I honestly do not understand HOW they have stayed open. Their lines are too long and their service is horribly slow! I'm tired that they're the only KFC in this area and if I want to get KFC, I either have to suck it up and wait 20min just to get my food (im not kidding, I've timed it from the time I get in the drive thru line to the time I get my food!) or go toPollo Tropical for my chicken. It's ridiculous! The staff may be friendly but they seriously need to better their service.

ZERO stars for this nasty place...and I'm not referring to the food. The place is disgustingly dirty. ALL of the orders are always messed up. People bring things up to the manager (Guadalupe) and she could care less about anything told to her. Steer clear from here!!
(1)favio p.
Very friendly staff every time I've been here. For medium to large orders you usually have to wait several minutes for them to make but they give you a free drink while you wait. Lots of parking and open til late. Clean and nice eating area inside.
(4)Hector J.
This has to be the slowest "fast food" place ever! Add to it that the employees could care less and have attitudes!
(1)Megg S.
This place drives me insane they never listen and can never get an order straight. I don't know what is wrong with people not paying attention to "special orders" but get with the program people! The cashier lady is either an air head or just simply in another world that is hard to describe. I say the number 8 it's the 10 PC bites it's not the "doublelicous" know your menu that you work at!

KFC-Taco Bell Venue: One Brand Alliance, One Ambition Exterior: Theme-colored, brick-and-mortar deco simply suits this establishment just fine, even with the involvement of well-placed landscaping. But what made it more appealing is the pair of charming flag pennants lining up near the sidewalk entry. [4.0/5.0] Interior: Dining Area: Modern, reasonably clean (despite minor hygienic flaws in some sparse areas), and quiet (in regards to the atmosphere). The Wi-Fi feature has outdone itself during the absence of a TV. [4.2/5.0] Bathroom: Modest in interior design, but slightly lacking in hygiene. Not to mention that the toilet lacked function. [2.5/5.0] Kitchen: Cleanliness is above acceptable standards; it could be better if the staff were to receive further kitchen hygiene training, primarily on the floor. [3.8/5.0] Service: Staff: Friendly and surprisingly punctual, yet occasionally gets the order wrong. [3.9/5.0] Meal: Quite satisfactory, as I have been dining with the family. [3.75/5.0] Final Judgement: A restaurant that has shared its responsibility with Taco Bell, this one seems promising, yet it still has a long way to go. I must stress the emphasis on hygiene if it's to make its mark on the restaurant world in this neighborhood. Final Score: 3.8 out of 5.0
(3)Vernon S.
The absolute slowest "fast" food in the country! I have never had to wait for over 20 mins to order and actually get my food. Better fill up your tank with gas if your waiting at the drive thru. The line of cars is 10 deep and never moves. Even though this place is right by my house I actually drive 6 miles away when I want Taco Bell to another TBell in the area. Don't waste your time at this place.
(1)Lissette G.
The slowest drive thru in the world. Be ready to wait 15 min easy to place an order no matter what day of the week!! And of it is a weekend ohhh at least 25 min!
(1)Candice K.
Not once have I ever received a completely correct order, and I've been here many times. I guess I'm a glutton for punishment to keep going back. As others have stated, the food isn't bad, but the drive-thru takes forever and the orders are never right. NEVER! I've never eaten inside but I have ordered from inside. It's dingy and dirty. I have made several complaints about my orders getting messed up and have been offered discount coupons, but I don't think I'll be going back to this store. I'll go to KFC on Kendall and Taco Bell on Sunset from now on. Never encountered these problems at those locations.
(1)Michael D.
KFC's food was okay. Except that the service here sucks and the people are rude. Every time I went into this place, I always get that bad service. They never fail to give me that bad service. Would totally recommend their food but not their service. Por favor.
(2)Amanda T.
I know that I am rating a fast food restaurant but as far as fast food standards go this 2 in 1 sucks go to another one if you are craving taco bell/KFC. First off the wait is ALWAYS horrible shouldn't even be considered fast food when it takes 45 minutes through a drive-thru. Your order will always come out wrong. They dont give you napkins, plastic fork, straws, etc. The inside is just as bad. The employes are always screaming at each other and complaining how the others are so lazy, Maybe that's why the service is so slow. Mind you all this arguing while they are taking care of customers. I don't eat fast food much but when I do it will definitely not be at this location.
(1)Jay R.
Love eating here and unlike some people say drive thru is not that bad! I love eating here for lunch, sucker for the nachos haha never have the time to go inside much but the times I've been, it's good also! Go here!
(5)Mr Bob B.
This place is one of my favorites around here! Very friendly staff, clean and neat restaurant, lot of parking lots, open til late, not waiting lines and perfect food taste.
