blah! Not sure if our server was new or perhaps it was the language barrier. IDK. He did get better after we received our main course. Attentive in fact. A little too late. The Lasagna Fritta tasted freezer burnt. Not so good. Tour of Italy was delicious. I only wish the Fettuccine Alfredo was not touching the other two (Chicken Parm & Lasagna). The red sauce blends in with the Alfredo sauce and gives it another flavor all together. I guess eat the Fettuccine first! I had not been to an Olive Garden in ages and thought I should give it another try. Service makes for a long lasting impression. Next time I'm craving Italian food, I will stick to Carrabba's in South Miami.

Yes, 4 stars. Don't get angry or suspicious, but I have very good reasons to give it a good rating. Since OG is a chain restaurant you have to have this in perspective when rating and evaluating it's food, service and prices. So here we go: 1) This place is always packed. If the food and/or service was that terrible (as some reviewers pointed out), this place should be as empty as an echo chamber. If you go on a weekend night expect to wait from 30 minutes to more than a hour. Thus I usually sit at the bar, most of the time there are a couple of empty spots and I get seated immediately. The advantage of being at the counter is that you are served quickly and efficiently. And 100% of the time the bar waiter was awesome (I agree that a table waiter is a hit/miss situation, I have had waiters that irritated me so much that I was ready to leave without paying my bill, and sometimes I had phenomenal service, and sometimes someone that spoke no English... crazy... but don't take crap, call the manager if the wait staff is stupid and/or rude) 2) Prices are usually very good for most dishes, plus you get a free salad and garlic bread. I have been to some "not so fancy" Italian restaurants were they charged $9 for a side salad and $6 for some bread and butter, making your $12 meatball pasta jump to $25.... keep that in mind. In summary: think about the "value" of what you are getting. 3) Food: 80% of the time our dishes are very good. And if we don't like it we just return it and ask for something else. Why should I eat something that is not to my liking anyway? The spaghetti with meat sauce, the pasta with meatballs, the Pappardelle Pescatore are all excellent. The appetizers like stuffed mushrooms, bruschetta, shrimp scampi are also very good. Sure, overall the food can't beat Gabiano or Cibo, but it costs less that half as much, and the quality and taste of Gabiano is not exactly 200% better... once again, think about "value".... 4) The deserts are also very good, we love the Black Tie Mouse Cake, the Zeppoli and the Sicilian Cheese cake. The mouse cake is incredibly rich, and the Zeppoli delicious (and heavy!), Cheese cake is unique. In summary: if a talented manager would keep an eye on the service staff (kicking butt when needed, literally), this place would be one of the best Italian chain restaurants in Florida. Food is mostly very good to excellent, if you get something you don't like please send it back, don't let it spoil your evening, get something else. Prices are good... think about "value"! Cheers!

I went to Olive Garden cause my friends were always telling me how good it is. I went with my daughters. Our waitress was really sweet & attentive. I ordered the fettuccini with shrimp & clams. It was ok. The best part of our lunch was dessert. Lemon creme pie which was good. The breadsticks I found a little salty for my taste. I loved tgat they had all u can eat salad which was good. Sorry but I wouldn't come back, it just wasent for us.

Well, you know Olive Garden food. I think it's a hit or miss depending on the location you go to. First of all, I have been here several times and I have never waited less than 40 minutes for a table. So that's just a full disclosure for you. My review is based on my most recent experience, although it does reflect all of the other times I have been here. Now to continue: when we finally got seated, we were immediately offered a complimentary taste of their wine...with DIRTY glasses. Gross. Oh and the wine was simply awful. We were served our waters and my stepfather ordered a lemonade - none of which were served with ANY ice at all! We had to asked for two extra glasses filled with ice. Who likes hot water and lemonade?! Bread and salad came quickly and were fine. We ordered an appetizer trio with fried zuccini, fried mozzarella, and stuffed mushrooms. I must say this was the most disappointing appetizer I have ever had. I am a huge huge huge fan of zucchini, especially fried zucchini, and this is the absolute worse fried zucchini I've ever had. They are medallion shaped and they are SO bread-y with the tiniest bit of tasteless zucchini inside. They actually tasted like soap. So weird. And so disappointing. Oh, and the mozzarella and stuffed mushroom - also awful. Didn't taste fresh at all. After the bread, salad, and appetizers, it seemed to be an eternity until our entrees were served. I had the fettuccine alfredo as I usually do. It was awful. How could a plate of pasta be awful? First, it literally looked like it was THROWN on the plate. As if it were a lump of frozen pasta that was just microwaved and served. I wish I would have taken a pic, but I was so hungry after waiting so long that I just dug in. It tasted as awful as it looked. What a disappointment. My family had the same feeling about their entrees. Nobody enjoyed their entrees. I did give this place two stars instead of one because the service, although not the best, was really friendly and truly did their best. AND the salad and bread was decent. So there, two stars it is. I honestly do hope to come back and give this place a better rating. I know Olive Garden can be good, this location just needs to make major improvements.

Unfortunately this isn't a good review . Had lunch here about 3 days ago and although staff was nice and I was taken care of shorter than the quoted time I got food poisoning. I think they are leaving the food out too long because this is the second time this happens to me. The first time I decided to give them a second chance and than this second chance same thing. The staff is very attentive but I will not be back do to the fact that I believe they are not taking proper precautions in the kitchen .

I hadn't been to Olive Garden in years, but I saw the 2 for $25 Tuscan dinner deal and decided to go with my Biffle. I'm sad to say the quality and service has gone down hill. The salad had absolutely no dressing and by the time she brought the sides of dressing our entrees were already out. She had entered the wrong entree for me so I told my friend to go ahead and start while I ate the salad. By the time my plate came I wasn't hungry anymore so I boxed it up for later. They were also out of tiramisu dessert, which is ridiculous if your at an Italian restaurant. Then the check came and it was wrong, just a bad experience overall. Lastly, when I had the leftovers my dish was super bland, definitely could've cooked something better for cheaper at home.

bartender excuse I left the restaurant after the bartender stated he could not serve me in the bar area but just at the bar counter. I voted with my feet and went down the street to Carrabbas where the hostesses told me they would serve me no matter where I sat. Carrabbas is now my lunch place of choice after arriving to Miami International from a business trip overseas. I'm sure the food is good but customer service is hard to find these days.

The food here is decent but I will not be returning here because of their uneducated staff. When we arrived there was a 25 minute wait for two people so my husband and I opted to sit at the bar. There were 6 people standing behind the bar, yet none of them made an effort to help us. After waiting around to be helped we decided to kindly wave down one of the waiters passing by ( Raul to be more specific) and asked if he could take our order. We started off with some soup and breadsticks, while eating our appetizers I asked the waiter if they served pasta bolognese. He abruptly answered yes, went to the kitchen and came back with a bowl of sauce. I explained that we wanted the pasta with the sauce and not the sauce alone. This guy ( Raul) quickly lost his temper and began to argue with me and reprimand me in front of all the costumers that were sitting by the bar. I told him it was ok and no need for him to loose his cool and we proceeded to eat our meals. While eating the couple next to us explained how the same thing had just occurred to the too. We were finally ready to ask for the check but Raul was nowhere to be found , so we asked another individual that was walking by. Upon Raul's return he saw this young man helping us which obviously bothered him and once again he lost his cool. Once again we are watching him belittle another person who was clearly only trying to help. Overall this place is an absolute joke. The service is below average, with angry and hostile servers that look quite unhappy. The environment is loud and their workers behaviors in our eyes are absurd. What ever happened to the costumer always being right?

NEVER AGAIN. Im not one to write negative reviews, however my last dining experience at Olive Garden was so bad I had to come and update my previous 2 star review. If I could I would give this place 0stars or .5 The wait was not bad this thursday night, about 15 min and the bartender was super nice (at this point all was well) Things went down hill as soon as we sat down. Our waitress comes to our tables and says "Bienvenido a Olive Garden, Mi nombre es __ (I dont remember), espanol es ta bien?" ...uhhhhh?? I guess its going to have to be because clearly you don't know english. Whatever, I could deal with the Spanish, but then I get my roll of silverware and open it, put my napkin on my lap and just glance at my utensils. Something catches my eye, there is crusted on food of some sort on my knife, literally looked like some one had just eaten with it. Alright so I ask for another set (I hate to be a pain but it was really gross) Again, I unroll and they're dirty yet again. (Not the waitresses fault) so whatever I take out an ice cube, rub it on the crusted on food and wipe it off with my napkin.. Then I was happy,, I finally had clean utensils. The salad was the usual, not bad but come on people you can buy that mix in a bag, just throw some tomatoes, onions and olives on there and its the same thing I only ordered mozzarella which wasn't bad, I mean how can you mess you fried cheese? But one of the things had no cheese inside. My bf's "Baked ziti" was definitely not that, it was noodles with a little sauce on top and melted cheese. Definitely the poorest excuse for baked ziti i had ever seen. The other two people at my table just had app's which they weren't crazy about. My sister got the tour of italy, all she ate was the chicken parm and some of the fettuccini .. 2hours later she was nauseas, and crapping herself. Go Elsewhere

The food was pretty good, standard. Their deals are great, we had in total 4 main courses for the prise of 2, without counting the unlimited bread and salad. Edwin took excellent care of us, he was very attentive and on point with everything, he is worth the 5 stars. If you want a great deal and perfect service just ask for him

Was there yesterday with the family. The food was horrible! My kids didnt even eat their food and they arent picky. It was that bad! My chicken Caesar salad was a joke. No preparation and such little bit of lettuce it was more like a side salad and wasnt cheap. Our server taimie was the best server I've ever had...so attentive and anticipated our needs and was friendly and personable. I wish she was working for a better quality restaurant. I openly told her to let the chef know our food was terribe but she was fantastic!

Worst Olive Garden I've ever been to! Hostess working the Friday night shift with black hair has such a snotty, rude attitude it makes you want to punch her, honestly. My waiter "Endy" (according to the sales receipt) only spoke Spanish and refused to speak English to me (in an Italian restaurant). He also tried to offer me a sample of the house wine 4 times literally of the same wine! The appetizers came out 25 mins after the order was placed (which it came out wrong, cold and stale). The entree was delivered way too late (an unacceptable 40 mins) and the entrees were cold and flavorless. I refused the entrees shortly after and demanded to speak to a general manager. According to my server, the general manager was "not available" at the moment and was in a meeting (really? At 11pm on a slow Friday evening??). Overall after sending back my inedible food and basically being forced to pay my $87 tab which I worked very hard for and not being able to speak to the manager, I will never return to this Olive Garden and possibly any other one either. I would never recommend this horrible place to anyone and recommend to stay away. Their "When you're here, your family!" slogan at this restaurant is a joke. You get the garbage treatment.

The place is always very busy. The food is good but nothing extraordinary. Good American Italian food when dining on a budget. Their salad and soup deal with breadsticks is always a good option for a light lunch.

I've eaten here several times and have tried a couple of different dishes. Honestly, I only give it two stars because I always receive exceptional service here. From the menu, the only thing that I'd recommend with confidence is the chicken meatballs appetizer. The rest of the food is hit or miss depending on who is in the kitchen. I don't expect much here either, but the food is just inedible at times. Oh yeah, soup and salad deal isn't bad at all, but I can't really up any stars for that. 2 is generous enough

Always reliable. The service, food and wine has always been great. We've received inside scoop that construction is coming soon to this restaurant and they are making major changes to their interior. If there is always a wait at this place, it's because it's always great. For simplicity, deliciousness and reliability, come to the #1 Olive Garden in the US.

The server started off by bringing us dirty utensils. Then he brought a martini with red lipstick on the rim of the glass. Our salad never made it to the table. Horrible service. I understand it's busy here but they should spend more time training their new servers before they attend customers. He was clearly flustered and didn't know what he was doing.

Let's start with when I walked into the the restaurant. I smelled urine. Even where I stood in front of the counter where you wait to be seated smelled like urine. Turns out the bathroom is a couple of steps from the front door. As the host leads me and my boyfriend to our table, I whispered to my boyfriend "this place smells like s~," the host immediately said "CHEESE. It smells like cheese or the vacuum we used to clean the carpets." No sir. I know what urine smells like. The Food: I ordered the never ending pasta bowl. For the first round, I got the angel hair with their new roasted mushroom alfredo sauce with chicken fritta. When I got it, it looked good. But when I looked under the chicken, and looked at the actual angel hair and the sauce, I saw that there was barely any sauce and 5 pieces of mushrooms. It was sooo dry. There was barely any sauce. It was beyond disappointing. For the second round, I got the penne with five cheese marinara, which was tasteless. I also got the chicken and gnocchi soup. It tasted good, but where was the chicken? I saw two pieces of chicken that looked like they were 2 cm each (being generous here) and looked like it came from a Campbell soup can (you know the fake looking processed chicken). I ended up paying about $14 for crappy pasta. Wasted my money for bad food. By the way, for the never ending pasta bowl, it is $1 for their new sauces (spicy three meat and roasted mushroom alfredo). I could have made a much better pasta at home. Service: We got a waiter that looked like he did not want to be there. His face had a "I don't care about anything" written all over it. He was slow. No excuse because we got there at like 11:30am and it was not busy at all. He was so slow that when we were ready to pay, he was MIA for some time, so another waiter took our check and gave us a box. Plus, I asked for a second round of breadsticks, but I never got it. We got tired of waiting for it so we left after paying. What a bad experience and bad impression. Overall, bad. No wonder Olive Garden is having such a hard time. The food is too pricey, the quality is bad, and the service is bad. Oh don't forget the entrance that smells like urine. Never going there again.

Four people, including a manager behind the bar and no one even acknowledges us. There are only for customers sitting at the bar. Finally the to-go runner came to the bar and helped us. The 2 stars are because he was attentive and polite. 3 of the 6 tables in the bar area were sitting un-bussed and an empty serving tray on its stand in the area. Meanwhile, there's a line for wait at the entrance. We took our meal home and when we opened up the plate with the asparagus appetizer, we gasped. I understand it's just asparagus and it's hard to make it glamorous, especially in a to go setting. But it looked so sad. Maybe it's not a dish that should be offered as take out. Picture attached.

Giving it 3 stars because I simply love their food. Usually have the same (chicken fettuccine Alfredo) but most of what I've tried here is pretty delicious. Now the agonizing wait times and occasional sucky servers really kill it for me. Maybe they should open more locations? Hehehe. Oh and one last thing, last time I went there I asked for bread to go and got denied. Wth? Really? That's never been an issue. EVER. But the server told me they weren't allowed and that his boss was there and blah blah blah. Not that I needed any but I was still disappointed.

WHAAAAA!!!!

The place was busy - had to wait an hour for seating. It was a Saturday night so that makes sense. The service was excellent! The food was average. Not worth the one hour wait. The unlimited bread sticks and salad alway's put's a smile on my face!

Went there on September 16 as a Date Night with my wife. It was great. She told the staff about her shellfish allergy and they explained how everything was cooked separate. The waiter was super nice and offered a house wine to taste. The breadsticks were amazing and so was the salad. I ordered the Chicken Marsela and my wife ordered the Trio of Italy. I have to admit, all the food was cooked perfect and the pricing was great. Will be going there again soon.

Mangia

The service is good, but to be honest, you'll be better of buying a BK Italian Chicken Sandwich and putting it in a plate and calling that Italian cuisine than going to Olive Garden. Their food is fast food quality but at normal restaurant prices.

The food is good and the experience depends on who waits on you, but the silverware were stained with food, we asked the waitress to change them and we sat for a long time waiting staring at our salad that we just got up and looked for it ourselves

Cheers!

Not that I needed any but I was still disappointed.

not sure where to start.

Italian Cuisine

The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.

Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.

If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.
