We loved this place, and wish they would make some of these in the bay area. It was nice to have a refreshing drink at the mall. My husband and I ended up trying a few different flavors, well we visited the mall. I will totally go again. ain!

Came here for a drink after a long day at work. The weather outside was perfect. There was live music playing. The frozen drinks were yummy and strong. The service was great as well.

This is a good place to go if you are in Bayfront and looking for a place to go. The drinks are pretty good and are decently priced. High marks for using some fresh fruit in their daiquiris. Nothing overly special but it can be fun to sit here and watch the crazy people dancing to live music.

I always come here after work with my co workers. The service is great, drinks are cheap. We love it. The few times I've tried the frozen drinks they are always amazing.

I tried the special, but I cannot remember what it was... It was great: colorful, just strong enough considering this place is located in a busy shopping district, and courteously served to me. There's also complimentary popcorn, rather than nuts. Pics are a true representation. Can also drink while shopping, riding on various boats, and just walking around.

There were four of us and two of us ordered Piña coladas (the only good thing here), then I ordered a Banana Daiquiri (horrible), another ordered the Strawberry daiquiri (not as bad but not good). Do yourself a favor if you go and only have the Piña Colada.

Alright for a quick drink by the water. Came on a monday, not Busy at all. Good place to grab a drink and hangout and listen to some live music. Prices are around 15 bucks a drink, normal for the area.

We spent a couple hours on our one night in Miami before we departed on a cruise wandering around the Bayside Marketplace since it was right by our hotel. Seeing as we were getting into the vacation spirit, we decided we couldn't do that without having an adult beverage, so daiquiris it was! Price wasn't too outrageous, drink was good, no complaints. I don't think we were carded though which upsets me because I don't like appearing obviously over 21 to people. The bartender lady was very friendly. It was nice being able to sit on the water drinking a frozen alcoholic conconction in January. Yay.

Good spot for a quick smoothie. I got the first movie and it's pretty tasty, but it's not purely fresh fruit as they advertise- a few squirts of mystery juice is added. Probably good for non-virgin drinks though.

Let's do work! It's touristy, sugary, sometimes weak on the alcohol content. But it's probably one of my favorite places to have a drink in Doral--they're doing something right! (but it ain't the Rum Runner... that's for sure!)

Mango Mojitos. Need I say more? Sure I can! Add the hot bartender and margaritas on the rocks. Bam! How do these Miami people get any damn work done??

After about four visits here with out of town guest who always spot this bar in the middle of Bayside Marketplace, it is not for me. The alcohol that they use for their mixed drinks is basically stuff you never heard of. Generic vodka, rum, etc... And if you want to taste the alcohol you better splurge and get a floater. Save yourself some money and get much better drinks at Fat Tuesday. The service here is just OK. Small little cups, sticky, with some attitude at times. And because they are located outside you have a major fly problem. Fresh fruit laying around and sticky alcohol will bring these flying critters. agh, no thanks.

I was hesitant at first to give this place a shot due to its touristy feel but on a gorgeous afternoon, even I couldn't resist just one. I was jonesing for something tropical but not quite a daiquiri so I went with a bay breeze. I have to say, it was one of the best bay breezes I've ever had. My friend had a mojito, and that too was super delish! It was just the right blend of soda, mint, sugar, and rum. If you are in the Bayside area, give them a shot. Or better yet, let them give you a shot in one of their many fab drinks!

I went here the other day ordered a Pina Colada took the shot of rum on the side, so my Pina Colada was virgin and....... YES It still has the BEST PINA COLADA in Miami! It is way better virgin. I do not want any alcohol tainting my heavenly Pina Colada.

On my most recent trip to Miami, I enjoyed this daquiri stand called, "Let's Make a Daquiri." It's always fun grabbing a drink at a bar outdoors. The service here was quick and the drinks were strong. yay! Boyfriend and I ordered two Miami Vices (half pina colada, half strawberry daquiri). The bartender even took our picture for us. After signing the credit card slip and leaving the tip on there, the bartender came back to where we were sitting and took time to thank us. That was nice as I've never seen that before. Let's Make A Daiquiri is a small, simple location with just a bar and some stools outside, but it was just what we needed to sit and enjoy the sun and fresh breeze. Yay for the great service and yummy drinks.

I'm going to give this place a pre rating of three stars tried to get a drink but it was so packed I wasn't able to but I will try again soon.

This is one of the many daiquari places on the little strip here, and so far we have been to two... this one being the better of the two. My wife and I both ordered a Miami Vice, which is half strawberry daiquiri and half pina colada. It was pretty good, and the bartender gave us a little extra rum. I liked how they put a shot tube in the rum for you to do with what you please. It was overall pretty tasty and refreshing.... not the best tropical drink you'll ever have, but good for what it is.

Miami Vice Drink (hey i am new here, so this is still cool and I am still allowed to do it LOL) is very tasty (half strawberry daiquiri half pina colada and a test tube of dark rum). Considering i am from Vegas, $10 for this drink is perfectly acceptable as it is a full cup, with the rum, and tastes terrific (about an 8 on the yummy scale). Never a wait, always a smile - love grabbing one after we have dinner or a late night snack at Bayside.

BANANA DAQUIRI!!!!! this place was awesome cuz daquiri's at the convention center were $14. Real bananas! Lime also okay, Strawberry alright, little too much syrup strawberry not enough real stuff. We had good service both nights we were here. Its a nice little spot for people watching and the strip mall plaza stage thing that's right next to it has free live music 7 days/nights a week. Not bad if you're trapped in the abandoned Downtown Miami area with no time to venture to the beaches.

Other than the fact that this place is located in Bayside tourist capitol of Miami, I really love the drinks here. I always get the classic margherita on the rocks no salt, and its the best ive ever had, they make them not too sweet, not too sour, and a lttle on the strong side, PERFECT!! The prices are just right too, especially considering that you are in Miami and in one of the most touristy areas in Miami. For some day time drinking and interesting people watching head on over to the daquiri bar.

For the price, these are good drinks. My husband had the daiquiri and I had a frozen margarita, and both were good. I like that it is right next to a stage where there are performances, so you can have a drink while you listen to music. Good atmosphere. I haven't tried anything else at this bar though, but since it's close to my condo, I'm sure we'll go here again.

Good drinks and fair prices for the location. Good place to people watch, listen to the tunes, and have a few cold ones on a hot summer night.

hot ass miami day, mama sis and i stop here, drinks are weak as hell, nothing special about this place or its drinks, regardless of flavor, and expensive.

A fun place to grab a tasty frozen drink on a hot Miami night. We ordered two strawberry daiquiris and they were very tasty with large fresh strawberries on the rim. At first we thought that we'd be waiting awhile for our drinks when we saw the long line to order, but then we realized there were 4 places to order drinks at the bar. We jumped in a shorter line and had our drinks in no time. The bar is located right by the main stage so we were able to sit down and enjoy the music while we enjoyed our drinks. They have a lot of seating, but it seems that on Saturday nights its close to impossible to find a table. We ended up sitting on a large planter near the bar which worked out great because we found some nice people to talk to.

Let's make a daiquiri? Why yes yes yes! The perfect little spot outside on the Bayside waterfront for a cool refreshing icy smoothie. I highly recommend the Strawberry Daiquiri or the Miami Vice (you are in Miami after all). Service is fast, but yes there is usually a line. There are many bartenders so move to a spot around the 360 degree octagon shaped bar and you'll catch one of them. Enjoy! Remember to tip your servers! :-)

I think this place is managed very unprofessional. There were 3-4 bartenders clustered together while we were waiting someone to take our order in an empty bar. The drinks were not good either, therefore I have not left a tip. A few days later, I realized , I was charged a higher amount which means they have changed the amount I have signed for. So sad that a business tries to get your money that way. totally unacceptable.

Ordering drinks here is enjoyable...one because of the taste and two because of the cost. The drinks are reasonably priced and they carry a good selection. They also have beers (if you are not into frozen drinks), non alcoholic versions (maybe for a pregnant lady) and smoothies (if you have a lil one with you).

    (4)
  • Michelle C.

The bar is located near the middle of Bayside, some feet away from the outdoor Marina stage. They have seats all around the bar or you can just grab your drink and walk around. I'm picky about my pina coladas but they make them good here. They also offer non-alcoholic smoothies (with ice cream).

Best best best place to go when you need to feel like you are on a vacation for 1-2 hours... Anything more and you are pushing it bud! Lol.. The drinks are sooooo vaca-style... I suggest getting their famous piña colada but with patio instead of rum... Reeeeeeediiiiiicccccuuuuullllooosoooo!!! Great spot!!

After all this years in businesses Let's Make A Daiquiri doesn't lose it touch. Been coming here throughout the years and the Daiquiri taste exactly the same. This bar is located in the middle of Bayside Market Place. It is one of the oldest establishment that has survived in Bayside. They offers the traditional daiquiris and they have added some new ones as well. The bar has stool chairs all around so you can sit relax and enjoy the scene of Miami. The bartenders are pretty cool and they don't pressure you to order. Overall love the daiquiris!
