Living in Edgewater you'd think there would be a lot of local's spots that are really good. I'm quickly learning that to be quite the opposite. I saw the great reviews here from my fellow yelpers and thought to myself- self "are all the south floridans just so accustom to awful, mediocre at best food, they've become satisfied with it and even dare to call it good??" Apparently this place's claim to fame is it's really fast? Maybe they should slow down a bit and show the food some love. How about next time you can take 5 minutes extra if you promise to make my sandwich taste better, deal? If wanted a fast sandwich I would go to 7-11, which might even have a better product then this joint.

You know those days when you're too busy to pull away from your desk, but are seriously starving? Well, those are my Jimmy Johns days and I can't say I don't look forward to them sometimes. These guys are seriously FAST AS LIGHTNING. Honestly, I don't even understand how it's possible for them to receive my online order at 12:51pm and deliver my sandwich by 12:57p. The sandwiches are pretty tasty with lots of add in options, chips, sodas and cookie. If you're hungry like wolf (Alright now Duran Duran), this is your place. Way to Go Jimmy Johns!!

Best location in Miami, always a quick delivery with a smile. Very consistent in customizing your sandwiches and following all directions.

Yeah, it's freaky fast.. Most of the times unless the drivers get lost :O ( distance of 8 blocks away or so) I guess that's the highlight, because if you ask for any extra condiments or to add anything to your sandwich they never pay attention..... And also it's 10 bucks for a ham and cheese sandwich =\

Sprouts! Sprouts on everything! I love Jimmy Johns. I visit this location at the very least once a week. I'd only ever tried them in Orlando so I'm happy to have one near work. My fave is the Beach Club with sprouts, hold the mayo. Fresh bread, lots of lettuce, avocado (my fave ever), turkey, sprouts. Can you tell I love sprouts? I think it gives sandwiches pizzazz! Not too pricey, friendly service AND free delivery. I was SOLD. See you next week, Jim!

Always looking for new lunch options and decided to try them out. I always hear their radio commercials but I've never come across one by where I live. Their subs are so fresh, and the breads they use are so delicious. They also have cookies, if you need a sweet fix. The triple chocolate is my fave! It's soft and chewy goodness makes me want to buy more to bring back to the office, but to keep them all to myself. ;) I will be lunching there more.

Freaky fast delivery is damn right! Try the clubhouse sandwiches if you're hesitant about all the bread of the original subs (even though I love those too). I had the Beach Club -- super fresh, extra lettuce, avocado spread, plenty of turkey ... delish. And for less than $8 (free delivery, though with their speed, you'll want to tip them), you're into it way cheaper than most delis around (and it tastes better).

Oh Jimmy! I work around the hood, so I've tried almost every "lunch" place around the area. And Jimmy Johns is one of my favorite fast-food places. They prepare sandwiches ridiculously fast and they taste so good. Their bread is super delish! My favorite sub is the vegetarian. Highly recommended for a fast, cheap lunch that also tastes good! ;)

Love this place. They truly are "freaky fast" and the food is very reasonable. Turkey Tom is amazing.

For a quick sub place, this spot is pretty good. Fresh ingredients and tasty subs. Im so glad they opened this location next to my job. Its scary fast by the time i put away the card i paid with, my sub is ready. My favorites are the #15 Tuna and the #11 Country Club on Wheat. Wheat bread is a bit too thick i prefer less bread on my sub. My other complaint is I wish they had more cheese options. I'm such a snob when it comes to cheese. Their service is really friendly and helpful too. All smiles and cheers once you come in. Little things like this helps customers return. There's a subway on the next block and i will never step foot in there again now that I have Jimmy Johns.

Wow! I thought their commercial adds were cute with the whole "freaky fast" gimmick but they are actually very impressive with how quickly they deliver. We ordered from them last night (online---which I love). We placed the order at 7:42pm and our security gate called at 7:56pm. On top of that the subs where delicious....one of the best I've had since I've been to wawa. We will definitely be regulars here

Always had a great experience from this location. They deliver to my office very quickly with no problems and my order is always 100% accurate. Delicious. Best Jimmy John's I have ever ordered from! (Well, except the one by UTenn which was the first one I went to in college 10 years ago.. Lol) keep up the good work!

So we ordered two subs and asked them to be delivered down the street. All good so far. Then the very polite rider knocks on the door and he was given a tip and we thanked each other. Next I open my sub and find out that the item is missing some items requested. I now make a call to the store and reach Ronald the store manager. Ronald asked me several times to look under the cheese and lettuce for the missing peppers which I did however they were not there. He stated "sorry" but offered no cure for this. I then said "sorry...what that's it". at which time he stated that he can make me another sub and they will then pick up the mistakes. This would be fine except I am in a hurry and hungry. There is nothing wrong with the food in front of me but it is missing items. Perhaps a discount on future order or a cookie or something next time would have fixed the issue. Now I am being asked to wait another 30 min before I can eat or leave my home until the delivery person arrives. I stated to Ronald that I would prefer at this time to just receive a refund for the mistake. He can come and get the sub if he desires but I will just find something else to eat here at home as I do not wish to wait so long to eat. Ronald stated that he will not issue me a refund. I said ok I will just contact my credit card company then and dispute the charges at which time he said go ahead in a very rude manner. I asked Ronald for a customer service number which he refused to give to me. I asked him for his name including his last name which he told to me however it was a long difficult name and I can not recall the name. This is why I asked if he could spell his name. Ronald refused to spell his name even though I asked him if he could spell it four times. Each time I asked if he could spell the name he just continued to pronounce it again. At this time Ronald actually hung up the phone on me. I called back and asked if he will be coming back to get the subs. Again I asked for the spelling of his name and he refused. About 40 min later there was a knock at the door with another kind rider with a replacement sub with him. I took the sub and give him the other. Upon closing the door I threw the sub in the trash as I was not sure if I wanted to eat it at this point and I had already found me some leftovers in the frig to cure my hunger. I had also called customer service after looking for the number online. I assure you that Jimmy Johns on Biscayne Blvd in Miami will never need to worry about our orders again. Ronald who is actually the General Manager has see sure to that. Customer service this day with Ronald was garbage. I would hope that the owner of this location would be more concerned then Ronald is about customers and their business.

Today was my first visit to Jimmy Johns. I walked here from my office and we're going to have a little turkey sandwich. There was a sign on the cash register that said cash only. When I asked about it, the young lady told me that the system has been down for a couple of days! I asked for manager. She pointed out the manager and I went and spoke with him. I asked about the system and it being down and that I had walked here with no cash only my credit card expecting to be able to get a sandwich. He didn't surprise me and made a good judgement call and gave me a free meal because I did talk to him and told him that I walked here and this was my first visit. Good call! That's what management is all about. By the way this sandwich is really good too!

I went home to visit my family and my cousins were raving about this place so when I got back home and noticed one up the street I decided to check it out. The service is creepy fast and friendly but my socks weren't knocked off as I was expecting by the dramatization from the fam. It could be because I don't eat meat that I didn't get the full effect idk. It wasn't bad, it was actually really good but I guess I was expecting something else. If I had my choice of subway next door and here I would definitely go with Jimmy johns but in my opinion Publix blows everyone out of the water. Nonetheless, good food, fast service, polite employees, great pricing, but sucky parking. Idea for a quick lunch.

I'm not a fan of subs or any type of sandwich BUT hands down this is the spot. Doesn't stink and beats the hell out of Subway. Its so clean! And their delivery is super fast! Too bad they don't deliver to my house :( but they deliver to my job which is my second home. My favorite thing to eat is the Turkey Tom! It has the right amount of everything and the bread quality is crazy amazing. Friendly crew too, great service. Definitely a place someone should visit if your heading to Midtown/Wynwood.

I lived across the street from a Jimmy John's years ago, so I've eaten many a Jimmy John's sandwich. I was glad to see them open up nearby to my office. Jimmy John's only has two kinds of bread and one type of cheese, but still their sandwiches are pretty good. The Club Lulu is my favorite. I also like that they have sprouts. Everything is between about $6-$10. And yes, the delivery is ridiculously fast. I am about 6 blocks away. After I order, the food is usually in my hand in about 6 minutes... sometimes less... and never more than 10 minutes. You can almost hear them start making your sandwich while you are still completing your order. Not the best sandwiches ever, but pretty good and super fast and convenient. Highly recommended!

I work at a jimmy johns in Washington, and absolutely nothing about this place was protocol. All employees are to wear aprons, everyone is to be greeted with excitement, and the store should be spotless if it's not busy. None of which was true here. I didn't get a single smile from the employees. The man who took my order did not even say hello, and was wearing a hoodie, with A headphone in (not okay). I ordered my usually 14-bootlegger unwitch with cheese, jimmied up. When I got my sandwich it didn't have everything on it. So I handed back to the girl and told her I wanted it jimmied up, and she looked at me like I was stupid, and began looking for the receipt to try to prove me wrong. Reguardless if it was on the ticket or not, the freebies are free and I should not have been hassled. Instead of reconstructing my unwitch, she threw the cucumbers, onions, and peppers on top, and splattered the Dijon in one spot on top (Dijon is supposed to go between the meet and cheese.) after I got it back I couldn't even pick it up to eat it. I pulled the manager out of the back and pointed at my unwitch saying, "this is unexceptale. How do you expect me to eat this?" The manager nicely took care of the problem and remade my unwitch personally. Other than the nice manager, my experience was terrible, and insulting to Jimmy johns all over. I would avoid this shop like the plague. If I were cooperate, I would have shut them down...
